This location is always good. Friendly staff, even during the graveyard hours. One of my favorite burger spots.

Carls has the best chicken salad in california. It is full of crisp hreen salad, and on top of the salad is a very large piece of baked chicken almost as big as my hand, and it is very tender, & the flavor is slightly sweet like a honey baked ham. Oh my! It is delicious. We get it all the time. Try it you will love it. ! Have some fries & a soda with it. Yum, yum, yum. Good.

This place caught me off guard. Stopped here after shopping at ikea across the street.. Alex the dude working the counter recommended a delicious burger to us. And gave us great service.

My family and I repeatedly come to this location for a reason. The staff are always kind, courteous and friendly. The food is always fresh and hot and the inside is well maintained too. Not all locations are as well ran as this one and I will continue to come back as well because of the way it is being managed.

This Carl's Jr. has good service as they offer a deal if you want to try spend all of your cash that you desire here on the menu. They round up the remaining change as they can offer you the appetizers and some of the desserts when you say that you want to purchase a new item or spending a specific amount of cash and multiple items to make your own combo meal.

We ordered the super star special with cheese and boy was it Special. 2 fresh cooked patties with fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. I was shocked at how large the burger was. Waffle fries were fried crispy and were hot. Overall I would definitely recommend this location.

Cashier was a cool guy also friendly and courteous... the food was tasty, better than the Carl's by my house. Definitely worth the drive, we'll be going back here next time we're in the mood for some tasty Carl's Jr. burgers! The girl who gave me my refills was also such a sweetheart, thank you!!

Food was hot and everything was actually fully filled which doesn't always happen at fast food places. And they provided AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was a very hot day and my kid was playing at a baseball tournament up the street and I needed water for his jug. The counter server was amazing and gave me glasses of ice and water to fill it up. Quick food and good service, and a convenient location if you are on the the road. Sometimes a little crowded after school gets out but the drive through line goes by quick. They always have specials posted on their walls but the real specials are on the Carl's Jr app and you can get free points which leads to free food just by being a repeat customer. I have never had an incorrect order at this location and that's what keeps me coming back, although I do visit other restaurants and fast food I'm the area. Carl's Jr has always been consistent and keeps me as a return customer. Make sure to download the app because you can even order ahead and have it ready by the time you get there on top of their deals on the app, which some are app exclusive. I recommend the BIG Carl sandwich because it's simple, cheap and hits the spot. Consistent quick service and correct orders are important to be high on the list for fast food and the iPhone and android app just makes it better to score free food and even quicker service. The fries are good but the waffle fries are even better and they have other delicious side orders like fried zucchini. As far as drinks go they have a wide selection but my go to is the blue power aide and it really hits the spot on a hot day. If you like burgers, fries, and hit fresh food make sure you check out Carl's Jr on your way to your next big adventure, or even just on your way to work!

If your hungry I recommend the triple western beacon cheeseburger 🍔 😋 but all are good. Lot of room inside.

I've been eating at this location for a while but today was the first time I stepped inside and was pleased with how clean and inviting the atmosphere is inside. The counters, tables, and floor were clean and the staff was prompt and very friendly. My food came out hot and fresh and the fries were hot, crispy and delicious. The man up front, Manual, was incredibly helpful and very nice. The kitchen staff was fast and efficient and served food that looks like the commercials. I'm glad I got to see the inside of this incredible location. Sorry for the lack of photos, the food was so good I didn't even think of taking pictures lol

It is a typical Carl's Jr. establishment. I have this joint, several times, in beginning of 2024, when I have worked in the area. I would come here to grab my lunch, during lunch break. Strangely, the lines were not long, and service was prompt. Furthermore, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. At the same time, the tables were neat, and the place, in itself, was clean. The meals, as usual, were delicious. At the same time, the combos were fairly priced. So, if anyone enjoys good hamburgers, and is in the area of Covina/West Covina, I would recommend a visit to this establishment. This Carl's Jr. is conveniently located at Eastland Center, near Target!

Very clean building, tables are cleaned and well maintained. Service is outstanding and quick to take your order. Food cooking is quick, and you aren't left waiting long. Relaxing atmosphere with music playing in the background. I ordered the #6 "Big Carl" and two tender wraps with fries and drink. The wraps were delicious but not the best. However, the burger was so delicious that it made me crave more. 5/5 recommended Carl's Jr. Location!

It is a typical Carl's Jr. establishment. This one is located on the corner of Eastland Center. I have visited this place, several times, in March and April of 2024, when I worked in the area. I would come here, to have my lunch. The meals were well-made, and delicious, at the same time. During my visits, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy my lunch meals. The tables, and the place overall, was neat and well maintained. Furthermore, the staff members were courteous, and helpful. Of course, I cannot forget to mention that prices, too, were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone enjoys burger meals, and is visiting West Covina, I would recommend a visit to this establishment. The prices, and delicious meals, themselves, are worth the visit.

