This was unplanned late breakfast on Saturday morning. I was by myself and decided to walk in in the near by American cuisine IHOP. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the eating space, restrooms and menu looked as it was just got freshly laminated. Service is average close to cold. Atmosphere is family friendly. The bill was brought just as a paper not in a case as usual . What was good that I was able to download the app and pay inside instead of waiting for the waiter, who got really busy due to lots of customers. The food was ok. I took egg whites with avocado- which was not fresh and cherry tomatoes inside the omelette seemed to be old as well. Pancakes 🥞 absolutely artificial and the top one was hard to cut. Overall average experience for $25. Would I come here again - most likely yes, since this is a chain and your customer journey depends on many factors.

Decent iHOP location. I am a loyal iHOP customer since 2011, they honored my “any breakfast combo” coupon and the Chicken Fajita Omelette was delicious. On a work day, it’s pretty empty with just one waiter helping all tables. Not the best location but have plenty of parking anytime of the day.

We had the Original Pancakes 🥞which were great, asked the syrup to be heated which was the best. Ordered bacon, won't get it again.

Fifth time here based on Google map. With free wifi, did a little reading before my breakfast. Followings are previous comments: Waited a little longer than expected, I can see that some of them idle there. "slightly burnt" again. Added 4 more photos of today's dishes. One waiter was arguing and made the dining experience uncomfortable. The eggs were powdered and the sausages were extremely salty. The hashbrowns were slightly burnt and the pancakes were very dry. The syrup was immensely thin. The hot chocolate was terribly sweet.

Always had a good time eating here. The staff is courteous and service is excellent. It becomes a little too crowded sometimes. Lots of parking space available.

Food was good, thus the three stars. but toast was burned, coffee was old at just 9am. service OK, made a mistake on one order. Men’s restroom pretty bad especially the top of the urinal.

Service was quick but the cooks cannot read. We asked for crispy bacon and hash browns and they were undercooked.. so next asked for extra, extra, extra, crispy..

Typical Ihop food. As far as service and food everything was OK. The two stars is due to the odor inside the restaurant. It had a foul sewage smell. The Waitress said there was a problem in the whole strip mall. But that is not something you want to or, should have to.

The omelette I ordered with hashbrowns on the side appeared to have been reheated and served with some canned spinach slapped on. The hash browns were inedible. I felt like a fool spending over $20 for this. I want my money back!

I found this location because I primarily work in the field serving our homeless veterans. I can honestly say that I’ve never had this type of experience at any IHOP locations that I visited in the past. I want to point out one important fact. I was the only black k woman in the restaurant.. usually I am use to being “ the only one” but this location made the mistreatment rather obvious. 1. A older Caucasian man walked in the restaurant after me at least about a good 10 to 12 minutes, but was served before me. Not was he served but continuously checked on. 2 . I was never checked on to see how my food tasted.. if I needed anything etc. As a matter of fact, I witnessed an older Hispanic lady waitress, check on two tables right by me, and never checked on me. 3. My young Hispanic, waiter, never came back to the table after he served my food. As a matter of fact, he forgot part of my order. I didn’t even bring it up. I just wanted to finish the food … leave and go back to work. 5. As a matter of fact, majority of the restaurant were Hispanic. This experience felt extremely weird and obvious. What many like to say doesn’t exist in this world or even amongst “ minorities” certainly does. I feel weird and discriminated against. I felt not wanted .. and I will never be back.

Very very bad service, staring from the beginning...busboy took us in to the table. No greeting even i have 3 times eye contact after waiting for a while with the table server, I have to ask another server to take my order. Take long time to get my coffee and my food. The table came a lot later than us have drink and food earlier than us???????? I have been to this restaurant a lot of times. I got bad service for couple times but no as bad as this time that the server totally ignores the table!!!!!!!!!! I didnt even give bad reviews for those time but this is the time that is really unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!Very upset and I should have not given any tips. But I still gave them 15 %... which i dont even think they deserve that. I will no be back to this restaurant at all!!!!!!!!

Food is as good as expected for any standard breakfast diner. Service is usually very good, just slow. My biggest trouble is : there’s almost always a musty horrific odor , either from the floor or the seats as if it’s cleaned with urine stain toilet rags. 🤮
