Drive thru was fast and food was delicious in fact I finished my fries before I even made it home some six miles away

This restuarant has good value items. The fries are tasty & frozen treats are good. I do t know if its still flsme broiled or not.. but still good quick lunch.

I like this location because it's the nearest one after the nearest town of Somerset. I enjoy their ice cream, it's always creamy, I recommend this place for a quick bite, I do want to try the rest of the menu, I only got chicken nuggets and ice cream cones.

I WOULD rate a little higher if the food was made faster. Service was okay but... they didn't get my food down, which was weird.

Just a big empty room where the kids play equipment was ..... How sad and why??

This place keeps going downhill, they are almost ALWAYS out of something, from large fry boxes to morning sausage. It's only saving grace is that it's the only fast food joint within MILES of the junction of 1604 and Ih35.

Every single time, this location is on point! The food is always fresh, the customer service is great, and the overall vibe is just positive and welcoming. I honestly don't like going to Burger King bcuz they are always so dirty. I stopped bcuz I had a long drive ahead of me after picking up my son. We were both hungry and this was there other than a corner store. Restaurant was cleaner than others. Service was ok but they only had two employees working so we waited our turn patiently while the girl waited on drive through customers. The food, we got the 2 for $5. I got the Bacon/Cheeseburger and the chicken fries. I was very satisfied.

Staff are a bit rude when they take your order. We asked if someone spoke Spanish since my dad was visiting the US, and their attitude got more dry — or at least that’s how it felt. Food was what you would get at any Burger King.

They messed up my order which stinks as I got food on the go so wasnt going back. I ordered a diet drink and they gave me sweet tea. Since I'm diabetic couldnt drink it and the drinks arent cheap here. My food was also wrong. What was right was good and fresh

So I decided to try the Whataburger Jr combo deal for five bucks which included three chicken nuggets fries and a small drink. When I got the burger I was thinking is this a joke? It was tiny, I doubt it was even two and a half inches in diameter. Good thing I'm about to start another diet it was tasty but oh boy it was tiny.

I had the fiery chicken wrap, fries and a drink. It was Spicy Buffalo tasted great, just a bit disappointed with its overall size. Was on the small size.

Every time I go there’s some thing comes wrong with my order they don’t have any mozzarella sticks they don’t have any tacos they don’t have this they don’t have that. Tonight my husband went over there my little brother want to tacos he ended up getting a hamburger because they didn’t have any more tacos and then I want mozzarella sticks and I got jalapeño poppers or whatever they’re called there’s only one gentleman there I don’t remember his name I want to say Michael he’s always there in the evenings he’s an excellent person but the other employees that work there they don’t wanna work they just stand around doing nothing making you wait

Burgers were cold fries were hot, lady's are rude and the bathrooms were disgusting. Like stunk so bad toilet paper every where. 😫 just horrible!!!!!!

My husband ordered 2 whoppers no pickles and 2 whoppers only xxx ketchup and a fry. Well when we finally got our order the fries had no salt at all and his only xxx ketchup came with everything. So we had to go around and back through the drive thru do to cova 19. My husband told them and they said to drive up and they would fix it. Needless to say even after telling them again only xxx ketchup when he opened his whoppers they had very little ketchup on them the size of a half dollar. Well I can honestly say we will never go back to that Burger King again. Also the first time we went through the drive thru they didn't give us our receipt and I asked for it and they said to pull up and they will bring it out. Well we waited but no one brought it out and we had to move because the cars behind us were blowing their horn. And when we went back to get the whoppers fixed I asked again but never got it.

Their wait time is awful. Lack of communication to the customers at the drive thru is not there. They did not get the order correct and our group was wondering if they want this location to be a success. Come on Burger King, shape up before you lose more customers.

The food is Burger King so it's ok, nothing special. I dont expect to be blown away with the taste, but I expected them not to blow away my wallet. The employee at the window took a bit of the change, but I'm not talking a few cents. I ordered a double whopper meal, and two spicy chicken sandwiches this was supposed to be $17-$19 dollars. I played him with a $100 dollar bill and only received $75 back. When I received the money I did not get a receipt. Keep this in mind if you ever do go here, and make sure you aren't being ripped off like me. (Btw for those who want to know this was on the 6th of August 2020) I am disappointed to have to say this because I go to this Burger King a fair amount but now it's just a better option to go to lytle or the nearby dairy queen.

