100% recommended! We went for dinner and ordered some sandwiches. Excellent value for money and they were delicious! For dessert we ordered the chocolate cake (homemade, by the way). Very friendly and fast service. Current background music at a reasonable volume. We would definitely go back.

We went for lunch on a Saturday. The service was very good. Everything was delicious and plentiful, although the cake wasn't impressive. It's a good place for lunch or dinner. During the week, they have a daily menu.

I happened to be in the area looking for a restaurant. Walking past, it was incredibly crowded both inside and out, and nobody was eating, even though you see beautiful pictures of their food online. So I went in and asked if they were serving food. They said yes, but only from 8 pm onwards—Spanish time, of course, which is why everyone was having drinks and tapas. The staff is very friendly, the food is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's a neighborhood restaurant, not a five-star establishment.

Fuimos a comer el menú del día y quedamos bastante satisfechos, 3 primeros y 3 segundos a elegir, todo rico y correcto. Por ponerle peros diría que me hubiese gustado que me hubiesen dado el menú en papel o QR y no de manera hablada que sin querer te ves tomando decisiones rápidas y sin toda la información. Para postre no nos ofrecieron fruta, sólo lácteos y café. Precio 15 euros.

Bocata contundente, bebida y una tapa para dos por unos 15€ por persona. Poco más se puede pedir. Además si te gusta el fútbol lo ponen en unas cuantas pantallas.

The burgers were very good, the place is nice, but the service, at least the waitress who served us, was a bit rude. Something to note: I asked them to swap the cheese for bacon, and they charged us extra for the bacon but didn't deduct the cost of the cheese... A cheap touch, in my opinion, since whenever I've asked for this ingredient to be changed at reputable burger places, they've done the swap without changing the price (it's just removing one basic ingredient to add another)... but they added €1.20 to the bill... and for a coffee with "lactose-free milk," they listed it as "Cola Cao" and charged another €0.10 supplement... 😱 Have we all gone mad?...

La atención al cliente fue fatal. Vine con ganas de pasar un buen rato con mi familia y me quede mal y no me apetecía la comida. Me atendió una chica con muy mala actitud, me hizo sentir incómoda y no respondió de manera amable a mis preguntas. Pedí un zumo de naranja y, en lugar de explicarme qué opciones tenían, empezó a decirme que la máquina estaba limpia y que no funcionaba después de las 12, con muy mala cara y sin ninguna amabilidad. Creo que la atención al cliente debería ser más respetuosa y cordial.

Camarera k nos atendió bastante antipática.. pido 2 cosas, antes de cobrarme le comento k kiero otro pintxo más, y parece k le molesté por tener k cancelar la operación del datáfono... Perdón eh? Si trabajas en una barra hay k ser más agradable.. y más a las 10 de la mañana.. si fueran las 00:00 lo puedo llegar a entender... Eso sí, todos muy monos/as posando en la barra pero la mesa donde nos sentamos, sucia y sin recoger

They have spent so much time to serve

No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede... La atención fue lo peor con diferencia. Camareros distantes, bordes y con cero ganas de trabajar. Nos hicieron esperar muchísimo sin explicación, nos hablaban mal y se notaba que les molestaba atendernos. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa después de estar más de 20 minutos esperando a por una ración de patatas nos mandan levantarnos porque nos dicen que necesitan la mesa para dar las comidas, les decimos que estamos esperando desde hace rato una ración y nos dicen que es mentira que nos acabamos de sentar que estamos en una mesa de fuera. Jamás me habían tratado tan mal en un local. No volveré a pisar este sitio ni ninguno de los otros Llarrain nunca más.

Teníamos reserva, nos dijeron 30 minutos más tarde. Sorpresa sólo había menú del día, así nos dijo el camarero de manera borde que entre diario trabajan así ( al parecer tiene fama de bocadillos, hamburguesas,...), por cierto la comida de muy baja calidad La verdad es que había gente, será que en los alrededores no hay competencia sino no lo entiendo No volveré, primera y última vez. Viendo el menú no creo que lo demás sea mejor

Vergonzoso. Estábamos sentados esperando a que nos trajeran una ración y nos levantaron de la mesa de malas formas para sentar a otros. Nunca me habían tratado con tanta falta de educación en un restaurante. Parece que les importa más doblar mesas que respetar a los clientes que ya están consumiendo. No tiréis vuestro dinero en un sitio donde os tratan como si estorbarais."

Mala atención, realicé un pedido de un menú, programado para las 13:30 - 14:00. Me llaman a las 13:27, llamada que no puedo atender y les devuelvo la llamada a las 13:49. Me dicen que han cancelado el pedido, que cuando realice el pedido todavía estaba el de ayer y que no podían prepararlo. Que me han llamado y al no contestar, lo han anulado. Entiendo que han tenido toda la mañana para avisarme. Puesto que me han llamado cuando ya el pedido tenía que estar prácticamente en casa. Y encima me dicen que es culpa mía por hacer el pedido demasiado pronto y no coger la llamada.

The service is terrible; it's like you owe them something just to be served. We asked to be seated for dinner when there were four free tables, and they told us they were all occupied by reservations. Now, half an hour later, half the room is empty. We're outside having a drink, and all we see are people smoking pot; they're certainly friendly and attentive to them.

The guy with tattoos was nice and friendly. He helped out and was polite. The 2 girls working there should learn some manners. Just be polite and treat ppl well. The fact that I don't speak Spanish should not matter right?
