This was our second attempt with Chipotle (our first was when they originally opened in the area) and we were much more impressed this time around. I had a burrito with some sort of marinated chicken, and it was delicious. I was tempted to eat the whole thing at once, but I knew I couldn't so I saved it for later. My wife had a salad, which she also enjoyed and (had enough for seconds later). Portion size was good. For both of our meals and drinks it was around $30 USD, which *is* steep, but considering portion size, was good.
To whoever was in front of me in line today, it was YOUR behavior that made me feel really bad for everyone who had to deal with your entitlement. Why is the line long? Because you couldn't be bothered to look up from your phone while you backed a line out the door. Good job and we'll done. Not. Then you had a temper tantrum because the woman making your food can't seem to express to you that she can understand you mumbling and pointing, as though she's supposed to be psychic. Then you get to the point where most of your food is prepared and you simply throw up your hands Lea ingredients a woman to throw out two whole bowls of food. Seriously ugly, stupid, and overly entitled. I took your TWO bowls of food rather than have her throw it out. It was fantastic. Next time, as a customer, Suck LESS.
This was the best customer service I've ever received at a Chipotle... I placed a really large order that took over an hour to complete, and this team was so friendly, quick, and made the whole operation a blast! Amazing work Watertown Chipotle, highly recommend stopping by if you're around the area!!!
Today we drive to the United States from Canada as part of my 55th birthday celebration which was today. We planned to have lunch at Chipolte in Watertown NY. We walked in and I was gamefully wearing a 55th tiara my husband gave me. I asked if there was a seniors discount as it was my first day being a senior. I was told no. When we got to the cashier the woman said “happy birthday it is on us”. My goodness my faith in humanity was restore. A complete stranger knew what a treat it was to drive there to have our lunch as our closest chipolte in Canada was 3 hours away. Thank you for he wonderful birthday treat, our lunch on you. Been coming here for food dates for at least the last year and it's never been disappointing. I just went here last week and got one of the best burritos I've ever had. I'm very grateful to the crew for the care they take to prepare the food and keep the restaurant clean. One of the members has been working there for 4 years and he's without a doubt a great joy to see every time I come and he's on shift. The store is consistent and friendly. Thanks guys!
The food is great as always, but I want to highlight the staff's willingness to work around my kids' dietary restriction. I can't praise this staff enough on how gracious they are, despite the hassle of changing gloves, getting different cheese and other ingredients, and washing spoons, all to avoid cross contamination. You folks are wonderful. Thank you so much.

I go to this Chipotle at least once a week for my lunch. My meal is always spot on and the staff are so kind and amazing! Special shoutout to Ari who is typically there when I stop by. She is such a queen, always so kind and wonderful.
Late night stop on the way home from a soccer game. There was a line, and Hayden behind the line was working so quickly and efficiently. The young lady at the counter cashing out, very quick and friendly. That crew this evening, did a great job. Defiantly recommend and will defiantly be back!!
The restaurant is defiantly improving. The prices are a bit much for what you get but its defiantly delicious food and they have some very friendly workers. We all have stressfully days that can definitely get to us special in the food business but theses guys are doing great and I hope they keep up the great work and keep on improving, and I will continue to give those workers a thank you each time I come in to get my food. They get quite busy in the day around 1130 for lunch and very busy during dinner time around 530 so I always try being understanding if it takes a second for someone to help me with my order or if its takes a little longer to get my online order I know they are lacking workers(manager told me) and are doing their best. I really hope these guys keep on improving and ill continue eating there as well
Pulled up to their trap planning on taking over their trap 47 heads deep. They cranked them John’s out faster than I could say gargoyle.
I came in around 9:30 and they had good product still available. I had a bowl with great proportions. The chips tho were amazing fresh salty with a hint of lime a couldn’t ask for a better late night dinner. Wish I knew the names of these employees great job keeping product good so close to close really enjoyed it!
Usually very busy everytime ive been. Expect long lines and wait times. Its better to order online before arriving, you'll get your food faster. It terms of food its great plenty of options to customize.
