I luv this Location cuz they always get it right! Perfect seasoning, sweet crunchy carrots nd that corn is OMG, 😋 However, THIS Particular day I donno wut happen to the Corn.. 😲😩 I still give them 5🌟 cuz it won't happen again, right!? 😁

Small location. I've been here twice and service has been good. Even though on my second trip I went on a busy day, food was given in a timely manner.

C’mon wings expert could’ve done better. 3 stars just cause I like wingstop and Bc I used to work for them for almost 2yrs back in 2017. a trainer should stop by and train the cooks better. My LR wings should be dry up not wet sauce them in the bowl while adding the requirement season till they dry up it doesn’t taste the same when they’re wet. I thought I was seeing teriyaki sauce at first when I open the bag also goes the same with the lemon pepper. Both wings supposed to be dry unless I ask them wet.

Check your order before you go . They forgot to give me 3 ranch dips and gave me undercooked and very hard fries when I clearly put on the app I wanted them well done. I couldn’t even eat my fries because they were really raw. I wouldn’t go here unless you’re dining there.

Went in for a Meal for 2 and the fries were burnt to a crisp. They even had a nasty taste to them. Unfortunately we were on the road back home and wasn't able to get a refund
I paid for 10 bone in wings and this is what I received for my to go order 8 boneless wings. It was too busy to check so my mistake was trusting the young girls. It's Unacceptable! I expect a respond from the manager/supervisor to get what I paid for.

I ordered a ten-piece boneless habanero mango combo and they gave me one with the pit. I really disliked this. They need to pay more attention when taking orders, since the cashier is also taking the order and answering the phone for other orders.
I don't know what's going on with this Wingstop I've given it three opportunities and they have let me down the first time when they used to have those bread rolls the bread came out really messed up the second time was twice this month with that 20 for 20 Wing deal the first time I ordered that I took it home bit into the wings and there were overcooked hard like tough leather the second time I ordered that the meat was good but dry no sauce no flavor taste of land and I only ordered the wings with bone mild buffalo sauce that's it. it wasn't a complicated order I'm going to try another Wingstop I'm done with this one especially because I did a survey for them I got the code the dentist said on your next online purchase when I was already there 😨🙄

I placed an order yesterday around 9pm I spent around 36 dollars. When I got home I realized my boneless look like crumbs from the bottom of the frozen bag . I called the restaurant to let them know , and they said to bring the food next day to get my full refund back . So I went to the restaurant with the bag of food today and they only refunded me 18 dollars because my daughter ate a piece of chicken and some fries. The cashier and the manger were very rude when I was trying to get my full refund back. I'm never coming back to this ridiculous restaurant with a bunch of rude and unprofessional disgusting people.
First and last time ordering from this location. Food was cold and was missing orders. Placed order online to beat lunch time rush, had to make 2 trips.The manager has horrible customer service takes no responsibility for food service. Was reluctant to make order right. Was even talking about other customers to other staff near register. While there over heard other customers orders being wrong. They need to find a new management.
Took 35 freaking minutes to give us our 20 piece order while others with the 35 piece got theirs in 20 minutes or less. They didn't even give us a warning before hand and then they had the audacity to say their fries were being made when I clearly saw the worker pouring fries for other orders. Above all else, nobody apologized afterwards. Or said thank you for coming/have a good day. Service was horrible.
It’s not sanitary AT ALL!!! HELLOOO??????? THERES A PANDEMIC! They don’t wear gloves, we were waiting for our order since we ordered online and we were watching how they made things. One of the lady’s dropped a wing in the bag or outside the bag and she clearly looked at us and saw that we were watching so she took it out, either she threw it or she’s gonna give it to someone else. We also ordered pure carrots, they gave us celery???? They don’t check, it’s not sanitary, What’s the point in working if you clearly won’t do something correct? I understand humans make mistakes but not mistakes to an extent where they can’t even double check.
The staff need to learn how to conduct them self professionally in a work establishment and not make rude comments when a order seems difficult for them in front of guest! I’ll make sure I pass this up to corporate, seems like customer service is a issue here and I’m not the only dealing with bad service
Precaution in these days is mandatory, asked to have my bag changed for it was handed to him. I heard the girl working say dang just cause the customer touched my bag, if we all didn't have to worry about covid i wouldn't mind at all. Why take a risk, endangering my loved ones, my mother. Almost asked for my money back when i heard the girl speak, if you can't deal with customer service...just get out please.
