Absolutely love coming here the food is amazing and the service is as well. Gabi was our server and she was very kind and brought out our food fast. Love coming here and will continue to be a returning customer.
Perfect experience in every way, will def return & recommend! 👍 👌
My first time visiting Bravo farms in Visalia. I really liked the atmosphere there. The salads are so good!! Definitely coming back.
Decided to go to bravo farms for the first time since it opened. We had a wonderful time !! We had the sweetest sever Marie who gave great food recommendations and was very knowledgeable about everything….. had the berry chicken salad. Then we enjoyed sitting at the bar and had a great experience with Josh hands down a great bar tender !
Love love love their salads! I never finished on at 1 sitting, just found out they have a kids salad too....Yahoo!!!
This one has a definitely different vibe than the one in Tulare. The upstairs eating area gives it a more upscale and intimate atmosphere which is perfect for a date night. There was a musician playing an acoustic guitar and singing that was absolutely amazing. Not sure if that's just a weekend thing but it was definitely a great addition. The food was great, much like the Tulare location but I think maybe a little better and the service upstairs was great. They don't take reservations so you may have to wait a little bit if you want the upstairs experience but we didn't wait long and it was definitely worth it
My wife and I went yesterday 8/8/24. We were awe struck by how clean and beautiful it was on the inside. Food price was average compared to today's cost. The food was good for the salad we chose. A very nice place for lunch again but go during opening for it gets busy at noon.
Thank you Andrew, you made our lunch so special. The Pulled Pork Sandwich went well with the Cadillac Margarita!! The ambiance is perfect, clean, and spacious. All staff are professional and informative. They do take reservations so, ask for Andrew!! I highly recommend.
Had salmon with cole slaw sandwich. It was excellent. Got there about 11:30 for lunch. Not too many people there. By 12 there was a line to the door and was packing them in. Prices are reasonable. Will go back. They have dinner service upstairs and a full bar.
The atmosphere and self seating make this spot a gem! It has a coffee shop vibe. The interior layout and lighting set the perfect relaxing mood with comfortable seating. Great spot for a date. Bring your hipster coffee shop friends or your sloppy drunk roommates, Both will be satisfied.
This family-friendly restaurant offers a delicious Asian Chicken Salad, packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It’s a one-stop shop for coffee, ice cream, drinks, and Bravo Farm’s homemade treats. The perfect spot for a delightful meal that everyone will enjoy. Highly recommended!
I’m don’t live in visalia anymore and this place is truly missed ! One of the best !
This place was amazing! Food was OMG! The drinks were sooo good too! Definitely going back, perfect date night atmosphere, friends get together, family dinner, all around amazing!
I love their food, so delicious and fresh. I only gave four stars on service because I ordered a salad to go with the dressing tossed in, however they did not toss the dressing and when I brought it to their attention the girl in the kitchen seemed annoyed by the request, she dumped my dressing in the container of the salad and then used the forks to lightly mix it 😭😭 so I was disappointed, I wanted a well covered salad ready to eat when I get in my car since my lunch is only 30 minutes long 😢.
Our first time having dinner at the Visalia location. We were thrilled to eat in the loft and be waited on. Our server was amazing. The decor was fabulous! We enjoyed our food and drinks!
Okay so I've been going here since it opened, I work down the street at Evan’s Property Management. I can't believe how cool and professional everyone has been, especially Johanna and Andrew they both are amazingly cool. The food is amazing. Johanna makes me the best 5 topping salad with my protein. I've had both chicken and steak and both are awesome. Anyway go and check it out well worth it. Ron.
Great salad-to-dressing ratio. No big puddle of dressing on the plate.
I've never had a bad experience here. The menu is simple and the taste is consistent which I appreciate. The atmosphere allows for good conversations with friends but I also love the TV lol.