We stopped on our way to Austin in the morning like 10am and they didn't have coffee lol . Oh and the restroom didn't have mirror. We went to ExxonMobil next door to get coffee.

Food wasn't too bad at first but made my stomach hurt. Just seem like everything was a little off. Mens room was clean but no TP!

So i wasn't personally going to leave a bad review,but under the circumstances. Unfortunately I'm upset that no one is answering the phone calls. I used two different numbers and called three times given that one of the numbers is not from the San Antonio Area. I was trying to give them a cool headed heads up that their,"sprite"might be expired,or possibly needing to be replaced in general. It has like a sort of ethanol a like taste an smell. Almost like lighter fluid. And no one wants to answer the phone. I'm not going to drive up there,but I will definitely give a call or two later again. Slowest fast food place ive ever been too. Not an isolated incident. I usually stop on my way to work sometimes and every time i do its atleast a 25 minute wait. You’ll get food just never fast.

The food was cold even though it was made to order. I didn't like the Sourdough King's signature sauce. I believe the food could have been prepared better especially since it was late night. It's not like they were rushed because of a crowd.

They take forever to prepare your food which I guess is the reason why they asked you to pull up so that your time is not running on there Drive-Thru speed, even if there is nobody behind you you are asked to pull up and they will take it out to youl it literally takes 15 minutes sometimes to get mixer match combo in the morning

Will never go back. We ordered 7 5 for 4 meals and only one was right. Come to find out the cashier who took my order was the manager on duty and she was so rude and she didn't even give a receipt. Then when I took the food back inside she was trying to argue with me and was bad mouthing me to the cooks.

I was greeted by who I am assuming was a management in a black button up shirt with tattoos and colored eyes , the rudest way . I had simple questions about there menu and was responding by heavy breathing and attitude over the intercom , I’ve been a manager or restaurants before and I know that’s not how you treat your customers , I definitely won’t be returning, better management is needed.

Im a trucker so finding a restaurant to eat at is hard enough. Stopped in at this burger king and they were nice enough to take my order now if they had only gotten it right. I asked for my burgers to not have ketchup. Well I'm eating ketchup because my breakfast lunch and dinner have ketchup. Tried calling so I could turn around and get them to remake the order but no one answers. Just my luck.

They advertise ice cream shakes. I have been using Burger King frequently since it the closest fast food place to me. They never have shakes due to some excuse. Take it off the menu if you don't serve it. I'm going to drive somewhere else from now on

Worst service ever. Don't come here!!! The drive thru lady was super rude. Pretty sure she spit in my food too because they asked me to pull forward even though there was no one behind me. Went through the drive through yesterday. FOOD PREPPERS HAD NO GLOVES ON AND LONG NAILS. We called the girl back to the window and handed her our drinks and told her we didn't want the food because they don't use gloves. She made a face gave us our money back and stated " we wash our hands and sanitize after". I advised her that was not code and we will be contacting the health department.

The only reason I'm rating it a 1 start is because I cant put a post without it. This place is horrible, theres water leaking from the ceiling, theres water all over the floor, bad service, the drinks taste weird, like a filtery taste. There is no ice for the drinks & their ketchup machine wasnt working. The tables were dirty, the only good thing was the food.

For 12 years... this place has always done something wrong with my order... everytime I complain all I get is I'm sorry... never lets remake the order... it's on the house... or heres a gift card... this last visit I waited over 30 minutes for four whoppers.... when I asked how much longer I was t ols they are about to make them now... still never got the feeling of being wanted as a repeat customer... Came to this location at 8:45pm and they were closed. People were eating inside one of the employees was outside trying to flag someone down, we were right behind him he closed the door on us and locked it. If they were closing already all he had to do was say it. Very rude, never returning. Upon looking at the hours on the website they don't close til 10:00pm. If people don't want to work, shut the whole damn place down!!!!

