This Starbucks is in Ingles at Weaverville, NC. A very good team. They get to know their regulars and listen to everyone. No wonder they have lines of smiling people.
I miss the old workers here they were amazing!! The newer ones could have a better attitude at times-- but at least they're working and trying.. the coffee is fresh and good 99% of the time..
I always love coming to Starbucks for my drinks. The refreshers are great and the frappuccino is blended well.
The one thing Starbucks does best is making every customer experience not only great, but the same no matter which Starbucks you visit. The coffee is good too :-) This location is no different. Fast and friendly service, cashiers are well trained and your order is always correct. On top of that, the facility is always spotless, well stocked and bathrooms are clean. If you are "THAT" person who never orders anything off of the menu and needs everything customized to your particular liking... sure they may get something wrong on your order; but ya know what? They will fix it with a smile on their face in spite of your stank attitude. (sorry just a little personal thing I witnessed).
All the baristas here are very friendly. They go beyond of being helpful and knowledgeable about Starbucks drinks! I love coming here every morning for my iced mocha coffee. They make my day!
We went here to pick up a couple cups of Joe and had the nicest experience! Our cashier, Grace, was super nice and helpful when answering our questions. She was happy to make some recommendations for a beverage. She was probably the friendliest Starbucks barista we’ve ever experienced. Our receipt says our cashier was Grace, so hopefully that was correct. Shoutout to Grace!

Chai latte, no foam. Extra hot so I don't drink it do fast. Now and then can be an expensive hobby and not good if on a diet. Tastey treat. Nice people usually everywhere (unless you are two black men just sitting as happened in one starbucks. They apparently called the cops! Not good at all Starbucks. Not good at all. Diversity training perhaps. This was one random one in the country. So don't know if they have a bad policy or a few "Karen's" on staff somewhere.
Starbucks is amazing. Their food and drinks are always fresh and made to order. The staff is very friendly and helpful and is always willing to let you try new items for free. I love that it's inside the ingles that I love to shop at. The variety of drinks are always tons and always something for you to find that's new. yes the prices are a little high however you are paying for a quality merchandise and or drink. I suggest trying the green tea Frappuccino it is one of my favorites and it will make you full.

Service is always friendly and prompt. And I am a coffee junkie so I am very particular on my selections of both hot & cold coffee. So my orders can sometimes be a little, shall I say, on the picky/difficult side and I have yet to get a coffee another way other than how I order specifically...and every time I'm either in Ingles or drive by I will stop in for a beverage and sometimes more than once.
I go to Starbucks 5 times a week and often take my gardening crew too. I like that I can get my order custom made with lower sugar content.
The service is always, always upbeat friendly and personable. If it had a drive thru and a little more convenience I’d stop at this one daily they always get there drinks right

Despite it taking almost 20min to work through the one customer ahead of me, and then finding out they were out of what everyone in my party wanted, the caramel macchiatos were delicious. Delayed gratification is not lost.
I've frequented quite a few of our local Starbucks, both "kiosks" & free standing stores. Most of the time I'm pleased with the way they make my coffee& more importantly, the way they treat me if I ask for them to "fix" or remake my coffee because it doesnt taste right. The Starbucks kiosk inside the Weaverville Ingles is one of the GOOD ONES. The staff is made up of DECENT ppl who are friendly professional polite& NEVER give an attitude if U feel there's something wrong with Ur coffee.. I absolutely HATE having to request a "do-over" so it generally takes quite a bit for me to do so& to get an attitude or dirty look or sarcastic remark on top of it just completely hurts me. So I decided after one too many of those occurrences, there's just TOO MANY Starbucks locally for me to put up with anything less than complete professionalism.. I mean isn't that why we pay so much for COFFEE, for the excellent coffee& the experience?? YOU WILL NEVER GO WRONG BY SPENDING UR TIME& $ AT THE WEAVERVILLE STARBUCKS KIOSK INSIDE INGLES.. They've a wonderful staff of great ppl who know how to make an INCREDIBLE cup of coffee!!!
Not a huge fan of Starbucks personally, but the barista was exceptionally funny and kind. The beverage she prepared for me was delicious and dairy free. If I had to go to a Starbucks again I would choose this one. I appreciate the service most of all but the option for dairy free is the main reason I chose this establishment over any place else, as it was both able to cater to my dairy free need and was also a quick stop.
I have been here so many times that I know which barista makes the best latte. When he is working, I'll order every time, but when certain others are working, my order is watery and disappointing. Seems odd, but my family feels the same way.
The only reason I didn't give them a total 5 star review was simply the prices of coffee are OUTRAGEOUS But we love the cake pops and the price of those!

First if you are a gold card member you cannot use your points here. And they never participate in the corporate promotions. Also I have never been to a franchise Starbucks, and the baristas are asking what drink is that? how do I make this? I consistently get drinks that have a new taste? Some times sour some times very neutral. I go to Starbucks because it should be routine all Starbucks should taste the same. Why don't they have a manual for making drinks? Not going to give a name but she blindly guessed on how to make a drink that tasted awful. I ask for a new one same problem so I just left. I drove to the new Starbucks with a drive thru next to Chipotle. 946 Patton Avenue, 10, Asheville, NC 28806.