Really enjoyed the upstairs bar and restaurant. Rib eye was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My wife had the smoked pork chops. They were thi k,tender, & juicy with an excellent champagne sauce. We were joined by a friend. She ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and was kind enough to share. Wow! Loved it. Manhattan was also excellent. Kudos to the bartender. Awesome evening. We shall be back for sure
I really enjoyed their pizza and wraps they offer for a late lunch. Delicious every time. Communication between staff could be practiced better. So that way every table is served from the same menu not just the menu that an employee chooses. Our table was given regular paper menus while other tables were given Nice laminated Valentines Day Menus. Service was a 2-3 out of 5. I'll return, just won't go upstairs since the staff is not solid yet.
I have to give a huge shoutout to Vriana (Vri) at Bravo Farms. She truly sets the standard in hospitality, but what really stands out is how much she genuinely cares about people. Vri goes above and beyond to make sure patrons not only have a great time but also feel safe and looked after. She brings a true sense of care and compassion to everything she does. Whether it’s a busy night or a quiet afternoon, Vri treats every guest like they matter. That kind of kindness and professionalism creates an atmosphere you can feel the moment you walk in. If you haven’t been to Bravo Farms yet, come see Vri. She’s a big reason why this place feels like more than just a bar—it feels like a place you want to come back to again and again.
Great bar upstairs. If you love bourbon must try the Paper Plane cocktail delicious!!! Strawberry salad is always great, Ribeye Steak was good but not great. The sauce, potatoes, and veggies that came with the steak were excellent. I Would order again.
Loved the new Bravo Farms in Visalia! Beautiful restaurant. Full service & bar upstairs. We enjoyed a late lunch. Delicious food & wine! Very reasonable prices. We LOVE the manager Trinity. She goes above & beyond!! Highly recommend & look forward to our next visit!
Nice chill spot to have some drinks and good food. The atmosphere is very nice as well. On your way out, make sure to purchase some cookies. They're worth it.
This new location for Bravo Farms, takes modern to a whole new step. Sleek and a smooth design and includes a 2nd floor which has additional seating and a full bar. Plenty of space for all size groups and offers their extensive menu that your already know and love. The staff is friendly and very attentive and your sure to enjoy every bit of it. I had their tri tip nachos for the first time. Great flavor and unique, probably from the feta cheese on it. Enough for two people, I regretted eating all by myself, but you be the judge of that. I will be back though.
I can’t say enough about Josh and the way he runs the bar at Bravo Farms. From day one, he’s set the standard for professionalism, consistency, and customer care. Whether it’s a busy weekend night or a slow afternoon, Josh leads with a level head and keeps things running smoothly. He’s the kind of manager who not only knows his craft inside and out, drinks, service, staff training, but also knows how to make every guest feel welcome. I’ve seen him handle high-volume crowds with efficiency while still taking the time to connect with people on a personal level. That kind of balance is rare, and it speaks to his leadership and work ethic. Josh takes pride in his team and sets them up for success. The bar runs like a well-oiled machine because he’s not afraid to step in, get his hands dirty, and lead from the front. He sets the tone, and his staff follows. If you’re looking for a bar manager who combines skill, leadership, and genuine hospitality, Josh is that guy. Bravo Farms is lucky to have him, and so are the guests who come through those doors.
Excellent food and drinks. Great porkchops and the old fashioned is superb. The atmosphere is fantastic and I'll definitely be returning.
Today was I and my family’s first time at bravo and I will definitely be back! My kids got pizza and I got a salad which was very good. The young lady Elizabeth at the salad bar was very patient with me and recommend me a good mix! She made my experience even better because I get nervous going to new places and annoying workers.
We got two salads and they were exceptional. The amount of food for the price was also really good. We sat up in the full service section and it had a great atmosphere. Our waitress was very courteous and personable. We also really liked the music they were playing.
Beautiful place! Plates are abundant leftovers for sure! Great food and a little shopping area for cheeses etc. Will be going back soon!