Ordered my daughter a order from a coupon she gave me for her weekend dinner. We live 30 mins away. I took the bait and decided to get her the meal she was excited about. I show up at the drive thru after my journey. Ordered from the drive thru and let the manager know I had a coupon. He said pull up. After a long wait and 2 cars parked waiting for food I finnally get my chance to pay. I present the coupon and he said oh we dont accept coupons. Then after I pay. He said oh we will "next time" I asked for the manager he said he was the manager. I drove quite a distance to not have the coupon mailed from your location not honored. To make matters worst the food order was incorrect and just made my daughter upset. I will no longer return to this location and hope management makes changes to take care of customers coupons for we work hard for our hard earned money just to be taken advantage of. -5 stars

Online information says the location is open until midnight for drive thru and dine in. I drive a semi and based on the hours listed I stopped for the night hoping to get some food after a long driving day. I walked in the door at 2201hrs. I was immediately told by someone mopping the floor that they were closed. He said the dining room closes at 2200 and the drive thru at 2300. So, it seems that about the only information correct here is the address and the name of the business. Drivers like me often plan their driving day based on online information. Had I known that I wasn't going to be able to get a meal here, I would have planned to stop for the night elsewhere.

This BK is supposed to be open right now and thier not! Who's in charge? They open at 7am.. it'd 720am and no ones here! I've been here since 6:55am being patient, thinking, maybe someone's late or something... but I've been having troubles with this place lately. I come every other day recently. And it's been going down hill.

Horrible service at the 14710 IH 35 , Von Ormy 78073. The purchase was today 11/9/19 around 4:15 a whopper combo. They did not want to honor the coupon that was sent in the mail. The manager specifically said that he can not do it this time but will next time. Why couldnt he honor it this time. What happen to customers first. We live 20 mins from this Burgerking and decided to pick this place verses others. I am very upset about the service. I will now never go to this location and will not receive any future service from me.

I gave them a good review at 1 point, now i cant say the same. Management at this place is a joke. The guy at the drive thru "Christian" responded back with "well why didnt you say that " then we speak with the manager about it and his respond was to tell us that "Christian" had been at wk since 6am which it was like 8pm. This Manager Ryan gives us all our money back. Were like NOOOOOOOO! WE JUST WANTED THE MONEY BACK FOR THE SPICY NUGGETS WE DIDNT GET. OMG so we spent over an hour almost and they didnt give us our food, all from their mistake. Plus when we first drove up they were all outside smoking. Who knows what they were all smoking cuz they couldnt get an order right, or know how to give us $1.69 back . SMH bunch of fools working here. Worse burger king ever. The owner needs to clean house big time. Believe me Corporate will be getting a phone call. Oh almost forgot when Ryan the manager gave us all our money back. When we said NO we just wanted the money back for the spicy nuggets we never got he said IT DOESN'T MATTER , yes it does matter... idiot's idiot's working here.. SMH

Thought it got better when the remodeled but nope. Whenever I use the app they never give me the correct meal size and the cashier locks the restroom since the bathroom is the only place with AC. NO AC...No Salt...No good service

Be extremely cautious when going here. I ordered a whopper jr, It was made wrong. I was told they would make another one. Is all they did was took the same burger corrected it and sent it back to me. Not good!!!!!! Any food item that is returned must be tossed out. If they did this with my burger it leaves me to wonder how their sanitation is???? Sounds like it's time to call the health department on this place.

42 minutes in the drive thru behind 2 cars.. very rude service from a male in the drive thru over the radio. Sad to see I used to love it there. I left without my drink.. I don't even care, I initially wanted a shake but they don't have shakes right now. Dissatisfied and disappointed

I have gone to this place about 6 times. Every time is the same bad experience. Long wait, sad faces, bad customer service, dirty place. Wrong order. Fries smell bad because they re re use the frying oil. Very little or not condiments. I go there because it's the closest place but I'm not going back anymore. It's very frustrating to wait for a long time in line and when you get home, your order is wrong or its not well prepared.

Stopped by to grab something to go, they were not busy at all and I can only figure it is because the locals know that their food is inedible. My cheeseburger reminded me of one of my dogs chew toys, the nuggets were coarse, cold little disks of rubber, oddly enough the fries were actually fresh.... Go figure

A total disorganized mess. Last time we were there it looked like they had a cook and one employee running the whole place. Drive through is a joke, they started to take my order i thought and never came back, so i drove up to the window. It would be a good idea to shut this place down.

Ordered French toast stick meal. No salt, no pepper, no catsup, NO SYRUP... and no receipt so I couldn't take the survey. I am NOT a happy camper. The French toast sticks were burnt and the hash brown circles were cold. Worst fast food meal I've had in a li g time.

