The customer service is top notch!!! I am beyond impressed how humbling and thoughtful the owner is. After a little mistake with my order for my daughter’s birthday party the owner went out of his way to make it up to us. He went the extra mile to make my daughter’s birthday extra special. He was so kind and considerate. Very rare these days do you see people be so compassionate and thoughtful. Highly recommend!!!

Food was great, staff was nice. Got a slice of chicken bbq ranch pizza, and it was incredible! Very big slices, had them cut it in half for me. Would be 5 stars, but the only drinks they had available were in a vending machine, and I didn’t have cash. I’ll know for next time, but kind of a bummer as a first time guest to not be able to get a drink. But I’ll be back. Food is absolutely worth it!

Waited for the fresh slice pie since they asked me if I wanted to. They gave us one old slice and a fresh one. Also they really need to be wearing gloves if they are going to be touching peoples food. She literally plucked a piece of pepperoni off and moved it to a different slice with her bare hands and served it to me. She has such an attitude I didn’t even feel comfortable saying something to her.

Their menu lies! You can really tell an okay restaurant from a great restaurant. Great restaurants don’t have any need to lie about their food. We ordered food for dinner. I ordered a sub for myself. The menu states “slathered in sauce.” If this is what they call slathered, I would REALLY hate to see what they mean by regular or light (see pic). They also did not make it the way I ordered it, and I paid extra. My husband had the same issue with his wings, and we ordered double the amount for those. Then the container opened and the sauce leaked all over the bag and the other food in the bag, ruining my daughter’s order. We also ordered extra ranch dressing for the wings, but didn’t receive them. So, we are pretty upset with Pontillo’s. We wasted a lot of time and $$$. We will most likely eat elsewhere due to the false claims on the menu, all the issues experienced, and gross lack of attention. Not recommended by us to anyone!!!! To Pontillo’s: I find your response inadequate! “No good resolution?” How about giving me my money back, or offering to make it right? This was beyond a one off mistake, which would be understandable. Your negligence and arrogance is noted.

Food was burnt, extremely greasy (seeping through bottom of the box) and all of the sauces were the consistency of water! Didn’t plan on paying for water to be added to the sauce to make it last longer. Such a joke. Go to Marks Pizzeria!!!

So here's my issues... After glancing at some of the other reviews I think I'm MORE angry. My car is in the shop so when I finally found a place to deliver a PIZZA that didn't force me to use a 3rd party appt, I was relieved. But I think I may have been better off because I ordered a MEDIUM PEPPERONI pizza. Which cost me $40 (I tipped $4) and THIS is what they call a medium. (see pics) this is 100% the size of a PERSONAL PIZZA! I own a restaurant in the village, so I get that costs have increased but we either increase the food cost or decrease the portions sizes. We DON'T DO BOTH!! And we've NEVER charged for local delivery. I also don't make pizza, which is about 1000% less expensive to buy and prepare so for me, this is absolutely BANANAS! They charge so much for delivery you might was well use grubhub or doordash and skip the kid's menu. You can't INCREASE the cost of the food, double the delivery charge AND REDUCE THE PORTION SIZE! It's just unacceptable!. IN FACT IT'S FLAT OUT GROSS! HERE'S THE PICS OF MY $40 ONE TOPPING "MEDIUM 😂🤣" PIE. Then I gotta read a review about a guy who's pissed about the $40 he spent on TWO SHEET PIZZAS AND A 2 LITER! COME ON! (the pack of smokes just represents the TINY size of the slice)

Whoever made this pizza tonight needs to be fired. The pizza is paper, thin and burnt. The photo actually makes it look a lot better than it is, ridiculous . As expensive as it is to order out now a days this is just carelessness I would have never even sent this out. they definitely need to do better… l’m assuming the owner was not around because when he is this definitely does not happen…

If you’re looking for a cooked and well done pizza I would probably not order from Pontillo’s. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Extremely disappointed…definitely will not be back

If you’re looking for a cooked and well done pizza I would probably not order from Pontillo’s. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Extremely disappointed…definitely will not be back