Food: Good seasoning in all of our dishes and very balanced as well. They have so many brunch options on the menu and all of them look good! Service: they have 2 dining options, one with full service (upstairs) and self service (ground floor). We chose the latter, so it basically works like a cafeteria where you order at the cashier and pick up the food when the buzzer buzzes. Ambiance: comfortable and wide open. It’s very relaxing and they have a small shop corner as well.
The food was delicious we had a tri tip sandwich with fried zucchini and a tri tip quesadilla with fries. The bartender Vriana was very attentive to our needs even though she was quite busy. The atmosphere was also peaceful and relaxing. They even had a Christmas movie on the tv!
Mr C's 💯.... Staff, great! Location Great, clean...thr bathrooms are clean. The atmosphere is perfect! I showed up with 8 people, and we were all able to find something to eat quickly. It was hot outside and cool inside with great drinks! I can't wait to go back.
Okay, so this has moved up to #1 as our favorite spot for dinner! It was our first time and we had no idea the treat we were in for when we entered the 2 story beauty. BRAVO, Bravo Farms! This restaurant is gorgeous with a chill yet classy vibe. We headed straight upstairs and got a table that overlooked the first floor. The lights were dim (perfect for a Tuesday night) and we were greeted by Kaylissa with a smile. We bombarded her with a few questions about beer choices and dipping sauces and she didn’t miss a beat, taking her time to inform us what the options are. -Appetizer: Candied Brussel Sprouts 5/5! If only all brussel sprouts could be this scrumptious. I think there was a feta cheese in them and some red bell pepper? We didn’t care, we ate them and will 100% order them again. -Meal #1: Tri tip nachos: 3.5/5. They were good, but next time we’d ask for some jalapeños or something to make them spicier. We tried a sweet and spicy sauce, but that didn’t go well with the nachos. They were LOADED. Two people can easily share these and still have some leftover. Meal #2: Bravo Philly w/chicken: 5/5. Delicious! It’s gonna be hard to order something different next time. This melted in my mouth and I dipped it in the chipotle sauce. I was so full after feasting on the other plates, but finished this bad boy. So good! -Sweet Potato Fries: 5/5. Bomb! Just how they should be- crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. -Kaylissa: 6/5! Good service is hard to come by these days. I don’t think we expect much, but it’s just so nice when a server is friendly, pleasant, attentive, and just makes you feel at home for a short time. So, thank you, Kaylissa. Overall Experience: 10/10. We’ll be back without a doubt!
Stopped by the new location and was just blown away! Wasn’t sure if they could top the other locations but they did. Food , service and atmosphere were amazing, definitely will be back. This part of west downtown was in need of new life, there are two small shops just south of the restaurant that are seeing a huge increase in foot traffic and business which is a plus
Amazing service food was great drinks even better. Alexander our bartender is great guy needs a raise. Perfect place for business or to impress
I was told this place was newer and great. I was also told that this place had a big focus on Farm to table. Whelp I had to try it. I got a taco salad with smoked tri tip and some cheese Curds. The food was served extremely quickly. I was a bit confused with ordering my food first then grabbing a table however after watching the folks in front of me I gathered what was occurring. The inside was nice with a mini selection of different types of great small gifts like bread kits, cheeses, candies, jams! If I lived closer to this restaurant I would take the entire family to experience it!
Wonderful lunch. Great atmosphere, excellent food and good service. Planning to return here and try their dinner menu.

Go upstairs and order at the bar. Great service. Good food. Cool vibe. Staying downstairs means you’re ordering at the counter, picking up your food at another counter, and being intimidated to tip.
A welcomed break from a cross-State drive, just minutes off Hwy 99. Sandwich ingredients are very good quality and flavor. We ordered the veggie portabella, BBQ pulled pork, and tri tip, all great. The zucchini fries and cheese curds are worth alone visiting for. The young staff were pleasant and professional, the space was clean, and the menu wholesome. Would stop at again on the way back.

A must go. The atmosphere is amazing first off. Then, service is great ordering. Then, once your food is brought to oneself or the group, you'll love it. A must go in my book.
