My wife came here for lunch today with our boys. She said it was very good everything going well until the bill came, she put money down and had a few dirty plates but some food left to the side she was going to eat after bringing our boys up for ice cream. They come back to their seat and their seat was completely cleared off and now the table was soaking wet along with their seats. She then had to find the waitress because our boys were upset there drinks and napkins were gone and on top of that she needed our cash change ( which mind you was $19!!!!) the fact they thought she would tip $19 at a buffet is insane. She got the boys drinks and the change back but got a side eye when she asked for new fortune cookies for them all ( they were taken when the table was cleared) she definitely felt very rushed at the end of her meal. We understand it was about to be dinner time but it was 30 mins from so there was no reason for them to clear off the table to fast when you could easily look around and see she was getting her kids ice cream and obviously not leaving a $19 tip. But I guess common sense doesn't come naturally anymore here in 2025...

Well what can you say.. Its a standard Chinese buffet experience. They have all of the standard fare you'd expect. There have been complaints of people getting sick after coming, but you get that with most buffets. I'd encourage people to stay away from the sushi though because it likely sits out all day. All in all, not much to complain about, but not much to write home about either. Service is always decent and the buffet area seems clean. It's also your only choice for a Chinese buffet in Watertown!

This place is a salt mine. Every variation of chicken and pork is salty to the core with the exception of the fried chicken. Its good if you're only eating a plate or two but after that you'd tap out. Everything else is good. I just wish it wasn't so salty to the point I can feel high blood pressure kicking in.

We come here all the time because my children love coming. But the food is never kept up, we came for dinner and the same empty clams sat out the whole time we were there and we wanted that. Also, the minute that we got our check( we only went up once) they instantly ignored us, the plates were piled up and our drinks we had to ask for a refill and the man gave us such a side eye and the only filled it half way.. bad service. Food could be better if they actually kept up with it. No sushi at dinner time when they are open til 11pm..

I am scared to see the outcome of what I ate. Could only fight through half a plate. Got lock jaw from chewing. Water tasted like dirt. They never brought out fresh food. They did replace all the serving spoons as the food from the lunch crowd was caked on them. Sushi looked old and dry. The locals seemed to like the place.

Ordered through doordash. Sesame chicken combination platter with broccoli and rice and egg roll. Totally inedible. Chicken was completely overdone and couldn't even chew it. The rice tasted like an ashtray. I didn't even get the broccoli. The lobster roll didn't even taste anything like lobster. I complained through doordash and all they gave me was a $5 credit after spending $22. Totally ridiculous.

Don’t get all the reviews about the place being clean cause I’ve been in the area about 7-8 years now and the restaurant is NEVER actually clean, honestly food is mediocre, had chicken that honestly didn’t taste or have the texture of chicken so honestly don’t know what I ate at that point and honestly would love to come back again with a thermometer to check stuff to see if they are really keeping up to code since it honestly didn’t seem like it at all since have the restaurant was a legit disaster

My husband got number to be seated at 6:00 pm. Our number is 080. It’s now 7:00 pm and restaurant called all the # up to #79 but all of a sudden a customer who was #040 approached hostest and they were going to be seated. I asked hostest why and she said that they are returning now and they will be seated. I said that is wrong since they left and now they are being seated. Since they are Chinese they received service. They should have given a new number. There are a lot of people waiting.

They do not care about their guests in this establishment. I accidentally left me new Yeti thermos on the table. Ten minutes after we left I called them to let them know I was coming back for it and to hold it. They said it was not there. I pressed on describing our server and where we were sitting. He left the phone for a minute and returned saying, sorry it's not here. I worked in the food service industry at one time and we went out of our way for our customers. We held on to things that were left behind for a reasonable amount of time. If they care so little about their guests, then how are they handling our food out back? I will never frequent this restaurant again. The atmosphere is not customer friendly to begin with and this is just not the kind of people I want to trust with my food.

The General Tsos chicken was hard to chew and only small pieces. The rice is very dry and the rolls have no veggies in it or flavor and the bag was covered in old grease.

The people have ZERO customer service skills, a no care attitude and they don't refill the buffet regularly. Complete joke for desperate people