Disappointed on this visit. Saw ad for the Carne asada meat was back, and needed to try it again. Unfortunately, the meat had plenty of fat/ grizzle. Wasn't very much meat either. Taste was good, though, as normal. Server didn't put the requested side of sour cream in the bag. At $19 for the burrito bowl and guacamole w chips... too much for lunch. Glad the software didn't force a tip on takeout, like you see so often now.
First time experience, the service was great! They helped me make a bowl. I choose steak as my protein. I loved their chips and guacamole. Which by the way I got for free being a first time customer. I would definitely visit again. Large portions.

I came about 40 minutes before closing and they were very busy. The ladies working handled the crowd pleasantly and no lack of service at all. The one thing that did bother me was that I ordered my tortilla on the side and they were going to charge me for it. If I got my food wrapped in it they wouldn’t charge and I order it this way in California AND Texas no charge. That was annoying. Also I get back to my hotel room with no silverware in my bag. When the order is to go I don’t understand why utensils are not just thrown in the bag. Overall the service was great though, the girl making the food was extremely nice and helpful!!
Quick and fast service. The gentleman who cashed me out was extremely professional and friendly. Thank you. Would love to add one thing to all Chipotle’s in general. Really wish the music was down just a tad more. This is the 4th one I’ve been too and find everyone of them hard to hear when your ordering and answering questions from the severs.
We stopped into the Chipotle on Arsenal Street in Watertown right at shift change—never the easiest time for any restaurant—but the team handled it impressively well. Kristen was holding down the line by herself, with one team member on the grill and another at the register, while additional staff were focused on online and drive-through orders in the back. Even with the transition happening, everyone we interacted with was professional, efficient, and kept things moving smoothly. The only disappointment was that the grilled veggies weren’t ready when we ordered—those are usually a highlight of my salad. But the team made up for it by bringing fresh veggies out to our table as soon as they were ready, which was a much-appreciated touch. Overall, solid service, good food, and a team that clearly takes pride in keeping things running even during busier moments.
Foods always good but the inside of the restaurant is typically lacking in some cleanliness. Tables are typically not cleaned off, makes sense since they are always busy, but probably should have an employee dedicated to keeping the eating area clean.
This used to be one of my favourite Chipotle's to visit, and I am sad to see it go so downhill. Everytime we visit, they are out of something, and the lines are huge. The floors are dirty, the kitchen you can see in the back is also filthy. The staff are way overworked and running all over the place doing their best to keep up with all the in person and mobile orders. It's a crazy mad house! I ask the owner to take another hard look at this location, it used to be fully stocked 100% of the time and clean. Staff also seemed to be less stressed in the past. Due to the high demand, and popularity- imagine if you had more staff and stock! I hope the next time we visit things will change, that is if we decide to visit again at all...
Service was great, but I got steak put in my veggie order. Luckily it didn’t affect my plans to eat but I worry for those that would’ve been negatively impacted by that experience.
2 stars lost for the obnoxious prices. The food is always good. The counter guy was friendly and built my bowl as requested. I'm tired of every business using the inflation they supported, as a company, as a reason to raise their prices while often making the portions smaller.
It's very up and down here some days are better than others never know what you're going to get
Very hit or miss with the quality here. Sometimes the food is ready on time if you order online, sometimes its 20 minutes late. Sometimes it tastes good, other times it tastes worse than reheated leftovers. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's barely room temperature. When it's good it's very good,but I've been eating here for over 4 years now and in 2022 it's nowhere near the quality it used to be.
The food, staff, and everything else were fine, but the prices were crazy. I hadn't been to Chipotle Mexican Grill in a couple of years, so I figured I would take my wife and kid to it to get some thick burritos. The person said it was $40 when I got to the register. I was like, dang, this is just three burritos, but the register person said that the one serving of guac and queso was extra, and that it was my fault for not looking more at the menu. Granted, I should have read the menu a bit more, but still, $40 is a lot. As I said, the food was fine, but not for the price.
