Very nice places. A lot of food and spirits choices. The Rock shop is placed inside of the building. Very quick and nice service.

The place has a very nice atmosphere with beautiful views outside, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a meal. We ordered from their lunch menu, and the burger was absolutely delicious. However, I didn’t really enjoy the kimchi bowl as much; it wasn’t to my taste. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. I would definitely come back again to try other items on their menu.

Today at Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw, I somehow managed to forget my shopping bag 🙈 And you know what? The staff member who was serving me noticed and literally ran after me to return it. At first, I didn’t even realize it was my bag 😅 Huge thanks to this person! I wish I remembered his name so I could mention it here, he was working that day on the lower floor. Hope the management sees this and knows what an amazing employee they have. Respect! 👏 Thank you for the photo. This was my second visit to Hard Rock Cafe the first one was in Budapest. As always, the burger, fries, and drink were delicious. I’m very happy! And seriously, big respect to this guy!

Great as always! Superb food and drinks. Outside a bit windy and little music. Inside on a Wednesday night was not that busy and not super cozy. Overall, love it!

The Hard Rock Cafe is a valuable, great spot to have some drinks and a lunch or dinner in any country. The staff is always friendly, helpful and they speak decent English. The music is 100% amazing. Great vibe, magnificent service.

Whoever has cravings for American food, come visit here. Wings with celery and also with blue cheese dip, OMG we loved it. Server was nice he missed drink orders but the feedback was so much faster than any other restaurants I visited in Warsaw.

We had great time! Foods were delicious and location is highly accessible.

The Cafe itself was amazing. I only visited the shop which is a little bit bigger then other Shops in Europe (Stockholm). I bought myself a T-Shirt for my collection. The Lady working at the Counter was very friendly and helpful. She gave me 10% discount for my AAA Card and another 8% discount. So I was happy.

The restaurant is located in the city center, next to a large shopping center and the central railway station. Therefore, it is very nice to feel like you are on a cozy island in the midst of a noisy crowd of people. The terrace of the restaurant is located near the sidewalk, but it is decorated with flowers, so it creates an atmosphere of comfort. The service in the restaurant was excellent, including the souvenir and clothing vendor. Also, I did not notice dust on the outdoor tables and chairs

Cool place to go for a drink, costs 20zl (£4) for a beer, a little more expensive than the average in Warsaw but not too extortionate, staff were friendly and the beer garden is relaxed.

Had a great evening in the Hard Rock Cafe. As usual the prices are a little higher then the rest of Warsaw but the music and the atmosphere made it worth it. The mixed appatizer are a recommendation. The cocktails however dont have a lot of alcohol in them. Oh and the deserts were HUGE! Especially if you compare it to the main dish...

I never thought I’d give five stars to a Hard Rock Cafe, but they earned it. Good steaks, great drink selection, and enjoyable outdoor plaza seating. One note for visitors: if you plan to walk through the adjacent park afterward, be aware that you may be approached multiple times for spare change.

Had to collect a glass so stopped for our usual Hurricane and Cosmopolitan. The Hurricane was not up to the standard we are used to, it had a strange taste and this weird foam at the top that simply would not mix. Fair play to our server who made a fresh one, same thing happened and then went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation. Even checking dates on the stock just incase. We left without knowing why it happened here and never anywhere else, but how they handled it was first class. We felt heard, valued and appreciated. I would most definitely return!

Lovely spacious restaurant. The place was well decorated, has different levels service was good when was empty after that was slow they were too busy for the number of staff. Food was nice, service was polite and nice. You can pay with card or cash they have a nice souvenir shop.

Great time in the great place! Every Friday is for live music, we were lucky listeners to the Dzem Session, powerful energy vibing band! The cocktails were good, the snacks not bad.

We went with the classic burgers—nothing too fancy, just the usual two buns. I decided to mix things up by adding extra honey mustard and blue cheese, curious to see if it would elevate the flavor in a surprising way. We also ordered the Mango Tango drink. The bill came to about €50 for two burgers and two drinks, which feels a bit steep for Warsaw. The service, however, was outstanding—probably the highlight of the visit. It had a distinctly American feel, with staff checking in on us, answering questions with genuine friendliness, and even helping me choose extras. You could tell they actually cared about the customer experience. The atmosphere was… unique. At one point, the staff started shouting across the restaurant. We honestly thought they were arguing, but apparently, that’s just part of the vibe there—random yelling seems to be normal. It threw us off a bit, which is why I rated it 4 out of 5. As for the food, it was solid but unremarkable. The burger tasted fine—classic and safe—but I was hoping for something a little more exciting or bold in flavor. Nothing disappointing, but nothing memorable either.

The service was a bit cold at first when we asked where to sit. The other waiter did a good job and we were really happy. The food was good and it came quickly. Thanks to the chef and our waiter.

Central (very busy) location, energetic atmosphere, and classic American-style food. The restaurant also offers outdoor sitting area. The live music and beautiful collection contribute to the lively experience. Service was very slow even though it was not a busy day. Prices were relatively high for the portion size.

The atmosphere is impressive, as is the whole chain. The food is very delicious. But someone needs to teach the servers to bring the beer cold and fast. They pour the beer from the tap into the glass and let it sit in the bar for 10 minutes. The beer gets warmer as you let it sit.

