There was an extremely long line, but the cashier was able to keep everything moving quickly in the drive through and continue to be in a good mood and very friendly to everyone. We had no mistakes in our order either.

The drinks were delicious, and it was a great spot to hang with friends!

We moved to Texas and discovered Bahama Buck's on a trip to Target. We are so happy we stopped to see what this place is all about. Amazing quality and quantity with every purchase and it doesn't break the bank. Friendly service and a drive through just adds to the sweet treat Bucks provides. Did I mention the spoons change color too???

This is our new favorite snow come place in Waco, for sure. We got 3 different snow cones and the kokomoca drink. All were amazing. They have a great selection of flavors and topping. They also have coffee type drinks and Greek yogurt smoothies. Great little place. The inside was not opened when we went at 8 pm though and it was pretty busy, but still worth it for the quality of product.

I came here to pickup a doordash order and the girls were all so nice. Excellent customer service, fun environment. GREAT WORK :) (8-23-2022) I came here again to get the wave bender drink. The girls were super friendly and made good conversation. They were fast, efficient and overall I had another great experience at this store. I will be returning :) (8-24-2022)

Loved it! Amazing options and variety. My children beg me to bring them as it’s their favorite treat spot. The new owner is fantastic. I spilled my Caribbean Cola and not only did one of the employees jump to get me a new one without charge, the owner came out without hesitation to clean it up and told us not to worry. That’s great customer service right there and someone who genuinely cares about his customers!

My daughter always wanted to go to one of these places. We had a good experience. Very good!

I forgot to leave a good review but the employees are so friendly and helpful. While I was helping set up a new store nearby them, I went inside with a friend to ask for a cup of ice and water. They not only gave my friend and I each that but also two free smoothies. They certainly didn't have to do that but it was very sweet. These guys are always so nice and awesome.

This is THE best place to go on a hot Texas afternoon. They're a little pricey and the service can be kinda slow but they make up for it by providing a quality snack in a variety of flavors. Feeling adventurous? Try asking for 2 flavors (banana + black cherry is the way to go). If you have some extra time to burn and you're craving something cold and sweet Bahama Buck's is the way to go!

Sticky tables always. No more rope games outside on the deck. Board games are all sticky. Service takes forever inside or drive thru. This place needs a makeover.

Fast, friendly, and a great summer treat during the Texas heat! The ice is really smooth and they are usually pretty good at putting enough syrup on so that you don't end up with mostly unflavored ice in the larger size icees. However, it happened this time to one of our medium sized icee, so I took away a star. The only other time this has happened, they were happy to put more flavor on. We had ordered to go and didn't feel like going back when we discovered it.

If you go when it's not busy it's enjoyable. They have great flavors and they are so yummy! You can go off the menu or create your own! Pretty cool. Strawberry Bliss is the best! If you go when it's busy, be prepared to wait! I waited 45 min to get my daughters free snow cone. The employees are nice but could use a slight fire under their behinds to get them to move quicker. Or get more people to work the front counter during the busy hours. Overall though, it's a must stop for a cold tasty treat! They have a drive thru as well which is convenient.

First time there, service was quite slow. It took me over 20 minutes to get through the queue in the drive through with a few minutes wait at the menu board and another few minutes between paying and getting the shaved ice. This may not be a bad thing as it wasn't melted at all except where the flavor was poured on There are a crazy amount of flavors, i wasn't sure what to try and ended up going with the pictured blue coconut and cream. It was delicious, not crazy sweet until the end. Very light and refreshing. They were sold out of the 12 oz so I got a regular, would probably get an 8 oz baby next time. It was huge!

Was lucky enough to go before a rush arrived. They've upgraded since the last time I've been here. I love the Bahama Daiquiri with strawberry and banana! The girls behind the counter didn't greet us for about 3+ ish minutes and then took our order (inside order, I usually use the drive-thru). Not mad, just something that sticks with you when you're just standing there looking at them. Other than that, always a good choice on a hot summer day!

When I come here I order the mango tango with extra strawberry(the fruit) without the toppings(cherry and cream). Unfortunately, they seem to forget. Other than that the taste and quantity is decently satisfying.