It's a good thing their food is tasty. We stopped for dinner at the tail end of a long road trip, so admittedly we were tired. Service was passable, although it did seem like there were multiple employees standing around without something to do. This was especially odd because all of the fancy flavored waters were either empty or almost empty. Also, and this seems like a theme with Chipotle, the tables were in need of a wipe down.
Not sure if it's one of those "Shrinkflation" things or if my Chipotle back home was extremely generous, but the portions here seem to get smaller every time I go in. Fantastic food, but I feel I used to get 40% more burrito. Last time I went in I had to ask for more of rice and protein and even then it wasn't enough for the price. Maybe it's specific to burritos as most people get bowls, but the portions for over 10 dollars just aren't quite there.
Staff on hand is extremely friendly. Although they've seemed to be shorthanded. Many items were unavailable due to staff shortages and no one available to resupply. This has been the same my last three visits.
Chicken seasoned, too salty. There was only one employee doing orders. I'm not sure why another employee couldn't step up to help. There wasn't a long line, but there were still a few of us waiting longer than usual. That one employee was doing the best they could. i can see they were frustrated with the other employees. Employees need to learn to read the room and take some initiative even if it's just to offer help to the other employees. Chipotle is ridiculously expensive, I usually buy my ingredients and make it at home and still get leftovers for days less than what I paid. I can see why I cut buying out, not worth the price.
My Barbacoa bowl was excellent tonight. I also ordered chips and queso Blanco, the chips were were a tad stale. The big disappointment with tonight's visit was just how filthy the store was. Every single tabletop had food debris on it from previous customers. In retrospect, in spite of how good my entree was, I should have requested a refund and eaten elsewhere. I'm in town for three more weeks so plenty of time for a second visit. I'll give this location another try and hopefully be able provide a more positive review.
The person putting the food together had major attitude and was slapping the food onto the tortillas and just dropping the spoons making a mess. The food still tasted good but I felt like a burden just for ordering and he was giving us dirty looks. I hope he is doing okay but if he really hates his job that much he should reevaluate his priorities. Would've been better off eating at a sit in.
This place obviously has some operating issues. Just visited today... Here were the problems: * The Asada was dry and hard. * The bowls and the burrito (that we ordered) were half-size * The staff clearly didn't know how to wrap a burrito Need some management help!
Service is slow and poor. Over a 20 minute wait ordering inside when’s there’s plenty staff on just no one is doing anything except one person making the food. Barely scoops the rice beans and protein, but dumps on the extras. Asked for very very light sour cream and got a large full scoop. Not worth the time or money. Very disappointing. Seems to get worse and worse every visit.

We had a few mistakes with our order, had to also correct what they tried to charge us, meat was cold and had grizzle. We prefer other similar options like Moe's, or Freebirds where you get more for your money. This particular Chipotle was one of the worse we have been to.
OK, my American friends rave about this place. So we are in town to shop my wife and I come by. Thought it was a sit down but that's my bad research. The food quality was fine no complaints on that. I had guac my wife did not. But she was charged for it. we asked for the lemonade. 3 of the 4 drink dispensers were empty. I mentioned this to the counter they did nothing. Place was pretty grimy as well. I know no one wants to work these days, that is a fact of life. In the end we pitched it. I guess that is a good thing as it was a lot of food. Like I said quality was fine, and the line service was friendly as well. Just the overall ending feeling. Probably won't return.
I ordered a burrito and burrito bowl. The chicken was beyond the average spice so that wasnt fun. The burrito was overstuffed and the guacamole was brown. Not very appetizing. I dont think ill order from here again. Please switch up ur spices for marinating chicken. Its too much!!!
There should be a bigger sign in your “drive-through” that says pick up only. You have a small pillar that says digital pick up that is VERY easy to miss as it is brown and blends in. Super misleading. I wasn’t the only car at the time that had this issue.
