Pizza is always fast just how I ordered it with great staff to serve it!

This pizza hut location was a bit like a restaurant you sit have a waitress, a host seats you. The food came out quickly. I wouldn't say the food was bad, but it wasn't spectacular either.

The food tastes remain the same, just as I remember it 20 years ago. I wish they would bring back the pizza buffet.

Pizza was absolutely fantastic. Bit of a wait, they were busy but well worth it.

This Pizza Hut is the very last amazing example of what these restaurants used to be...which is amazing pan pizza! Also the most beautiful Pizza Hut I've ever seen!

I took my wife and mother-in-law here on a Thursday, about 1pm. It was not crowded at all, and we were able to get a booth tucked away in an alcove. Our server, Stephanie, was very prompt and nice. We ordered 2 of Pizza Hut's specials: a deep dish bacon & pineapple pizza, and a thin & crispy super supreme pizza. Both were hot out of the oven in less than 15 minutes and were delicious. Pizza Hut serves Pepsi products so you can quench your thirst. We had an enjoyable meal, and our (my) only complaint is that their outdoor signage is too small. I've driven by that entrance to Lowe's in Watertown, and I never knew there was a Pizza Hut hiding in plain sight. The sign on the un-Pizza Hut-looking building says "Wingstreet," and since I don't care for wings much, it never drew me in.

Went to pizza hut and we had the best customer service expierance. Our servers name was Jordan. He did an awesome job all the way around. While we were enjoying our meal, we could hear him tell customers to have a great night, his timing with everything was exceptional from the start to finish. His energy was very uplifting and contagious. It was definitely a pleasant dinner. Thank you again Jordan. I hope you always shine.

If you are still a lover of Pizza Hut salad bar, this place still has a small salad bar with pasta salad, carrot and celery sticks and the best TI dressing ever. Service was quick, pizza was hot and delicious.

Pizza came earlier than expected. Was hot and cooked to perfection. Those cinnamon minis were really good. The lady that brought the order brought plates and condiments The diet pepsis were actually cold. Finally a Pizza place that is damn good. Now I know why "Nobody Beats the Hut". They actually delivered my order to my hotel room and did not put it on the floor. Best Pizza people around

My rating is based on a comparison of other similarly priced chain pizza places. My order is always available earlier than estimated, and the staff is always excellent. The place is always clean, including the exterior in bad winter weather. Interior eating areas aren't cramped, and seating is comfortable.

This is a newer Pizza Hut. The building has excellent curb appeal. The inside is nice too. There are more than one section, tastefully designed. Very unique. It’s very nice to dine in. It’s also very kids friendly. The cashier/server is very friendly. He’s efficient. The place is kind of busy with dinner in customers and pick up orders but they ate no line ups. The food odds hot delicious. The Italian meat pasta is amazing. The garlic bread sticks with cheese are also hot and yummy. We will definitely return. 5 stars.

Our local Pizza huts have all closed. So while traveling to Watertown New York, we stopped at the Pizza Hut there. It was so good! Just like what we remembered. We ordered personal pan pizzas. The server was great. Very personable and funny. And the price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely return to Pizza Hut in Watertown next time we're there.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my meal. The pan pizza was very good. The waited was very helpful and even suggested a deal on the food I ordered that provided more food while costing significantly less. I was stunned when the bill arrived and it was $10-12 cheaper than anticipated. The restuarant was clean and well cared for. The staff was great and the food was delicious.

Chain Pizza restaurant. We ordered pizza to go without calling ahead. The pizza was ready in 10 minutes. The waitress seemed a little annoyed. I wanted the $10 box dinner. I picked up a paper menu and she said that the menu was on the wall. I didn't see any of the box dinners , so I asked about the $10 box dinner special and she said it was $20. Eventually we were able to order the $10 dinner meal.

Extremely disappointed the pizza was horrible paper thin under over cooked. Update: Pizza Hut was fantastic about addressing the issue they contacted me and the supervisor that night also was willing to work with me to make sure I had a opportunity to enjoy them another time. So customer service is wonderful!!

We had a free pizza, but I was disappointed about the lack of delivery to my house in the City of Watertown. I was surprised to learn that corporate limits delivery to about 8 minutes away from their store. I don't believe that Domino's or Little Caesars (to name 2 national chains) or the local pizza places, have that limitation.

I haven’t been inside but have ordered out here twice. The pizza and wings are solid. But they seem to have a shorter menu. More oriented towards deals. They don’t have butter garlic sauce for breadsticks like everywhere else.

Prices have skyrocketed and quality not as good as it used to be. Skimpy on the toppings.

Average pizza place. They couldn't offer two different types of sauces with their wings. The servers were nice and seated us quickly. They were attentive and kept our drinks refilled. Waited aittle longer than expected for pizza but not too bad overall.

I called the store before ordering online to confirm that the store had cauliflower crust and was told « yes ». I proceeded online to make my order and noticed that there was no option for the crust…I put the request in the comments thinking that maybe the website just had not been updated. They called from the store to inform me that they did not in fact have the crust 🤔. We read back the number we’d called and the name of the person we spoke to and she confirmed the number but stated that we might have been transferred to another store, ??. Since we were already in the parking lot, I said that we would go ahead with the order. I love the picture options to depict what should be where on and order…got home, opened the box and needless to say, they did not pay attention to those pictures as toppings were sideways!

Food is pretty good. If u call to order though it's stupid! They use a call center now so it's like foreign people that u can barely understand and u have to have them connect u to the store u want to order from. My store is the arsenal st Watertown store. But the food like I said is always good

Clean bathrooms and dinning hall, the waitress was very nice, the place needs to be cleaner in the front bar. The pizza disappointed, the salad was old and the chicken parm sandwich disappointed. The boneless with spicy garlic sauce were very good. There might be a problem with the telephone sound.

