Ordered online for carry out. Mistakes were made on order. At pick up had to wait about 10 mins. longer, but the mistakes were fixed and handled very well. The customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Ensure that the associate gives all of the order because I sent my wife to get the order, and she trusted that she got everything, but the associate forgot to give her our wings. My wife had made it all the way back home and had to drive all the way back, and bear in mind she is 6 months pregnant too.

Great place to eat. Pizza is always good sides are really good too. Done in style lobby. Believe they sell beer not 100% sure

My wife had made it all the way back home and had to drive all the way back, and bear in mind she is 6 months pregnant too.

I’m only giving 3 stars due to the fact that there’s a girl there every. Single. Night I go. And she is so nice. She looks around my age, maybe a little older. That’s not the point. The point is that she probably works her ass off at night and she probably has school/ homework. I think the staff needs to be considerate of people’s lives. And they need to realize that these people’s days don’t revolve around work. I feel like staff needs to switch the day people with the night people, or mix it up a bit.

Pizza quality has decreased. I use to live eattu g here. Now the Pizza I get had dough that is tough as if it is old second time this has happened to me, My bone out wings were as if they forgot them in water and under cooked. Lastly my bread sticks had no seasoning and were tough.

Ordered 4 pizzas and only looked at one, the pan pizzas were fine, but the regular thin crust was like burnt crackers, if I lived in the town would have returned it, but 11 miles back and didnt have time. Disappointed!

Food is ok. Can't believe they are charging for things that were free before. Would have gone somewhere else but I'm not from around here and it was the only pizza place I found.

The service here was HORRID. The girl that attended me and my family was so rude to us. She had absolutely no manners and had a horrible attitude towards us. I will NEVER be staying to dine in again.

they told me not to call them because im a michigander and im on vacation. he also told my number.

I was racially profiled I felt because of the previous ordering experiences was different at other Pizza Hut franchises. Edwin didn’t greet me and my family with a hi or welcome, I order the Pizza Hut $7 lovers meal and he start yelling everything not $7 and I told him I’m well aware of that . When I go to pay using the type of payment method I choose he asking me unnecessary questions that I haven’t been asked at other restaurants franchises at PizzaHut . He was trying to look me up as if I wasn’t a match with the method I chose for payment.

My family and I are very regular customers, but lately the quality of the pizza has really gone down hill. Either it tastes old, or there is hardly any toppings. Their prices are way more than what they are offering with their product. I have been eating Pizza Hut for years, but it may be time to change it up for good.

My friends and I went on Friday and sat at a table but the cups we got weren’t washed. There was a woman’s lipstick stain on my cup and stains on my friends cup. The bathrooms smelled disgusting too. They were low on toilet paper and had a gross foggy mirror. The overall food was okay but the plates for the food weren’t washed well either. There were mini black and red stains too. Go order from little ceasers

Called in a order to be delivered.was told that they couldn't deliver to my house. I explained I'm right up the road 10-15 min away. I was then told "go pick it up yourself then!" not the point.... My business is done with them.