Not a great experience honestly. As soon we walked in almost walked out. The tables were gross it looked like no one had cleaned the lobby all day. The only reason we stayed is because we know Chipotle has decent food. (Sadly the food wasn't that great my burrito was soggy and the chips were so stale we each ate one and threw the rest out)
The tables are always dirty and not wiped off anytime I have came in. Trash cans are typically overflowing. They are always low or out of things. Even if it’s 6 or 7pm they are never stocked. Very poor customer service, I have given this place about 8 chances at this point since being new to the area. Today they were out of brisket at 7pm. I asked when they would have more considering I waited in line for 10 minutes because they were totally out of rice. I just got the answer of “we have chicken cooking right now and not sure when we will get to the brisket but you can sit over there.” My family and I left and ordered DoorDash instead, once we got our order about an hour or so later. It was incorrect and they hardly gave any brisket at all.. missing or wrong ingredients in all 3 orders. Seek out new management…
This location has progressively gotten worse over time. They consistently run out of food. Today, however, was an utter embarrassment. Sloppy service with food just sliding out of my order all over the floor while going down the line & then portioning out lettuce with 2 fingers. I had to ask for more lettuce 3 times because her literal 2 finger portions, only to be cut off that it would be an extra charge. I responded saying they were literally portioning lettuce different the day before & said it’s fine. Online doesn’t charge for lettuce, so what’s the problem here? Over $17 for a burrito. Sloppy service & corporate greed. What a joke.
Stopped in last night a couple hours before they closed. Was told they had no mild tomato salsa and no lettuce for the bowls while making the bowl someone brought out a container of just chopped up tomatoes also wanted to buy chips and was told sorry we have no more chips for the night we sold out e customers before you. I can understand if I had came in minutes before closing there would be limited options but a couple hours before closing on a Saturday night is ridiculous. The past couple visits to this location has been disappointing to say the least inconsistent portions & availability of items leaves alot to be desired
Very messy with food look likes it wasn't fresh and not so many are trained to cash out making a build up of lines and tables were messy.
Food and atmosphere is good just like any other chipotle, I would not recommend coming within 3 hrs of closing. staff are pre occupied with cleaning and closing tasks rather than serving customers I waited 20 mins for the staff with only two people ahead of me with basic orders, to make my burrito then I waited additional 10 mins at the cash out. With no one ahead of me and the cashier behind the wall cleaning. 5 stars for cleaning and food quality but if your looking for a quick bite forget about it
Service is slow which is acceptable because they are busy most of the time. However, they are constantly out of food choices. More often then not they will not start making food to refill until they are completely out. This is not the location if you want steak or black beans. Two or three times I'd survive but it's almost every time. Food is still good when they have it though.
We ordered online (at 4:20PM) for pickup to be ready at 5:20PM, but when we arrived at the “chipotle-lane” they said “ok we’ll make it now”. We proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes for our food. I take issue with tipping online ahead of time and then met with this low level of service with no apology or acknowledgment of the issue.
I never write bad reviews but I had to for this ocassion. I pleased an order for pick up using the chipotle app for barbocoa burrito bowl. The order was supposed to be ready 8:20. But I waited extra 40mins. And when they start running low on food they l only fill bowl halfway and always out of cheese lettuce or rice. Food was left over food and cold. Also manager was ridiculous. This restaurant needs absolutely new manager!!!
This was my first time going, and it was the worst experience ever!!!! The place was a mess there was no forks! There was half of a portion of chicken left we waited for the other half and some how got charged $22 for one bowl and some how got another portion of chicken that we didn't want or eat, service was poor and rude I will never go back EVER
ordered a bowl, chips and guacamole. Before I pulled away from chipotle I noticed they forgot my chips and guacamole. Went back inside to grab those, not a big deal. But once I got home and opened my bowl it was completely wrong, not one thing I ordered in my bowl was correct!! ridiculous, can’t get not even one item on my order correct!
I’m not sure who you had working on 12/6, but they are incompetent and can’t do their job right. Do better and stop letting random people take peoples orders. Also work on yalls phone system cause yalls service is not it.
