Hands down the best Pho in the SFV Been coming here 8+ years and the quality of its food & its service has remained the best! Really fast service seriously!

My family and I come here every Friday to eat the same exact bowl of soup--THAT'S how tasty it is here! They, of course, have quite a few other options on the menu, but we fell in love with the Pho Tai. The staff is always happy to see us and treats us like family. Service is always quick and efficient-the food and hospitality never fails to put a smile on our faces especially at the end of a grueling week. Thanks, guys, for always being something for us to look forward to each week!

I love Pho and am very hard to please when it comes to a good pho. I have been to many pho restaurants and have not been impressed at all. The West Hills Pho 1, however, despite being much more distance than many others close to me are my ideal pho place. It's a clean and nice place, the food is served so quickly within few minutes of ordering, the quality and amount of pho served is wonderful, I order chicken pho, there was such generous amount of chicken white meat in there, generous amount if the soup, noodles, fresh mung bean sprouts, fresh basil, fresh and juicy lemon halfs which I asked for, I love lots of lemon juice in my pho. This is by far THE MOST DELICIOUS AND BEST PHO I HAVE EVER TRIED.

82 is an amazing pork chop and rice dish. I love it so much! Pho So 1 makes it taste better than any other place that I've been to. So good! And the service is really fast, too!

I love this place! The broth in their pho is so delicious!! Service is really fast and the prices are very reasonable. I got shrimp pho, Thai iced tea with Boba, and spring rolls for $23 and that includes taxes. I was full but didn't feel overly full when I was done. I would highly recommend this place and am going to check out their sister restaurant closer to my house.

I went to this place with my siblings and it’s amazing. The service is stunning and really quick, and it had me satisfied all the way through. And to think there are a huge variety of soups to try. Great place, 10/10 recommended highly. Thank you so much, love you💗

Decent place for Pho. Service was ok. Food came out very fast, but the waitress didnt speak much English and didnt understand my questions regarding my dietary restrictions with dairy. Also she never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything. I had to wave down the manager to get a to go container. I order the #1 pho. It was good, one of the meats I didn't care for the taste at all. The rest of the meats were really good to good. Ordered the shrimp and pork spring role. It had no flavor and didnt taste any pork at all. All I saw was shrimp. Order the taro smoothie and wanted Boba, but she said no more boba. The taro smoothing was very good. Also the pricing I thought was very fair. Paying was a bit strange. You dont get the bill you just walk up to the cashier and hand her your credit card, you dont get handed a bill. Very weird and I highly recommend changing your paying system. It's 2025 servers should have a portable kiosk for us to tap our card or phone to pay and see our bill before paying of course. If youre looking for a decent pho place in the area def give this place a try.

The pho here is solid and it’s my family’s fave place for pho. But their broken rice plates and vermicelli is always tasty! I like getting the shaking beef with crispy noodles instead of rice. Service is always fast and the restaurant is generally clean.

I’ve tried dozens of Pho locations and this one is by far the best one. People need to understand just how healthy pho is for you especially the broth, I eat at this location at least 3 times a week and I’ve been losing weight and feeling better. I get their #17 and I ask them to put the meat in the broth since I’m grabbing it for takeout, once I get home the meat is nice and cooked. And they are lighting fast! Who said fast food isn’t healthy?

I was able to choose where I wanted to sit and the waitress give me the menu. I got their #1 pho soup (special combo with steak, flank, tendon and tripe) and it basically came out like a minute later. The pho soup was so good and they give you a lot of meat with it. You don't get as much noodles but it's enough to let you finish the meat. I was able to get the parking spot in front of the restrauant since no one was there yet. The service I received here was also good, I didn't have any issues.

A cold winter in LA craved for a hot and comfort bowl of Pho, and I savored every spoonful. Ordered Mi Dac Biet ( shrimp, imitation crab, slice pork and beef ball with egg noodles soup) and Pho Ga ( chicken rice noodles). Loved the food, but as time was near to closing, they were taking out trash and cleaning the kitchen, so it was loud.

Accidentally found this place on Google maps. I’ve tried this kind of food before and was ready to try it again. Place is old looking but its clean inside. M My bowl of beef and noodle was ready in like 2 minutes which is great Bowl is huge, but its only an illusion. I ate the whole bowl even tho I dont eat much. The taste is really good. Not something goodlike but solid. For $8.50 its a good deal. The only downside is the customer service - the guy was rushing, was not that friendly eventually, eventho he was polite. Overall its a good place and I will come back again

I always get the charbroiled pork with vermicelli noodles vegetables and pickled carrots and daikons. Great service. No tap to pay but you can directly zelle.

I have eaten here a few times but I haven't actually given a review. The location is big and clean. The service is fast here. They have quite a few people on staff so you shouldn't have any trouble getting someone to serve you. The food is prepared pretty fast here. If you ordered Pho, expect it to arrive at your table in less than 5 minutes. Other dishes, will taken a little longer to prepare. The taste of the food here is like any other Pho restaurants, nothing special or bad about it. The prices here are very affordable. It is average for Pho restaurants.