The snow cones are delicious, but they care very little about accuracy. We almost always have AT LEAST one error in our order, from wrong sizes to missing snow cones or incomplete snow cones (like no cream or no sprinkles).

My wife and I have been coming here for years and we have always liked the service and the products, UNTIL NOW. We came in mid afternoon and the music was very loud and annoying, my wife ordered a blue coconut Avalanche ( they were out) the young man who took our oder made a White coconut instead ( with no flavor) my wheelchair bound wife went back to the counter and the same guy argued about her order, she did get a different flavor this time and the girl who brought it to her gave a sincere apology for the young man. My question is how can you work in public like this and not have respect for your customers aka YOUR PAYCHECK!

The wait is long sometimes. I don't even bother going if there are more than 2 or 3 cars in line. The prices are also always different each time I go. I order the exact same drink every time and when I ask why the price is different, the worker just says "well that's how much it is."

They never have enough working here on a busy summer night. I was in the drive thru for almost an hour. Only two people working working both the drive thru and inside.

The shaved ice products are always really good. My favorite is the orange cream. They lose 2 stars for 1 reason and that is service. Last few times I've been by this location there was a line around the building in the drive up window and you have to sit for 15 min minimum. Last time we skipped the window and went inside and the was no line to order. We stood at the register for 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged. During that time, there were several customers waiting on their order. One customer finally started complaining that they had been there 20 minutes for a drink. We walked out after 15 minutes of standing there and waiting to have our order taken. There were 6 people working behind the counter and 3 were busy and 3 were standing around talking to each other. If you can catch them when they are not busy they have great products but if there is kind of line, I would skip it.

I'm being generous with the stars. Not even close to being as good as they were in the past. Customer service is zero but I understand these days. It literally took 45 minutes (less time to travel there from out-of-town) to get our order. We sat at the window 20 of the 45 and watched several employees just walk around. And then when we got it. Everything tasted the same. Very little syrup and lots of dry ice. BB, yall are better than that. Train employees, give incentives and hold them accountable. Looking forward to better days.

Snow cones were great! Floors were extremely sticky and the bathrooms smelled kinda like an old dog kennel. Sorry but it’s true.

Took an hour to order and get the 3 snow cones we ordered. A WHOLE HOUR. But if you're down to wait an hour for a couple of snow cones, they're pretty good.

Snow cones are delicious but you better call ahead the day before so they have enough time to make it. Literally grew gray hair in the drive thru.

we have had issue after issue with Bahamas bucks the last half a year or so, but tonight was very frustrating. I went to Bahamas bucks last night and ordered a regular with a flat top. I was given what looked like a regular flat top. I asked the girl in the drive through lane if this was a large, as with a flat top they size up. She told me “Yes, that is our large’s”. I went back tonight and ordered a small and regular flat top. I was given two of the same size of what I got last night. The guy at the drive through apologized and gave me what was actually supposed to be the large flat top, which I did not get last night even after asking the girl if that was a large. This is not the first time I have questioned the size that we received, but the first time I have actually asked about it and was lied to (which we have apparently been given the wrong sizes before). We will definitely not be back. BB is having the same problems they had before they closed for weeks to retrain the staff.

We arrived about 25 minutes before closing and they locked the doors as we pulled up. We asked what time the closed and they said to go through the driver thru which we did. Turns out they stopped serving sno cones for the night too. We went to Baskin Robbins next door instead.

Usually this is my favorite place to go to. I would not come to the one in Waco anymore. The cashier did not even give us our punch card. We waited forever to get a small strawberry shaved ice and a reg strawberrycolada. We were the only ones in line. We finally received our order and they had to remake one with the right flavor. In the middle of them had big chunks of ice without any flavor. I recommend going to the Bahama Bucks in Killeen, they are way friendlier and taste 100% better.

Usually come in and service is great and fast. This go around the menu sign was either broke or just not on. The employees were literally was seemed to be goofing off. They were getting their own snow cone samples and trying flavors while I was waiting on my own order to be done or even started. One employee was sitting on a deep freezer behind the register eating a snowcone. The girl who made my smoothie also seemed like she had a problem doing so. Forgot to mention it was the girl sitting on the deep freezer that had the problem.

