Love going here to get a bowl on Mondays. Get plenty of food. Now, they have cooked corn as a topping. I myself made two burritos with my bowl. I do like the chips and salsa. Except now you get a small brown paper bag of chips. I guess recession is real. All in all, the service was great, and bathrooms clean. As well as sit in dining.

Kara at Webster Moes was super helpful today and amazing! While we were waiting today in line this man just barged up and grabbed a bag and Kara informed the man his food is not ready yet she handled this situation very professional and did not let it affect the way she treated the rest of her customers.

I have come here every Monday for a couple years now. Best deal in Webster to eat a delicious meal. Big burrito or bowl, chips, and salsa for $6.99. The staff there is top notch. Always one of the best parts of my day on Monday.

I received a $10 coupon and when I was going to use it the manager said I couldn't because I didn't have the app. I have an online account and have ordered and used rewards before. He came out a little strong but soon realized. He doesn't only honor our food but gave us complementary drinks and 2 coupons. We felt bad after he came with the coupons and we knew he probably had a long day.

I love the build-it-your-way style of Moe's (similar to a Subway). Then chips and salsa being available for free. Server was a little impatient with me but she got the job done. The food was very good. Not spicy unless requested such an item. I will return.

I LOVE MOE'S! I like being greeted by, "Welcome to Moe's!" I love their healthier meats! I love their patience when I order! (I carry a list of the ingredients I like in my bowl.) I love that you can actually have it SPICY HOT! I like everything about it! Even what M-O-E 's stands for! Keep tables wiped off, guys! But it is my favorite lunch place!

I love Moe's! One of my favorite places to eat in Webster. Food is fresh and you can have them make it to your liking. I am allergic to onions and they always are more than accommodating when I ask them to put fresh glove on. I am defiantly a return customer 👍😊.

9/9/24: Excellent service & food. The restaurant was clean!! The men's bathroom 🚻 was clean!! I'll go back many times ⏲️. March, 2025: I try to eat here once per week. The food is generous! It's really 2 meals 😋 for me, so it reduces the cost in half: a great bargain. More people should eat here instead of at Chipotle or at Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔. Note: No extra charge for their huge bag of nacho chips or for their queso sauce! Chipotle charges extra for both😡!

I was at a different location recently and it was so bad I thought I'd never go back. I'm glad I gave Moe's another chance because everything was great at this location. The chips were fresh, the salsa bar was looking great, the queso was right and the "welcome to Moe's" were flying.

It’s Moe’s. It is one of the cleanest stores I’ve been to. Very friendly staff. Plaza is so busy. Ordered a burrito and did the make it a meal. Was just under $20. Kind of pricy for lunch, but it was good. Huge portion of food.

My mom and I are visiting from out of town and stopped at this Moe’s and are blown away!!! The tables are immaculate, the floors are clean, not a crumb in sight, it’s probably the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been in! The furniture is comfortable, the decor is cute and the color scheme is happy and bright! Most of all, the food was delicious!! Fresh, with great portion sizes and the NICEST KINDEST employees ever! They were so cheerful and friendly with each other and us! Delightful experience!

It's a chain but always good food. Staff always friendly. Need to fix ice machine though as it's been having issues for couple months now once they get really busy!

For a quick bite to eat, the food is tasty. It's very much like a Subway style, a la carte, burrito place. It is a little spendy though, like most fast food can be.

Good food, make however you like. A bit pricey and I'd like to see them be more careful about gluten contamination as my husband has Celiac disease.

Moe's the first place when I think of mexican food. The menu is authentic and like the idea of rice having in my order. Truly savory and a thumbs up to the guys there!!!

My son and I stopped in for a quick snack. We shared a bowl with keto friendly ingredients. It was tasty, especially liked the Adobe chicken.

Always enjoy their menu options. Usually costs us approximately $25 for two meals and always bring home half of the chips which are always free. Would be a good idea if they'd keep the volume of music low enough to hear what the server is asking when you give your order. Other than that we enjoy eating there !!!

My family goes here often on Mondays due to their Monday special. The servings are good, the food is good, and the service is friendly. The cilantro lime rice is especially yummy. It's not authentic Mexican food, but it's a good Americanized version of it if that's what you're into.

All in all a pretty good meal. My lettuce wasn't super fresh and there were quite a few dirty tables. Staff as always was amazing 👏 Got 3 different meals super quick

Food was good and consistent. But I stopped in on a Sunday and there hours say online they’re open till 10pm but I stopped in around 7:30-8:00 and they said they were closing early and we’re mad I came inside (Clearly not my fault they didn’t update there hours). There was two older gentleman working and once of them decided to make a snarky comment “does anyone cook at home nowadays?”. With me working in the Culinary field, I understand wanting to close up and go home but you are committed to your hours and you serve the customers till close time, because that’s how you make money in this business with consistent food and excellent service. Food was good but you DO NOT make snarky comments like that, ESPECIALLY TO THE CUSTOMER! Will not return.

