The one in Watertown rocks mountains the food was great for such a time in the evening great cashiers and thee order taker was amazing and then I ate the food, I recommend to anyone in the area of Watertown.

Arby's is Arby's and this Watertown, NY location is as good as any. The girl at the drive-thru window seemed pretty cool and they didn't screw up our order. The horsey sauce packets were excellent. Plenty of napkins. 5 stars.

Just like all fast food places. It's hit or miss. You can always tell that who ever is working on the food orders either are liking it or just whatever with the orders, but I find that to be in most fast food places.

Convenient quick place to grab a bite to eat that is not the same old hamburger all the time. Classic roastbeef with the cheddar cheese is the best. Love the curly fries. Only down fall like most places is the soda choice. I'm not a coke products kinda person. It's Mt. Dew for me.

We love the menu variety at Arby's in Watertown. Our last visit was "to go" and the service was excellent. After our long drive home, we did have to re-heat our sandwiches, but they were still good. The Arby's "Beef'n'Cheddar" is an all-time favorite!

It's fast food. But, gotta give them 5 stars because the workers were polite, we got the food we ordered (including enough sauces), it was hot and yummy as always.

I ordered the Corned Beef Ruben Double stacked with extra sauce and let me tell you what!!! They definitely got the the A Team at this location! I have had this sandwich at other locations but this one here is On Point!! In my opinion! Don't go anywhere else for a Ruben! 😉 Just awesome!

This Arby's is a great store, they honestly have the best Buffalo Chicken Sandwich I have ever tried. The staff is phenomenal, and everyone seems to always be in a good mood. I'm always greeted kindly and treated respectfully. I understand those that have negative reviews and that's fine, but some are downright outrageous, so pick and choose what to believe. Mistakes happen, we're only human, but their customer service is impeccable. This is the best Arby's that I've been to so far, good job guys!

Loving their turkey club sandwiches gives a healthy alternative when so many places dont have many any more and tasty too !

Convenient place to stop for fast food while in the area. We stopped by while on a road trip. I like their roast beef sandwiches and curly fries, and they also had loaded curly fries with ranch and bacon as well.

Nice and clean. Staff is friendly and the food was good. I asked for no bun, and they made my rost beef in a box, which was perfect!

It wasn't busy and got in right away. I had a Reuben, which was good. My friend got the Italian sandwich, which was pretty good. A little horsey sauce and it was better. Nice and warm there.

The one thing I have come to expect from all Arby's locations, is extra friendly staff. Once or twice an employee has only been helpful, but never rude. Arby's will be my go to chicken tender stop for years to come.

My long over due first trip to an Arbys.. I live in the heart of the Adirondacks here un NY and we unfortunately don't have one. I have for a long time seen there delicious commercials and finally made it here!! It was everything I hoped for

The food was what I would expect from an Arby's. The only issue was with the condiment center. It wasn't stocked, so we had to resort to putting ketchup on soda fountain lids and in our sandwich containers.

Usually a good atmosphere but on the day I went with my daughter the crew seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else. The manager had a nasty attitude she was Spanish. I go in about 2 to 3 times a month and spend 50 or more dollars.

Debut time eating here. I had a lunch special which was a Roast Beef sandwich being a 3oz type. And a medium drink and these potatoes fries. Funny thing how the whole table shifts underneath you sitting at the booth I guess they are not anchored to the floor!! A slight bit slippery also, but you'll make it to your table safely. 😁 The restaurant seems nice and inviting. Not too cold inside, nice temperature. The lunch was really good too. Good sandwich which I enjoyed. 😎👍🏻

Prices are a little on the high side for fast food, if they brought the prices down thwy could better compete with McDonalds and Burger King

It's Arby's. It's great, but only if you eat in, so the food doesn't become luke warm. Unfortunately even though we ate in, the food was already nearly luke warm.

Arby's food is just not what it used to be. There is nothing wrong with this Arby's. There was a goof up in the order but they fixed it. It was assembled very sloppy. I'll eat there again but not as a regular.

The food is good but this establishment is not well kept each time I've gone. There is always a wet floor sign and a mop bucket in the middle of the dining area. It's poorly lit, as well. The service and food are great though.

Wanted regular fries not waffle fries (didn't get what I ordered). Drink was good (less ice as requested). I wasn't thrilled with the Ruben (bread was mooshy/soggy and no, I didn't have sauerkraut on it. Think next time I'll try the gyro.

I went to this location recently, it was my first Arby’s experience. The food was fresh, hot and delicious, the only thing that ruined it was the lobby was sooo hot. I was wiping sweat from my face as I was eating. The service was great just maybe turn that A/C up a bit for the people choosing to eat inside during this heatwave.