First time here so I will give them another chance, someday. Our order was wrong twice. The third time was not the "charm" but we were tired of waiting so we just took what we were given. I had always assumed the lines were long here because this place was awesome! NOPE!! Now I know why the lines are always long. The staff is either not trained or preoccupied or both. Great ice tho! 👍

There were 3 cars in front of us and it took 30 minutes for us to get our 1 item. There were 3 employees inside and it looked like only was making snow cones. The snow cone cone we got was very tasty.

Only two people working and there were three and one up and left. Also got my order wrong then redid it sloppy and the ice was not the shaved I come for. Will it be coming to this location for a long time.

Terrible service. Very disorganized employees. They ran out of popular flavors and ice blocks. We never received our order but were refunded. There are much better sno cone places in Waco.

Used to be my favorite place to go, but it has definitely gone downhill and the cashiers just don’t have a clue it seems. Asked for a balance on my gift card and they didn’t know how to do that. And today my total was $5.19 and I gave her a $10 bill and 18 cents and said oh I have $.18 but I can find another penny, hang on a minute. She replied, Oh no, that’s fine, don’t worry about it….. Then gave me $4.99 back in change. 🤨 Then after I drove off, it wasn’t even what I ordered. But I will still go back because I do like it.

Forgot my snow cone. Went to the back for about twenty minutes before having to remind them about it. Place is also very dirty, water all over the pickup counter where there was a dead fly. Tables were also disgusting, obviously haven’t been cleaned in awhile.

Had the worst service ever! There were no lights on inside the building except for behind the counter. We were standing at the counter for over 5 minutes without being greeted. Then we had to wait over 30 minutes to get our snow cones. Meanwhile everyone after us and in the drive through got theirs.

A few years ago on my travels, maybe 4 or 5 years ago. I was hankering for a tiger blood snow cone. If memory serves me correctly these were dark time when the Mr. Snow off of Memorial St was closed. I figured meh ill try it from Bahama Bucks after all tiger blood is tiger blood. When I received my order and took the first bite I realized tiger blood flavoring was NOT the same everywhere. That sweet coconut flavor with a hint of whatever else is in that flavor eluded me and I was met instead with Robitusin cough medicine with a hint of castor oil medicine flavor. Even though I've never tried castor oil, the name sounds like how the Bahama Bucks Tiger blood tasted. To this day 5 years later I am still awaken, drenched in a ice cold sweat and with an impending sense of doom. On that day, mankind received a grim reminder... that the Tiger Blood from Bahama SUCKS. Go to Mr Snow instead if you want tiger blood.

Decent snowcone but service is incredibly slow! I have tried this place 3 times now and each time it has taken at least 20 minutes to get my snowcone. Twice I've gone through drive through and once I've gone inside.

Bahama Bucks USED to be one of my favorite places to go. The snocones are unbeatable WHEN they can be obtained. However, today in the MIDDLE of the day on a SATURDAY, I attempted to go here and there were 3 cars in line... they zoomed through, and I waited like they did for a bit at the speaker to order and NO ONE ever came over the speaker to take my order, so I assumed maybe something was wrong with their system? so I pulled through only to find that they were in fact RANDOMLY and without notice CLOSED?! At 3PM on a Saturday... there were no signs, no notices... nothing. I felt like this was very unprofessional. I really hope people will stop going here just to prove a point that you can NOT be so independent and do whatever you please. It's unprofessional to post an open/close schedule and never adhere to it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! Get new management or reliable staff!

The person behind the counter wearing a green shirt argued with me about your policy on using my A+ card. My mom had her A+ card clearly out and even told the lady and she still did not take the discount off. She had to refund the first order and re-ring it up correctly. The lady was super rude. All of the snowcones we had to ask for more syrup because in the middle it was just ice. My family and I frequent this location often and have never had bad service before now.

One star blue to poor customer service, drive thru takes at least 20mins. I put around to the window and see girls dancing. I got to the speaker and waited over 5 mins. Pulled around to the door to be told to go through the drive thru. Told them I’d been waiting there and nobody said anything. That’s when I saw them dancing. 🙄

I just had the worst experience I've ever had here. I've been coming here since the place opened. I order a regular, flat top Jamaican Punch and same size Shark Attack. Not only did the window girl hand us two cups of dry, slightly colored ice, she was when I asked for mine to be fixed. What has happened to this place?