My Fiancé Loves This Place! There Pho Soup 🍲 is His Favorite. I myself tried it because He Orders it Once a Week lots of times and It's always Very Good. AND they're Service is fast, kind, and reliable. The Menu is Wonderful. Very Excited 😊 to try New Dishes. & they are Clean!

It was my first time trying Pho So 1 and I liked my experience. The place is pretty big and clean, it is split up into one big room and a smaller room off to the left side. They have a few TV's on the walls to keep you entertained while you eat. Service is okay, and you get your food pretty quickly after you order it. I ordered Pho and a side of Spring Rolls and they were both delicious, I would say they were on par with my other favorite Pho joints.

A local to the valley chain of pho and other Vietnamese food restaurant. We tried the #1 pho and was generally quite pleased with it. One small personal niggle is that the aromatics for the soup was quite heavy and the broth was a bit on the sweet side. But that’s a personal opinion. The restaurant itself is quite spacious and clean. The service was also impressively fast. Well worth a visit if you have a hankering for some Vietnamese food.

Pho So 1 To Go is the real deal when it comes to great Vietnamese food. We visited for a family dinner with two adults and one child, and it was just what we needed – fast, delicious, and filling. The pho is fantastic. The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right blend of spices. It tasted like it had been simmering for hours, and the noodles and meat were perfect. Our kid loved the broth and noodles, and it was mild enough for them to enjoy without any spice overload. Overall, this spot is great for a family night out or grabbing a tasty, easy meal to bring home. Pho So 1 To Go makes Vietnamese food easy, delicious, and super family-friendly.

I am from Norcal, so my expectation for Pho can sometimes be unreal. Pho real. Although this place had pretty decent food, I felt the portion can be bigger, and soup can be hotter. I liked how the place is spacious, but food came a bit slower on the slower side. Overall, it's just not a 4-star place for me... Will I come back again? Sure, if I am in the area...

The food is delicious, and I used to love going here since this location opened. The last several times I’ve gone though have been less than satisfactory. Missing food items, wrong orders... But it happens, right? Before and during the pandemic this happens. And I would check the food, but sometimes you can’t do that like when you’re using a delivery app. How is the carrier going to know to check it? But to tell your customers you’re open until 9:45pm [it’s online] just to close in their face at 9:01PM because “we decided to close at 9 ‘cause there was no traffic”? Really? You closed early... and stopped paying customers one minute after this early closure. If this is how you do business, I’ll take my money for my favorite food somewhere else. Hope no one else has experiences like this.

Probably never coming back here again! Please see the photos I posted for evidence. What happened to the quality of food at this place in the last month, from late August 2020 to mid-october 2020? If you asked me in August 2020, I would have given this place 4 stars, barely, for Lunch. But for some reason now, coming at Dinner time on October 2020, the quality of their food has gone downhill dramatically. First of all, they're sad excuse for a spring roll is basically 90% lettuce, with three SLICES of shrimp on top. They don't even give you full shrimp! They take the shrimp and cut it in half, so basically you're only getting one and a half shrimp per spring roll. Where's the carrots, where's the stuff that usually goes in a spring roll? Instead, you get a bunch of romaine lettuce green leafy parts at the very end, that nobody usually eats anyway. And don't even get me started on # 50, which is described as "stir-fried beef with lemongrass, rice vermicelli and vegetables." False advertising! Instead, I ordered number 50 from the menu, and got 80% sliced chicken, and 20% sliced beef. The vegetables were okay. The Taste was very sweet, like too sweet, but had NO lemongrass flavor whatsoever. I think that's misleading, and I'm not afraid to say so. Whoever is reading this from their ownership or management team should take note! I'm sorry, I'm going to have to take my business somewhere else for good.

Those things happen, so we order new drinks. When they bring our order, I notice they got our order wrong. I let the server know. Once they supposedly fixed our order, they proceed to give us the the most flavorless pho I’ve ever had. The broth tasted watered down. It made me wonder if it’s always like this, or if it was because I brought to their attention that our order was wrong. Lastly, I asked for two forks. The server brings me two wet forks that don’t appear clean. Honestly eating here was not a good experience. Service was terrible and the food was not good.

The menu states it has a "vegetarian" pho option but when you try to order it the only options are beef or chicken broth as soup base options. Possibly the vegetable vermicelli is vegetarian but it could also have fish products in it? It's a local's favorite pho place so if you're not vegetarian it may be great!

Very disappointing experience. We were refused service because we had our service dog with us, and the staff member just repeated that ‘dogs’ are not allowed, even after we explained it was a service animal. For obvious reasons I can’t speak to the quality of the food, though the place itself looked nice and I’d be curious to come back.