Milkshake machines only work during day hours. I work late. Can't seem to find any fast food that serves milkshakes after 11 pm. However, the service at drive through was great. Seeing a friendly smile makes a huge difference. Food was fresh and good.

This Carl's is clean, and got our food done quick and correctly. The staff was nice at the window. The only reason I did not leave a 5 star is because of price point. Carl's in general is just very expensive for a family of 5.

Carl's jr. Is located right off the 57 freeway heading north towards the 210 freeway. The western bacon cheeseburger 🍔 is my favorite choice to eat here. The crosscut fries are also a good choice for a side dish. The people working here are friendly and quick. There service is amazing. Look for coupons thru out the mailers and mail.

Food was good but the restaurant hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and the bathrooms were very dirty.

Not my favorite. Every time I come to this Carl's something is weird with my food--I once had a tendon in my chicken sandwich and have cold fries here. Carl's in general has been sort of hit or miss lately, but for some reason whenever I have trouble it seems to be this location. A shame, too, because it's in a convenient location!

The person who appears to be the late afternoon, evening manager has an attitude and tends to look down and talk down to people if he is not feeling in the mood. I feel like in an effort to be professional he comes of rude, maybe he is expecting people to be negative with him but still no reason to act so cady.

The inside needs some seriously loving care. Whoever decorated for Christmas must have been in a hurry. Looks pretty bad, should've just left it plain. Food was made sloppy and was kinda lukewarm.

Have always loved the great food from Carl's Jr. The other day we went to this location and went inside for service. This location has to only ask one question about what I wanted to order. They repeated it back exactly. They completed the order promptly. There is one franchisee on Azusa Ave in Covina California. This location has on the occasions we been there, an associate she (name withheld) has been on the drive through. We typically go between noon and 5 p.m. She never seems to hear the order when it's placed at the drive-thru menu. When you pull up to the window you have to repeat it, no joke, from three to five times. And inevitably the sandwich or the drink is prepared incorrectly. We usually order the number 3 off the drive through menu. I'm hoping somebody at corporate can't take care of this problem as quickly as possible, thanks for taking the time to read my review.

we don't live within 50 miles of a Carl's Jr or Hardy's in Texas so when i come to my parents house, i only ever order the Santa Fe grilled chicken sandwich, no chile strip, extra Santa Fe sauce - that's the only thing i ever order from Carl's Jr. it used to come on a whole wheat bun, now it's just a plain hamburger bun, not even the kind with sesame seeds on top. the past couple times, the chicken breast has not been fresh. so, it was ok, but doesnt quite hit the spot. on the other hand, my son tried the new honey hot chicken sandwich and said it's delicious!! Just the right amount of sweet and spicey!! the criss cut fries were also very fresh and crispy!!!

Cashier was not friendly or welcoming at all. Any questions seemed to annoy her. All tables were dirty, thankfully, we had antibacterial wipes to wipe it ourselves. Food was okay but a few of the sodas were out, so the drinks available at the machine were limited.

Carl's jr. Is outrageously expensive we cannot afford to eat there anymore. I love their zucchini but I will never go back because it's almost $5 for an order of zucchini! Do you hear me zucchini $5. Thank God they have Dollar sodas. But yeah overly priced terrible service

This Carl's Jr. Is probably not one of my faves to hit up, not too long ago they were closed because of vermin! However me and my girlfriend gave them a chance and needless to say the service was horrible! The soda was flat and the manager and cashier were rude! Not long after we ate there, we both felt sick with our stomachs.

Very disappoint. The fries where hard and cold. The shakes where very watery and soapy. I guess the employees didn't finish cleaning there hands. My granddaughter threw up her shake. Won't return to that one again. Very disappointing.

Prices are different compared to other Carl's Jr. They forgot some of my order, also another customer's order as well, but hey dealt with it nicely.

The quality of the food here is going down the drain. I remember Carl's Jr used to be better than Mc Donald's. Now it's the other way. From quality to service.

I went through the drive thru and had ordered 2 California Classic combos. In the line there is a large banner stating that these combos are $5.99. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged full price. I asked the cashier and they said this promo is over. I took a picture of the banner as I left as proof.

I placed a order in the drive thru ask for no onion,no tomatoes. On 2 of my burgers which were labeled no onions but was loaded with both onions and tomatoes. Picky Man was very upset and my kid did not want to eat. Whole experience was terrible.