I went through the drive through and they were taking so long so I decided to go inside instead, first impression was the outside so dirty , trash cans full of trash, inside dirty as well.I went inside and it was nothing but 3 costumers, not busy at all. I ordered and they had like 6 employees working on orders so I thought my order was going to be ready soon, I was wrong. They took 20 minutes to give me my order and one of my items was wrong so I told the employee about it, what she did is gave me what I was missing with a bad attitude. I never go back again!

If I could give them a -5 star, I would! They are extremely slow. It doesn’t matter if you order online or if you order in person, it takes them forever. The customer service is horrible and you can never go inside to pick up an online order you still have to wait on people that just ordered before you can even pick up an order.

This business is ran by nothing but teenagers, the only person to actually want to get anything done was Brooklyn and Kylie. While standing here for over 30minutes, Kylie was trying help other coworkers but instead receivers attitude back. New management needs to be here with at least one adult manager on site. Operations are very inconsistent. Waiting 30 minutes for ONE snow cone. Meanwhile, Kylie made a smoothie for our order within 5 minutes.

This has got to be the worst location. They never have enough staff so the wait times are extremely long. The lobby is closed on random days, likely due to short staff, but when I submit and online order and show up expecting to walk in and it be ready, I find the doors locked and I have to wait in the long drive thru line that I was trying to avoid. No sign on the door saying the lobby is closed. Online ordering should be disabled during these times.

$5 and 30 minutes of my time and I still didn't get a sno cone. I don't know how the management has that place set up, but this place can not handle a rush of people in any way. Only two machines to met the needs for the inside and drive thru orders? Something needs to be changed.

I have been coming to BB for years and recently the staff and productivity have just gone down. Left for college and came back to only notice that the staff just isn't up to par like the 3 locations in my area before. After downloading the app and going 2x to BB-waco, I was able to generate enough points to receive free items. However, I've been trying to redeem these for over 3 months! The app/scanner or something is always down or does not work. I have also gone 3x in the past 2 weeks and they have run out of snow and will only serve drinks/smoothies. There either has to be a new system or open another location. -sad customer

Dirty, sticky floor, not clean restroom. Front door doesn't shut right so flies easily get in. Needs a lot of cleanup and good supervision. Passing through Waco wouldn't stop there again. One in Buda Texas much better.

Took my kids an whole time the girls working was playing around waited 25 min while I’m literally the only person in side with my kids manager comes out doesn’t correct the girls not to mention the cussing that was going on. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time here!! My fiancé and I stopped here after having a WONDERFUL experience in the Fort Worth location. Not only was it not busy, it took a good 15 minutes to get our snow cones. The tops of the cones were very short. Mine had no syrup in the middle and both had way too much syrup to the point that once you broke through the crust on the top, it was basically soup. It had not melted because this happened immediately after we got the snow cones. The teenagers working were completely unsupervised and more concerned about visiting their friend who dropped by for a visit and helped herself to two smoothies instead of doing their job. Where is management? Where are the adults?? Get the kids in line.

Came here after a 12 hour shift just looking to reward myself. I was so excited, only to be extremely let down. It took forever to get our snow cone, and once we did, only the first layer had syrup. I basically paid $6 for ice with no flavoring. I was extremely disappointed. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Waited an hour and a half for 3 baby snow cones, never got to put my order in at the intercom. Once at the window waited maybe 10 minutes for mine (sadly was more like a block of ice that well.... Tasted like a block of ice), was able to finish it before the next one came out, my son finished half of his before the last one. Watched about 15-20 people leave empty handed. Seems to be a repeating problem, I used to go every week with the kids, probably the last time we will go.

We did not have a good experience with this specific Bahama Bucks at all. We waited almost 35 minutes for our snow ones. We then got to the window and the worker had no clue what we had even ordered. Absolutely poor service.