This place absolutely sucks. It’s either you’re waiting an additional 30 mins for your pick up order or an employee is falling asleep making your food. It’s pretty pathetic that this place will be packed and there is one person making food while other employees just walk around. I wish I could give this a lower rating And if you’re wondering I’m still waiting right now for my food that was suppose to be ready 25 mins ago.
the last few times have been horrible. they’ll be out of ingredients hours before they close. i drove there a couple weeks ago to see them posting a paper on the door stating like 6 things they are out of(chicken,steak,fajitas,etc). crazy to have a restaurant continuously out of main ingredients. today I went in and it was slammed packed. super backed up because they decided to take on a 20 bowl order which caused everything to be backed up. ordered online and it took so long that i decided to go back in the line and order my food only for them to not allow my payment for the online order be transferred to the in person order. and they denied being able to refund me. absolutely crazy and ill likely never return.
I recently wanted to try their brisket that has been advertised on tv. I ordered the 3 soft tacos with brisket,the meat is way over seasoned and full of fat and grizzle and charged 3 dollars for a little dabe of guacamole. what a waste of 20 bucks,won’t ever eat at theses places again!!
Every time i've ever gone to this place they are starting to close down and "out" of multiple things an hour to two hours before close. I mean that's kinda outrageous don't you think? We told the manager who was temping the food that we were going to leave over it. She said nothing, wouldn't even look at us. I love chipotle but it's a pretty big turn off.
The slowest Chipolte ive ever been to. Ive walked out twice after standing in an 8 person line for 20 minutes while 3 employers stood in a cirlce at the pick up rack.

Don’t go here. Staff needs serious training and needs to learn how to treat customers. I went with my whole family, and everyone was disappointed. There were 5 people working, and only 1 was making the bowls and it took way too long. When I finally start to order, I ask for rice and they barely fill my bowl and don’t even put enough to cover the bottom. Then, I order the barbacoa beef, and it is all fatty and not much meat. The rest of my family orders steak, and it is uncooked and hard to chew. And to top it all off, staff is rude and inconsiderate, and don’t know how to run the kitchen. Avoid this chipotle.
Do not recommend, overprice and very small portions. The employes act like they are paying out of pocket for the food they are serving. The lady serving my food took out a scoop and looked dissatisfied about the size of the portion and proceeded to empty half of that spoon back on the tray. I know we are in a recession, but damn! They ration worse than in World War II.
Increased prices lower quantity and even worse service! Had order pickup at 4:10 didn’t receive food until 4:40. I received soggy tacos and had another issue in the last week when I received the wrong order. I have always ordered at least once a week but after today i don’t think I will go back. There consistently is horrible one day foods great but that does not out way the numerous bad experiences I have had here. Extremely disappointing but I will gladly pay $15 for a meal for myself elsewhere.
This Chipotle has s been degrading the quality of service by staff and food quality. Today ordered a Burrito and they gave me extremely small portions even when I asked for double portions and got charged the full 5.50$. To be specific it's a tall guy that has served me before and today the portions were extremely little even when I told them I'll pay for the extra portions. Same thing with the white rice and the rest of items extremely little portions not even half the spoon. Im not sure if these are new mesurements but getting charged by double portions but not reciving a full 1 portion is unacceptable. This is not the first time and today to avoid problems I ignored it since they took like 15 minutes to charge me. When it comes doen to comunication when I asked for something I would not even be finished and the person would be asking for:what else would you like. With out even placing the first items on the burrito. Then me clarifying what I wanted because they wete about to add stufff I did not asked for like brown rice or besns. Im sorry but this is definitely the last time im visiting this Chipotle. Poor Quality service, Half of the portions asked and communication between staff is poor. Also The last time I came here I left a review that I just editited that I got kicked out because I showed up 3 minutes before entering and got screamed by a lady: Sir you need to Leave we are not open we are busy here. When like 10 people walked in before me. They also had a lot of people inside and I was for sure thinking it was open and proceeded to walk and eat somewhere else. Poor Costumer Service. 👎
Hour before closing. Said to wait 10-15 for rice. We did. Came and said it'll be another 10-15. We waited as well. Then someone else came as he was talking and brought out white rice SCRAPS Got in line. Girl told someone to come to the front of the line cause she was her first ... But if they brought out the right amount of rice in the first place there would be no skippsies. Someone from the back came to grab white rice in 2 bowls and bring it to the back....... Then I asked how much longer for more rice. Said another 15 mins. Then another lady said no we're not making any more even with 30 mins left till close. Yet there was multiple people in line and various pulling in and entering this trash establishment - unaware that they will not be getting served because they refused to make more rice
Never had a good experience here and I've given them multiple attempts.