Bravo Farms provides tasty food and a good atmosphere to eat lunch/dinner with friends and family. A little on the pricy side $20+ per person for lunch, but still a good place to eat once in a while.
Parking is across the lot. There was a wait time. Food was done promptly. Service was a lil slow. Food was good portions. BBQ was tender. There is available seating upstairs. Bar has decent options. They do have sweets available like ice cream.
The food is good, the tri tip fajita salad is a little heavy on the dressing. The loaded fries were also good, but heavy on the melted cheddar cheese.
Food was good. Food took longer than usual. They had a different number than the buzzer that was given to me. My friends were more than halfway done with their meal by the time I got my meal.
Good food, good service and pleasant atmosphere. However, when it’s crowded it can be quite noisy and difficult to carry on a conversation.
I decided to meet up with a good friend of mine for dinner and she suggested Bravo farms. This is a really nice restaurant in the downtown Visalia area. It has two levels the first level has a menu that you can choose from with a open restaurant concept. We chose to eat upstairs at the bar and enjoy the ambience upstairs. I thoroughly enjoyed my guava margarita. I also ordered as an appetizer the mushroom flatbread. I really enjoyed all of the unique flavors and different cheeses that came together very nicely. My friend and I shared the calamari that had a very good sauce layered at the bottom of the plate. For my appetizer I was able to order the taco salad with chicken which was delicious! I will say that the salad was so large that in the future I would get one and split it. Overall the experience and the ambience made this a very enjoyable night and I definitely would come back to Bravo farms.
I had a nice dinner here with my family during a road trip. We had a busy day at Sequoia National Forest and decided to make a brief stop in Visalia on the way to Bakersfield. The atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed the casual but fancy vibe at The Hayloft on the second floor. We ordered the fajitas salad, Brussels sprouts, Burrata, barbecue chicken pizza, potato cheddar soup, nachos with chicken, and a couple of wine glasses. The food was mostly tasty, but some of it was a bit too spicy for us. The service was a bit sporadic, and we had to remind the waitress to bring us plates and utensils. However, we were grateful they served us only a few minutes before closing time and let us stay an extra half hour to finish. They even let us order ice cream on the first floor for dessert, which was quite generous of them.

The problem that I have with Visalia restaurant is that you never seen to get my order right. I come here for lunch and who has time to go back when you have 30 min. I asked for extra dressing and they didn't even put dressing on my salad. Tulare store usually gives a lot more for their money and always gets my order right. Please work out the kwirks, I love your guys salads!
I want to love this place but the salads are overpriced and underwhelming for one who eats salads a lot. I don’t believe the meat in the salads is actually grilled. The chipotle cheddar made me sad and the dressings have no flavor. The bar is cool, service is good. Fix the salads! Some non-fried sides/appetizers would be great too.
Everything was going great until we got the check. We weren’t ready for the check. I was there celebrating a friends birthday and we wanted to order more drinks and dessert but our waitress brought us our Check without even asking if we were ready. Felt rushed out. I can’t see Myself returning here.
$19 for a ribeye sandwich! No fries or anything else!! Way overpriced!!
Bravo Farms is one of a few restaurants in Visalia that are our favorites. We usually always dine in. The last 2 times we ordered we needed take out. The first time was a salad. Got home with the order only to find out that they sent the wrong dressing. It was so frustrating because it is our favorite salad and the dressing makes it. People do make mistakes, so not a big deal, we brushed it off. Less than a week later we ordered take out again and requested “ranch and extra ranch, please” for our onion rings. Only to get home and find out that there was no ranch at all in the bag. It is so disappointing to pay for good food and take it out, get home an realize it is wrong or missing. Please do better Bravo Farms!