Been here three times in the past month. It's been over 30 minutes each time for just two snocones. The employees kept walking to the back and once at the window and paid it took an additional 15 minutes to get the snow cones and then they were messed up. I tried calling and kept getting told they couldn't hear me so I called back on my roommates phone and it still " I can't hear you" extremely frustrated. Get it together. This used to be my favorite refreshing treat.

Needs to improve on speed of service. It took over 20 minutes to get our order. The staff is not organized and was not focused on customers. They also did not have bomb popsicles to complete his order and the staff never informed us when placing the order. Poor service!

I purchased the small cherry shaved ice because they were out of the strawberry flavor and I very disappointed especially after waiting 10 minutes in line. Whoever made mine didn’t put enough syrup on it because was just plain ice in the middle of it. It will be awhile before I will visit again

Went through the drive thru today & ordered a strawberry colada snow cone. Didn't taste it until I drove away. It was SALTY. Why in the world would a strawberry snow cone ever be salty?? Tasted like it was the ice, not the syrup. Line was too long to go back. It went in the trash.

I typically try to not give bad reviews, and give people the benefit of the doubt, however, this was the worst customer experience I have ever had. My wife and I waited for over an hour in a drive thru line of 8 cars before even getting to the speaker to order. We then waited for over 10 minutes at the speaker, never even being greeted by an employee. An employee eventually walked out the back door and put a sign on the speaker, as we are waiting there, that says they are out of ice. I will never go back to this location. I have worked in customer service for almost a decade, and I understand that things get busy, break, and run out. That being said, I could not believe this experience.

I've come here 3 times so far. 1st time, I waited in line inside. I never got asked for my order. Other people in line left and I decided to leave too after about 10 - 15 min of waiting. The second time, it took about 15-20 minutes to get my order, and I was surprised at how long it took since there was one lady in front of us and three workers inside. The third time which is today, I went again, and it was supposed to be open, but the one worker there had the store closed during hours of operation. Don't recommend coming here.

Syrup or lack there of-makes snow cones taste bland, it's like this with every flavor I've tried. Employees are very rude especially the woman with the nose piercing. Mr snow has better prices, flavors, and nicer employees.

this was the second time that i have been to this location in the past month and i had the same exact experience. staff kept playing around with each other and not getting their job done. people around me were complaining because they waited over 30 minutes for their snow cones. i ordered online and i still had to wait at least 20 minutes. when they got to my order they had no idea what i wanted and they had to ask me. there were 3 people in the back just sitting on their phones and the workers were complaining and not getting anything done. absolutely do not recommend if u have little patience.

From the time I got to the ordering box to the moment I receive my own baby snowcone, it was nearly 40 minutes. I asked the girl taking my order some questions about flavors that I was unfamiliar with and she didn’t know what the flavors were either nor found someone who did…I still don’t know what the shark attack flavor is. When I got to the window she didn’t greet me and seemed very annoyed that I was making her do her job. She told me the total and just closed the window. While waiting, the employees did not seem to be in a rush to help customers. After waiting around 25 minutes at the window, the girl handed me the snow cone and did not say anything to me, I would’ve at least appreciated an apology for the long wait. The snowcone itself did not have enough syrup and the majority of the dome was just ice. Overall, I was very disappointed with the entire interaction.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! The wait for the drive-through was absolutely ridiculous. We sat there for for 1hr and 25 minutes from the time we pulled up to the time we left. 50 minutes was just before we ordered (I was blocked in and couldn't get around) when we ordered I figured I'd wait it out since we made it this far and it took another 10 min for them to come to the speaker, then the remainder waiting for the actual shaved ice. If I could give it a lower rating, I definitely would.

Place is painfully SLOW FOR NO REASON. Everytime I try to go to happy hour I end up getting nothing due to either them being entirely too slow and not having the patience to wait in line for over an hour or happy hour ends before I can make my order due to sitting in line for so long. Why has nothing been done about this? It is not hard to put ice in a cup and drizzle some syrup.....get better people to run this place and not children who could care less about service they barely give.