Stopped here twice on the way to and from Canada. Friday night they had no guacamole, no lettuce, no black beans, no Carne asada, and no medium salsa. Staff took 5 minutes to notice we were there. We went elsewhere after being told what they were out of. Stopped Monday on the way home. Tables were filthy and trash was overflowing. Ran out of white rice. Staff could not operate the change machine. Will not be back.
Rice was over cooked. The guacamole wasn't the normal Chipotle guacamole. Our bowls we basically empty. Couldn't eat it. It wasn't good at all. Ordered ahead. It still took over 40mins for the order to be done AFTER what our pick up time was. I do not recommend this location. The tortilla was the only good thing.

They’re down to one bathroom and it runs out of toilet paper. I ask the girl working there today for toilet paper and she says “I’m not clocked in yet.” Seriously? It was like a minute before 5:30. Wow.
I'd be willing to bet that prisoners in line for slop are treated better than we were today. Chipotle always employs at least one person who shouldn't be around other humans or food, for that matter. It's unfortunate because it makes the whole establishment look bad even though there's good employees as well. Today, the person making our bowls tried to do both simultaneously and rushed at that. When we tried to explain that he skipped over what we wanted, he became angry and insulting. When his coworker attempted to correct him, he argued with her disrespectfully and blamed us. A customer in line behind us was treated so poorly by this employee that he left without getting anything. It's disappointing because I loved Chipotle when they first opened, but the last few times I went there, I ended up leaving because the employees were extremely off putting, not sure how else to describe it, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has turned and walked right back out the door. I also feel bad for the good employees that work there because I can't imagine having to work alongside these people, can't be easy. How does Chipotle consistently get these rude people? I've never had this problem at Chick Filet ( closed on Sunday, only reason we went to Chipotle). Chick Filet consistently has kind, competent employees. Chipotle, if you're reading this, try following their hiring process. Or, consider having your decent employees do the hiring. The food is good and the assembly line could work well but I won't be giving any more chances. Food is too expensive to be treated so poorly that you're too upset to eat, which I was.

I went for a trip to upstate New York and wanted something quick good when I tell you I have never seen worse portion sizes in my life I’m not even kidding. I got half a spoon of chicken and asked for a little more and they charged me for double chicken. I genuinely want to ask what is the reason behind this? Is it because management is too lazy to cook up some chicken on the stoves if so then stop being lazy. Will never visit this place again worst chipotle I have ever been to.
Slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. They're always under staffed and the people that are working have no sense of urgency with a line almost out the door and you end up waiting a half hr for food. If you see this, moes is right across the street, save your time and money and go there. I literally just walked out of Chipotle for Moe's because there's 12 people in line and 1 person making food

Have been going here for years and place has been phenomenal but lately this place sucks. Lazy workers who complain, wrong orders last 2 times i’ve gone, skimp on food. Waited an extra 20 minutes for my order employees were nice about it but bring me out the wrong order so genuinely u could care less about their kindness with this being a multiple time occurrence. It really is not hard to do your job but you guys get busy and absolutely crumble and throw wrong orders out
The manager isn’t helping the line person and just wondering around doing the easy task and not helping the line person serve people foods. The cook is wearing gloves and touching her clothes, hat, rolling her shirt wit the gloves on while touching the foods. The cashier sitting there not helping and just standing there where there is a line of people waiting for their food order to be taking. This is unacceptable! I’ve work at Chipotle, and this has never been the way I’ve learn to make a clean service and make sure to make the customers happy. This need to be better!
