The coffee was fresh and strong. The diablo wrap was equally fresh. I would definitely eat here again. The front desk cashier was such a friendly guy with a nice smile. A satisfactory spot for a leisurely lunch. Unfortunately I was trying the place on a day when an angry customer was there spoiling the ambiance. I understand that warm weather can sometimes bring out the worst in people, especially if they are perhaps overly hungry. This woman felt compelled to use the word “bitch” because her sandwich had only one pickle. They gave her extra pickles and didn’t engage her in arguments. And after she huffed out, they were professional enough not to talk about her in her absence. Which was far better than she deserved. All I’m saying is: Watertown customers: do better! There’s no need to get aggro over extra pickles. But if you do, the staff at Vito’s will still treat you with dignity and respect.

What the heck I've never had such a sandwich like this. 10 star rating if i could. The only bad thing I have to say is need more napkins lol this place is a hidden diamond ill never go anywhere else for my sandwiches ever again great job!!!!! Talk about a meal.

I wish I had gotten a photo of my sandwich. Seemed a bit pricey for a sandwich shop—until I got my sandwich. It was enormous, especially for a "regular" sliced-bread sandwich. Delicious, as well. I'll definitely keep them on my list for when I'm in the area.

The Diablo is an amazing sandwich! A whole sandwich is 2 meals if you wanted, excellent quality for the price. Coffee is also amazing! Super friendly caring people. If you're passing through or just in the area and haven't tried it, do!

This place was wonderful!! Very quaint little fresh food place. Waiting time is minimal abs everything delicious. From hot soups and sandwiches to coffee and teas. Great place to go on lunch break.

The low traffic at these downtown businesses is really disappointing. A place like this should have a line and they didn't, purely because people just aren't supporting small business. I can see a place like this being a lot of folks favorite spot. I got the Vito's Favorite on ciabatta and my son got the philly wrap. These were in no way traditional Italian deli sandwiches, and the menu did not have all the expected offerings, so don't expect that walking in. But they were absolutely expertly paired ingredients, loaded with meat and cheese and incredibly low priced. I think we spent like 20 bucks? Two cans of diet coke, couple bags of chips and sandwiches. Not my style of sandwiches, but in the end I was not disappointed. Will certainly return to try more of the menu. For unique, "gourmet" sandwiches this place is worth stopping in. Plenty of seating, very clean, nice atmosphere.

Came in for lunch. Reasonable prices, generous portions for the sandwiches and wraps. Delicious! I got the Moonstruck wrap.They have daily specials in addition to the cleverly Italian movie themed names. Their coffee bar is also quite popular. There are a few tables, most customers do take out. No fountain drinks, they have a variety of cans and bottles in a cooler.

The Situation wrap was good. Only problem was the chicken was dry :( otherwise, pretty good lunch. I suggest ordering ahead for pickup b/c the kitchen is fairly slow.

My husband and I have been dying to try this place. We each got a buffalo chicken wrap. Somehow they were soggy despite having (presumably) just been made. The chicken was chewy and it tastes more of red onion than buffalo. My husband is adamant we try again for their sandwiches, so possible update to come. Hello! We tried again. The buffalo chicken wrap still tastes only of red onion. Its not made with the breaded chicken to which we are accustomed, but that wasnt a make or break change. The red onion flavor really overpowers it all. We each took 1 bite and that was it. My husband and I both tried Vitos favorite. Unfortunately it just wasn't our speed. My 6 year old got the Michaelangelo without cheese and said he liked his. I also got the pasta salad and just was not a fan.
