Literally THE BEST donuts! Clovis girl here, I’ve had many many donuts in my lifetime & no maple bar on the planet compares to Scotty’s. People mentioning the way it looks, cash only etc… I feel like that’s part of the charm. Most places that have the best eats are sometimes run down, hole in the walls. Scotty’s is perfect. Never cared about parking or how run down it looks. It’s old & perfect imo.

What can you say about an institution that is Scotty's!? This place has been around so long, and I have so many memories from my childhood going here to get some donuts on a Saturday morning with my dad, now I get to make those memories with my own kids. The selection goes fast, so be sure to get there early. They are hot and fresh, also my favorite is a good old fashioned. The apple fritters are HUGE and loaded with apples, so its great choice for a hungry kid who wants a sugar high. They also have some savory pastries that are pretty good, but those go faster then their sweet donuts. I love the ham/cheese stuffed one or the jalapeno too.

I've been coming here with my father since I was a little kid. There donuts are always fresh and customer service is on point. My dad is a diabetic so he no longer eats them, but he usually buys a couple of boxes takes one home and hands the rest out to our neighbors.

These donuts are literally the best. The staff are amazing as well.. Especially Jasper. He is very friendly. He is amazing and will only buy donuts if he’s there! But anyways the donuts are great! Perfect! 10/10!

I love going in the mornings and getting two dozen of their fresh made donuts! You will be able to taste the true freshness in every bite.

I don’t even like donuts but my husband loves them. That being said Scotty’s are my exception they are so delicious we drive from out of town to get them.

Even though this age old donut stand is beginning to look in need of repair, they still serve the best donuts I have ever eaten! Don't let the long line stop you. The service is quick.

Best donuts in town they also have amazing breakfast ham and cheese crasants. You can also get them with jalapino in them. Just make sure your early I have noticed they are usually sold out if you get there after 10 am. Also they only accept CASH.

I've always been a fan of a good bear claw and apple fritter. I also think if a place does something like this right, everything else will be equally good. Damn they're good. Love the thinner dough for the bear claw. It was cooked to perfection. The apple fritter was a near perfect ratio of apples to dough to fry. Scotty's can be considered an institution in the best way.

Me and my husband stopped for some donuts at 8:30 at night. They still had variety and they were extremely soft, fresh, and delicious. No grease of what others had said. They were probably the best donuts we’ve had in a while! Yes they only take cash but I love that they keep it simple and old school :)

Been there since I was a kid. Not over sugared like many other donut shops but good.

Plain, mainstream fresh donuts. I had a bear claw, apple fritter and a jelly donut, they were all delicious.

While the donuts are greasy, they are good, and as someone who rarely eats desserts, I would recommend these once in a while, not on a regular basis.

I went in the morning and the place was busy, but the gentlemen that helped me was very quick. What can I say about Scotty's donuts they are as they have always been some of the best around. Sure there location kinda sucks but I don't mind. I don't live in Visalia anymore but if I really crave a great donut I will gladly drive the fourty plus miles for some!

Great donut. Price is okay. Guess ingredients are expensive $2.00 to $2.50 for a donut? Guess its good...definitely a sugar fix...I knock out and go night night for awhile.

I got 3 donuts from there and the worker jasper gave me 2 more for free ! Awesome guy! He hit on my baby sister though and she’s 12. Other than that jasper was a cool guy.

I try this plays multiple times on price wise and just like everybody else but if you're looking for that Wanda stands out by Alexa and it's not the place there's just typical Donuts no design on them or nothing

They’re average donuts, older Mexican lady behind the counter is rude as hell,the guy is nice. The best Scotty’s was on Chinowith/Noble. Both businesses are surrounded by homeless people and crackheads.

The young girl working there is very rude. No customer service at all. Doesnt even say thank you when she gives you your order. Donuts were pretty good. But coffee was old and cold. We will not be back again.

Went to get donuts through the drive thru... The guy working there was in a hurry and rushing me .... he practically threw the box at me ... my donuts fell... he turned around and yelled “Come on Bro”...then said you want your money back back.... I took my money back couldn’t get any thing I ordered because they fell...Never Been treated differently horrible.....

All I could taste was the oil it was fried in. The service would have been fine, except the gentleman should have known better than to sell such awful food. The owner needs to have a conversation with all the staff because I will never go back... as I'm sure others would if they had a similar experience.

This is not the same donut shop I grew up with. I do not eat donuts often but when I want one, I'm expecting the fluffy soft dough and it's a perfect first bite. That was not the case this time. The donut was ice cold, either came from the freezer or fridge and the dough was dense and chewy. I was very disappointed and threw the donut away. Quality is not there anymore.

Ordered a chocolate bar and it was put in a small bag that took off all the frosting. Will go elsewhere next time. What a waste

It's always packed with people just hanging out leering at all the customers. Also, I don't go here after I was able to buy tobacco products with my morning coffee. I go about 2 blocks east. Very clean and family friendly environment.