Dirty tables, and a long wait. Which can be forgiven, but when I went to order my bowl I got the weakest scoop I’ve ever gotten of rice. (Keep in mind the tray was full so it’s not like there was none left). Which once again can be forgiven as I know they usually skimp you some. But to top it all off, the chipotle employee scooped some back out of my bowl. If I wasn’t with my girlfriend I would have just walked out at that point. And if I could give zero stars I would’ve.
Can't understand why this place is always dirty. Slowest time of the day, garbage overflowing, counter dirty, all tabletops dirty, line with food on it, no forks, had to go back up twice for items I didnt receive. Ridiculous. Food is good. Staff is friendly. I just think they need direction from a solid manager.
I haven’t had a problem with this place until recently. My bowls were always full and I was a happy camper until around 3 weeks ago. The portions are like they have been rationing for an apocalypse. 1/3 of my bull was full last visit and they forgot my goddamn condiments (sour cream and, guac) I don’t complain about anything honestly this is my burst review ever but if you mess up and it costs me money when all you have to do is read and put it together that’s what really bothers me.
Ordered a delivery, received bag from driver sealed and untampered with. Was missing a couple items, the large chips and queso, the side of guacamole, the guacamole and queso on our bowl and burrito. I tried to call the store phone number list on google but received a "store is unavailable" message. I finally found a customer service line i could only received free sides that has to be used in 30 days. I paid $63.63 for a lackluster meal and free sides that will mostly expire before I decide to come back. Truly felt like a disappointing way to end our day.
Welp second time has to be the charm. Nothing changes at this chipotle. Love the food don’t get me wrong but WOW is the service terrible. The fact that at almost any given time there is only one employee working the food line while there are 20 people waiting to order is mind blowing. And with that at the off chance that you get lucky enough to catch eyes with another worker who will ring you up in a not timely manner. I mean I may be insane based on the fact that I keep thinking it’ll get better while all signs indicate it won’t. CHIPOTLE GET ON INDEED AND START HIRING MORE WORKER AND MAKE SURE THEY WONT JUST HIDE IN THE BACK.
I arrived at this place eager to eat after a long day at work. I asked the girl if the meat was spicy because I couldn't stand spicy food. Then she told me that guacamole wasn't spicy. I noticed the chef changing the beans, but mixing the old ones with the new ones. This was extremely disgusting, and he fermented the new beans. Well, in the end, I threw away the food because it was all spicy. Thank God I'm not allergic, I just couldn't stand spicy food. If you like messy food, this is your place.and don't come with ""excuse me for the bad time, contact us www.www.www."" because they really don't do ANYTHING.
I was so hungry for a salad & Chipotle seemed the place. Had the worse experience tonight! Had a burrito made for spouse but there was no white or brown rice, meat was the last in the container and was to have a little more added but it wasn't cut up & server rushed to complete the burrito. Ask if there was any vinaigrette to go with my salad, they had to check 'None, and oh to here's no lettuce either'. Guess now I have to get a burrito not my salad,😥 "no rice but it'll be done in 30 minutes want to wait?" But than the manager running around checking temperatures on the food sticking in from one food to the next not cleaning the thermometer, says oh yeah the white rice will be done in 12 minutes, now I had 2 burritos sitting there, no way to wait...as we're exhausted from working all day. Only good thing was there was Guac! Sadly, we drove 15 minutes home and the burritos were cold, the black beans were 1/2 cooked. 😝😝 Whoever owns this Watertown, NY Chipotle location please train your manager time management as tonight even with any type of rushes on food you have to manage your food & staff better. We've had a few bad experiences in different Chipotles in the Northeast but this was far our worst & so disappointed!!!,😞☹️ Picked out as many of the beans I could & neither of us finished our burritos...such a shame paying almost $40 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. Not sure we'll ever eat at a Chipotles again!🫣 Seems it's not like they use to be😥
I walked in and no one acknowledged me. After about 5 minutes a person came from behind me asked me if I needed any help. I said I have a pick up order. It was not on the shelf. He then disappeared and another 2 many he finally brought me my order. The chips were so stale. We tossed them
The store smelled terribly and was completely dirty. My pick up bowl had the size of a kids one. No extra meat when I paid double double. Such at disappointment and for 23$!! I’ve never been able to finish a chipotle bowl before and this was not what I paid for. Also my food was supposed to be ready by 5:10, I walked out at 5:30 and EVERYONE who walked in after me had already left. Service is slow. Quality is a 0.