This place has gotten ridiculously expensive. I'm attaching a photo of a $12 chicken sandwich (just the sandwich, no combo). It's so pathetic, we almost drove back to get our money back but decided it wasn't worth the price of gas just to go back and have to complain about something. Honestly, the employees should have enough common Sense or at least pride in their place of business to not sale something that's not worth the money being paid for it in the first place.. On another note, I used to love Carl's jr.'s malts and shakes. Of course that was like 17 years ago and the Carl's jr. in Burbank. Why is it called Hardee's on the East coast?

RUDE Cashier at the Drive Thru this morning. I believe her name is Alyssa, She rushed my order and was Extremely rude when I asked for extra cream for the coffee I ordered. Totally unwarranted. Gave off such a nasty attitude. I will NEVER come back to this location.

They made me waiting for 30 minutes to get a cold brew coffee, even I was the first customer who made an order in the store but the employee totally forgot my order but he served to other two customers who came after me. When I just got the store a black customer was complaining about the employee because his bed service now I can understand why the customer was got upset because the employee. Even the employee didn't say sorry. FYI the employee's name is john. Shame on U John.

Such a joke of a restaurant. They got my order wrong. The wrong sizes 😂 the dr.pepper poured what I believed was water lol the cashier was so mad about me complaining my order was messed up. I was the fourth car in line waiting to place my order. It took me eight minutes and 43 seconds to get to the order window. It took an additional minute and a half to place my order. I’m not sure what your speed of service is but this was way too long.

this place is priced higher than normal. I waited by order intercom for 10 min then when I got my food the fries were small pieces and the box not full. the burger was smashed with soggy lettuce.

Maria (drive thru) was extremely rude. I had to repeat my order to her several times while she was laughing and talking to one of her co-workers. Once I got to the window she was still laughing away and asked me to repeat my order once again as I was repeating it she snatched my card out of my hand and closed the window before I could even finish talking. Horrible attitude, rude employees, but at least the food was hot.

Arial refuse to serve me on the drive thru window because i was not in a car it was 4 am and no cars arround i was driving a tractor trailer and i explained. My vehicle is a high profile vehicle and did not fit. She still refused to work with me and serve me. She did see my vehicle and acknowledge she seen me get off of it but still Left me in the cold with no meal. I hope in the future they are more willing to work with us drivers

The last couple of times I've visited were a disaster. I ordered via drive thru both times and they don't seem to listen and appear to be in a rush . My order wasn't repeated nor did it appear on a screen so I could confirm it. My cheeseburger came without cheese and when I asked for cheese an older person who I assumed was the manager silently took the food back and returned the burger sloppily put back together with a piece of cold cheese. The second time I returned, because everybody deserves a second chance, my drink was overfilled and the cup was all wet. I had to ask for napkins to clean it up enough to put in my cup holder. Neither time were they so busy to warrant such crappy service. I'll never go back.

On June 2nd I came through the drive-through and ordered a number 13 uh chicken Santa Fe combo. I received my order and proceeded on their freeway as I went to beach from my Burger and eat it. I discovered that it was a Western Burger not my chicken Santa Fe. So I turned around went back to the restaurant and I spoke to the manager in the kaki outfit. He told the lady in Spanish that it was the wrong order and to make another one. I waited about 4 or 5 minutes and upon completion of my sandwich. She asked a young lady with all the tattoos in Spanish who does it belong to? The manager standing to her left stated "The Morena "which is a derogatory term in Spanish. The lady that prepared the sandwich chuckled and sold it some of the patrons in the restaurant. I am seeking legal counsel and I am seeking to report this matter to the corporate office.

Went to get food from the drive thru just now (3/3/18 @4:55pm) the cashier at the window who was wearing hot pink lipstick was beyond rude. We had to ask for napkins and a straw at least 3 times. Meanwhile she was taking another order and not acknowledging our request which we had asked for before and she seemed annoyed. When we finally got our ketchup she literally shoved in my hand!!! When did a burger and Carl's star costing close to 10 dollars? Just the burger, not a meal. At that price I wouldn't have gotten a burger at The Habit around the corner. The guacamole 6 dollar burger use to come in a small cardboard box with decent presentation, this time it was sloppy, wrapped in a regular wrapper and not at all appealing. Skip Carl's. I know the drive thru made it appealing to someone who is trying to expose herself the least amount at the moment but order ahead and get a quality burger somewhere else.

Not really a good Carl's Jr. There are homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk right in front of the door. I got no sauce with my jalepeno poppers. And they took a long time just to take my order. I realize they can't control the homeless people but they could go out and ask them to move away from their door.

