I brought my granddaughter to Webster’s store and the cook brought out 2 heart shaped cheese pizzas! Wonderful service and great pizza!

I go here a lot and order food for pickup. They are always on time when I pick up my food. Everything I've ordered is great. The garlic bread is amazing. Great gluten free pizza.

Absolutely love the food, and service. Parking is easy, choices are good, as with any pizza place now, prices are high as they are everywhere. But I go there frequently and will continue to do so.

Our go-to pizza place in Fairport. Sure we try other pizza places to change it up, but Salvatore's is the most consistent one we choose. I use the online ordering exclusively and it works really well, can easily apply pizza perks to get free stuff.

The last time we went the pizza was great, they have beers on tap, a great place to eat! This time we ordered subs to go and they were great as well!

Really nice place. Prices were moderate and the staff very friendly and also helpful. Food was very good too. Cool thing was for the month of March, a percentage of the price was donated to breast can er research.

Great pizza and you can't beat the sheet. Thick-edged soft crust, large generous toppings, plentious cheese, tasty sauce, repeatedly timely delivery, and at a very good price ($20 as of December 2016 for the mozarella & sauce sheet, plus $3 for regular toppings, e.g. pepperoni and $6 for premium toppings, e.g. supreme, plus to-go 2-liter 'No Coke. Pepsi.' products at $2.69 each). I was also pleasantly surprised to find my large nearby company received an additional 10% courtesy discount. Staff is helpful. This is a nice location in the village of Webster with ample parking, decorative outdoor lighting and a full-service 8 seat bar to complement their 15 table dining room and seasonally available outdoor seating.

This is one of the nicer Salvatore locations. Love the vibe inside. We grabbed some great fresh pizza slices, and like usual they were huge 1/4 slices.

This is my local Salvatore's, I have been going here for years and have never received bad service or bad food. Everybody is always very friendly and they have great selection of food as well as a fully stocked bar.

Home of the Super Slice. Man can it get any better. In my opinion Salvatores is the best pizza around. And this location supercedes even that. Topping pour off your slice to where your full even before you take your first bite. Keep up the awesome work

We are in town for a short visit and decided to stay in so we ordered delivery. We both had fish. It was delicious! We usually don't have dessert well we did the peanut butter pie and the cheesecake was to die for! Thank you for the great experience!

In know pizza is subjective, but the Salvatore's Super Slice is exactly the way I like my pizza. This location is always clean, inside and out; and the staff is friendly. It is accessible.

Met to have a slice and was pleasantly surprised the Magic guy was there. Our 1-1/2yr old grandaughter was a bit too young to understand but loved the balloon animal he made her. And as usual the pizza was great.

This review is for the Salvatore's ONTARIO location! This location is 5-STARS, HANDS DOWN! I work at a local company that frequents this location for week to week delivery and we have received nothing but QUALITY SERVICE and QUALITY FOOD! Ben (delivery driver and in-house employee) has taken our standard and specialty orders every week, always delivering them with thoroughness, sincere appreciation for our business, and great attitude. One time I could not order online, and Ben CALLED OUR BUSINESS to check-in, because he had not seen an order come through on the website. He then set us up with a standing order, and made sure to put a note in the system to check in with us, if an order was not received on our usual days. When ordering specialty menu items, Ben has made sure that all instructions are followed to a 'T'! I don't' personally trust a lot of restaurants, as I am a stickler for cleanliness and service, and I will tell you that I wholeheartedly trust Ben, and the team at the Salvatore's location in Ontario! Thank you for taking food handling seriously, and making sure that we are taken care of!

Very very good pizza! Sauce is so flavorful and good! Taste homemade. The sausage on the pizza is real Italian sausage lol. I never eat the crust off a slice but today I did! Very friendly staff and clean restaurant. Will be back. I ate the pizza before I could snap a pic!

Definitely my favorite place in Webster to get pizza and wings. This Salvatore’s location is always generous with their pizza toppings! I have never ordered from here and been disappointed. I’m always impressed with the quality and quantity of what they put on their pizzas! The chicken wings here are also very good. Never small in size. They are always cooked perfectly!

