Jack In The Box Is Still A Great Place To Go For The Munchies, And Even On The Late Night...

Went here on a Sunday afternoon and eat indoors. It wasn't too busy. This is one of my favorite fast food places to go to. Not only is close to my house, but they constantly come out with affordable, creative, limited time specials. For example, the small Spicy Cluck chicken sandwich meal is about $7, and the sandwich is very flavorful. Brioche bread is soft on the outside. The chicken is a perfect size. Spice level is perfect. Overall, a go-to when I'm craving fast food. At this location, the drive-thru gets busy after 7pm, especially after 9pm so expect a wait. Inside is open 8am to 8pm. The service is always good here too. Cordial greetings every time I go.

We were very impressed with this restaurant, service with a smile and the wait staff were more than happy to cater for vegetarians! Restaurant was lovely and clean, and the food was great! Highly recommended :)

Nice and clean inside with fast friendly service from the employees. All I got today was a chocolate shake and it was really good for the price.

Service is always friendly, but orders are often wrong or items left out. The wait times are always very, very slow.

I thought all Jack in the box are 24hrs but I guess this one only serves at 5am? Last time I was able to get a whole meal at the same time but this time I couldn't till 5am....weird

Don’t go through past midnight, staff are rude and the food is just old and reheated rather than fresh. Fries had the texture of cardboard, and burger was barely warm. Day time has better food.

I had went through the drive through and used a coupon and when i paid i handed the cashier the coupon with the money i even gave him the coupon code when i order he told me to park in the front and he would bring the food out to me when he came to my car he asked for the coupon i told him i already gave him the coupon and when i paid and he told me no i did not but im 100 percent sure i did and he just stood there holding my food looking at me with a blank stare it was very strange and he just stood there looking at me like he wasnt gonna had me my food so i told do you want me pay the difference it was so awkward he made me so uncomfortable once i told him do you want me to pay the difference he told me no its ok. But it was just strange to argue about the coupon and stand there with a blank stare holding my order hostage

Always enjoyed this Jack n Box. Good service and food is up to par for what you expect it to be. Main issue is when did Jack become Carls Jr on their prices? They’ve always been more than most but paying $10 for the double sausage sandwich and being charged $1.50 for different bun I mean your looking at just for simple breakfast sandwich’s for family of 4 being in the range of almost $45 and that’s not including drink or side. I’m sorry but same reason won’t eat at Carl’s for quick drive thru bite won’t be going to Jack either.

I was not expecting much, I only ordered the breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, silver dollar pancakes, sausage patty and a hash brown. The staff was friendly but the quality was not very good. Eggs were burned, sausage patty tasted good but not great quality

Order the #5 jacks smash burger combo like always been here 3 times once a week. They took 18min horrible service food was great though.

15 minutes in the drive through waiting. Very overpriced. 21 dollars for 1 meal. Smh

It depends on who's working there I guess. Night shift, horrible. Absolutely no love put into the food, drive through lady didn't even know the menu ( when I asked for something not posted that they said they had, then was instructed to look at a specific area of the menu and it wasn't even relatively close to what I was looking for) didnt put my order in a bag with napkins. Closed the window on me before I even got to ask for some sauce. 10/10 would not come here at night

Went through the drive through and ordered the special bonus jack triple and this is the bs I got. And the fries and burger were cold. Ugh. Just lost a good costumer. I would rather have McDonald's.

Went and bought a jumbo jack with cheese no pickle when I got back to work to eat it. There was no cheese the meat taste like cardboard extra pickle on it even though I said no pickle and no other toppings at all this Jack-in-the-Box is a joke. This is the third time this is happened to me. so I will no longer be going here and to anybody who reads this review don’t waste your money or your time at this restaurant

They tried to sell me a burned egg roll for 3.99 and it was old and grease soaked. It was complete trash. I took my order back and asked them to make me another one . The lady brought out one even more burned, I demanded my money back because..Why the hell would I pay 3.99 for some grease soaked burned small egg roll. I wouldn't waste my money or time . Do yourself a favor and don't eat this food , it's trash.

