Since Jack & Jill’s donuts is no longer what it used to be Shipley’s is my go too. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. They tossed my chocolate covered into the bottom of the bag with my glazed donut. Needless to say I didn’t enjoy the chocolate covered donut.😔

4th time my order has been partially wrong. I called and spoke with a Cynthia that refused to give me any information about the manager of that store. They’ll call me back, doubt it! Today I ordered 2 egg, bacon, cheese kolaches, along with 2 sausage cheese, and 6 ham and cheese along with 1/2 dozen glazed doughnuts. Didn’t get the 2 egg, bacon, egg kolaches. Last time we got the wrong doughnuts, and before that missing items. Always something!!
