I normally don’t write reviews for fast food places, but honestly, my family and I find ourselves stopping at this Burger King a few times whenever we’re driving downstate. Every single time, this location is on point! The food is always fresh, the customer service is great, and the overall vibe is just positive and welcoming. It’s nice to see a fast food spot that takes pride in what they do. Thought it was only fair to finally give them the recognition they deserve!

I honestly don't like going to Burger King bcuz they are always so dirty. I stopped bcuz I had a long drive ahead of me after picking up my son. We were both hungry and this was there other than a corner store. Restaurant was cleaner than others. Service was ok but they only had two employees working so we waited our turn patiently while the girl waited on drive through customers. The food, we got the 2 for $5. I got the Bacon/Cheeseburger and the chicken fries. I was very satisfied.

Ordered 2 medium fries, a medium mozzarella fries, and 2 whoppers... The french fries were not fully cooked and the mozzarella fries were overcooked... Contacted customer support and thecsaid they can only issue a 5 dollar credit even though the froes added up to 9.93...PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Is anyone else having issues with the website ordering online. This is the second time I had an issue with my items not all being added to my checkout after it was added to my cart. The first time I contacted customer service and they said all items were received, yes, but one. So I let it go. Now I had 2 people present to witness the error. I shown them my cart of everyone's meals then hit checkout where it only charged me for half of what was in my cart. Not sure if it's occurring due to I have the Walmart+ 25% off deal or if it's a website issue BUT IT SUCKS. Makes me not even want to take the time to utilize the online services if it is only going to have me wasting my time to make a second order with the items I did not receive on the first order. Hence I am now wasting my time writing this review but I hope it helps some one who might be wasting their time ordering online if they end having this issue aswell. Also, I utilize the online ordering not only for "convenience" (not so convent) and points added to my rewards. Next time I am going to order at Whataburger! They do it right! Burger King have it your way sureeeeee. Also, this review is based on the online ordering.

Scratched Rotation

By far the worst experience ever at a Burger King. The workers here don’t seem to care about anything i literally just wanted a whopper meal and the attitude was horrible. I asked for a manager I think her name was Andrea or Amanda and it was like talking to a teenager throwing a tantrum. I wanted a refund on my food because of how I saw it being handled and the fact that it was cold. And she made it a huge deal like lady just give me my money back! Would not come back here !

As we were traveling thru the area, we stopped to pickup a bite to eat. Our food order was blemished by a foot long hair in the Whopper. We ended up throwing the burger back in the bag. We tried to focus on eating the fries but then the fries had a hair as well. Now we felt it was done on purpose.

The didn’t have what I ordered on the app, and took and hour just to get my food!! Also was burnt. Never again burger king

The order did not come out as I requested it to which was no sauce, include all veggies & toast bun on both sides. Easy. When I received my food mayo had bun scraped off & was all over my veggies. When I went back in to have it corrected they first tried to deny it was made with sauce but you could clearly smell the mayo before opening. Then they stuck it in the microwave & warmed the meat up, put new veggies & fresh bun still untasted. I believe they pre cook the patties, have them sitting for a period of time & then microwave smh That’s not the worst part the smell inside the building was horrible & no one was bothering to sweep a very dirty floor. I can’t see how the two people that were in there were able to eat. No one was in the drive thru so it wasn’t busy. My first meal of the day. Just a mess. I do not recommend & will not be going back myself. Should have followed my first mind & went to Whataburger!!

Not Only did she give me the wrong Pie she gave me the most disgusting smashed OPEN pie !!! And it was nearly a 30 minute wait for a “BDAY Pie” and Mozz fry. Horrible service