Moe's is good, but lately hasn't been as good as I remember just a few years ago. Not sure what it is, and it won't deter me from going back, but the quality and flavor just hasn't been as great.

No "welcome to moes". Very dissatisfied with that. Anyway, food was good, it's Moe's. My biggest issue I guess is that all the workers seemed like completely out of it and not there.

Half of the time I go into that Moes there is some minor issue. The food is great but sometimes the little things that happen should be addressed but aren't. Today, the paper towel dispenser on the men's room was broken. A month or so they ran out of all diet soda. Both situations could have been fixed before a customer was affected by routine checks. I'll still go back for the food but a little bit of better checking could have given then a 5/5.

We went in at 7:45pm. The young kid was very rude. We asked if there was indoor dining, to which he told us that they did, but they close at 9 but wanted customers out at 8:30. Food tasted great, but the young kid was not.

Staff (guy at the grill) was friendly and helpful. Woman present was too interested in additional charges she could make me pay to be pleasant or remember to put the sour cream I asked for in the bag. Keep hoping general manager will do something to improve this location.

Usually when you walk into a Moe's restaurant you hear everybody stop what they're doing and say welcome to Moe's. This location no one does that it was complete silence. It honestly felt like we were a burden being there to them. Everyone just seemed not to care about making our food. Even the shift manager who helped make both my girlfriend and I burrito bowls gave her a disgusted look when she asked for one more scoop of sour cream. We had to tell the cashier four separate times that our order was for here as she kept on trying to put everything in to-go bags. Usually i like the Moes restaurants but not this location.

Not a fan. It's OK, a order your own stuff place like subway except cheap Mexican food. The salsa and hotsauces are pretty good though and you get a lot of food for the price. Foods OK, but If you are expecting decent semi authentic Mexican food, it's not here.

Dirty, with ingrediants mixed in containers and salsa bar was gross. Go to chipotle its much cleaner and the ingrediants are more fresh.

Worst burrito I have had. Ended up throwing it away. Not sure about rest of menu but Taco Bell sadly makes better burritos.

Food is decent and pretty affordable. Service is lacking. They would rather fill online orders than take care of the customers in the store. Have had to wait at least 20 minutes just to place my order on a number of occasions.

This particular most location suffers from what appear to be completely disinterested staff. The tables are typically dirty, the drinking salsa station is usually a mess, and very often ordering feels like you're disturbing people. It's Mexican food, kind of, and you're probably better off hitting one of the other options in the neighborhood instead.

2nd time eating there. Was a Friday night 9pm. I was looking forward to hearing "welcome to Moe's" even though it is kind of corny but no one said it. The whole food prep area was covered in scattered pieces of food, floors had trash and food on them, trays and baskets had water in the bottoms, sauce bar was in disarray, and the chips were stale. It looked like no one cleaned up all day. Totally disappointed.

Last two visits have been disappointing. It appears there had been change in franchiser ownership in the recent past. Different crew. General lack of caring. Small portions. Messy salsa bar. Looked like someone barfed in the ONLY soda machine.

maybe it was the online ordering, but my order was incorrect. I didn't want sour cream but they put it on anyway, Also asked for salsa and got a container of jalapenos. The tacos didn't taste like the ingredients were fresh and they were cold. Disappointing.

On this visit it looked like we arrived right after a rush, which I understand having worked 15 years in customer/food service, but nothing was filled... I would be offered an item, like the grilled veggies, when I said I yes the young man said "looks like we are out of peppers and onions and only have mushrooms" and never offered to get more. I opted for gauc in my bowl but receive about a quarter of a whole avocado that was either not ripe or frozen because my plastic fork could not even cut into it. I would have complained but everyong working that evening seemed to be in a fowl mood saying things like "this is the very VERY last amount of chips we have.. Im not making anymore" and "im done, I'm so over today" I felt it would not have ended well if I said anything. Like I said, I completely understand having been in that situation before but I expected a little more from Moe's

Ok so I ordered a Barbacoa Moes Homewrecker Bowl and there was a whole Avocado (im not even exaggerating) and NO MEAT. I called the Resturant upon opening my bowl and they didnt even offer to fix it. Super disappointing considering it was 2 orders totaling 72.00 and I got charged extra for meat I didnt receive. Im keeping my receipt though in hopes management reads this since the workers were no help.

