This is my favorite Panda Express in the valley. It's really nice inside and the staff are really friendly. I really like the manager Ashley. There's always a line but she really keeps the line moving really quick.

I love Panda Express its usually busy but I don't mind their food is great their customer service is great usually I like to eat in the one that's right there on Van Owen past fall Brook which is less Crowded but if I don't one and drive that Far I go to the one in to panga and vanowen

The most effective fast food Chinese store, we wait for no more than 10 min in n out with a long line waiting, every employee is working hard and being attentive at the same time, love the food. Good job guys!!!

Went at almost closing time and instead of telling me there wasn't any more firecracker chicken, the lady asked how many servings and had it cooked fresh. They accomodated me and didn't waste food in the making. Clean restaurant and nice staff.

It says I went to panda 4 years ago and I just went there a few days ago. My father showed me something many years ago that if you flip over their receipt and you call in you will get a special number that she can write down and you can get you 3rd item for free I mean it's like 2 days of food for the price of one. I like panda there's even a drive-through up on Roscoe West of Van nuys boulevard on the North side and it saves the time of getting out and doing all that even though they have a very good size parking lot but I'm very often just wanting to drive-through and go home. Different locations have different food... Quality wise and cooking wise. If you go to one you don't care for go to another 1 and the drive-through 1 on Roscoe always has good food

It was and always is god8, but they put chow mein instead of rice which was clearly in receipt. I can say it rarely happens but I hate chow mein, my dog got that and he said it was good, that's why I still give it 5. If I want so busy, I would have taken it back

I usually frequent this place once a week for lunch. The lines arent terribly long and the food is well cooked as usual. Service is fine and provides for a quick checkout. This is a newer Panda Express since it opened a few months ago.

This Panda is the best of the ones I've been to as it sits directly across from Canoga Park High School and is nearly always busy - therefore the food is almost always fresh as it is turned over quickly. Staff here is friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean and well-lit.

I really love panda express. Their service here was superb. Covid precaution was excellent, keeping minimum guests in the store at all times, with mask and proper spacing. The staff were well equipped with mask and gloves to help keep the food clean. Service was really fast. The food, as expected, was delicious. They also have a table for pickup orders to help ease the flow of customers.

Clean and organized place with friendly staff 👌...(unlike the bad quality of the other location at 22910 Vanowen St, West Hills, CA 91307). I may update my review in the future base on changes.

Good friendly service and food was made fresh. Bathrooms were clean as well which is always a telltale sign of how an establishment is run.

I liked the food. Prices may be slashed somewhat, though. This will draw more. customers and benefit the business.

It's usually good quick service with good food. But unfortunately they forgot a side dish and sauce in my to-go order. I did go back and they of course said sorry and gave me my correct order.

Had 1/2 'n 1/2 Chow Mein/Fried Rice, Honey Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Beijing Beef, Chicken Egg Roll, Sweet 'n Sour Sauce, Hot Chinese Mustard and a lemonade. Everything was tasty, served hot and I enjoyed my meal. I used a receipt from a previous visit to complete an online survey and that gave me 1 free item on this visit.

Panda is as good as it gets for fast food Chinese. Hot entrees, many food choices, fast service. All around delicious. I'd like to see white meat choices.

Well run location. If you'll want spring rolls or egg rolls tell them before you order to make sure they have them or can make them so you can avoid waiting while the rest of you food gets cold.

Ordered a 2 item All chow mein. Sesame chicken and Beijing Beef. Was told 5 min for a the refill of what was out Beijing beef. Approx 15 min later it came. Waiting 15 min or mire to get 1 item is to long.

Upd. My second time was better. Beef + chow mein = god like The price is fair, service is fast. And you can find a table available even in rush hours My noodles were burn AF. I can barely eat it.Beef meet was amazing tho. Wanna give it a try next time but for now its 3 star

The staff was professional and nice. The food was good. It never tastes as good as it looks though to me.

The food was good, but there were 5 people working and still it took long time.

25 before closing time and all they're serving is really old food, trash being taken out and piling it up with the container in the lobby while patrons are still eating , really nasty move,I get that employees want to go home but that just looks so nasty, been coming here since they open and this tops all their past flaws......

You don't need a review to know what you get at a Panda Express. But, this one has plusses and minuses. Plus: It is open later than the mall location across the street, so you can pull in late night if you need. Minus: not as much traffic as the mall, so food doesn't feel as fresh. Not bad, per se, but busy locations are constantly restocking the trays with fresh cooked food.

It's another Chinese fast food place. As a franchise they're consistent and the food and choices are good, a cut above some, but I usually try to find independent family owned places.

The chow mein was too greasy and tasted so bland. Not like it used to have more flavor to it.. The orange chicken and walnut glazed shrimps are still okay-ish but I think they changed the amount of seasoning.. they just don't taste the same anymore

They get 3 stars because the parking lot is terrible. A homeless guy always hang outside the door which is sad. The food is pretty good no complaints I haven't gotten sick from it. The service is also excellent as they are nice employees. The best time to come is on Saturdays and Sundays at noon.