We used the drive thru, even to place an order we waited for 20 min. And after ww place the order we waited for another 20 min. With only one car in front of me. We've always had a bad experience at this location. Rude service, always out of something, they forgwt to put condiments in the bag, etc. But they are the only restaurant in that area. We need another option.

Food is not at all quality especially given the price tag. I'm not sure what it is that goes on with the food but it tastes old and dry or quishy and gross depending on if we are talking burgers or chicken sandwiches. It taste as if it was microwaved. They service is nothing special they take your order and get it wrong or forget things that belong on the meal. They also take forever to produce the food. The atmosphere feels like a shell of burger king's former days. Regional managers need to get this place fixed up a badly. It's a crying shame.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Lady tried to hand out our six drinks without a cup holder so of course we ask for one. After asking she rolls her eyes and slams the drive thru window.. After coming back with our cup holder we ask to speak to a manager.. The girl then says "Yeah, cause I don't get paid enough for this!" And slams the window again. After explaining to the manger how rude this lady was we're told to pull up and wait for our order. After waiting God knows how long the same rude lady brings out our order and as she hands us our order she says to us "Y'all are funny. And don't bother calling the store because I made sure everything was right!" And walks right back into the store. If I could rate this a 0 that's what it would be. This restaurant needs a whole new management and staff!! Or to be shut down because this is one of thee worst fast food restaurants I have ever been too!!

8:30 am, I pull up to restaurant excited that there was a meatless breakfast option. As I pulled up, all the staff were outside, no one washed their hands walking back behind counter. I order, get to window and I am told, "We don't have any of those," by an employee without hairnet or gloves, barely wearing a face mask. I take just the coffee, take a sip before leaving driveway and it's cold.....this used to be one of my favorite Burger King restaurants, after this morning I will never again go to this location and will make sure to spread the word about this so called quality

Ordered 2 medium fries, a medium mozzarella fries, and 2 whoppers... The french fries were not fully cooked and the mozzarella fries were overcooked... Contacted customer support and thecsaid they can only issue a 5 dollar credit even though the froes added up to 9.93...PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Is anyone else having issues with the website ordering online. This is the second time I had an issue with my items not all being added to my checkout after it was added to my cart. The first time I contacted customer service and they said all items were received, yes, but one. So I let it go. Now I had 2 people present to witness the error. I shown them my cart of everyone's meals then hit checkout where it only charged me for half of what was in my cart. Not sure if it's occurring due to I have the Walmart+ 25% off deal or if it's a website issue BUT IT SUCKS. Makes me not even want to take the time to utilize the online services if it is only going to have me wasting my time to make a second order with the items I did not receive on the first order. Hence I am now wasting my time writing this review but I hope it helps some one who might be wasting their time ordering online if they end having this issue aswell. Also, I utilize the online ordering not only for "convenience" (not so convent) and points added to my rewards. Next time I am going to order at Whataburger! They do it right! Burger King have it your way sureeeeee. Also, this review is based on the online ordering.

By far the worst experience ever at a Burger King. The workers here don’t seem to care about anything i literally just wanted a whopper meal and the attitude was horrible. I asked for a manager I think her name was Andrea or Amanda and it was like talking to a teenager throwing a tantrum. I wanted a refund on my food because of how I saw it being handled and the fact that it was cold. And she made it a huge deal like lady just give me my money back! Would not come back here !

As we were traveling thru the area, we stopped to pickup a bite to eat. Our food order was blemished by a foot long hair in the Whopper. We ended up throwing the burger back in the bag. We tried to focus on eating the fries but then the fries had a hair as well. Now we felt it was done on purpose.

The order did not come out as I requested it to which was no sauce, include all veggies & toast bun on both sides. Easy. When I received my food mayo had bun scraped off & was all over my veggies. When I went back in to have it corrected they first tried to deny it was made with sauce but you could clearly smell the mayo before opening. Then they stuck it in the microwave & warmed the meat up, put new veggies & fresh bun still untasted. I believe they pre cook the patties, have them sitting for a period of time & then microwave smh That’s not the worst part the smell inside the building was horrible & no one was bothering to sweep a very dirty floor. I can’t see how the two people that were in there were able to eat. No one was in the drive thru so it wasn’t busy. My first meal of the day. Just a mess. I do not recommend & will not be going back myself. Should have followed my first mind & went to Whataburger!!