A enjoyable overall experience in the Village of Webster. The menu is extensive, and the quality and service were superb. We ordered a large pizza, Sicilian style, (thick crust) with the works, and garlic chicken wings. And, the number of large TV screens were well placed. We enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills Mafia football game. Decorated for Christmas, and a very nice Christmas tree, with ornaments for picture taking. Server was exceptional, and their Christmas Eve delivery service, and pick up orders was busy, especially with the Bills football game being played.

Right off the highway and around the corner, Salvatore’s Old Fashioned Pizzeria offers you a wide selection of food! Pizza is out ready to choose from. I ordered the meatball sub that was layered with meatballs and soaked with pasta sauce, cheese added! The bread was cooked to a crisp perfection! There’s no way I would ever be back in Rochester and miss out on this beauty of a restaurant!

Great Calzone. Categorize this in the top five in all my travels. It was so big, we split it. Highly recommend and will definitely go back. They don't have a tip option on their credit card machine. Tip them in cash for the great job.

Definitley the real Salvatore experience, I enjoyed it. Great feel. Plenty of televisions with many things to watch, had a lot more on the menu than a typical Salvatore. However I have one bone to pick with all Salvatores. I dislike the sauce on the pizza, it tastes alright. However I would much rather have any pizza place when it comes to the sauce.

I love their online ordering, simple for same day orders. Pizza and subs are good, with lots of options. I habe used at least 6 different locations and Candace at SCOTTSVILLE and her kitchen staff are amazing, with great service and delivery.

Went for Arthur Treachers Fish and Chips. Was mainly for nostalgia, but was pleasantly surprised. Their pizza is good too. Not my favorite, but among my top 3.

Service and prices are great, the Salvatore 's special pizza was a bit oily but tasted great. The crust was quite chewy but that's ok. Every pizza has its own personality and that was this one's. Speed was another plus, it was ready in 20 minutes .

I think their pizza is the best in Webster. I usually get banana peppers, onions and sausage. I have had their country sweet chicken charlie pizza as well which is very good. The service is hit or miss. There are a lot of young employees that work the register and they're not always attentive.

20 minutes for a salad... not busy. Said they forgot about my order. The Cajun chicken salad was excellent anyway! The chicken had the consistency of a blackened sea bass, delicious! 5 stars if they didn't forget me, a little pricey tho

The cauliflower crust pizza is not as good as it used to be, but everything else is delicious. I'm assuming they switched which cauliflower crust they use. Salvatores was my go-to anytime I ordered pizza and wings for my family, but we kind of prefer Mark's at this point, sinxe the cauliflower crust changed. I do appreciate that they cater to people with gluten allergies, it just isn't as good as it originally was.

We love the pizza here and order it often. I won’t be ordering the fish dinner again. Very disappointed! The batter on the fish was like rubber. The proportion of batter to fish was way too little fish. I ordered pickup and the meal was just thrown haphazardly into a box. I liked the coleslaw.

I reiterate another reviewers comment about consistency. Salvatore's makes some amazing food, but 50% of the time it's not great. The times when it is amazing is enough to warrant 3 stars, but the other 50% would yield a 1 star. I hope you all get to experience the 6 star Salvatore's.

Employees don't get order right Especially if allergies are involved. This was the 2nd time this has happened there. They don't check the finished product to be sure order was right before serving the food to patrons. Employees are friendly and courteous on the plus side.

Normally we have a good experience here and often order the Arthur Treacher's fish & chips. This evening (Sunday, 10/23), the fish was different and not of the usual quality. It was as if they shopped at Tops and got an off brand frozen filet. Yuch!

It's excellent for unique pizzas and quick lunchtime bite. The service is quite spotty. Bar however is excellent. Bartenders are surprisingly knowledgeable and a good selection of liquor

Pizza taste was mediocre. They sliced a round pizza into little squares and mini triangles, very strange, never saw anything like it, not a fan. The bbq wings were very good, cooked nice and crispy. judging by what I ordered and what I saw others ordering, pizza is not what people go there for. I will return to try other foods, other food looked good.

I went into the place and was waiting to order. There was already someone ahead of me that was placing a large order, so I was hoping someone else would use the other register to take my order or at least acknowledge me and ensure me that they would be right with me or something. Nope, none of that. Even after the person ahead of me finished ordering the staff that took his order began grabbing drinks and preparing the large order still without acknowledging me- that's the least they could do if they're busy at the moment (which is totally understandable). Eventually someone came up to the register and asked me if I had been helped and they took my order. I was probably standing there for about 5-8 minutes before being helped.