Ordered a 14.95 salad and got charged 27.00. When I asked why the price difference the clerk just said they would ask their manager but then she clocked out. Never coming back
Went here on a Sunday afternoon (LSOB). The place was busy, parking limited on site, but you can park on the street. When you enter you order on the counter. There's no menu overhead to know beforehand what you want. They have menus on the counter, so I would suggest looking at the menu I posted for an idea what you want. You also seat yourself, if you're going to eat downstairs. When your order is ready, you're given a beeper that beeps. You go to the kitchen counter to pick up your food. You may need to bring 2-3 people depending how much you order. Upstairs is the cocktail lounge, which has waiter service, so if that's your jam I recommend going upstairs. The ambiance of the place is open, inviting and cozy. Very beautiful set up. The food, unfortunately, didn't live up to what you're paying. I ordered a Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich and I didn't get any smoke from the meat. Flavoring of the condiments really didn't stand out. The Bravo Nachos were okay. They serve a good quantity that is shareable, but the cheese didn't pair well with the rest of the items. Meat was pretty lukewarm, but did have some smokey notes to it. Overall, the food quality definitely needs some work. Hopefully, they'd consider having a full staff service downstairs. On the plus side, customer service was good and the interior is beautiful. I'd love to try their cocktails next time, because I hear good things about it.
When we came in the restaurant was completely empty. Ordered and two of us added a protein (same one) to the entree. We enjoyed a salad first then the entrees arrived and they said they 2nd protein wasn't ready. They didn't bring it until the meal was completely over. Unacceptable for the diner who wanted a protein with their meal. Apple slices in the salad were way to big and didn't complement the salad. Mac and cheese was bland and unseasoned. Chicken sandwich was also bland and unseasoned.
I visit the restaurant a couple times a year at 2 locations. Beautiful location. Ambiance never disappoints. The salad's cold meat never tastes fresh, chicken or tri tip. Fresh salad toppings are wonderful. Having menus by door would be helpful while waiting in line. We realized they gave me my friends salad & forgot to make hers (same salad w/her special requests). But, probably new restaurant kinks to work out. Overall rating....it's OK. 🤷♀️
The pesto chicken sandwich was dry and not cooked well. The salmon sandwich was ok but definitely more bun than anything else. The loaded pulled pork fries were good. The sandwiches definitely weren’t worth the price tbh so most likely not ordering that ever again.

As other reviewers said, food was so bland and under seasoned. Had the Calamari which was cooked great, but no flavor. The pickled jalapeños has no spice, tasted like a bell pepper. The aoili was just glorified mayo. Drinks were very weak. Service was great, they were so nice. Upstairs is pretty cool.
Cocktails are AMAZING. Appetizers are great. I got the steak with polenta and vegetables and everything about it was very bland. My friends food was all good though.
Lunch today was very disappointing. Shared a not well cooked chicken sandwich for lunch with some sweet potato fries. The $18 sandwich was very small. Chicken was weird, dry and slimy at the same time. Barely enough to feed one person, let alone share. Nothing comes on the plate except the tiny sandwich. We overheard a couple next to us complaining about the size of their tri tip sandwiches, which were also very small and I know they were at least $20. The sweet potato fries were limp and mushy. I asked for new ones (after waiting 5 minutes to get someone's attention at the counter) but they weren't much better. Tbh, I think the only menu items that are really good are the salads... and you don't always want a salad. The atmosphere is very nice, charming, open - that's truly the best thing this location has going for it.

Plastic cups for dining in. Even in the upstairs lounge water is served in disposable cups. Where do people think all of this trash is going to end up?
Wife and I wanted to try out the new place. Upstairs feels kinda tight. My biggest issue is that my wife can’t eat dairy and we made that very clear as we always do when we go out. Her tri tip salad came with cheese all over. She was too irritated to say anything and refused to let me, so she ended up slowly picking through her food to avoid the cheese. It was not an enjoyable experience.
This was my first time here, I had lunch with my fiancée and her family and ordered a berry chicken. Everyone had their meals except for me; they gave me one of the little devices that go off when your food is ready. 15 minutes go by and my family’s done with their food. I go up to the counter and they said they’ll make it right now. 10 more minutes go by, I had to ask again. They gave me half the portion with no chicken. I went back and had to ask for chicken and ended up eating by myself because my family had already finished their food. Atmosphere is great, place is beautiful, food was good once they fixed it twice, but the service just sucked for me…
Upstairs dinner menu overpriced for the quality of food. Do not recommend.