This establishment leaves me very upset. Despite their motto, I did not feel welcome at Moe’s. Much like their salsa, the attitudes of the employees was very spicy. Their impatience and disdain for their customers leaves me wondering, how are they still in operation. This is not one star because of the taste and flavor of their overpriced burritos.

No greeting, place was filthy, bathrooms were filthy, salsa bar filthy. Worst Moes I've ever been to and will not return back after eating my bowl of lettuce, steak and fixings I immediately felt sick.

STAY AWAY! I had the worst experience at this Moe’s in Webster. The service was not great and the Manager was very rude. The tables were dirty. There are other choices in the area that are 100% better.

Today’s date January 17th i got the worst service I’ve ever gotten before at 345pm the lady Mary was so incredibly rude and the other women who was working with her wore gloves for multiple orders and has gotten sauces and other leftovers on my food this has made me not want to come again i highly recommend removing them from working here.

Very unimpressed and disgusted with the staff at moe’s Webster. Came in with my friend who has special needs. A larger individual with pink hair waited on my friend and apparently was annoyed in the way she was ordering. The server banged utensils and sighed loudly, and rather rudely. Once my friend had finished ordering, she said, “wrap it up” to which this rude server let go of the burrito and announced, “I’m just going to walk away”. Some one else wrapped the burrito. I then heard the pink haired individual announce to other staff, “did you hear her tell me to wrap it up!?”. Other staff laughed as they rung up my friend. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting immature behavior. Will never be returning.

Our to-go order was missing the queso dip we ordered, so I returned to the restaurant but I forgot the receipt. The manager(?) turned it into an unpleasant experience by spending excessive time searching their computer to make sure that I actually paid for doing sauce and loudly reminding a subordinate employee how important it is to verify the purchase.

The manager at webster ny moes is a bully. She makes comments all the time when my family comes in. For example, when we were in there with our 9 year old she said "when I was a kid I would be in bed at this hour" It was 7:30 at night! . Another time she said "some people come in all the time, must be nice to have money" and rolls her eyes. She has said many other things too. This lady should not be interacting with the public AT ALL. We eat at moes a lot and we will no longer be going there. If I can rate a 0 I would.

The employees look like they just rolled out of bed, when I asked about the difference between two burritos on the menu, the employee mumbled the wrong answer. Got my meal which was small and bland, how is it possible they made Mexican food bland!!?? The chips are undercooked and salsa was ok. The actual dinning area is messy and the table and chairs have a slimy film on them. This place just plain sucks.

All I have to say is the employees are the webster moes were unbelievably rude. So rude my fiance was nervous. The boy making my burrito was short with me and Mary at the register was mad that I asked for queso and threw it in the bag. Cannot believe how bad the customer service. Never seen anything like it. I ordered on line and they got three things wrong I ordered a chicken quesadilla they gave me beef, I ordered a lemonade they gave us sprite, and a random bowl that no one ordered

Our meal tonight was delivered 1:45 after scheduled time. I get it that today is Cinco de Mayo, however I placed my order last night.. I also ordered a taco family kit- no substitutions, standards ground beef. I ordered and requested 6pm delivery. At 6:35 I received a message from GrubHub saying they were waiting and the order wants up yet. 7pm. Same thing. 7:15 order still kit up but confirmed to be in the works. At 7:35 i got a message that he had the order and was on his way. I can not blame Grub hubb this. Meal kits should be the easiest thing to get out of the store- only the ground beef and rice needed to be warm- everything else could and should have been packed at 12 this afternoon. This is completely unacceptable. Even more so in a time that ONLY takeout or delivery is available- you should have been better prepared for this!

Moes was expected to cater for the end of the season banquet. A head count was provided the night before and the food was expected to be delivered… no food showed at the expected time. The order was lost… this was very poor business and planning- luckily the boys night was not ruined by some quick thinking. These boys frequently visit this restaurant after meets through out the season… I can say that it will be a while before I go back due to this experience.

Place may be clean but the two young kids working seems like they hate their job. I haven’t been there I guess a year and was shocked they didn’t have pork amd aired my grieves maybe more then I should have however the large masked covered adult male working had no problem talking behind his mask. Instead of saying sorry he just kept talking which basically made me a Karen as I’m one for if you have something to say, say it! Then after we checked out there was some other woman who showed up behind the counter saying stuff. I’m a mother I have sonic ears. Want to talk stuff then say it. I have no problem saying stuff but I work where I help people and the customer no matter how much they annoy you, you say sorry period. Moe’s isn't like it used to be . I thought it was suppose somewhat a take on Mexican but that’s far from it. I am happy to announce to those rude adult employees that I won’t come back. If I wanted Taco Bell I would have gone to Taco Bell. What really topped it is that the kids stayed quiet but the adults were the coward rude individuals! Beyond disappointed!