Having only 1 barista during peak hours is ridiculous. It becomes overwhelming to the worker, mistakes get made, and long wait time. Coffee is not consistent with flavor. June 26, 2021 Kimberlee is the rudest barista this Starbucks has had in a long time. She needs to learn to at least fake being happy to have her job or find a job that doesn't require customer service.
Ingels Starbucks branches are weird. Out of four attempts to get Pike coffee with the whole milk (as simple as that) I got it once right and it was way off. The other times it was a different drink; no joke. I tried different locations - same story. You need to fix it guys.
My husband and I have been here a few times when we visit the Hot Springs and every time we’ve had rude baristas. This is over the course of three years.Yesterday the girl didn’t put whipped cream (even though it was marked on the cup) so I politely asked if she could add it and she seemed irritated I even asked for such a simple task then overfilled it and just said “sorry” rudely. At any other store they would’ve at least wiped the excess off of the lid.
3 days in a row this StarBucks is out of Whole milk.. while the selection of Almond, soy, coconut and Skim are all nice.. I am not on a diet and not avoiding gluten.. this StarBucks is located in an Ingles Grocery Store.. I know they carry Whole milk along with every other milk
i usually don’t leave reviews but it got ridiculous to me make my order wrong almost every time even showed them a picture it has exact directions of how i wanted it done wrong i wanted the mocha cookie crumble frappe with white mocha instead still got regular mocha cant follow simple directions🫤
I feel like you never see the same people working here… be that the harsh treatment of Ingles or just employees with no drive. Their machines are down 90% of the time now. Normally I don’t complain for inconveniences but the employees are super rude and standoffish almost every time I go in there. At this point I recommend going to Yellow Mug on Main Street if you need a quick fix.
I don't really know about this place. But, rumor has it Starbucks wouldn't send coffee to our troops at some point, so, no....I'm not going there. If anybody has any clarity to that awful rumor, please let me know.
If you want decaffeinated coffee, you will get an attitude. My advice for those who enjoy coffee, but can't drink it, go elsewhere. However, the only Starbucks that will brew decaffeinated coffee is the Starbucks located in Barnes and Noble in the Biltmore Park area, near the Regal Movie Theater. The staff there are great as well.
The heat inside the store is overbearing and very uncomfortable. They seriously need to get some balance in the store.
Just finished up at this Starbucks and had one of the rudest baristas. When I got my sandwich it was still frozen inside so I went up and told one of the workers. This women didn’t even look at me and said “oh”, and then dumped it into the trash. When I got my new one she rolled her eyes and said “here’s your bacon Gouda”. I told her she needed to work on her customer service and that she was rude. I’ve seen other people have issues with her so hopefully she’s fired soon.
Just walked in the weaverville ingles to Starbucks, waited in line , then I proceed to make my way to the cashier because it was my turn, I smile at her and say hello, how are you ? And I waited for a response. But she just looked at me like I was the dumbest person ever. After I realized she was just going to be rude and not answer the question, I said " oh , ok " then proceeded on with my order , THEN she smiled at me and said " we're not making that" my order was a carmel ribbon crunch with 3 shots. That's all. She was beyond rude and it's very disturbing and upsetting that people like her work in just about every store , and the owners/managers will never do anything about it . Infact they're probably part of it .if you want friendly service and a good drink I suggest mars hill ingles the employees that work in the Starbucks in there are absolutely wonderful, every last one of them. .
I just tried to order a choc chip macchiato and was told at 7:41 that it wasn't available because they have to break machine down early due to fact it takes, so long to clean. It's a blender for goodness sakes! They close at 9? Several customers behind me requested the same drink and were refused.
Always gets my order wrong and today they threw attitude when we said we were unaware they didn't do trenti size hot drinks. Proceeded to brag that they were the BEST Starbucks in buncombe county. Like... What? No. Normally they are friendly (minus today) but they always get it wrong. Today I asked for a venti cappuccino with 4 sugars and a shot of caramel and I got NONE of that, they put it all into my husband's coffee!! On top of all of his sugars! And literally HALF my coffee was foam. I get cappuccinos have the foam thing but really? Half the damn cup?? This place is ridiculous.
Extremely rude I had a online order and when we got to the window they asked what we had we told them an online order and then she just didn't say anything 5 minutes later she hatefully said it's at the window then when she handed us our drink she slammed the window and walked away didn't even give us straws

My experience is a new Starbucks on my end of town. Very exciting. Yet... My first impression is a bunch of college age kids who are not happy to be there. No eye contact, and very cold shoulders almost unanimously (the young lady who took my ordet at the register was exceptionally nice). I ordered a salted caramel 16oz soy latte. The cashier and I BOTH said the word "hot". The drink came out iced. They remade it with whole milk. I asked about the milk and the dark haired boy didn't look me in the eye, he just rolled his eyes and nodded as if I was bothering him. People have allergies and are lactose intolerant and their milk orders should be priority #1. It was a waste of $8 and made me sick from the half I drank. I understand this isn't Trump Tower's starbucks, or in a passionate coffee city like Seoul Korea, but this is poor quality control based on the employees alone. This is due to bad management: (1) bad leadership (2) poor hiring (3) low quality morale.

Wanted to order a frappe but they said they turned off the blender for the night, they close at 9:00pm I was there at 6:15pm :/ Also, the girl that rang me up said she can’t use the Starbucks app because they weren’t allowed/able to due to the grocery store affiliation. Never heard of this as I go to Starbucks in stores all the time and have no issue. Also, the whip cream was chunky and the mocha latte was gross🤮 Needless to say I will not be back!!