Our curbside mobile order was meant to be ready for pick up at 5:59, we got there at 6 and no one answered the phone even though I called multiple times, so we went inside and waited 50 mins for our drinks and that’s not an exaggeration!! Absolutely ridiculous, horrible experience and will never return. After waiting an hour they didn’t even get our order right, no toppings/cream were added as we requested but we were too mad to even ask the lady to correct it. All employees looked miserable and place was packed like rats of other people also waiting mad for their drinks. Worst experience ever!!

Today was the 3rd time I’ve come here and had to wait 30 minutes or longer in the drive thru. The wait time is extremely too long. I’ve visited many Bahama Bucks (in Houston) and NEVER waited this long. Very disappointed in the level of customer service here. No one greets you, and you sit at the window waiting for just as long as when you’re in the drive thru line trying to place your order. Staff was behind the counter eating snos I guess that were leftover from someone driving out of the drive thru. Just very disappointing. Saw one girl licking her fingers and then touching orders afterwards without washing her hands.

The wait time for in house and drive through is ridiculous…. No one knows what they’re doing. The snow cones and smoothies are inconsistent and taste wrong half the time. I don’t know what happened to that blonde manager but when she worked, service was fast and everything was consistent. She had everyone doing something and everything was smooth. This location needs new management/ownership. It shouldn’t take 45+ minutes for 3 snow cones and the employees should know how to do their job.

Sat in line for about 15 minutes and then sat at the window for another five without the girl even acknowledging me. This place needs a better system because it shouldn’t take longer to get a snowcone and then it Does to go through some other place where they actually cook your food. I understand that things have to be done, but it takes two seconds to at least make eye contact hold up a finger and say I’ll be right with you. Finally drove off because the girl once done with whatever she was doing on the monitor walked away to talk to someone else. All while my order was sitting there melting. Won’t be back.

Well for starters I paid damn near 12dollars for 2snow cones small snow cones at that. I always get tiger's blood nd banana, was not tiger's blood. Nd how do u make a snow cone without Xtra juice or even enough juice. The bottom half of my cup was pure white shaved ice. The other snow cone had a white center where the juice missed it completely. I want my dawg back please. I want my money back...

The acai bowl was good, but 50% if it was just granola and toppings and the rest was the actual acai. The bowl was very tiny and the employees weren't very great. I felt uninvited as the workers weren't very friendly. I also felt ignored and dismissed. I was waiting at the order table, made eye contact with an employee, yet no one ever came. The couple behide me even left due to there being no service. I was then informed ,after I asked if they were closed, that they were talking orders at the pick up area. My husband waited 20+ minutes for them not even to be started. I went up to an employee and asked if they had been working on the acai bowl and they employee said "I will get started on it." Overall, the service wasn't that great. I got some attitude from an employee went i asked about the bowl. 10 dollars for a very tiny bowl of acai is not worth it. Don't get from here. Just go to your local smoothie king instead.

We waited at least 45 minutes for our snow cone, was with my daughter and her two cousins, the cousins got their 10 minutes before ours, even tho we ordered together. It is the second time this month we had to wait for at least 45 minutes just for some ice with syrup on it. They need some more workers and an actual adult there working.

They were extremely slow, I understand it can be busy but 25 minutes for two sodas is ridiculous. There was no carbonation in the sprite and it tasted awful, when I told the worker she just said okay. We had to ask for soda to be made correctly.

The last few times have I have visited was super disappointing. From the products to their atmosphere. Dirty tables and worship music. Really wanting to put their religious beliefs onto others is sickening. Not to forget their smoothies are just super watery not a smoothie consistency.

Sadly I have to say their product cannot compete to the other location, the flavoring was messed up twice to the point that we cannot eat the snowcone. We had to go through the drive-through twice 15 to 20 minute wait each time. The kids that run it seem very confused.

I went to Bahama Buck and Emily customer service was horrible. First I sat at the speaker and had t say hello for her to take my order! Then she acting like she didn’t want to be there. I work in customer service she needs more training

Cashier was “in a rush” mood. Handed me my wave bender nice and fresh still. Ordered a mango tango and from the looks of it, it looks like it’s been premade already since it’s liquid form. What a disappointment. Ordered a “birthday party” that was suppose to come with sprinkles for my kid and didn’t even come with it. Paid almost $20 just for 3 items…. Cocos would’ve done better and way cheaper.
