My wife and I happened to be in Webster around dinner time and were looking for chinese cuisine. This restaurant came up on our search. We went to the address and found the place. You might not notice it if you were just passing by - the non discript signage is masked by the modern in-your-face signage of the surrounding businesses. It is worth finding as there is a spacious dining area with white tablecloths and subdued but adequate lighting. The staff is friendly and attentive. The waiter brought out a complementary serving of wonton noodles with the spicy mustard and sweet & sour sauce. My wife really enjoyed the spicy mustard! I ordered the Mongolian Beef and my wife ordered the eggplant in garlic sauce. The food came reasonably soon on an elegantly shaped plate. Best of all the food was piping hot! I finished mine but my wife took some of hers home. I tasted her dish - both were delicious! The Mongolian Beef was not advertised or served as spicy - but you can ask for it to be prepared that way. My wife's dish was advertised as spicy and she was asked how spicy she wanted it. I can recommend this restaurant for those who want to enjoy their meal in a pleasant surrounding with non-invasive ambient music.

We ordered the eggplant, twice cooked pork, chicken wings, vanilla and chocolate cake. Their chicken wings are my favorite in all of Rochester and the cake is so delicious!

Absolutely the BEST! Been a customer for over 20 years. The owners are a lovely, friendly, hardworking couple who have the nicest Chinese restaurant in Monroe County. Whether you’re dining in (which is a wonderful experience), or picking up takeout, you will be glad you chose Royal Dynasty!

I got Gen Tsos chicken for takeout yesterday. I have always loved Royal Dynasty and this dish especially. It was awful. The chicken was not tender and the sauce was tasteless no spice at all and it was expensive. Also soggy. I regret to say that I will not be going back In spite of what i sand above i have been going back and the food has been great. In fact, I am going to order take out tonight. I am very happy because this has always been my favorite Chinese restaurant to take out or dine in.

Got takeout and it was not my favorite. The only vegetable in the kung pao was celery. What?? Another dish had a ton of veggies and was supposed to be spicy, but nope. Not worth the hour wait or 20 minute drive to pick it up

They don’t look at the glasses they serve water in and I cut my mouth on the rim of the broken water glass. Food is expensive but average in quality- just as good as any other cheap Chinese American restaurant. It’s obviously not real Chinese food just like every other place in town. The only place that ever served real Chinese homemade high quality food had to close last year in Perington because not enough people went because it wasn’t Americanized enough. Atmosphere at this place is plain, getting old. No apology or comp on cutting myself when I told them. Service and staff were very good and attentive.

Last night we ordered Chicken Cashew. Normally it is delicious but last night it was tasteless and bland.

Been going here a very long time, but the last 3 times the food is bland, overpriced and just not worth the trip anymore.

Place fell off, ordered takeout earlier and wasted 30 bucks. Im not sure how you can make food have such little flavor, fried rice was like eating air. Wonton soup tasted like it was made in old dishwater. “Large” lo mein comes in a little box like the rice does. Don’t waste your money