We have a tradition: whenever we visit a foreign country, if there is a Hard Rock Cafe, we make sure to visit it. So, we were delighted to find this cafe in Warsaw. Since it was summer, we sat outside at a table. The waitress was pleasant and polite. We ate Rib-eye steak, which was tasty, but it was missing something to make it perfect. We wished the cafe's environment was cozier and cleaner.

It a very nice place. You can drink a coffee, beer, cóctel… or eat something. I don’t put 5 stars because they donde have options like “croissant” or something like that for a coffee.. so, only for that it 4 but in general the experience was perfect. You can see the price of the menu in the pictures. You have many different dishes to enjoy. ☺️

I come here once everytime I visit Warsaw. The food is of course not high class gourmet food, but quite fine and you get what you expect to get. I like the cool atmoshere and music. Sometimes there is live music. The only thing I don´t like is the service. My impression is that many young people work here as a side job and didn´t really learn waitressing. Rather unattentive staff, forgotten orders. One time my second beverage order was forgotten, so I asked if I can pay and that I don´t want the forgotten beverage anymore. The waitress dared to asked for a tip. Seriously? Concept of customer service and tipping is not understood.

Restaurant was busy, chaotic service ensued. Nacho starters, came out at the same time as the mains. Food was good, just wasn't hot. Overall a very average experience.

It was okay. The fish was tasty, but the chicken wings tasted reheated and dry. They entirely forgot our order and we had to wait a long time. The waitress was nice, but did give us a little bit of sass when we asked about our food. The atmosphere was very nice (decorations wise) but what shocked me the most was that they were playing pop songs. I was expecting rock music to play, but was met with Sabrina Carpenter! This disappointed me, but it was still alright.

I ordered chicken tenders with fries, the fries were delicious but chicken tenders were watery and unseasoned from inside, provided the fact I paid a premium of almost 50 pln, this was unacceptable. Other issue was Service attendant who gave good service but was very busy managing too many tables, came to us saying that Service was not included in the bill. I hate this practice. Why does a franchise with a premium options unable to pay Service?

Service was poor – staff forgot things, no sugar with tea/coffee (only bad substitute), and wrong water was served. The only good thing is the location next to St. Pet Bauerskultur and the station. Used to be a great place, but not anymore.

I was there, and the attitude of one of the guys was horrible. In general, the attitude of the waiters is disgusting. It’s not like they were giving me anything for free, and I wasn’t rude either for them to treat me that way, and also, when you’re outside in like a karma waiting for me people, I will never come back here 🥰

My friend and I ordered the ribeye steak and the beef salad. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The ribeye steak was especially bad, completely dry and barely edible, even though it had a piece of butter on top. The beef in the salad was also dry, although the salad itself was okay. At these prices, we expected much better quality. Even the seasonings on the table were basic — just fine salt and pepper. For a restaurant in this price range, you’d expect at least coarse salt and pepper grinders, you know, the ones you twist to crush the salt or pepper fresh. Overall, the prices are extremely high for what you get. We wouldn’t recommend this place. Maybe it’s fine if you just want a burger and a beer, but anything beyond that is not worth it.

Whenever I travel, I usually go to Hard Rock Café because, even though it’s expensive, I can have a safe and good-quality gluten-free burger. Unfortunately, this location completely failed to meet the franchise’s standards. The bun was small, rubbery, cold, and soggy — nothing like the warm, fluffy brioche buns I’m used to. They also messed up my burger order, and when they brought the corrected one, both the meat and the fries were cold as well. I usually order the gluten-free brownie too, but it wasn’t even on the menu here. If you have gluten intolerance or celiac disease, I don’t recommend this place. It’s overpriced, and they clearly don’t care about serving food with even basic quality standards. This experience makes me question the overall standards of the Hard Rock Café brand, and I don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

Worst experience for my second visit in Hard Rock Warsaw. First experience was very great, but not for this time (sep/2025). I ordered rib-eye steak, but they served me raw broccoli and hard carrots. Really unexpected from this restaurant. Not worthy at all. Also disappointed with Coca-Cola, it was most shitty Coca-Cola taste ever. I'll Never come back

Sat down and ordered 2 drinks and nachos. We waited 30 minutes before anything arrived. When the nachos finally came, there was a hair in the food – absolutely disgusting. We called the waitress, who said someone else had to deal with it. The manager only came over another 30 minutes later. We refused the food and asked for the bill just for the drinks, but even that took another 30 minutes to arrive. Overall, horrible place with terrible service. Definitely would not recommend

Unfortunately, my visit to Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw fell well below expectations. A restaurant should make guests want to return and enjoy its menu again, but that wasn’t the case here. The burger meat was overcooked, and the fries had an odd smell, likely from the frying oil. Overall, the food didn’t justify the prices or the Hard Rock name. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the combination of mediocre food and underwhelming service made the experience disappointing. With so many great dining options in Warsaw, I wouldn’t choose this one again.

We ordered two shots of tequila and were waiting at the bar when a couple behind us started pushing us aggressively to get closer. Instead of addressing their behavior, the barman calls Valerii asked us to move. What made it even more frustrating was that there was plenty of space next to us where the couple could have stood without pushing anyone. Rather than managing the situation fairly, the staff chose to move us, even though we were the ones being pushed. We felt uncomfortable and unsupported. Staff should ensure all customers feel safe and respected, not allow aggressive behavior and inconvenience the people who were there first. Very disappointing experience.