I haven't had Salvatore's in a while but I remember their pizza being a little thicker and fluffier than most. I wanted Salvatores but not so fluffy today so I ordered the thin. I did not expect it to be this thin. I guess that's my fault because when I went back to look at what I ordered I then saw that it said "thin thin." I thought it was just a misprint. Either way there was almost no bread to this and I couldn't help but laugh at this as I felt so dumb and was so hungry and did not expect there to be so little pizza to my pizza. I typically like thin pizza, and am no stranger to nyc pizza, but this is next level. Like this pizza was holding on for dear life. I mean the pizza was okay but I was just disappointed and wanted something small but filling. So unless you want a pizza flat enough for Flat Stanley, just order a normal pizza.

Got a medium eggplant parmesan sub with fries for lunch. Food was hot when it came out, which is great, but the eggplant parm sub was so greasy that it was hard to eat without it falling out of the sub roll. Not sure how it was prepped, but there was more grease on the sub than sauce. It tasted good, just very messy to eat.

Food came at a reasonable time. No utensils for salads. Had to wait over 20 min for someone to return with them. Salad containers too small to put dressing on salad/close, & shake. Ended up barely enough salad dressing for 2 bites of salad. Literally only vegan option. It's 2025, you should have several by now that are NOT SALAD. My son liked the chicken wings. Tried to order online but website didn't offer a place to leave credit card info. Called, instead.

Received a text that my order was on the way.....35 minutes later it was still not here. Staff said they think they have a glitch in their system. When the pizza finally got here...cold. Delivery staff's excuse..... Well we have been busy.

The meatball sub was good the service left me with a bad taste. Sub was basically thrown on the table on top of a cookie she left never asked if we were ok and never came back. Service was not very good.

Been ordering for better than a year, they've got the laziest delivery drivers I've ever seen. They've got one who actually does his job. The rest will happily go to the wrong entrance to your building and just stand there for twenty minutes without letting you know they're there. And keep away from the fish. They have their frier on too hot and they don't leave it in long enough. You'll wind up with a burned outside and an uncooked inside.

I ordered a Supreme Pizza at the Webster location for my Mother and I waited for it to be made . It had no pizza sauce very thin pizza crust 1mm thick, negative pizza sauce , no real cheese negative mozzarella cheese, sauce patties cut up for sausage . Only two rows if circles or pepperoni on outside none in the middle.Pepers and Onions and Mushrooms sliced paper thin Dumped in middle to hide lie lack of pepperoni and cheese a real conspiracy theory there how anyone was really trained or if trained in making athentic Salvatore's Pizza. Savatores Pizza corner of Empire Blvd at Doughnuts Delite really better made and tastes fresher and a lot better authentic Italian real Pizza . My family will Probably not order any from Webster store no more sorry to say . Very Bitter over all bad really bad after taste .

I've spent close to $100 a month at this place for years, so to say I have sampled their menu and experienced the rotation of service between turnover on employees and cooks and everything they have to offer is an understatement. I'll be frank: I go here because the places I favor for pizza or wings don't accept CC over website order setups. There's better pizza, there's better wings, and there's better subs out there. My situation of limited cash on hand makes me go here. This said, a review. Cost: Overpriced. Even in today's economy, I can save 20% going to Rhino's if I have cash on hand. Overpriced. The jump to adding $1 to damn near everything's cost and $4 for delivery fee in the last year has made me halve my spending here. So, the cost increase has made me go from a once a week buy to a once or twice a month buy instead. Meaning they need to sell roughly 35-45 orders more monthly in order to make up the difference in sales just from me. I hope that was worth it. Order Preparation: Decent, just never order a salad unless you want to play with it with a new bowl, and a knife. Even an explicit "Bite sized lettuce ffs" on the ticket will get you lettuce the size of your head folded and stuffed into the container. My suggestion: Stop ordering salads altogether, I've been ordering for years, and whomever is in charge has an IQ of 12 and doesn't understand that in order to fit bits of lettuce into your mouth they can't be bigger than his head. Quality: Decent, nothing special. The subs are better than marks, the pizza is better than gas station pizza, the wings are better than Rhinos's, worse than Marks and the salads are the biggest since Zaz's was sold and run into the ground. Overall, nothing special, but a place to go if you have a mixed order to please multiple people that delivers day and night. Pizza: Worse than (In webster) Pontillo's, Guida's , Rhino's, Domino's, Pizza hut, better than Marks, and Martino's. In order. Wings: Worse than (in webster) Martino's, Marks, Pontillo's, Guida's, better than Rhino's, Pizza Hut, Domino's. In order. Subs: Worse than (in webster) Rhino's; Better than: Guida's, Martino's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Pontillo's, Mark's for sandwich items in Webster. If you need a steak sub and some pizza and hot wings that gets delivered on time and have $50+ on hand: This is your place to go. If you want something else, or on a budget: Stay away.