Went to moes for dinner and service was less than satisfactory. I wanted to order a kids meal for my little sister who was not with me at the time, along with a meal for myself. They told me since I was not 12 and under I couldn’t order the kids meal even though my sister was 12 but she wasn’t with me. She won’t eat a whole burrito and the kids meal portion is better for her not sure why they wouldn’t allow it. Especially when other locations have made the exception no problem. Also got the mild chipotle sauce on my burrito and it was very spicy.

Showed up at 820pm on a Sunday and the staff were very rude. Moe’s own website shows they’re open until 10pm. They informed us they were closing at 900 which would have been 40mins after we walked in. Throughout our time the two staff members on duty and a third who was leaving made multiple rude comments. Upon walking in they yelled “out of chicken” instead of welcome to Moe’s. They talked to each other about how customers always show up last minute and were generally unpleasant. It was an uncomfortable experience.

Came in for the Wednesday burrito special. Was told I wasn't eligible. Misleading special at best. Nasty checkout person claimed it was a corporate rule. Probably will never go back. Overly priced burrito wasn't all that good

Several times lately when we’ve ordered through the app, they’ve forgotten multiple toppings on our tacos. Because we just pick it up and go home, we don’t realize it until we’re already home. It’s pretty frustrating to have to go back and wait to have them fix their mistake. Guess we should start checking our order right there in the restaurant at the pickup shelf before we leave. Not to mention it’s also been very hit or miss if you basically get a tortilla with a couple pieces of chicken and practically no toppings, or a perfectly made taco. It used to be so consistent, but it’s really gone downhill in the last 6 months. We love Moe’s, and have been doing online orders/going there for years, but as of late there’s almost always been something wrong.

The old woman who works at the Webster Moe's, who I'm told is the general manager of that location, is a rotten person to deal with. Nasty, rude, condescending, and just plain miserable. I mean, I get it...no one ever says "I want to work in fast food until I'm in my 70's"...but geez lady, stop taking out your miserable circumstances on others. Maybe if she was a bit kinder, life would treat her better. Avoid Webster Moe's if you can.

I'm a door dash driver and last night (Mon 3/22/2021) I got an order for this Moe's at 9:58pm meaning the customer must have submitted it even earlier than that. Knowing they close at 10 I rush over and arrive at 10:02pm. I try to flag an employee to just give me the order that had already been paid for and should have been done but they just gave me a thumbs down and walked away. I wait out front until 10:12 when another employee finally came to the door to tell me that the food is gone and for me to tell the customer. It's not my job to inform the customer of your inability to complete an order, it is your responsibility to turn your stores application off so no orders come through after a reasonable time. I lost money because your employees wasted not only my time but the customer who already paid and was expecting their food.

I have never had a bad meal at Moe's; I have never had a bad experience at this location before UNTIL today... They were quick to solve my issue but the Woman I spoke with over the phone was VERY argumentative - I asked her name and found she was the GENERAL MANAGER... Here's hoping the Moe Bucks they are sending me can be used at a different location! Very Unprofessional! Chipotle - You have my loyalty!!!

I placed a mobile order at 6:07, and waited until 6:55 to get my order. Instead of prioritizing the online orders that came in way before the people in line they continue to staff one person to handle the dozen of mobile orders. Then being told that I'm the next order to be made 3 times as they continue to make other orders. Manager laughs it off as I've now been waiting for over 40 minutes. I watched over 25 customers walk in and get there order before me. Do not waste your time here placing an order!!!!!!

NEVER again will I eat there. Service was HORRIBLE! I came this close 👌 to walking out dealing with the first girl with the turquoise hat. She was miserable and wasn’t average to show it. The girl cashing out acted like she was inconvenienced to do her job. Food was horrible.

I went to this location with my friends one night at 9:25 (they close at 10:00), and was greeted poorly by both of the employees. They told us that they close in 20 minutes and gave the impression that we were a great burden to them. This is not proper customer service. If the website says "closes at 10:00 pm," then a customer should be able to get food 35 minutes prior to that. While my friends and I were ordering, around 6 different people came into the restaurant and were told to leave because they "did not have enough food." It is custom that a restaurant supplies enough food until closing. One of my friends were told that they could have rice on their burrito because "they had run out." But my friend said that he saw the rice there a couple minutes before, when his son was ordering... I do not know if this is normal in all Moe restaurants, but I asked for water and was told that it was $2.99, the same price as every other drink... The only reason I wrote this review is because if I were recommending a friend to go to a certain restaurant, I would not want them to go to this location. In the same way, I would not recommend others to go to this location. Moe's already cost so much. Why would I want a friend to have to go through feeling like they are a burden to the restaurant and receiving poor customer service?
