Caraglio’s Pizza is hands down the best pizza in Rochester! Their gluten-free options are amazing, and they are always consistent with their quality and service. Recently, there was a small issue with our order due to a system error — but before we even had a chance to call, they reached out to us and let us know they were already sending the corrected order. That level of care and proactive service is rare and so appreciated. The Webster location especially is fantastic — you can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend Caraglio’s if you’re looking for great pizza and service!

It looks like not everyone had the experience I did, but I really like this place. The crust is always perfect (not too thick - not too thin), the red and pink sauces are delicious, and I love the eggplant topping. Love it! Also, the wings were perfect last night.

Yes, highly recommended. 5 stars for 2 large pizzas and orders of wings. All very good... sauces included. Thick, thin whatever you want. No skimping on the toppings. Done to perfection. I was never a fan of the conveyer belt cooking process, but seems to work for Caraglio's. 3 stars for service, bc it was about 15 minutes later than expected, said they were busy, I get it...met with a $10 gift card removed the sting. The atmosphere?... Well, it's a waiting room... gotta try it. Good luck Caraglios... we'll be back, often. Just at $10/ per... can't go wrong

First time trying their pizza. Went to the Webster location. I have to say it was pretty good. The crust was the bomb and I loved it and kind of pepperoni they use. My only complaint or criticism is I would like a little more sauce and I tend to like a bit sweeter sauce that balances out the saltiness from the cheese and pepperoni. The crust was perfect crispy/chewy! They forgot to prepare my wings but she was very apologetic. Mistakes happen. Would definitely go back.

Food, 5 stars. Organization, 1 star. I already know they are slow so I waited an hour before going to pickup my order. When I arrived there were about 5 other ppl waiting and only after giving my name did they put my pizza in the oven. Seemed they got backed up at some point and instead of doing the pizzas by order received, they prioritized delivery and pickups were done based on who came in first. The biggest issue was the rest of my food was made when I placed the order. So 15 mins later I walked out with a hot pizza and everything else was cool/room temp and soggy because it had been sitting for 45+ mins. Updated to remove another star: Ordered a dozen wings and received 9. Pretty frustrating with wing prices being what they are. I'm giving up on this location.

Worst pizza I've ever had....no sauce no extra cheese as ordered nasty...I ordered thin crust to...worst ever

I ordered a sheet pizza 4 weeks ago. The pizza had many bubbles. There was probably six or seven pieces that were not edible. The next sheet we ordered was great. Just ordered another sheet pizza today with a free order of wings. The pizza again had so many bubbles and six or seven wasted pieces. I have taken pictures of all of it. Charging $30 a sheet when it's really a $20 sheet pizza with all the problems.

We ordered a sampler platter and an order of pizza logs at roughly 5 pm online. The order went through and gave us a delivery time of I believe 6:23 pm. This is the third time we have ordered from Caraglio’s And typically they run late on the delivery time by only 10 to 15 minutes. An hour and a half for delivery is already a very long delivery time for only living about 10 Minutes away. Other pizza places in our location offer 45 minutes at the most. This pizza place is new to our area so we figured we would give it a try. Our first two orders were really good so we didn’t think anything of the third and we’re willing to wait the amount of time. After two hours, I placed a phone call asking when They thought the delivery would be made, and I was put on hold. They came back and told me it would be another 20 to 30 minutes however the delivery driver showed up in less than 10. I placed another phone call to them to let them know we received the wrong order and the pizza logs were actually Apple logs. They explained that they could write my name down and that we would be able to call and have a credit for our next order at this point, I wasn’t willing to do that and asked for the food to be redelivered. They placed me on hold again and then told me it would be another hour for the pizza logs to be delivered. I told them that was perfectly fine because I wasn’t willing to risk the credit not being applied if I called in a paper being lost and that writing my name down on a paper really wasn’t a good system. They stated that was fine and they would re-deliver the food. A few moments later I received a call stating that they would, in fact, not deliver the food and only write down my name. I explained to them that this was not acceptable for me and then I would like the amount of that item refunded to my account. They told me they couldn’t do that so I asked to speak with the manager and I was placed on hold again. I spoke with multiple people who told me that they could not refund my money and only write down my name eventually after being placed on a hold many times in mind you I was very polite and understanding during this whole situation as they kept explaining they had many deliveries and only one delivery driver and I explained that I completely understood the stressful situation and then I just wanted the money refunded. Then someone got on the phone with me and stated this is total bullshit very rudely and told me they would refund the total order. They said it would take a few weeks to refund the money to my Bank account , I said thank you and they hung up on me. Not the most pleasant experience. The only reason I’m writing this review is that I think people should understand what they may be getting themselves into before placing an order. Good luck!

I hate to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately I think it’s very necessary for this specific location. Prior to moving to Webster in 2019, we LOVED Caraglio’s, we were so excited to have one close to home! Unfortunately the issues began at our very first order. We stopped ordering from them for a while but ultimately we decided we would try them, as we understand staffing turn overs, human error etc. I would say this past summer it went from bad to absolutely unacceptable. In July, we had pre ordered 4 sheet pizzas for our sons 2 hour pool party. They were over an hour late, cold and incorrect. Since July we have ordered 3 times. The first time the pizza was delivered to the wrong address and left there - we were asked to go down the road to our neighbors and get our pizza. The second time the delivery was over an hour late with the food ice cold. Last night we ordered a sheet pizza, two orders of wings and fried dough at 4:30pm. We were quoted an hour wait. Half our order arrived at 6:18pm. The pizza was ice cold and wasn’t even cut. We seriously had to cut it off piece by piece. The wings were undercooked and had the wrong sauces. The delivery man was very apologetic that he forgot the fried dough. He said a manager would call me to make it right. Well, 30 minutes later another driver showed up with that same Order of fries dough. Ice cold, the box was even like wet and falling apart from the condensation. No manager has called me, and nothing has been offered to us seeing as we threw out 95% of the food we ordered last night. There prices are great, and the food is good but unfortunately we are done and will not ever return to Caraglios.

Won’t be back, poor customer service.

The pepperoni tasted really bad, as if it was spoiled. The dough for the pizza was tough and flat, maybe it didn't rise before it was made? And the fried dough was the worst I ever had. It was hard as a rock/stale and hallow... I don't know how someone felt okay letting that go out the door.
