This was my first time to this Subway. I've been to bad ones before where I've gotten sick so I stopped eating it for awhile but I had a random craving for Subway today. I came in around 11:30 am. There was one man ahead of me. The clerk finished with him much faster than I expected. I noticed the store was very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. I happened for some reason to look at their prepping boards and they were pure white which actually calmed my fear about getting sick. I ordered a philly cheesesteak with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, pickles, black olives and jalapeno (like I said random craving) He made a joke when he rung up my order and said $125.40 instead of $12.54 I laughed and asked him his name. He told me his name is Rocky. He printed my receipt and said if I do the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie. I went on the website right then and there and answered the questions. Rocky even helped me and I got a free cookie. Rocky had great customer service. He made me feel welcomed. Oh and the sanidwich? was awesome! Perfect amount of toppings to complement the steak. I recommend it. Thanks Rocky! Would definitely come back.
Friendly staff with a sense of humor. Fresh ingredients always. Not bashful when it comes to building a decent sized sub. Always clean and usually a place to sit even when it's busy. Drink machines are stocked and syrups flowing. Always has the tea machines full and working. One of the best stores around. Stick to the subway program and will cater to regular customers.
I went to this subway today @10am the guy working made an EXCELLENT sub and got to use my $6.99 coupon ! Very clean and excellent service .

Was told to take a seat when there was a couple and one person infront of me. Ordered a 6inch meatball sub, asked for 50% more meat. ($1 up charge on the app.) didn’t realize until i got home but was charged for a footlong. Check your receipt.

Picked up three subs from here tonight And they were just awful. All three of them were on stale bread for I found mold on the bottom of them. Nothing like a side of mold with a sandwich. When I called the store and asked nicely for a credit plus told the girl at the store what was wrong she hung up. Awesome customer service right there. the coming here again period

Just got a footling turkey , half plain mayo only and other half with lettuce tomatoes onions, they have to better with the amount of turkey slics , not sure if it's from corporate or this store specifically but it wasn't even enough for a 6 inch let along a foot long. I understand food cost is high but you will lose customers if you run your business like this. Not to mention the turkey slices are smaller and thinner . I won't be going back again.

One of the workers was making me feel very rushed. When she asked me what kind of bread I wanted I asked her what the bread they had and she went on to the next person she was very impatient and was not very friendly

very rude service! when i walked the man was not in the front, he was also on the phone the whole time. the man which is probably the owner charged me and my bf $10 for bacon. he also proceded to charge me $4 for “extra chicken” that he didn’t ask if i wanted. he also said the price was $50 and some cents after we asked why it was $50 he proceeded to say he’ll give us a discount of $2 but said the price was $47.At the end the total price was $44.95.. i love subway but i will not be going back to this location. why is the total over $30 for 2 meal is beyond me and this man should not be running a business! he also kept asking multiple times to get extra stuff.. even after saying light lettuce he proceeded to over flow my sandwhich.
Last night i ordered the outlaw sandwich on the app, when i went to pick it up the man working was very rude and unfriendly, nasty actually like he was mad we were there but worse then that i went home looking forward to my sandwich and it was dry cold and had hardly no meat, i wont be goibg back to this location! Warning Neighbors Don’t Go There 3.9 score is too high if you ask me
The cashier on shift at 2:59pm on the 2/7/26 said her boss mike said i can't use my online rewards and points because its against her and Mike's policy. All available discount according to subway customer service
I placed an online order for a few sandwiches, chips, and drinks, applying a coupon along with rewards dollars I had legitimately earned through their loyalty program. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee decided to call me out in front of other customers, pointing to my receipt and making a snide comment about using "too many discounts" and that "not everything is free." This was incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing. I used promotions that Subway themselves offered - a coupon they distributed and rewards I earned by being a loyal customer. There's absolutely no reason to shame a customer for using the discounts the company provides. If there was an issue with how the discounts were applied in the system, that's not my fault and certainly shouldn't have been handled by publicly humiliating me. To make matters worse, the sandwiches were poorly made and tasted awful. Between the terrible customer service and subpar food quality, I won't be returning to this location. I'd recommend finding a different Subway where they actually appreciate their customers rather than belittle them for participating in their own promotional programs.
I go in and purchase the 6.99 meal of the day get charged for the soda and the cookies on top of the sandwich and when i say i ordered the meal of the day the guy behind the counter argues yea thats what he did. How does a 6.99 meal of the day turn into $13
They over charge and I have gone to multiple subways and ordered the same thing and it’s a huge difference. They are rude to customers and put almost no meat on the sandwiches. Home town heroes down the block is a much better option.
As a former Subway franchisee i am very upset with Subway and especially the West Islip store. He does not want to honor the coupon as set forth if a coupon does not exclude a particular sandwich he tells you certain sandwiches are too expensive this is not protocol they also no longer taking the complaint and headquarters they want the owner to handle it but yet the owner does not handle it This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS Subway in general is falling short thats y we got out They still use same sandwich formulas but they are now slicing their own meat and now they are paper thin and now they also block the meat and cheese section with a blockcade so u cant watch what they r doing This was y people went to subway for that experience
We went tinto this location to use our $10 coupin for footlong, chips and drink. After order was made we attempted to pay with our coupon but the man said it was no good for the chicken teriyaki footlong so we had to pay $14.11 just for the sandwich. I have used this coupon many many many times at your Bayshore location and have never had an issue. The couponn states does not include big hot pastrami or garlic roast beef. I had another coupon for a $7.99 which I did not have wirh me. I want to be reinbursed the difference of $5.43. We will never visit this location again and will leave a lenghty bad review telling customers this location does not honor your coupons.
