Go there. I Went here twice in the last 6 months. Once was during a huge blizzard, they were open and the food was phenomenal! The second time they had amazing customer service, I do plan to return in the future.

This restaurant has been a long favorite since I was a little kid and it's still impresses me. Can't get enough of the fish!

Honestly delicious and greasy foods perfect for satisfying that specific craving. The location is a bit small, but the atmosphere is put together very nicely with the theme.

This is a great eatery combo of A&W and Long John Silvers but with one really major flaw, the location. Food tends to come out fast but staffing is minimal at times, with some slow downs, but food comes out fresh and is well made. The place has its own vibes on the inside like other A&W's and is usually clean. Peak periods may change that but that comes with the territory. The condiment/drink section is awkwardly place right behind the ordering counter but it isn't the worst by any means. It could get crowded which might make filling up your drink or getting ketchup that much harder. The worst part about this restaurant is the location at no fault of the employees. You have State Farm's home office across the street with and intersection blocking from going left out of the drive thru. Once inside the parking lot for dining in you cannot make the mistake of going towards Oakland Ave unless you plan on going East as there is no way to turn to go West without going back the way you came.

The last several times I've been they have been: Partially closed, the Long John's side, and closing early Out of one or more items wanted Out of ice cream for a root beer float Out of pineapple cheesecake Unclear on what is included in a coupon's description Rude customer service And unclear signage about closures and maintenance posted in hard to see places.

Food was blah, service was slow, the root beer came out off the fountain machine from syrup. Restaurant was reasonably clean, but the icemaker was broken in the fountain machine, so they had to fill from ice bags. Took 45 minutes to get our food brought to the table.

This A&W is terrible. Buns were cold, messy was so overcooked that it was hardened, meat was so over-salted that it was not edible. Papa burger was served mixing all toppings, and bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon. We also asked for singles and they were served with 2 patties. Restaurant only had 2 other parties, and it took them 15+ minutes to prepare or food. Never coming back.

Came at 925 and they stated grill was shutdown 30 min prior to close 10pm. You might as well be closed then. Change your times to reflect your actual time you serve food.
