Usually I order through DoorDash and everything is fine. But tonight I ordered for my family, well over 30 dollar over and got the wrong size for a blizzard and it wasn’t even the right one. Another blizzard (the royal New York cheesecake) and there wasn’t even one strawberry in it. When I ordered again the same problem. I tried calling and got forwarded to voicemail 3 times. Unacceptable. Don’t think I will be ordering again.

The girl who worked the counter tonight was very inappropriate and disrespectful so bad so I asked somebody else to take my order. She sucked her teeth at me rudely and went back there screaming for the manager, and the manager comes to the front she still talking the manager tells her to be quiet And cut it out and she continues to be rude. If you speak to your manager, what makes you guys think they’re gonna speak any different to customers it’s crazy. As a person that works in law-enforcement, I see attitudes every day, but this took the cake and then after I called her out on it she started to be extra nice to every other customer and the manager was just sitting there shaking her head like wow I’m so sorry sir !

They shut down half the restaurant an hour early and were very rude. We entered with a party of 8 and were told we would have to sit on the patio, in a heat wave, because they already cleaned that side for the night one hour before they close.

I use to be a big fan of Dairy Queen but my last three experiences have been terrible. I usually order off DoorDash and I understand sometime mistakes happen but the last two times in a row my order was messed up. They even gave me a completely different blizzard than the one I ordered and I couldn’t get my money back since I didn’t find out till the next night when I went to eat it. Then tonight I went and was charged for a second bbq sauce. I get food cost is high but also one bbq for 6 chicken tenders is outrageous. If you want good food go somewhere else

Food was nasty I didn't order a hot flaming double bacon witch was also spicy I asked for no onions no pickles and no sauce. Well they put some Holt sauce that I picked off the lettuce and bacon hot spicy. The shake wasn't not a shake no ice cream it was like water flavored just. I also put that in the not. I also asked for the burgers not be over cooked and the onions ring and the cheese puff not to overcooked I state that any where I go because I have gum issues with what a Dentist did to my mouth. When I saw the bill that it was $42.00 $49.00 I was wondering why? There was a $10.00 delever fee. But now other apps were only $2-3 dollars delivery fee. I tried calling them and they had a very rude attitude on the voice mail the it hung up on you.

Great staff, patient at the drive thru and hospitable at the window but OUTRAGEOUS PRICES for CAFETERIA FOOD plus their sizes are a joke.. large looks like it's about 20 oz when most places are about 30 oz GTHO I could've bought two Ben & Jerry's and gotten more ice cream for less cost yet B&J aren't cheap... ice cream was average, burger was a salt bomb, the pretzel has zero flavor BUT I did like the cheese curds.

You better have a lot of time and patience if you decide to visit. Orders piling up everywhere and the people just don't care. The staff is terrible too. You can see in the picture all the receipts for orders and the food just waiting there and all staff is kind of just standing around. Update: service is even worse this time around. Staff has bad attitude, and seem upset you show up to buy things

Dairy Queen needs to train their employees better. These employees lack basic customer service skills and treat their customers horribly. Management never steps in to help out their customers, and is not trained properly. I visited this location today, and attempted to use this coupon which states purchase one blizzard get another one for 99¢. When trying to use this coupon employees tried to tell me that I couldn’t use it because the coupon requires a purchase of a sandwich. I tried to show and explain to employees it does not state that anywhere. I even told them I was able to put everything into a mobile order and it didn’t require a sandwich. Nonetheless the employees at this location refused to find a solution to the this issue, and I had to pay for the full costs of two blizzards. Literally after driving off I noticed that all the ice cream I purchase was melted and a waste of $30. Extremely disappointing especially considering the increase in costs of the ice cream. I called the location and asked to speak to their manger, was told I would receive a call back. Never did and tried calling this location again, and kept going straight to voicemail. Extremely disappointed, Dairy Queen use to be so much better!! They should go back to training employees basic skills!

Went to the drive through and ordered $52 worth of food and ice cream, person taking my order said “is that it” and huffed and puffed the entire time pulled forward to pay and was asked to park order would be brought out to me. There were no other cars in front of or behind me 14 minutes later they bring my order to the car. My cherry dip cone was in a cup and looked like it had fallen several times as the cone was covered with stuck napkin bits and the entire cherry shell was gone. I called 5 times and no answer I also left a review with all my contact info and no one has responded. I paid for an order that should at least be edible

Myself and my family (wife, son and daughter) were quite disheartened when DQ on Chase Avenue closed down over a year ago. We then were elated to find out that this DQ was opening over the summer. That feeling of elation quickly diminshed after our 2nd visit. We've gone here 6 times in the 3 months that it's been open and have vowed to stop for the following reasons; 1. The milkshakes are exceedingly thin almost like you're drinking flavored skim milk. You have to ask for it to be made extra thick and even then it'll still come out thin. 2. Queso is an additional charge if you buy an order of pretzel sticks, however if you do the 2 for $4 and one of the items you choose is pretzel sticks then the queso will be included which doesn't make sense. When we questioned this we were told that that's just the way it's programmed. 3. I ordered a $6 grilled chicken sandwich (picture below) and this is what I received. Are you kidding with me? 4. A large onion ring (while delicious) is $4 and you get around 5-6 medium sized rings. 5. Their hamburger meat is very low quality and while I like mustard, they use way too much. 6. Chicken tenders are dry and quite small. 7. The parking lot design is one of the worst I've ever seen and the Drive thru is beyond atrocious. 8. They have WAY TOO MANY people working and behind the counter. Most are just playing on their phones and have very bad attitudes. The only positive thing is that their blizzards aren't bad and quality wise I'd say they're a 6/10.
