El Tiempo Cantina in Webster is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Tex-Mex in the area! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, lively, and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making sure everything is perfect throughout the meal. The fajitas are absolutely incredible—tender, flavorful, and served sizzling hot with fresh tortillas. The portions are generous, and everything comes out fresh and well-seasoned. Whether you’re going for a casual dinner, a family night out, or celebrating something special, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re in League City and craving quality Mexican food with great service! 🌮🍹

El Tiempo Cantina was fantastic, and that was largely thanks to our server, Marlon. His service was outstanding—I honestly haven’t experienced hospitality like that in a very long time. These days, it feels like great service is hard to come by, but Marlon truly went above and beyond. I came with my mom, girlfriend, and sister, and he made sure we were all taken care of and comfortable the entire time. The shrimp fajitas were also excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back—huge thanks again to Marlon for making our visit amazing!

Hadn't been here in a couple of years so stopped in for lunch. And it was absolutely awesome! The friendly waitress Adalina was very friendly and helpful, and pointed out that most food products are made in house from scratch and it tasted homemade. I'm definitely going back! Beautifully decorated and has a nice cozy feel to it. Plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, lots of free parking. 🚹🚺♿️🚭🏧

Let me tell you , I didn’t know this place was a part Ninfa’s . Tempo is a whole lot better than the other places. The sauce and gravy have so much depth in flavor. The meat was so tender in the burritos and my wife’s chicken flautas were so juicy. And our waiter Esteban was awesome.

Portions are tremendous. Food is above average. Service is above average. Atmosphere is fun. Pictured are the enchilada and picadilla taco and shrimp nachos.

El tiempo is just a great go to restaurant for tex-mex. I tried out this place because it was right off the freeway and just right there next to galveston. Not as good as the original. Nonetheless, and margaritas never disappoint. The cheese enchiladas were very filling. The fajitas easily could feed couple of people. So we had some great leftovers.

Don't mind the photo, the food was really good lol! Loved it here, the decor is absolutely beautiful, food was wonderous, however my mother's food was a little raw. Other than that, very good!

I got an order to go, the guacamole had no taste. I requested an extra white sauce for ceviche, I only received one small one, hardly enough for a large ceviche. The container cracked, left oil and food all over the bag. The salsa has become very spicy hot. I expected more for the price.

Based upon the amount of food left on my group's plates, I don't think the food was very good. Way too much cheese and salt in my husband's enchiladas and my quesadillas. The kids, who always ask for an adult serving of enchiladas only ate a few bites of theirs. The cilantro rice tasted good but looked awful. Service was great, but I think I've had my last visit here.

*updated review* **** 3 star**** The music is so loud, can not hear anyone talk, making it unbearable to enjoy your meal. I swear the hostess picks and choose who they wanna deal with while you have hungry kids waiting to be sat down. My previous review stands. it's only gotten worse since our last visit. I'm giving 4 stars due to being brushed off waiting to be seated happened twice. Ergo, 3 people that came in after us got seated as we continued to wait. No reservations were made. We were not a large group at all, 3 adults and a child. It irks me the lack of enthusiasm from the hostess, do not greet nor give an impressionable personality. But the food is absolutely delicious each time, so it gives 4 stars because the food has been good.

Too expensive for tasteless food. I was expecting something grand with all the stuff i heard about this place. Food is bland, the atmosphere is alright, felt like everyone was whispering instead of having actually a good time. Mind you this was our first time, i called ahead to set up a reservation for a party of 12, i told them 8 adults and 4 kids. They set up all for adults did not provide a kids menu until i asked and they did that to charge the large party gratitude. Honestly will not go back... ill stick to papasitos cantina, at least the food there actually taste good.

We were here for dinner Saturday evening, and we felt so rushed and pushed by the waiter. He tried to get us to order large platters ($300-$400+ for 4 people) very pricey and pitchers of alcoholic drinks when we only needed 1 frozen margarita. I had to mix my margarita up as it came with the frozen mixture with the alcohol poured over the top. The food was bland, even the salsa, and the beef & chicken fajitas were both very tough. The flour tortillas were hard and crispy instead of being soft and pliable. Not sure what was going on here. I have been here many times, but it’s been awhile. This trip was a disappointment. We went to celebrate a birthday and it was horrible. The best part of the experience was Max! Armando was our waiter and only came to our table 4 times in the almost 3 hours we were here. Drinks were okay, not worth the price though. The appetizer that we ordered wasn’t good - considering it wasn’t put in or brought to our table. Our nachos were pathetic, burnt chips, cold cheese, nasty fatty steak fajita. We couldn’t even finish them despite how hungry we were. Then once our waiter realized how upset we were he asked when he saw our friends birthday gifts if we’d like a dessert. They brought out a tres leches out to our table. WORST !!!!!!!!! Sour, chunky, not appetizing. Hope to try again maybe another location.

Valentine dinner at a restaurant we enjoy going to once a month at this location or navigation is our favorite two ...well it suppose to be a special night but it didnt happen...it wasn't busy but steady and front desk host mess up the waiting list...suppose to be 10 minutes wait but she forgot to add us and it became 30 minutes...sat us down and waiter never came then finally came and got our drinks and food...food had no flavor..we got the fajitas for 2 and most of the time its delicious...not tonight...then waiter never came back to refill our water nor ask us if we need anything...never pick up our plates and pass us by and greeted someone else behind us and told them Valentines special and he never told us that...I ask him to bring the check and I still tip him even though his service was poor....I dont know what happened maybe they were short handed since it was Valentines day....this place needs to step up.....

I was really disappointed with my meal. The steak fajitas had no flavor at all, and the chicken fajitas were soggy, almost like they had been sitting in a freezer for way too long. The red salsa tasted burnt. Both the regular rice and the cilantro rice had no seasoning or taste, which made the meal even more underwhelming. I do want to point out the positives: the cheese dip was actually the best part, and the grilled onions that came with the chicken and steak fajitas were really good. But unfortunately, the rest of the food just didn’t meet expectations. Overall, not a great experience.