Plain and simple, if you're going to charge that much money for a fast food combo, at least learn to make it as advertised. I ordered the #4 Double Western Combo, but they forgot the Western. All I got was a plain and dry cheeseburger without the BBQ Western Sauce. Good thing my combo came with a cup of ice and a touch of drink, just to rub it in my face, as my dry as the desert sand cheeseburger became lodged halfway into its journey to my stomach. I'm trying to be as positive as I can, so I'll say it could've been worse. Had they not filled the miniature fry box only half way with fries, then I probably would've stuffed my pie hole fries as well, and they most likely would've set up camp in my esophagus with the Double Dry cheeseburger, ratcheting up the propensity for a medical emergency. The food isn't usually bad but I've had food poisoning 3 yikes from this location and food that wasn't cooked properly other times. Tried contacting management the did nothing doubt they really cared what was happening. The most they said was "Damn that sucks." Like really that's all? Foh with that

This is the longest time I had to wait in a drive thru! It took forever for me to get my order, the line behind me is so long, I think they are short staffed.

Ordered food. Got home to find my order was incorrect. Drove back to correct my order. Returned home to enjoy my hot burger with cold fries and watered down soda that sat for 30 minutes while I drove back and forth. Oh yeah, they took my incorrect order (cheese burger) and told the kitchen (in Spanish) to just replace the meat with a hot one. Except they made me a new one so I’m guessing they planned on giving my returned food to someone else!

Absolutely terrible experience at this location. The inside is closed there were two cars in line and it looks 29 minutes. Not only was it forever my order was wrong. The person taking orders was rude and super unhelpful.

Didn't care for the drive thru experience. There was one vehicle ahead of me and yet it took 35 minutes to get the order filled from start to finish. The person behind me honked her horn and the person in front of me became agitated to the point where he started flipping people off and was going to get out of his truck. This could have easily turned ugly.

Thieves, didn't have onion rings and didn't tell us , as a result we ordered western bacon cheeseburgers, got home, no onion rings on burgers. Deceptive. Even their own staff said they should have stopped selling the burger or notify the customer of no onion rings and be given the option to accept or refuse the burger without onion rings. District manager is a loser. 3 calls plus multiple messages and doesn't even respond because message says I want a refund as told to me by staff to request it. Carls jr staff even know how crooked management is and said good luck reaching the loser district manager.

Walked in for lunch at noon (busy lunch time) to find a completely empty kitchen. Stood at the register for a full 3-5 minutes without seeing a single employee. I even considered whether or not I made a mistake and somehow walked in while they were non-operational. After several minutes of not seeing a single person I finally yelled, "Hello," to see if anyone was here. Like 5 employees walked out of the back and one of them finally took my order. No apology, no explanation or anything. I don't know if they were having a team meeting or what, but you cannot leave the register and even kitchen completely unattended for that long. That's just crazy. Do better.

This restaurant doesn't have decaf coffe the explanation was that they don't have another coffe container for it...the owner should invest on another coffe container.

Well, my experience at Carl jr was just a little different this time it was actually uncomfortable and erie. Is I attempted to get a free burger by scanning the q r code and for some reason, the whole hold setting up accounting wouldn't go through.So I just ended up paying for my burger and as I woke up today, September 16th I noticed as I was looking through the connected devices on my phone that there was a new sign in from a Google Pixel 6 stating that it was getting access to my personal stuff as in everything that my phone. Email is connected to. I check my history and activity and it all starts after nine o'clock during the time i had scan the QR Code. I don't bout do a twelve , midnight, I was already asleep woke up in the morning and saw notification about my device being at risk.I checked it and that's when I found out that it was a Google Pixel 6 also with the explanation of what Project-374083803384 is and I feel like its disrespectful in the sense of me not being the one to approve or decline the sign in and not only. That but why would it want all my personal stuff as in address and contacts and also payments methods like thats not right here are some photos of I find uncomfortable

I don’t know what happened to this place. It use to be our favorite spot to go to. This is the third time they mess up our order. They completely changed Santa Fe Chicken burger. It’s suppose to come with wheat bread and a red sauce on the chicken. On top of that my husband gets home to find out that they forgot to give him my Santa Fe Chicken burger and our kids’ small fries. (3 orders) My husband went back to complain and said the lady gave him the burger but refused to give him the small fries because she said she remembered putting them in the bag. She wanted my husband to go back home and get the food that our kids were eating already to show her what was in the bag. Unbelievable. They need to hire someone that wants to do their job. I had to put one star because it doesn’t allow me to not put any but I honestly don’t think it deserves any stars.

HORRIBLE!!!! Ordered Sante Fe Ckn sandwich. Inside the meat was raw/pink. 🤮 Manager Aracelli took no ownership or sincere apology. I ordered combo she only refunded for sandwich. Yes cause I really enjoyed my fries & drink after seeing the raw ckn. She asked for pics of drink/fries, REALLY?😡 The refund didn't even include taxes.