Haven't been to Arby's since I was a kid. I was curious to try their much-hyped wagyu steakhouse burger. First of all, the price was a bit high. ($7.99). I've read reviews of the same burger in other states where it was in the $5.99- $6.50 range. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our order to be ready. The burger was visually a hot mess... too much sauce, and the lettuce and tomato looked "thrown" on. I expected the burger to be more tender. Taste was just average. I did enjoy the curly fries, and I'm not normally a fry person.

Lol I loved the milkshakes they had an orange cream and a mint chip milkshake and I loved em both. Probably won't be going back anytime soon to eat but next time I want a milkshake I can guarantee I'm going to Arby's.

Good food. Good atmosphere. Clean, re-done interior. My only complaint is yesterday I got the 2 for $5 fish sandwich and curly fries. Today I go back and tried to get the same order but she said it ended a week ago and you can only get 2 fish sandwiches for the $5, no curly fries as a replacement. Knocking off 2 star due to that issue right there. Because customer service is important to me.

They took our favorite sandwich off the menu! Sevices was okay, not the best. Lunch was okay...usually they rock but today was off.

This Arby's definitely seems to have been going downhill. I stopped coming after an experience I had. I decided to go again today. Got all the way home to find out that there was ONE slightly thicker than normal piece of roast beef on all three of the sliders. I drove back and pointed it out to manager who said some days the slicer doesn't work right and they can't fix it even when adjusting the knob. She seemed quite certain the amount of meat weighed as it should. I have been obsessed with the sliders since they came out and order them a few times a month from the Evan Mills Arby's. If it really is the slicer you would think they would get it fixed.

They charge you for a large shake and get a medium. Never used to be like that. If I'm paying the same price I was before I want the same product. Shame on you Arby's. Very disappointed.

Whatever team they had tonight absolutely sucked. Their shake machine was "broken" which at this point looks like a lie, wrong sandwiches put in the bag, one sandwich missing half a bun. I can understand mistakes but at $15 an hour it shouldn't be this bad

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. First, the cashier (an older lady with a long braid) taking our order was rolling her eyes and shaking her head because my girlfriend couldn't decide what to order. Then was nasty and impatient when she didn't know how to process a Canadian debit card, acting like it was our fault. At no point was my girlfriend rude to her during our encounter. After the fact my girlfriend was rather upset about how she treated us and she was talking to me about the situation, I overheard the manager say he would come over and hit my girlfriend if she said anything else, while looking at her as he was talking to the cashier who took our order. A disgusting way to treat any customer. Absolute worst experience I've ever had at any place. I will be following up with a complaint to corporate about the way they treat customers.

I would have to say not so pleasing to the taste. I was on a job painting interior walls for a customer. The Customer took the kids out to lunch and was very considerate to make sure I got something to eat. They called while I was painting and ask if I wanted something to eat. McDonald's was packed and they couldn't wait. They pulled into Arbys right across the street and asked me what I wanted from Arbys. I was like Hmmmm! Arby's!!!!! I haven't had it in 15 years because of the quality. I was sure they had fixed it by now. I just got the basic roast beef sandwich with cheese and order of fries. Im sorry the Fries are real bad. Over seasoned and it seemed like they were cooked fry oil that was 6 months old. I had an after taste for hours from the fries. The Sandwich meat tasted slightly rotted like it has just turned bad then cooked it. I'm sorry about the comment but I just had to make it known that Arby's is not good at all for even the fast food. This was last Friday Afternoon. Today I traveled to Buffalo for some business and was very hungry. My wife wanted to stop at Tim Hortons and get a Coffee. Again only food available was Arby's. This time I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it wasn't bad at all. The Fry's tasted the same way and I didn't even bother eating them because I knew the after effect. Still after only a bit of fries I had an after taste for about an hour.

Girl named Jayden messed up our order three times in a row today, we tried to be polite when having it fixed; then the manager basically accused us of lying even though we very willingly gave the wrong orders back. At least the girl who took our orders was still polite about the whole ordeal, while the manager was extremely rude and unpleasant. I usually enjoy eating here.

My experiences at Arby's on Arsenal Street, Watertown, New York. After requesting sandwiches with the sauces on side, I was assured I could get them that way. When arriving home I found nothing was done. I had two sloppy sandwiches drenched in sauces. When I called the store to let them know this has happened before the manager "Maddie" was not interested in even correcting their error. It's okay to say no sauces on the side when a customer asks. If you say you can do sauces on the side, then you should work to keep that promise. Then when a customer calls concerned that promises were not honored, and it has happened times before, Don't blame the customer and tell them how they should fix it. Common sense. Don't have it? Makes me wonder what other compromises are being made to the food I pay to consume. You have lost my patronage. I warn others!