I have only been to this location a handful of times because their proteins are consistently overcooked and over seasoned. I got the ribeye steak salad today and the meat was almost inedible. It was salty and dry. I brought this to the kitchen staff’s attention and they stated that if I wanted my meat cooked to a certain temperature, I need to go upstairs for their dinner menu. It’s the same with the chicken every time too. Dry and inedible.
Went to the new Visalia location, have been to the Tulare Outlet location in the past. Have NOT had a great meal yet, but wanted to give the new location a try. Very pretty to look at, very bad for conversations - incredibly loud, everything echos in there, seating arrangement is awkward. Very nice staff, (especially the man clearing our downstairs table at lunch 6/25). Asian Chicken Salad a bit soggy and the chicken was tough. Absolutely no signage or explanation if there is a difference between sitting upstairs or downstairs. Rumor is you can get waited on upstairs and a different menu? Who knows. Parking is a challenge.
I was very impressed of the atmosphere of this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed on the food and service. We dined upstairs, I ordered the Pesto Chicken Sandwich, chicken was dry and sandwiched was very bland. Also, ordered Asian Chicken Salad, that was pretty good however, chicken was dry as well. Our waitress, was not attentive at all. We constantly had to look for her and try to get her attention in order for her to come to our table. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely be trying out a different restaurant.
Pros: Great location in downtown Visalia & the design is gorgeous! Wouldn't be out of place in Santa Barbara or Napa. The bathroom (tucked away upstairs) is great! Unfortunately, as other reviews have mentioned, there are quite a bit of flaws to mention about this place. First of all, it is definitely confusing what you're suppose to do when you enter, there is an upstairs area that is a "sit-down" place with a bar, but when you wonder up, nobody really greets you or asks where you'd like to be seated. Downstairs there is what appears to be 3 different counters, but you really only order at one, where the beer is poured, but the food isn't picked up or made there, so that's kind of confusing. There also appears to be some sort of ice-cream, coffee stand...? That wasn't in use? Or.... was it? No signs directing you where to go and nobody greeting you at the door to assist you or welcome you in. Anyway... this wouldn't really be that big of problem, however....the food quality and value ratio is just not there to warrant much of a second visit. We ordered 2 sandwiches, which were just alright... I mean it's not that hard to make a good tasting sandwich, some good melted cheese, some good sauce, a toasted bun... The funny thing is, their original location is famous for "cheese", but none of their sandwiches seem to have any cheese in them.....? Anyway, the sandwiches don't come with any sides, no chips, no salad, no soup, no drink, nothing! And, they're pricy to boot, like over $15! The salads, on the other hand, would be the way to go, if we were to return - they are HUGE! And enough for 3 or 4 people to share, quite frankly. The salad our table ordered was quite good. Honestly, if you're looking for really good local food, in a similar atmosphere, try Heirloom in Fresno, or, you'll get better value and flavor at Panera... Sad to say. With all this said, I do really hope they take some of this feedback to heart and revise their menu, value proposition and higher a few customer-service minded folks to improve things. This town could certainly benefit from a place like this that gets all the details right.
I’ve never been disappointed in Bravo Farm but I had to stop and type up this review. This is based on my order of the Pesto Chicken Pizza. This pizza is a fail in so many ways. For starters there is balsamic in the pizza and maybe the person making the pizza was heavy handed but when you order Pesto you really don’t need anything else on top of that because pesto already is very potent. It made the pizza sweet. Pesto is not sweet from my experience. I will not order this or recommend it. I almost want to take it back. I did order the Potato Cheddar soup which is good but now I cannot get this pizza off my taste bud.
