Out of all the DD from Middletown, to Vails gate, to one on 207 in Monroe, to the one on LB road this one at the washingtonville location is THE BEST one, the manager is great at solving any problems you may have with your order. Most of the workers are friendly and make the drinks the way it was intended. They always greet their customers with a friendly smile, they earn their tips, hope it stays this way.

Mr. Dunking Donut has done it again. I'm such a fiend for iced coffee and dunkling provides every time. Women scare me sometimes. The service in this establishment is immaculate, Jordan was very friendly and I'm pleased to say he is now one of my many husbands. Furthermore the chicken was overcooked, 10/10. I disagree, fundamentally, with doughnuts that dont have the little holes inside of them. Donksing doulghnuts always provides me with fresh holes. I have attached a picture of the spider-man for his good behavior and excellent service, much like this restaurant.

Unfortunately I have to work on Saturdays, I travel for work, I usually have to drive to Chester. I always make a slight detour to go to THIS particular Dunkin donuts. I am always greeted by the most friendly voice in the drive thru. He is always happy and cheerful and it starts my crappy Saturday off to a good start. The line goes pretty quickly and they haven't made a mistake on my order yet! Whoever the manager is there, is doing a great job keeping their staff with a good morale. Thanks for making the worst day off the week for me so much better!

This is the best Dunkin in the entire area always consistent with how the coffee tastes and the staff are just super friendly I stop here almost everyday before work and sometimes I even go out of my way to come to this location specifically because that’s how great they are and I know my order will be correct and fresh keep up the great work I don’t know how I’d get through my mornings without you ❤️

Grew up around this area when it was a Burger King, I remember walking here after School and getting my Blueberry Iced Coffee I can even go back and remembering walking from my Home to there and get Hot Cocoa with my mom and sisters love it but I don’t know if the people I knew still works there🤷‍♂️

This location is very convenient for residents living in washingtonville. The line is very long all the time except for afternoon. All the younger staff that work there are so nice and helpful with new items on how they taste 😀. I miss the pervious manager she was amazed but now there is new managerment. Hopefully this location will keep that same vibe as time goes on since there new managerment sometimes business lose there vibe. But for now I am all in with this location.

Took a while for my order, but Chris was really kind. He was chill and we had a small conversation. Made me possibly best coffee I've ever had. Props to him

**** UPDATE*** Store manager Matt reached out and apologized for the mishap and agreed that a new drink was in order. He offered to rectify the situation with a complimentary drink or Gift card but I graciously declined. I accepted his apology on behalf of the employee and look forward to a return. Thank you, Matt. This DD is in my hometown. I come here often. Order the same drink. Today, at 9:55am, 2/9, I ordered a large Hot Caramel Mochiato with a extra shot of expresso. The original service was as expected, quick and courteous. I recieved my drink. Drove off and and didn't take a sip until I got about 3 mins away. Took a sip and no Caramel flavor. It's more obvious to notice with the extra shot. I drove back. In the past, In the event an employee had accidentally messed up an order, I go to the speaker, explain, they say something along the lines of "sure no problem. Sorry for the mistake. drive up". I always get a new cup entirely. This time, I drove up - said "Hi, I just ordered, the "Caramel .... and the Caramel is missing." Employee: Sure. I can give you Caramel. Me: umm...ok. (drives up) I thought maybe this employee misheard because that's an odd way to say we'll fix it. At window: I explained again in case they misheard. Same as before employee: " Oh a Caramel Mochiato? Oh ok.. (more so echoing what I had just said as confirmation.) They were about to take my drink back AND THEN the person I spoke to over the speaker came over. Stopped the passing off the drink. Speaker Emp: " I told them I was going to give them caramel" as they hold a small shot cup size filled with Caramel. Me: But, I am confused. I asked for a (repeated order), Sp emp: (cuts me off) yea but you took a sip already. We can't take drinks back that's why I'm going you the Caramel. Me: since when? I've had orders corrected... Sp emp: cuts me off again . "Yeah but you took a sip already and due to covid we can't take drinks back." You can tell now they are getting agitated and had applied a clear fake smile on. I'm still genuinely confused as they hand me the shot cup. Me: how was I supposed to know there's no Caramel in here if i don't take a sip? I just ordered. Sp emp: right, that's why I handed you the Caramel because you already took a sip. It was just very obvious they came to the situation already bothered. The tape would show ( if there is) how nice but confused I was). I never gave off the impression of being hostile to quantify their reaction. Me: I'm sorry. If you can't take it back, I can just throw it out. I'm so confused because I thought you had to pump the Caramel first, and that's how you make the... Sp emp: cuts me off again and becomes the most agitated (shouts to the team)" make him a another Caramel mochiato. Drive up to the front". All I wanted was what I paid $7.33 for. A customer Fixing their own mochiato shouldn't be up to the customer. Simple. A "Oh sorry about that, one sec while we make you a new one", would've been sufficed and tbh it's what I always recieve from ALL the DDs I've ordered from where they have messed up. Including this one in past. I've come back - someone gives a new one. Done. On my way. Honest mistakes. But they way this one was handled has led me to leave the longest review I've ever written because of how unnecessary and unprofessional all of that was. In the end I did come in and recieve a new drink but this has left a bad impression going forward.