Food was good Emily was a kind server. The manager was awkward energy. She came up as Emily was helping me. At First she was looking at me weird. I felt uncomfortable af. But I was still kind so she had to be too. Man it was awkward. You never know what someone's day was like or if they had a bad moment before you walked in but that's what I felt like. So I sat down & waited for fresh food. I probably looked crazy because I went to a massage before getting this food and my hair was very frizzy. But who cares. I shouldn't feel like a behemoth. Place just felt a lil ghetto. It's Canoga park 🤷🏾‍♀️ imma stick to the lake Balboa and Encino panda.

Most of the workers don’t speak very good English which can make it difficult to ask about certain items. My main gripe is that the orange chicken is extremely spicy half the time and the other half it’s barely even a tingle. It’s so hot that even my hispanic mother can barely eat it.

Millenial working the cash register was touching the food and money with no gloves. She wasn't very polite either. Panda Express needs to train their staff better in customer service and food handing.

I ordered a bigger plate with super greens, sweetfire chicken, wok shrimp, and Shanghai Angus Steak. It's common to put the third entree on it's own separate box so tell me how you end up choosing the sauciest of all entrees to put in that little box (the Angus). The order came completely soaked might as well serve me everything in the bag. It should be standard practice to put the chicken entree or the dryest off all entrees in the spare box. 👎

Ordered on-line. When I went to pick up, they looked at the order on my phone and told me to get in line behind 18 people. When I insisted that the order was ready and I just wanted to pick it up, they insisted that they had no such.order. I left, checked my email and decided to go back and show them the confirmation. "Oh, here it is, it just came up..." Apparently, unless the food is sitting on the counter, the "front" has no record of on-line orders!

Why they always run out of boxes and will give u some container which holds less quantity for what you are paying for. No complaints about food taste but this out of boxes is very frequent at this place..

I was so appalled that they let some obviously young , able bodied man in the dining room in his pajamas, yes, full on blue plaid pajamas with rubber shower sandals on.... disgusting....his female companion looked embarrassed and a young boy with them, maybe 7 or 8 dressed in pajamas too... The last hour an a half they had only few selection and they were telling us whatever we have is what we got, yet they start packing the last few items they have and none basically was left to sell. I was horribly under served at this establishment. The manager "Ashley" served my chicken as if she was counting the pieces! I asked for two sides and it looked as if I ordered one side. Next time I'll just ask for one side because now I know I'll just get the same amount of under served food.

Complete incompetence. This is how it went. We had 4 orders after they got half of our orders the employees switched shift and the new person named Johanna was gonna take rest of our order. She simply put away our four orders and made us wait more than 25 mins so they can make more orange chicken for us. After 25 mins when orange chicken came in. She started to give the orange chicken to people who came after me. I said I want orange chicken and been waiting for ever. And asked for manager. She said she is the manager. She simply ignored us and gave all the orange chicken away to people after us. And told us mockingly" oh we ran out of orange chicken and smiled" We left after 35 mins of waiting for an incompetent manager. Thank you Panda Express. Great business practice!

DO NOT OREDER FROM HERE! I waited over an hour for delivery, I was brought a pick up order from 45 minutes before delivery. They didn't even switch the receipt. Food was cold, ice in the drink I didn't order was melted. No answer to a phone call. Never again.

Worst panda ever, horrible customer service. Call the store to let them know that I was charged for orange chicken but didn't receive it in my plate. The manager immediately hung up the phone called back, and no exaggeration, 8 times and no one picked up after my first call. I either want my money back or my food it's not too complicated. Someone needs to pay me back or something.

Every time I come to this place, I get a little bit less of food 😏 and if you ask them to add a bit more they act like if you are taking from their salary or like they own the place and give you rude faces. And not enough with giving you a tiny bit of your desired sides they charge you $1.25 extra for 2 shrimps and 2 pieces of meet literally for the “special” sides. Too pricey for the amount of food they serve. Yeap! is official, not coming here at all.

I came to have some panda and asked for chow Mein, orange chicken and broccoli beef. They hardly gave me any chicken and they were out off the beef. I ordered 2 three entree meals and waited 10 minutes for teriyaki chicken. As long as I waited they still got my order wrong. I wanted to drive back but I need to pick up my son. Next time someone spends $40 for dinner, at least get the order correct.

I’ve never been one to take time and review something but my gosh this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Panda Express. I get it you don’t expect gourmet food but you should expect some level of consistency between each Panda Express. This place had me questioning if I lost my sense of taste but no it was just the food. I don’t know what went wrong from the time they’ve pulled the food out of the freezer and heated it but something must have catastrophically gone wrong. I know pray to the lord I make it through the night without soiling myself.