Stuffy. Confusing. Expensive. But the food tasted good. Walking in, there is very little guidance to how the place works. If you're reading this, ordering at ground level gets you a self-service experience and upstairs there are waitresses/ waiters for full service. Seating upstairs is very limited despite being such a large venue. Downstairs seemed to have more seats but was more casual. The food is expensive. We paid $50 for a wrap, a sandwich, a side of sweet potato fries and a kids mac n cheese. Entrees come with nothing extra. For $18 you will only get a small sandwich. See pictures for portions. Probably won't go again.

Placed a to go order for a taco salad and it didn’t have any dressing. Tried to call the store but their phone number appeared not to be working. For how expensive the salads are they should at least be made correctly. Very disappointed.
First and last time here! Dry tasteless trip tip and chicken sandwiches. Fries were good. Very overpriced at $60!
The only reason this place isn't getting zero stars is because the food is so good!!! The staff and service is not great. All the staff is so rude and every time I asked them for anything it felt as if I was inconveniencing them with my presence. They didn't give us a buzzer then when to ask and pick up our food they made their manager come out because we didn't have a buzzer... I would talk to them and they would either not respond or respond with irritation. This is so unfortunate because the food is so yummy and the restaurant is so cute.
We brought the dog with us and were greeted by the receptionists. We triple confirmed the restaurant accept pets before getting seated. The waitress even petted our dog before taking our order. After 5 minutes or so, we were greeted again by an old lady who claimed herself the manager. We were told to LEAVE IMMEDIATELY because we have a dog with us. I said the waitress confirmed that we can take a dog but this lady insisted that we should leave if we want to eat with the dog, claiming the waitress “is just another high schooler”. So basically insulted customer and coworker at the same time. Bravo, lad. Bravo.
Ordered our food downstairs, asked the girl if I could order a drink upstairs. She said yes. I went upstairs, there were multiple seats open at the bar. I stood behind 3 empty seats to order a drink and Elliot the bartender told me I had to order my drink on the other side of the bar. I walked over to that side and noticed a waitress, I asked if she could take my order and she said yes, I pointed to the table I was sitting at. I waited for about 10 minutes, nobody came. I saw one of the girls from downstairs pass by and told her what happened, she said she would send someone to help me, she said I should have ordered everything upstairs, she was nice about it but i didn’t know there was a difference and it seemed I was being treated differently because I ordered my food downstairs . The same girl tried to find our waitress but came back and said she could take my order because she wasn’t sure who was in charge of my section. She wrote our order down, about 20 minutes go by and no drinks. There were two guys who sat next to us and also walked away because nobody checked on them/took their order. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one was not available. I noticed a really nice girl from downstairs tried to ask Elliot to help and he snapped at her. I went to speak to Elliot and he was also rude to me. I asked who my waitress was and he told me “I’m only the bartender I don’t know” . He was extremely rude and escalated the situation. All the while this was happening a couple sat behind us and they ended up walking away because they weren’t greeted by anyone either.
Waited for almost an hour never got our food upstairs. Went and paid for our drinks at the bar and were told a bigger party came in and took precedence. If you are providing 'service' upstairs.....provide it.
This is the 2nd time I"ve dined in the upstairs dining area, and both times, it felt like the servers weren't very attentive or flat out just didn't care! The first time, they just couldn't get my 5 (five) topping salad right. They remade it just the way it was wrongly made the first time. At this rate, I just sucked it up and ate it. This 2nd time dining there, all my drinks were empty. ALL. Meaning my water, and cocktail, and my son's water. He's 13. Barely drinks any water and his glass was bare....for a very long time! I was gonna have a couple of cocktails, but my waitress never came back. When the food arrived, it was a different server and she dropped it off quickly and said our server would be by to check on us soon. Well....my party's food was halfway through, still no drinks and to top it off, my dish never arrived. I still have not seen my server or any other server to get their attention so I waited even longer. By the time our server checked back with us, I asked if she even put in my order. She said yes and went to go find out why it isn't here, and also I had to ask her to refill our waters. Turned out another server had taken my dish and now they had to refire it. At the end of our dinner, all she did was give us a measly 10% off our bill. I dont know how that helped with us enjoying our dinner, but I guess it helped her feel better and the establishment make more money. As much as I love Bravo Farm, this kind of service will deter me from dining there.
