The food was delicious and the prices was normal for the quality. Everything was really tasty and well prepared. The atmosphere was nice and calm so you can enjoy comfortably your meal. Higly recommended.

My experience was great. I didn't have to wait for a seat. The waitress was excellent. I didn't want for anything. She checked on me about every five minutes to make sure that I was okay. I ordered a 12oz Ribeye Steak, Shrimp and Lobster Chowder, and Strawberry Cheesecake cake. The food tasted great and I waited about five minutes for my soup and everything else arrived shortly thereafter. Overall, everything was good and I'll definitely dine here again in the future.

Went here on my birthday and was impressed with the atmosphere. Our waiter Cameron was amazing very friendly and went all out to serve me and my family. We'll be coming back in the near future.

Our food was very good, the steaks cooked exactly as we ordered, the salads were very fresh, and the bread was delicious. We loved the drinks. The place is nice; it wasn't very busy, which is why I think everything went very well and quickly. The service was good, but I expected a different kind of service.

While having a dinner out tonight with my wife, we sat at the high top tables at the bar to beat the wait. Our server was Christian and things started out well taking drink orders, apps, and main course. That’s when everything with the service went down hill. Bread was brought and then the firing order was messed up. Salad came out before the appetizer and the main course came before we even finished our app. Our server asked if we wanted another round of drinks in a bit and I said yes but to check in with us in a while. During the time enjoyed our entree my wife and I both finished our drinks hoping for an “attentive server” to notice we were empty. During that time our server passed our table a half dozen times stopping and delivering multiple rounds of drinks to other tables around us. As we were wanting to pay our check our server asked if we wanted another round of drinks, we replied with he had a chance but failed to pay attention to his patrons. He began to argue about how long it had been since we had last spoke with him, but instead of trying to apologize he just started having an attitude and was short with us while getting us our check. I love the food and atmosphere at Long Horn, but the few times I’ve been to this location the service has been sub par for a steak house. Please train your servers in paying attention to their customers better. Unfortunately until then I can not recommend patrons to sit at or near the bar, service is sub par. We will not be dining at Long Horn for the foreseeable future. I’m sorry.

Steak was DELICIOUS!! Strawberry lemonade and house salad were good. The cake had a freezer burn taste and it was hard to get our servers attention. It was our anniversary as well too but dinner ruined the night so instead of going to a movie like we were supposed to after we just went home and went to bed. I'll go again to have the steak but not to celebrate a special occasion.

Food was good as usual. Service was fine but not anything above and beyond. Couple of things we ordered were not brought out or wrong but it was fixed. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FREEZING IN THERE THOUGH. This was around roughly 7pm on a Thursday. I am from Montana and I can handle some AC but this was ridiculous. We may as well have eaten outside it would have been warmer and it was. The tables near us were cold we could hear them talking about it. One lady was bundled up like she was at a packers game in January. It was ridiculous. We complained about it and the waitress said they can temporarily turn heat up for 30 minutes only and she would ask. It never got warmer. We thought about leaving but we made it work. Don't think I will be back it's just not a comfortable place to have a meal and it's not cheap we spent around 140 including tip. We should not be uncomfortable it should be a better environment.

Don’t bother calling to join the waitlist or book a table for a birthday. Even joining the waitlist with plenty of time ahead doesn’t mean anything until after your whole party shows up, even if it’s early. Called in the AM for the evening for a birthday party and when we showed up, they told us it’d be an extra 1.5 to 2 hrs wait

I ordered a medium well ribeye steak, when it was delivered to our table the steak was dry and well over cooked and tough. Not to mention the wait to receive our food. So I asked for assistance and they were glad to replace our steaks, We lost our appetite since we had to wait another 20 minutes. So I asked the the server to bag our steaks to go. Once we get home I open my box and The steaks they gave us are worse than the steaks we had before, these are cooked to a crisp!!! $80 dollars for this experience. I will never visit Longhorn again it’s not worth our time

Poor management skills, and bad service. Our drinks tasted awful, and we asked for a change to a different drink and the waitress waited until we finished our dinner to bring them up. This is the second time that the drinks taste bad. The rice was way over cooked and looked like puree. The taste was not good also. The ac was not working and the chairs were wet. The manager stayed behind our table the whole time on his tablet talking loud while we were there.

I ordered the outlaw ribeye with a salad, baked potato, and fried okra. I checked my order before leaving, and my salad container was filled with water almost a half a cup. This was literally so disgusting! I proceeded to check my fried okra and it was wet and soggy. I called and asked for a manager(Alex),and he replaced the salad although the damage had already been done. He told me the okra was put in the container hot, and that’s why it’s wet and soggy. What a horrible response for a manager! He did not even offer to replace the okra! Unbelievable! My appetite is ruined, and his customers service is lacking. I will never visit this location again!