Drive thru was ridiculously slow, and not because of there being a parade of slow moving vehicles. There were only two vehicles ahead of us, and no one behind us. We paid, and then sat there for nearly ten minutes for our order, only to discover when we got home that our order was completely wrong. Manager said he'll make it right, but when we visited again, a few days later, the wait was even longer, and since that manager was not on duty (or so we were told), staff refused to make it right. Oh, and this time none of the sodas were diet, as requested. Pretty much done, I think, though I really would appreciate the whole "we'll make it right" would happen. Not holding my breath, though.

Went through the drive thru. Knew order wasn't right. Checked it. Missing a chicken sandwich other one was wrong. Went in told the manager. One was meat cheese and bun. She got it wrong 2 more time. Finally got home. cold food. Figured the fries would be since they don't even have the heat lamps on. NEVER AGAIN.

Lunch hour on a Sunday I went to drive through here. Did not expect to wait the entire hour. Could see all of the Employees in there cars and outside on their lunch breaks. By the time I got my food it was cold like it was under a heat lamp for the 20 mins from the time I ordered to when I received my food. Worst Jack in the Box in the area. Hands down worst management. Pretty sad since the dining room is closed and that should mean half the work as norm. The owners at this location on Houston and Ben Maddox really should consider cleaning house. Terrible everything.

We went through the drive thru and had to remind her that we had 3 combos and were missing one. Then we ordered chicken nuggets on the side as well with our order for my daughter and did not recieve my daughter's food or a drink with one of our combos! We will not be coming to this jack in the box again 😒

The manager or cashier treated us horribly at 12:12 pm this day. We urgently needed to go to the bathroom, and she wouldn't let us in until we paid. She wasn't polite either. I won't be returning to this place.

We were ordering in the drive through and I went inside to use the bathroom, the guy Juan didn’t believe we were in the drive thru and he just stood there with a dumb look on his face with an attitude. We got out of line from the drive thru mid order because of this guy. It’s jack in the box, not the Taj Mahal, we have thousands of points because we’d come here once a week. Nicole at corporate should fire this guy and Chelsea the manager that we complained to that didn’t care and just asked so are you going to order now. Um no why would we give this place money now, now at McDonald’s buying food.

7/8/25 Tuesday girl at the window very unprofessional, my friend was ordering through the drive thru, she did her order with a coupon and I wanted to make my own order separate as a second order with my own coupon, but she said she can’t do that she even asked her supervisor and said to go inside if we want to make two orders. It doesn’t make sense, we are two separate bills from same car and we are not allowed just because we are using two coupons but is two different orders, wow.. so I decided to not order anything so we left and went to buy in another burger place! I was taking my friends there to eat every other week but now we decided to go to the Habit and Burger King. Wow! how stupid is to ask people to make two order inside because you are not allowed in the car 😒🤦🏻‍♀️. No wonder I see less customers at Jack is getting worse every time. But I’m not going there anymore! Don’t bother to send coupon at my house. Burgers king and the habit does let me do that, also some other days there are some other employees at the window in Jack and they do let me make two orders is just that lady at the window or the supervisor that thinks she is the owner make this stupid rules . Because the coupons specifically says not to use two coupons in the same order but we were making two orders each is not like she will make more money to be that strict she will make the same $ won’t get any richer but will loose customers and Jack will close sooner! not smart at all 👎🏻 anyway curly fries are more expensive than regular and they always gives me small leftovers pieces .. Jack is not the same as back in the days ! Sad ! 😞

This place is lucky to even get a 1 star review I went here thinking that it was as the name states "FAST FOOD" just to wait 30 minutes in a line of 3 cars. On top of all this they got most of my order wrong. And I was also asking for a drink that was clearly on the menu they said they couldn't find it. Overall bad place never going there again.
