We interacted with 3 different servers and each was amazing in their own way. 1. Our primary server was efficient, nice and took the initiative when appropriate. 2. Daron was amazing. I’m pretty sure my 5 year old has a new hero. He was super fun and bend over back nice. Even more so as we weren’t his table. 3. Another server was super nice to my 9 year old and helped him with his state flash cards. Only regret is not getting server 1 and server 2s’ names.

Pluckers Webster absolutely delivered for National Wing Day! The place was super packed, but the staff handled it like pros fast, friendly, and totally on top of it. I had 10 Jamango Jerk wings (all flats) with ranch crispy, juicy, and that sweet-spicy jerk sauce was fire. I sprinkled lemon pepper on top for extra flavor, and it was chef's kiss. The waffle fries with loaded queso (sour cream, bacon bites, jalapeños) were addicting and perfect for sharing. To drink? The Batman cocktail sweet, strong, and only $4! Can't beat that. Between the food, the vibe, and the unbeatable specials, Pluckers Webster crushed it for National Wing Day. Even with the one flavor per order rule and 10-wing limit, I had zero complaints just fire wings, fun drinks, and a fantastic experience. Already planning my next visit. Don't sleep on the Jamango Jerk + lemon pepper combo thank me later.

Went for lunch while I waited on my car at the dealership nearby. Sat at the bar and Kayla was great. She was friendly and checked in often to see if I needed anything. I had the 8pc wing lunch special. Wings are a great size and every was fresh and hot. Finished it off with a brownie and ice cream which was delicious. Ration of ice cream to brownie was good. Plenty of tvs to watch and a could place to chill and relax.

The food here is consistently great! I tried the salad this time and it’s a total must try fresh and flavorful. However, the service was a bit of a letdown. It wasn’t the best experience on that front, but the kitchen definitely knows what they’re doing.

I decided to give Plucker’s another try. After being greeted, we were seated in a timely manner. They showed teamwork were our server (Mike ) was busy with another table, his peer Abbigail assisted in bringing out our drinks and then our appetizers. The food is of better quality than my last two visits. Some customer service training is still needed, but overall I think I will be back. Thanks for a slightly better experience.

We arrived for dinner the day of the recent hurricane. They were busy but friendly to us. We showed up late looking for a place to eat, recharge our phones, and cool off due to no power at the house. The place was clean and tidy. Our bartender was friendly and efficient taking our order. The drinks, wings, and sandwich plate were good. The hospitality was great. We will be back.

We told the hostess that we were a large group of 13 and wanted to be seated together. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and once they sat us at two different tables. We then shared that if we had known we would have requested two separate tables. Overall, the server was amazing.

We spent 50 dollars on 20 wings with celery, a full order of fried pickles, and a side of Mac and cheese. The wings were fine, the celery looked like it had been cut 3 days ago and hadn't been soaked in water, so it was crusted over and browning. The "full" order of pickles included a total of 3 pickle spears which cost 9$. I feel like this order could have been much better.

When I first got introduced to Pluckers I was very pleased! I bragged on them on social media and to my circle of friends. WITH the size of the wings served but yet this is over there off of 59 n Stafford on the southwest of Houston however I came to Webster, Texas and they wings were the size of drumettes.. Dry and very small. I was not satisfied with them at all however there was a a young gentleman I believe he was the manager there that night that did take the time to speak with me apologize let me know that you know that's how the wings are coming this dat and the third and it's sad that we paid prices for what we want and the food we want plus the product but you don't get that anymore I mean the wings look as those they're on a diet but inside the stores the drumsticks are coming as big as my fist the wings are beginning to get bigger in size inside the grocery store but the wings that you purchase at like a bar or something and certain places because not all places I've been to cuz I'm a wing lover they all don't look like that so I was kind of dissatisfied with the product in general but talking to the manager and he made sure I was taking care of even though he did what he could to make me want to come back but if that's how they're serving their wings now I don't think I'll return even though his customer service was but phenominal I just couldn't because I like to get my money's worth and I don't need baby wings I'm a full grown adult.

I’ve always had a good experience until yesterday. I don’t know if it was because of a game day but it should be no excuse. We waited a while to get our food because it was very busy due to game day which is understandable. However, our order was wrong and cold. We told the bartender and she ordered us new wings that took way too long. They had no urgency to get our food correct after waiting for so long. It was bad experience overall and I wouldn’t recommend going when it’s extremely busy.

This is not Judith, but her husband, James posting this review. I've been eating at this location since it opened and this was without a doubt the worst service I have ever received. We ate on 11-4-2025 at 1:05, check #50, in case anyone at this Plucker's location is actually reading this. We were seated and our initial drink order was finally taken after some confusion on the server's part but was delivered promptly. From there, it was all downhill. We didn't see our server for at least another ten minutes. We finally ordered our meal which was delivered in a reasonable time frame. The food was excellent as always. My granddaughter asked for another side of teryaki sauce. About the time she finished her meal, the sauce was finally delivered, but it was Gochujang sauce. We asked for another round of drinks. After another ten minutes or so with no drinks, I inquired as to what the hold up was and was told the bar was busy. There were six people sitting at the bar and the restaurant was only moderately busy. We eventually got our drink order, but by this time we were just ready to go. This unfortunate experience really soured what should have been a fun outing/lunch experience with our granddaughter.

Came here today with my husband for my birthday we come every year for our birthdays. We come here very often and have been reward members for years! Today our waiter sucked and she wasn’t even serving so many tables. The holy Mac and and for the first time ever was super cold we picked at another piece to work around the cold it by the time our waiter finally came we had already placed the plate to the side because we were over it. We told her about it and she offered a new one but we said no because we didn’t want to get full before our food came. As our meal came she took forever on refills I was the one to have to ask for the check. I asked if she took off the holy Mac she said no because we ate more than half I told her no we didn’t because it was cold we literally pick at one but I honestly was pissed and didn’t want to make a scene on my birthday so I told her just to forget. I am honestly super upset how she handled the situation I’ve never experienced a waiter like this here at this location! There are two pieces and one is under the plate not shown so we literally picked at one. But to her we ate more than half. I could have showed her this and asked for a manager but like I said I didn’t want to cause a scene on my birthday and was over her insinuating we ate more than half.

Anyone that need to come and have a bad time please visit this place. The wings are bad (warm and soggy) , the beers are like drinking coffee, the waffles fries like sitting to be waste (cold and soggy) and the celery is brown very particular when has months on the fridge. If you follow me I don’t do bad reviews like this often but this placed needs to be closed or changed all staff. Don’t waste your money here. Better options near by.

First time eating here with friend and kids. 50 wings pack came out cold Fries came out cold and soggy Beer sitting in the bar for 5 minutes and obviously arrived warm to our table. Ending up in a $170 bill with a 20% tip (not optional for 2 adults y 4 kids). Not coming back and rather to go to a mom and pop rest. where you will be take care better and your money goes a long way further.

Just waited 20 min with my wife and 3 year old to find out no one wrote us down for the wait list. Then got seated immediately, and left at our table without service for another 15 minutes. Great service guys. Sick.

Food took awhile and we came in at no crowd. Waited awhile for just Cold fries , wings had low flavor on wings what I ordered and had zero seasoning . Burger we ordered was well done when asked for medium… wasn’t going to ask for my food to be made again cuz i wasn’t going to wait a extra 45 mins to get the food right and have the cook mad cook my food next go round . Staff is excellent. But they need better cooks !!