Ok so tonight's dinner out and decided on pizza hut pizza. So we went to the Watertown location... They have a 5 dollar promotion going on... so we ordered the 5 dollar pepperoni pizza and order of cheese breadsticks with 2 sodas.. Pizza was okay nothing to write home about but for chain pizza it's better than convenient store pizza , it was the hand toss.. So we get the bill and were charged full price, the kid didn't notice I guess that I was charged 30 dollars instead of 15... so they tried to correct it and was unable to.. so I have a 20 credit floating in space until I go back for dinner again.. just review your check before paying it... staff isn't trained enough to correct guest checks.

Not Massena Pizzahut. No salad bar, but you get the salad bar in Potsdam and Watertown in St Lawrence county and Jefferson County respectively.

The salad bar left Much to be desired. $5 for one trip, not even a full plate of toss salad. Most places will accommodate my not being able to eat much. Not here. By far the worst "salad bar". My husband got the wrong p'zone. They did take it off the bill and replace it with one to take home. Better late than never. My husband's wings were drowned in the sauce. He was less than impressed. With the exception of being a bit impatient, The waitress was phenomenal! Very pleasant, friendly and apologetic for the kitchens mistake.

It's been a while since I've ordered from here. I ordered the Cheesy Alfredo Pasta that's new along with a few other things. The store called me to inform me that they didn't have any more Alfredo sauce and asked if I wanted red sauce instead. They could have been more courteous when on the phone with me and offered me something extra for having to change my order because they ran out of the sauce that I ordered. It took to me to be longer than what should be expected. Not sure if I will order from here any time soon after what happened.

The only vegetarian item on the entire menu is pizza (other than salad, obviously). Can anybody please explain to me why the “chef” said they can’t make a supreme p’zone w/mushrooms instead of sausage?? Would’ve given them only 1 star but our waitress was super nice & felt awful about it when we left without eating.

Horrible service. We we're only the third table occupied (11 total people) at 6:50 pm and it took 45 minutes to get a pizza and bread sticks.

The pizza sauce was awful, the thin crust one looked cooked, the other was barely cooked, uneven toppings and way to much sauce on one side.

If you're thinking about switching it up from Domino's, dont. Just go to Domino's. The crust is like cardboard. And the breadsticks are like cardboard dusted in garlic. But the garlic sauce is good.

I live in Watertown on the East side. We used to have a Pizza Hut just a couple of blocks away and now its closed. Now we can't get Pizza Hut Pizza delivered on our side of town. If you close one store, you should have the other store take over. I mean there are plenty of places to get Pizza in town. I don't understand why Pizza Hut doesn't want our business.

On the 24 of September about 5 o'clock. My family and I went here to eat dinner. We walk in and waited to be seated. The place was not busy at all. As we waited not a single employee greeted us. They all seen us and said nothing. We waited for about five minutes so we went to sit at an empty table that was ready just as we sat down a lady employee said very rudely. " your not supposed to sit your self, you supposed to wait. " so I told her we waited for about 5 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged us being here. So we sat our self. She was being rude and we just left.

This is a constructive comment. I was not a lucky person today. I ordered 6 pieces of wing and they looked good. However, the chicken was cooked outside but still so raw inside. It’s not only raw but spoiled. I gotta threw up all. Please, quality is number one key.

The waitresses that we had waited on another table before us and and they came in 20 minutes after we sat down and we got served second. It feels like Antarctica in here and no heat and you freeze. And they only think about their self. You should never have too freeze setting waiting for your food. And the second people got there food frist. This is the Watertown one.

Spent over $75 on a take out order and the attitude of the checkout person (male) came off as if I was burdening him especially when I added a soda at the end which got me a semi roll of the eyes. Staff needs to be far more friendly.

Rediculas Customer Service. It takes 30 minutes to make one Large pizza... So I ordered pizza online. It says 15 minutes it will be ready. I waited 15 minutes and went to the store to pay. I paid it and asked if it was ready. Server Told me it will be ready in 2 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and asked if it is ready. Server told me 1 second and vanished. So another person came with someone else order who ordered after me. I asked that person if my pizza was ready. She said 1 second and left again. I have no problem waiting 10 minutes but you need to clearly tell me how long? One pizza doesn't take 30 minutes to make. People has work to do. Nobody is here for wasting time because you messed up. Its rediculas....

The pizza tonight was awful. It was very thin, like eating cardboard. No taste an the pepperoni was burnt. It was a hodge podge just get her made kind of pizza. No thought an no love put into it. No stars.

Ordered and paid for an extra marinara dipping sauce that wasn't delivered, tavern style pizza was on hand tossed crust and cut in slices instead of thin and crispy square cut, ordered boneless wings and didn't get a fork (I'm in a hotel so I ate boneless wings with my fingers), got charged a $5.49 delivery fee but they used doordash to deliver, so even though I paid this stupid delivery fee, I still paid the doordash driver, so $10.49 for delivery 3 miles away. Pizza hut is a dying name for a reason.

Absolutely disgusting. These comments must be AI generated and/or paid for. Crust taste like a big saltine cracker or pita bread. The sauce taste like raw tomatoe paste out of a can. The parm and garlic boneless wings where greasy with a thick salty batter. And EVERYTHING was cold. Watched the driver idle at one spot down the street from me for over 40 mins. Dude must've went home. How does pizza get that cold and you have a pizza bag! This is not the pizza hut of my childhood. Never again! Wasted hard working money for it all to go in the garbage.

We usually go to this Pizza Hut because it’s better than the one by Drum but this pizza was DISGUSTING. We ended up trashing it because it was not cooked all the way. The cheese in the crust tasted bland and had a texture like that of gum that you left in your mouth overnight. It was disgusting. Can I please have a refund?
