Recently they didn't have the pieces of chicken i ordered but I settled for one piece of spicy chicken and the other one regular flavor. I'm still satisfied with getting a compliment drink while Awaiting my order but I've learned to walk up for my orders so I'll know what I'm getting. It's a challenge to drive through orders due to the inability to see whatever your receiving.

I tried the Freddy Fazbear Deluxe Box, I liked it. I would recommend it to others. But it was heavily seasoned, I would put 5 stars if it had a lighter seasoning.

Great fried chicken!!! Love their batter, and definitely, the batter is better than other places. The chicken remains crispy after a few days of refrigerated, if you tossed the leftover in the air fryer. Love their biscuit with honey and butter. Their fries are amazing, but sometimes they low ball on the quantity. Update 1/31/25: I bought 14 pieces of bone in signature chickens and a ghost peper chicken sandwich. It is a busy Friday night, but please make sure your customers get what they order if they waited patiently. We were told 15 mins, and we waited 25 mins. We came home and noticed we were short 2 chicken pieces. We paid for 14 pieces and not 12. I should have checked before we left, but I was just ready to leave after we got the chickens. My chicken sandwich literally has 3/4 bacon on it. Otherwise, the fried chicken we got seems rushed and wasn't cooked with love. Smh.

Made us wait out front door our food. Never brought it out 15 min. And shorted us our biscuits.. shoddy job.

This place used to be great, but I've noticed the food and service have gone downhill. My order was wrong at first, and then when they fixed it, there was way too much sauce.

The chicken tenders had a good taste but the outside part of the tenders (skin) was pale looking and tasted like it wasn't quite cooked all the way. In different parts of the tenders, it was hard to chew. Kinda rubbery like. I only got the tenders because it was a T-Mobile freebie and I figured Popeye's is "always good" but not this time!! At least at this location. We also ordered more food and we had to ask for napkins, ketchup, ranch dressings, a fork. There were "NO CONDIMENTS" at all!! This location was closing at 11:00 pm and at 10:30 pm we were asked if we were almost done so that they could close!! Never going to this location again.

I’ve tried so many times to give them the benefit of the doubt but 5 times in a row now on separate occasions I’ve had food missing from the order and I’m tired of having to drive back after because of this. I mean seriously how hard is it to read an order and make sure everything is there.

The food isn't that bad but five out of five times I get my order wrong. Even if it looks like everything's there always check your box because they'll put the wrong thing.get a 3 piece instead of a sandwich.

When in around 4:30 in the afternoon to buy a gift card and no one waited on me at the counter. I finally walked out after someone told me 3 (THREE) different times that they would be with me when they get time. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤬 I was waiting awhile, even the people in there was disgusted with the service. They need to do better.

went to this place around 630 pm. took my order, then said it would be 20 minutes for "bone-in" chicken. I backed up through the drive thru and left. place that sells chicken doesn't have chicken. won't go back. i also love how the owner responds to comments with a copy paste BS premade comment. i'm sure the guy appreciates his customers.

Let me start off by saying what the hell! Customer service was terrible today he moment I walked into the restaurant, Marcy was extremely rude the chicken sandwich was not fresh! Very soggy. I asked for my sauces when leaving and nothing was in the bag. Why are they not making the sandwiches fresh anymore ? I don’t want to go order something that’s been sitting for a half hour or even 20 mins. Also if you hate your job that much go back to school and get an education and do something different with your life. Being a decent human with manners isn’t hard.

Poor poor customer service very dirty and disgusting try calling multiple times no answer. The manager did not know where the phone was at after she told me in our beginning of our conversation that she did not hear the phone call. Went home to eat my chicken and saw that the chicken strips was just skin no meat. I’m very upset.