I am a big Chipotle fan. It’s been my go to for years. This location might be the worst I’ve ever been to. Tonight sealed the deal for me. The couple of times we’ve here the flavors have been ok, and the steak is always so fatty. I can see past that. Tonight we ordered online for the Chipotlane pick up. I was supposed to pick up our order at 6:40. There was never a notification they were behind. When I pull up the line is 12-13 cars deep and maybe moves one car every 8-10 minutes. After my toddler and I sat in this line for an hour, I get to the window. I sat there for four minutes before anyone came to ask me my name. One worker was making the food, one was just standing there. When they ask me my name, I tell them, she closes the window. Then comes back and tells me there are still 11 orders ahead of mine and I can go inside and wait (the inside was packed with people waiting) or I could go back to the end of the line. I left. I couldn’t just keep my toddler sitting like that for an hour or more, plus I’m pregnant so we were hungry. I contacted customer service because I wanted a refund. They tried giving me the run around about my order being processed already. When I let them know it was an hour with no food and they wanted me to wait longer- they said they’d refund me my order. I have never seen such service, or should I say lack there of. Like others have said- multiple employees will just be standing around with these long lines. This location has for sure changed my love for chipotle. The portions are too small for the high prices you pay to receive this time of treatment.
I go to this location fairly often and it is alllllllllways extremely slow. It’s always understaffed and the staff that is there seems to always be doing something other than helping the actual customers. Last visit was ever worse than usual. 5 people working and somehow only one employee doing all the making of orders. Felt bad for him. Whoever manages this place has no clue what they’re doing. The food is fine but avoid the place for consistently bad service. Took me a half hour to get my one bowl with 4 people in front of me. Not going back anymore.
Chipotle's serving sizes? More like a cruel joke played on hungry customers. I swear, I've seen more food in a bird's nest than in one of their burrito bowls. You know those tiny containers they use for sides? Well, apparently, that's their idea of a main course. I once ordered a burrito bowl and had to use a magnifying glass to find the rice and beans buried under a mountain of disappointment. And don't even think about asking for extra anything. Want extra meat? That'll be an arm and a leg. Extra guac? Prepare to take out a loan. It's like they're rationing food for a post-apocalyptic scenario rather than serving hungry customers who just want a decent meal. In conclusion, if you enjoy feeling like you've been robbed of both your money and your dignity, then by all means, dine at Chipotle. But if you have any self-respect or appetite to speak of, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat. Your stomach — and your wallet — will thank you.
I have been waiting for over an hour with 22 people in line ahead of me. Only 1 person serving food. Other employees doing nothing—putting on gloves and never doing anything with the gloves on. Other employees are emoting trash bins that are not half full. Other times I have been here and the grill is down, the card machine is down, or the portions are very small. I do believe this will be my last visit.
I grew up in Denver so I’ve always been a huge fan of chipotle. When Watertown, NY opened their location I was beyond thrilled! Unfortunately, this location needs a lot of training and better management. We’ve given them several chances hoping the issues we’ve experienced were a staffing issue BUT nothing has changed since the day they opened. This is a picture of a bowl we received this evening….this is only one of many issues we’ve had with this location. My sons burrito had 4 pieces of meat in it.
These people really allowed this to leave the building. After waiting 40 minutes for the order (which wasn’t the initial issue), this is what showed up. For one the order was completely different, for two it’s completely disgusting looking. Safe to say we will not be back or recommending anyone eat at this location. Extremely disappointing experience.