About what you can expect of DD these days.

Friendly staff, pretty quick...a good standard Dunkin's. Its fairly busy though and not a lot of room for parking.

Good coffee, but donuts have gotten so small. It's today's practice, selling less for more.

I visit it like every other day, so it is good. Try the 2 for 2

This morning I order a box of coffee and five plain begels with cream cheese. Coffee was great fresh and hot. The begels, one had some cream cheese the other four had maybe a half of teaspoon on them . This my first and last time going to this DD . I can spend my money somewhere else.

The drive through is very good in geting you your food and drink fast but inside in the morning isn't that good the lady that's at the register has messed up my order for the fourth time now in a 2-3week time line of me going their its irritating when your order gets messed up but you dont have time for them to fix it cause you have to be some where.

It's a great dunkin but it's time to leave a review. The coffee here is made to perfection. However, there have been multiple times they've messed up not just my coffee order but my food order as well. Sometimes you'll sit at the speaker for a solid 5 minutes before anyone even says anything, even if there's no other car at the drive thru. They prioritize drive thru before walk-ins so you could wait inside for a decent time before getting help depending on how busy the drive thru line is. This place all in all is a B- at best.

This is easily the slowest dunkin in the Hudson Valley area. You’re waiting at least 10 minutes for your order, no matter how busy or slow. Then they have about a 45% success rate of getting your order right. I live in Washingtonville and I would rather drive to Montgomery.

Ordered 2 signature pumpkin spice lattes 1 of which didn't have any swirl. And one of our dozen donuts looked as if it had a bite taken from it. Was unable to reach the store via phone. They did redo the lattes upon request after having to drive back.

Always very slow whether line is short or not

Walked in and ordered a sweet pepper bacon sandwich, toasted plain bagel, black coffee and two glazed sticks. Tamara, who took my order, proceeded to tell me that the sandwich tasted better in a croissant. Yes, that is what I want I told her. Tamara: so you want it in a toasted bagel? Me: no, I want a toasted bagel AND a sweet pepper bacon sandwich. Ok she answers. I swipe my cc and screen goes blank, as she walks away. I ask her what happened and she responds that I don’t have any money. Run it through again, and of course it goes through! ( I get reward points on my cc) I proceed to pick up my order and it was totally wrong! When I asked to speak to Tamara I told her she needed to brush up on her listening skills! She said during her three years at DD she never had a problem except for me! I’ve been patronizing this DD through several management changes, but thanks to Tamara, DD in W’ville lost me to DD in Monroe, New Windsor, and anywhere else. Good job Tamara!

Not the best Dunkin Doughnuts. Very small and outdated, always missing items in stock, staff is untrained and vulgar, cursing when kids are around. Too bad there are no other doughnut shops around other than the bakery inside stop and shop. The drive through is just awful. I do not recommend.

I was waiting for a long time. I got there are at 11:35pm and didn’t leave until 12:11pm. There was one nice guy that finally brought me my food.

One of the slowest, most dysfunctional Dunkin’s I have ever seen. This operation is not a well oiled machine. Lower your expectations as you walk in the door.

This is the last straw. I’ve always had issues with the order. Either they ignore my instructions or they give me the wrong one. Today, they gave me half a cup, and I only found out when I was ready to drink it. Times are hard, and spending over five dollars for a small cup of coffee is unreasonable. You shouldn’t be given half a cup.