I use to Love Salvatores. Just picked up the worse sub ever. Took a picture but can't post. Had to take meat from one half to put on the other half. Ham n swiss ! You really have to skimp on the meat?! Go to Hegedorns for a sub. Good grief

I regularly order chicken tenders and fries from Salvatore's. I've never been to this location before, until today. My chicken fingers were all thin, small, and burnt on the edges. The French fries were a joke. They were also semi burnt, all very small left over pieces and everything was very salty. For $18 I'm very disappointed. Won't be ordering this again. I'll travel to a different location.

I got a slice of pepperoni today. One bite everyone knows the rules. Sauce is too sweet Crust had zero crunch. Tastes premade or frozen. Cafeteria crust. Sloppy and greasy as can be. 4.8.

When you walk in the place looks nice, but it's not a value lunch at all. $5 for a slice is ridiculous, and $7 for a combo lunch is not a value. The pizza is not that great and looks like its been sitting there for a while. The slices are not that big, or not big enough to justify its price. The menu looks nice, but the prices are a bit high. I am judging this on lunch alone.

Oh my stars! I was so excited to see an Arthur Treacher's that I couldn't hardly wait. It been so long since I've had their fish and chips that it was a done deal. I did think it a little odd that an Italian pizza place sold Arthur Treacher's, but oh well, I was going for it. My excitement was short lived. The batter on the fish was like rubber, and once you got through it the fish was over cooked and tough. The chips were over cooked and crunchy, and the coleslaw was nasty. The only thing edible was the hush puppies and even they were over cooked. Overall, probably the worst fish and chips I've ever had. Sorry... Don't waist your time.

Pizza is good when they put in the effort. Don't order garlic parm wings though. All it is is garlic and oil. Little to no parm and no parsley. Go to bay rd. They at least give a crap!

When you order a large “round” pizza you do not expect it to be cut into squares and rounded triangles. Then to top it off it’s very undercooked. Waste of time and money.

Never order cailzones from here. Me and my friends bought 6 of them and they were all screwed up a 100 dollars wasted. Not one order was right and all very undercooked.

Since I can't rate 0......This place has disappointed over and over.....trying to order for pick up and couldn't even do that.....Had a few delivery orders that were just horrendous in mix ups, people not knowing where their going to, etc...incorrect orders.... would not recommend AT ALL. This place is obviously poorly managed and the food is bad.

So angry. We called to see what time they delivered to. We were on our way to our campground. They said they delivered there all the time and to order by 9pm. I called back at 9 once we pulled in. They said 30 minutes. I paid the 89.00 with my credit card over the phone The driver called twice for directions. I explained this was my first time to the area and gave him the address once again. 10:30 came NO FOOD 6 hungry kids and 2 adults with nothing to eat. We tried calling the delivery guy and he kept pressing ignore😡. Out food and money.

Every salvatores has fresh slices...except for this one!! Always old to the point the cheese looks congealed...kinda sad because salvatores is my favorite pizza stop but I have to go out of my way to another one just to get fresh food for lunch....how do you not have fresh slices during lunch time? Also asked if they had any new ones coming out soon and the manager said no 🤦‍♂️ they dont even plan on making fresh pizza and dont care to hide it either..

But when I pulled up into curbside and asked if I could have a couple slices and some drinks for my daughter and I because I couldn't come in they proceeded to tell me that I could only use credit card when I had cash on me with a nice tip. Called to order pizza and asked for curbside pickup, only because I had a sleeping toddler in the car. The guy said the don’t do curbside and he’s never heard of them doing it. Even though I asked why is there a sign outside and parking spots for it. I even told him I’ll pay for the pizza right now and if he can just bring it to my car. He refused and said they don’t do that.