I usually order a family meal every 2 weeks or so and I always need to wait for a menu item to be cooked at this specific location. Never had an issue waiting for my food to be freshly cooked! Visited this location on 02/16/22 at 9.20 pm. The girl behind the counter rudely said “You must choose from what’s left here in the trays. We need to sell it before closing” What an ultimatum when you don’t have the items that I want! 40 minutes before closing! There were literally few pieces of honey sesame chicken, a tray of old and very dry looking teriyaki chicken, a little orange chicken, little chow mein. I nicely said that I am ordering a family meal, I don’t see what I like and the poor assortment can’t even fill up my family boxes. The girl behind the counter continued with her rude attitude saying “Then you gotta wait 10 min”. I didn’t mind. Told her what my 3 sides were and moved to the side patiently waiting for my food to be prepared. After 10 min or so this same girl filled my boxes and pushed them to the side. Didn’t bother bagging them and giving them to me (they were already paid). Instead, she took another customer that came way after me, help him with his food choice and checked him out, while I was patiently waiting for my food to be bagged. Finally she decided that she has time now to give me my food! Didn’t ask if I needed plates or any extra sauce! When I politely asked for plates, she gave me an attitude again like I am doing something wrong! When I came home and finally decided to enjoy my food the family boxes were not filled up like they normally do! This was the last drop! My husband and I called the manager the following day. We explained what I went through and what we got in the end - some half way filled food that I needed to beg to be cooked! The manager promised to review the cameras and asked for us to bring the receipt next time we visit the location. The visit was today and I had a horrible experience again! I was yelled by the same manager who was not on site, but they called him! He is the GM of this location and the one in the mall. I was accused of lying that my boxes were not filled enough and that my problem was quoting “Madam, you didn’t want to wait, this was your problem”. No Mr. General Manager, my problem was not the wait time! My problem was and is the fact that you have rude employees that want to argue with you about doing their job! Cooking a meal that I am paying for, and FYI there were so many people coming after me pass 9.30 pm that for sure your food was not going to go to waste! The GM was willing to give me 2 plates at no charge. When I told him that I don’t order plates and the issue was with a family meal, he continued arguing with me. I don’t want your free plates mister, I can afford paying for my food! If you are willing to adjust the price on my order as a courtesy, please don’t argue with me and don’t make me get something that I don’t usually order! Plain and simple! I want to spend my money without poor customer service and begging for food to be cooked! Two plates as a courtesy against a family meal - should be an easy math, add and subtract! It is not a rocket science how to calculate the adjusted price! Instead of giving me the Family meal price adjusted down with the price of two plates, in the end I was charged the price of two plates for a family meal! I have no words! Wasted my time and was called a liar! Thanks much!

For a single pick up order, they forced metme come two times. Bill and order is matching but some items are missing in the package. I tried to call their number, but no one picked it. Finally I returned again to change it. I drove 10 miles up and down for two times. At the end they are not ready to apologize also. So beware. If you are doing any pick up from this shop, please make sure that you got everything before leaving there. They are not caring about customers.

The vegetables I received were either overcooked or just nasty. The chicken I got had some bones still in it. They say fresh cut vegetables everyday, but I saw a guy thawing sliced carrots. Overall 75% of my food was pretty good. For 8 bucks a meal, I say not worth. Take your money elsewhere.

Their is a laidy named marseilla that treated me really terribly and I was just trying to pay for extra beef and she said she couldn’t do that even though I know it’s possible because I eat at other panda expresses at least once a week, I also asked for mostly chow mein and a little white rice and she said extremely we can only do 50/50 or one or the other. She was so rude that even the cooks gave her the stink eye I lipped the words sorry to me and shrugged. Marsilla is a very mean worker and should be fired immediately for treating customers worse than poorly I would say terribly 1 star. Period

They never hook it up on deliveries. You’ll pay double the price for it and this Panda Express will give you the bare minimum. I don’t get this personally. When I worked fast food I would always hook it up because one, the corporation doesn’t care about the employees, just do a good dead and treat costumers right 😂😂 every restaurant I’ve worked in has always made a point of hooking up take out, a practice that is usually implemented by good managers, so reviews such mine don’t happen. Or any bad reviews at all.

They never hook it up on deliveries. You’ll pay double the price for it and this Panda Express will give you the bare minimum. I don’t get this personally. When I worked fast food I would always hook it up because one, the corporation doesn’t care about the employees, just do a good dead and treat costumers right 😂😂 every restaurant I’ve worked in has always made a point of hooking up take out, a practice that is usually implemented by good managers, so reviews such mine don’t happen. Or any bad reviews at all.

Save your money and go elsewhere support local businesses. Panda express is overpriced and quality of food has gone super downhill. Used to be good when I was in high school. Inside is always messy. Ive seen rats before. The last couple times i ordered here was delivery. Bland food. One time hair in food. Manager tells me he double checks all the food so he knows i am lying. Way to treat a customer. Now you order orange chicken you get 5 pieces if you are lucky. Every time I get beef and broccoli I receive about 2 to 3 pieces of beef and like 8 pieces of broccoli. Go elsewhere. Royal dragon is very good if you want Chinese fast food and is just down the street