Just went in the store almost an hour ago. The Drive-thru had a few cars in line, so decided to go into the Lobby thinking it would be a bit faster and less of a wait... especially since I was the only customer in line. Nope. Big mistake. The staff moved like pond-water and apparently were preoccupied talking to each other than with taking care of the customer's order (again, I was the only one for at least a good 5-10mins). Whoever made the two sandwiches practically drowned the Gyro in mayo & lettuce but hardly put any meat on it and that pretty much was the same for the BnC Classic except that one was very dry and hardly had anything on it. Talk about getting short-changed, especially for the amount of time it took to complete the order. I doubt I'll be going in there again.

I was behind a few cars here and I was waiting behind them for a good 10 min. I was thinking they were ordering. I get up to window and I sat there for 5 min. Noticing all the other cars were driving into taco bell. So I was confused. Iooked up arbys and it said they close at 11pm. It was 10pm. So I called and an employee answers. I stated I've been here now (after looking them up calling and waiting) a good 15 minutes. She said "you have"? Then she says "oh I'm sorry I turned my headset off"! She told me to come up to window to order. I haven't looked at menu yet. She was very rude and acted like she wanted to close an hr early. I stated to her that she let 4 cars go through and lost that business. She didn't care. She told me my total, didn't talk to me, and when she gave me the food she handed it out the window as I was trying to get my phone between my seats and she says take your food. So I grabbed it and went to say thank you and she slams window. Everything was rushed made very sloppy and not how I asked. Very poor customer service with that employee. Not worth the money even waiting for fresh food. It was disgusting and I had to put my own mayo and tomatoes on my sandwich. Very poor. The loaded curly fries had no bacon and probably 3 curly fries. Drink was filled halfway. But I paid for a meal that was half and not cooked and not made how it should've been. Large drink was a small. So don't go late night I guess. Although its suppose to be the same all day no matter the time! Not here!!

Ordered a double roast beef and got a plain single roast beef but paid for 2 doubles

I went with my mom we stopped on our way to visit family. When we walked in you could see garbage all over the floor, the tables were filthy, it was very cold and the staff were standing together in the back talking loudly together you could hear there conversations. We stood there waiting to order for almost 10 min. When the young girl finally came out looked at us and said what do you want? Ignoring her ignorance we ordered our food. I ordered the beef and cheddar meal and my mom ordered a fish sandwich meal with ketchup snd extra tartar. The 2 meals together came to over $30. We asked for a reciept she said they were out of reciept paper. I went to get our drinks and my mom went to clean a table off. We got our food which seemed really fast and sat down. My mom needed a knife to spread her tartar sauce which was in a cup so I went to the counter to get one. They cashier ( a different lady) walked up to me and asked "what are you here for?" I asked for a knife. Without saying a word she threw a plastic knife on the counter and walked back to the other girls and continued there very loud conversation. My sandwich was not hot but warm. Our fries were hard and cold. They tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours and dumped back in the grease to warm them up. My mom's fish sandwich was cold and you could tell by the look of it it was old. The orange cheese on it was a dark brownish orange on the corners and transparent on the fish. We could barely hear each other talking over the staff behind the counter yelling back and forth to each other. I went back to the counter to show them the food, I seen 2 of the girls look at me then turn around and look the other way. I said excuse me very loudly, but they refused to acknowledge that I was there holding a tray of food. We finally gave up, threw our food in the trash and walked out. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a fast food restaurant. Never seen one as filthy. I wouldn't give them even 1 star. Never again will we ever go back to the Arby's on arsenal st. In Watertown.

Went to grab dinner, ordered food and then a machine malfunction happened with The card reader and after trying almost 3 cards and then blaming it on us, we mentioned it might be on them and we were waiting at the window for a general manager, but it took almost 45 mins and when machine started working, the food was cold and when we asked if they could put a different set of fries down that were actually going to be hot they gave us attitude… customer service was fine until they made it seem like it was our fault

Received my food sizzling, always a plus, unfortunately it was dumped upside down in the bag on top of the sauces. After sitting at the window honking for the girls attention due to not wanting to eat melted plastic, she finally responded annoyed asking for the bag back for "proof". Great times!! Be waiting longer than the standard 5 minutes for replacement too! Always a plus!

I ordered 3 burgers and 3 fries. When I got home, I realized there were no fries in the bag. I had my wife call to tell them about the mistake while I headed back to get the fries. They would only give me 1 order of fries. They then argued with in the drive through along with the manager. Who would use this much effort and gas to lie about 2 orders of fries? Very rude. Terrible service.
