definitely enjoyed my first try. most gluten free pizza's I've tried in other places have a weird after taste, not theirs. they also top it with lots of toppings. played some pinball machine and got my pizza in 15 minutes with some friendly service. they'll definitely see me again

I was really impressed with the measures this location has taken to protect it's employees and staff during this COVID-19 situation. I ordered pizza for take out and when I went to pick it up, I noticed they sanitize every day and have rules for take out orders. All their tables were set aside to avoid any contact with walk in customers and also had tape on the floors to maintain social distance. The pizza was amazing as well. I really enjoyed this experience and I recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a great pizza night.

Great place! We order pizza for work multiple times and the curry pizza is a bomb! Recommend it!

Ordered Mountain Mikes for the first time as I typically order from Dominos. Ordered online for delivery, ordering was reasonably easy although they don’t have very many deals and their price is a bit hefty, hopefully the pizza is worth it. Upon ordering I notice there is no pizza tracker or delivery updates available so I call to check on my order and get an est delivery time… the lady who answered was vague and unfriendly. Not great customer service which is big for me. Will update when pizza arrives 👍🏾. Update: Pizza arrived in exactly 40 mins from the time of order. Was warm and driver almost forgot my drink in the car. However pizza and garlic bread was relatively good.

Ordered a medium Pikes Peak via the website. It was a simple procedure and went off without a hitch! The pizza was promptly delivered at 3:30pm as I requested. The pizza looked good but was absolutely tasteless. I was so disappointed! It was $32.00 with delivery and tip, but it just didn’t taste good at all. I only ate 2 pieces before I tossed it.

10/9/14 Put on your buffet pants and come in for lunch! The weekday buffet offers hot pizzas and a cool, fresh salad bar. The salad bar has a lot of great options - it was my favorite thing about their afternoon buffet. All the typical toppings you find on a good salad bar, and it was really clean. The veggies were crisp and fresh and the ranch dressing was alright. The pizza selections were mostly meat-covered. I loved the crispy little pepperonis, but I'm more of a vegetarian pizza person so I was disappointed in the selection of veggie slices. And the one they had wasn't a great choice. Bell pepper slices isn't a great vegetarian pizza. How about tomato and olive and mushrooms, and all those great veggies you have on your salad bar? Make something exciting for lunch. It's still a good deal, but competing salad/pizza buffets have slightly better selections for about the same price.

Without a doubt the MOST DISGUSTING pizza we have ever tasted. We ordered first thing in the morning as we were going out for the day. First the pizza took over an hour (about 1H 15M) to arrive. When it did arrive...I don't even know how to describe it...not food anyway, this was not edible! We got four plastic discs of something that looked like pizza. If someone told me it was a 'display pizza' I would believe them as it felt like hard plastic. It was so hard that if you tap it against something it makes a knocking noise. You could not chew it at all. My guess is that this pizza was: 1. Way overcooked to begin with (all the cheese was burnt) 2. Left out for ages 3. Delivered slowly/not transported well Whatever happened this food was a complete and utter abortion. Eat here at your own risk, you have been warned! Called and asked for some help, was told a manager would call me back. Of course this never happened, zero customer service and plastic pizzas.

Today we get a pizza delivered from door dash that was legitimately 3 different pizzas thrown to make it look like one whole pizza, sprinkled some cheese on the top and threw it back in the oven. Unfortunately, the second attempt was just as bad—soggy, with the wax paper underneath sticking to the pizza. On top of that, the staff's attitude was extremely unpleasant and rude, making the situation even more frustrating. While we were dining in, they started wiping down tables with an overpowering cleaning solution, making it hard to enjoy our meal. Overall, a terrible experience, and I will not be returning. Definitely not what I expected.

Don't know what kind of game this place is playing...I ordered a pizza for pick up, when I arrived they said it was still in the oven, I'd need to wait five minutes. When "it came out", I paid and walked out to the car. The box was not hot, I thought well since it was just put in, it would heat up in a minute. Gave it to my husband to hold on the way home. When we got home he told me it never got hot! Why would MM lie about it coming out of the oven? Then when I called and spoke with the Manager, he talked in circles and said it couldn't happen!! Well hellloo, it DID!! The new owners have also really, really cut back on the amount of toppings. We have been a great customer for about 20 years, but I'm done with this place...there are many better places in WC to order pizza from!

I placed my order at 6:40, and only after paying was I told it would be an hour. I was surprised but was told they have just two drivers. Maybe, she said, it would be 45 minutes. 70 minutes later, no pizza. So I called. (We we’re super hungry, and had I known it would be an hour I wouldn’t have ordered) I was told the driver left with my pizza 20 minutes prior. We’re a 5 minute drive from the place. 10 if you hit every light. The woman on the phone asked if I’d like her to call the driver. Yes, please. 30 minutes later still no pizza so later I called back. No one seemed to care or be concerned about the lack of pizza, communication, or missing driver. The guy on the phone literally told me to ask the driver for a refund when he shows up. 5 minutes later… I get a call, did my pizza arrive? Nope. While I’m on the phone asking for a refund my pizza shows up. Soggy and tepid. I took it, because at this point we were tired and hungry and had limited options. I asked the driver for a refund and he told me the other driver’s mother died. Maybe this makes me a jerk, but, no. I don’t buy it. … apparently she died in the 40 minutes it took to get my cold pizza? Did he take the pizza to her place and leave it in the car for the other driver to then go pick up?

I will never buy from mountain mikes pizza, bad management and very poor customer service.

We used to visit almost 2 to 3 times a week as a old growing couple, the cashier used to work there called honey deals with us everytime , but we visited last 2 times and didn’t see her plus food was not good too,They hired new people who even get frozen and confused while helping and taking orders they should atleast hire someone who knows how to give good customer service wish to see her everytime we visit
