TERRIBLE!!!! THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG 3X & WHEN I GOT IT MY TACOS, DIDN'T EVEN HAVE SOUR CREAM. NOT TO MENTION NO SAUSE IN MY BAG So called 'lucina r' on my receipt .

Food is great, customer service is good. Never had my order wrong when I go there

Taco Bell is awesome I enjoy going for a bite to have occasionally and they're employees are the best there. Management is doing amazing things there

It was wonderful, the shift leader Orlando is super nice, my family and i really enjoy our meal every time we eat there.

I rarely review, and if you frequent Taco Bell you know that there are good ones and there are bad ones. Well chalk this one up as one of the really good ones. Late at night tonight just before they closed their service was the best and the portions are large. Great Taco Bell experience!

The food is always done quickly and is fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. The establishment is always clean as well. Great job overall.

Stopped to pick up a box for grandson and was a little upset when my card was not returned. Didn't notice until I got about 8 miles away and had to return and the girl had my card in her pocket. Will be watching my statement.

Taco bell is a staple of American fast food culture and remains one of the best places to get the same 4 ingredients 15 different ways.

Fast, good food (if you like Taco Bell). The only mark against them is that my wife asked for light sauce, and she said the sauce wasn't light.

Taco Bell is always a go to when you got the munchies, This location is across from Walmart on the outside the town of wasco. Plenty of parking, and atm right next to it.

It's a good place to set in and dine although the senior drinks are not free anymore.

This go around in the drive thru. I ordered 3 items and didn't receive 2 had to get their attention cuz they just walk away after handing you your food to ask for missing items.

They need to let people mix there own sugar in ice tea we asked for splenda packets and the girl opened and mixed the tea so didnt get to drink it it was to sweet we asked for 4 packets so we can taste it while mixing it sometimes we need less then 4 depends on how it tastes but that was a waste went someplace else for tea coouldnt drink tea after that .

It was good for awhile,now they are getting cheap . I ordered a chicken cantina bowl. I said no rice bad mistake they also skipped the back beans, hardly any chicken. My son ordered a box with 5 layer burrito dam thing was only beans. Do better Taco Bell. Went again to Taco Bell why are they not adding black beans?????

I never do reviews but had to for this one I Ordered cantina power bowl the rice was hard it was so nasty had to throw it away , ordered a spicy potato soft taco the potatoes were so hard had to throw it away as well I’m so disappointed I always get taco bell but this time was very disappointing , Taco Bell do better please or at-least let your employees know to make the food fresh & correctly not just throw in hard rancid food that’s been sitting their for who knows how long , to make it fresh if the food is hard and has been sitting for awhile

We asked for something and the worker kept constantly asking if that’s what we wanted like… YES we told you multiple times how much times do we got to tell you. Then when we are at the window she ended up making the wrong order 😑 Then we ask for salsas and they act like they don’t have the one we want and just makes us leave without it. It was so slow.

I usually never leave reviews but I experienced such a disgusting experience that I would not like to be quiet about. I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick up my food. Before that, I used the restroom and saw there was completely no soap. I came outside and told to cashier. The cashier said they didn’t have soap. I started questioning how come they didn’t have soap and a female employee from the back was called (possibly the manager of shift lead) and she also said the same thing in a unpolite way. Disgusting to think my food was made with hands that didn’t use soap when they went to the bathroom. There is a dollar tree in the plaza, there was no excuse for there to not be soap. I am disgusted for life by this incident. They are putting the health and safety of their customers at risk. I request action to be taken on this matter. Thank you.