As a lot of reviews state there was no public restrooms at this particular dunkin' donuts. Unless something has changed about the NYS health code I thought public establishments that serve food and beverage and have seating for customers to sit, needed to have a public restroom. Not sure if this has changed but it is a very good reason that I don't stop here anymore

I come here all the time and my ice lattes are never filled to the top. Today I asked for light ice and it’s even lower. To fill up all the way with milk will throw off the flavor and to fill all the way up with espresso will be an additional charge. Why aren’t the measurements made to give me a full cup weather I get light ice or not? Employees are nice but that doesn’t make up for a 5 dollar latte that isn’t filled to the top.

Very unprofessionally ran store...the management is rude & some employees seem to work hard but mess up on drinks & when I went in to get a bacon egg and cheese sandwich it was cold..that’s unacceptable considering improperly cooked food could result in giving you food poisoning/botulism , I don’t know who's running this place but they all need adult supervision because it’s absolute chaos when I walk in this place...I will be contacting the board of health because cold food is expectable, and who even knows what else they’ve been doing..

Ever time I order something they mess it up or forget items. Tired of going to this place and when you complain about it they do nothing.

4:30 PM ask for hot chocolate they claim it is being cleaned funny no one was working on it granddaughter wanted a soda had to be picked by worker unable to take out of front of cooler need a person in managment to look at work habits

They get my order wrong 3/5 times. It almost feels like they do it on purpose because it makes absolutely no sense how such a simple order can be messed up as often as it does.

My daughter found a long hair in her breakfast sandwich. ALL people handling food should be wearing a hair net. That is disgusting.

Well had to change my review from good to bad. When Bobby the manager was running things this place ran well. Now it's a disappointment to say the least. We come to this location for convenience and quick service. Our last several trips here have been less then acceptable. Orders are taking way to long to process and are occasionally wrong. Unfortunately stopping here isn't worth the chance!!!!!!

The employees are so rude and the drinks tasted horrible. The cups were handed to me with the ingredients on the outside, it was so sticky. The advertisements are also old so when I went to order, the employee cut me off when telling me the drink was discontinued. This was at around 2pm.

Today's date October 24, 2025 time 0900 hours after my wife paid for her order. The young lady at the drive-thru thought it was ok for her to close the window and make fun of my wife's name. It gets better, ready. She proceeded by yelling her colleagues (She's Hispanic, the order is for a Spanish lady, what kind of name is that, what the hell blahhhhh) a costumer inside of the establishment got offended by her comments. It is 2025 lets do better.

Unsure what the point if this dunkin is. No one can go inside after 2. The place closes by 7. Everytime I come on my way home from work the line is always over a 20 minute wait with the drive through backed to the street because the inside isnt open.

I’ve always had a poor experience at this dunkin. Give you the wrong food, put no cream cheese on your bagel, then try to charge you when you tell them it’s wrong. The customer service is terrible and you can just tell that they don’t care for their business here at all. They redo it, knowing that a bunch of kids come here after school, and took out more than half of the seats but then to take out the bathroom. Clearly these people are just dumb.

We stopped at this Dunkin’ and bought a coffee and asked to use the bathroom. To my surprise they don’t offer a bathroom to customers. They have one for the employees, but they refused to let us use it even after I purchased something. We were very disappointed: My wife really needed a bathroom. Not cool Dinkin.

I walked in with my ESA (Emotional Support Animal). The person who took the order was so rude!. The person said Service Dogs only. I tried to explain about EVA'S. I gather she wanted no part of what I was saying. She looked everywhere except where I was. I than decided to be the bigger person & get what I came in for. My neice took the dog out. I waited there for about 4 minutes for her to take my order. I waited for my 2 bagels. While I was waiting the drive up was taking care of immediately,no waiting. About 8 minutes later I received my bagel with almost no butter! The second bagel was loaded with cream cheese!! I called corporate office & was told it was a franchise. They would send a note to the owner of the Dunki in Washingtonville on W Main St. Well it has been 4 days & no call. As far as I'm concerned I will not longer go to that Dunkin. I feel the owner accepts this behavior!!

This DD has chosen not stand by it’s employees despite one of which was working 3 years through the pandemic, the owners of this establishment felt it was best to fire her due to an argument with an aggressive customer. Unfortunately I can no longer support this restaurant or any restaurant that feels comfortable firing a loyal employee for keeping herself safe.