I don't leave poor reviews on an establishment unless there have been multiple issues. The food at this Salvatore's (in the past) has been excellent. Always a good product. This review is not pertaining to their food. This review is focusing on their service. I pre-ordered our dinner on the website for a pickup time of 6pm (I placed the order in the morning). When I arrived at 6pm, my sheet pizza was not even made. I was told the "order ticket wasn't put up." or whatever that means. So, I had to scramble to find alternate dinner plans for the 4 teenage boys my son had over for a study session. As stated previously, I do not write poor reviews based on one error. This particular Salvatore's Pizzeria has messed up my order in some way two other times - but I understand that mistakes are made. But this was the third strike and it was a big mistake. This shouldn't happen - especially when the order is literally sent in by the customer (meaning, no errors unless the customer entered it in wrong). Sorry Salvatore's, you lost a customer today.

Didn't even want to give one star. I have ordered 2 times from this location. The first time the pizza was undercooked and gooey. Second time I also ordered 10 wings. They were horrible. I also only got 9 wings not 10. The pizza was once again gross. Not really under cooked but just tasted like frozen reheated pizza. Everything was also cold. Trying another location. I have also ordered from fairport they were always great.

We ordered the worst pizza ever from Salvatore’s on route 250 in Webster. Of course it was the Super Bowl on Feb 2,2020 and they were swamped. We were given a 5:00 pick up time. As soon as I opened the box I saw an almost totally black, overdone pizza. To say the least it was like cardboard. The cheese was glued to the crust and the bottom was black. We really looked forward to our annual Super Bowl pizz and we were totally disappointed. Friends ordered their pizza, from Wegmans and for $10. Received a piping hot pizza delivered to their door. Salvatore’s if you can’t handle the Super Bowl volume- don’t even try. You have lost my business

We ordered a large order on 11/07 & called to inform them that we had issues with it & it was inedible. They offered to credit our card, which was very nice & more than we were looking for. We just went to order again & realized they never applied the credit. When we called to let them know, they were suddenly unable to find our info. We have ordered from them 101 times that WE were able to find in our card history. Won’t use them again.

We called and ordered 3 pizzas for a 5:30 delivery on 10/26/2025. The girl who took the information read back the order to ensure it was correct. When it was almost 30 minutes late, we called and were told it would be delivered soon. The girl wasn't sure if the delivery driver had the pizza or if they needed to go back to the restaurant to pick it up. When it was 45 minutes late we drove to the restaurant to check on the pizza order status because we had 10 people waiting to eat dinner. The 2 girls at the front counter said it was on the way. I asked if they had a delivery time because we were told this earlier. She went out back and got a guy who initially said something about 21 minutes, which I think meant they didn't process our order on time. He said it was on the way and I again asked if he knew when we could expect delivery. I told him I didn't live far and told him my street name. He abruptly replied "I know where you live! It should be at your house by now." I called my husband and it had not been delivered yet. My son in law requested a refund for the delivery charges for our inconvenience, which was honored. By the time we got home the delivery driver was in our driveway. However, they only had 2 pizzas, not 3 as ordered. The driver apologized. Since the 3rd pizza was ordered due to dietary restrictions, my son in law went back to pick up a slice of a specific type of pizza. The same male employee we had spoken to was still at the front counter. When he was told we were missing a pizza the male employee said.... "If you had ordered that pizza, it would have been delivered to you!" My son in law was frustrated with his rudeness and told him he didn't say much to him earlier but was shocked by his attitude and couldn't believe he hadn't apologized for the inconvenience we were experiencing. They discussed getting a slice of pizza to replace the whole pizza not supplied. All was done in an unfriendly manner with no apology given. If a mistake was made, admit it, apologize and make your customer feel valued. None of this was done.

VERY disappointed with chicken wings. One of our former go-to spots. Twice in a row wings were so dry we threw them away. Of three orders of 10 wings, they only compensated us for one. Not what we expect from our neighborhood restaurant. 😒

Got pasta with meatballs, and some bread with cheese in it. Sauce from a jar, pasta not homemade, 2 small meat balls. It's huge, but for the money I should have went with a small sandwich, more meat in that.