So....if your going for a salad i give it 10 stars.. best i ever had and the size is enough for 3 people....now the negitive.....i purchased the RIB EYE SANDWHICH on 2 different ocasions... Both times i had same result. First its small aprox 6" -7" now the first time i left saying i need to order 2 as i left hungry, on my second trip was worse... i looked closley... U get more condements then meat, more grilled onions then meet.. i bet the sandwhich was lucky to have 2 oz of meat.and the meat i did get was tough/tendon like... Very sad u spend almonst 20$ for a small sandwhich,6" steak at subway is a better option. I will go back but only for a salad!
Looked like a nice place, but our experience was less than ideal. If you order food for more than one person at the counter, your food could be out for 20 mins before the other meals are ready. On top of that, they got the orders wrong, and the pizza tasted like Digiorno. A night of bad food and bad service was made better by a kind server named Paris, but I wouldn't recommend coming here. Not sure why they have the tip option on their screens...you seat yourself, order at the front, and pick up your own food.
Ordered the Philly sandwich. It's like they only gave half a sandwich and forgot to put the veggies on there. Total rip off. When this was brought to staff attention, they offered cold peppers to add to the sandwich. Overall, way over priced and underwhelming. Will not go back. Do not recommend.
Although this place is nice, the service took awhile to be attended. We didn’t get refills let alone our food was cold and after telling our server we didn’t get anything new or a discount, which I thought was odd. At least our cocktails were good and the atmosphere of the place was nice.
Let's start with the good, my food tasted very good and flavorful I would recommend the food to anyone. The reason for the one star review is Bravo Farms in Visalia just could not get it right tonight. I ordered a Pino which is a white wine and the server brought out a red, no big deal easy fix. Then we ordered our food there were five orders total with one being Mac and cheese for a 20 month old. The adult food was brought out, but the Mac and cheese came out almost as the adults finished their meals. We asked the server a few times how much longer and the response was "I don't know" weird response since she responsible for our table. I should've told her it is her job to go ask and figure it out, but she probably wouldn't have done it. Finally the Mac and cheese came out, and I ordered another Pino white wine and what was served to me was not a Pino and her response was "I'm not the one pouring it" over all terrible service, our waitress (Janessa) could just not get it right tonight. She needs more training, I recommend don't put her on the floor as a waitress again.
Visiting the area for work and thought I would I have a yummy dinner. Went upstairs and told to sit down anywhere. I found a table and sat down and perusing the menu I was ready for an awesome dinner and a couple of drinks…while, I was ready, apparently, the staff didn’t want me to enjoy…so after about 15 minutes of waiting I left…
Went for lunch and was so disappointed. The staff was very unprofessional talking about customers need to go on a diet. Some staff even getting drinks brought down to them from the bar. The food was horrible. Ordered a few pizzas. the BBQ pizza tasted like they dump a whole can of hot sauce on it! It tasted horrible and was so spicy! All pizzas were burnt and rock hard. For the price of their food I really thought it would be better
This review is for the Hayloft. Went to the Hayloft for the very first time to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Ordered the 12oz New York. It came out cold, full of fat and it was barely edible. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth the $59. Worst steak I have ever had. Do not recommend. Told the waitress but nothing was done.

I went in for a late lunch with a friend on 1/17/26 and got food poisoning from the chicken pesto sandwich. I thought it tasted dry and very un seasoned and 20 minutes after consuming became ill in their bathroom. after going to the dr. after throwing up all night they confirmed it was in fact food poisoning. I spent $19 on a extremely dry sandwich and the people who took my order at the counter didn't really speak, she only gave small nods. I also got the fries which were very soggy, the place looks very nice however.
