I love this Taco Bell, as well as the employees! I go out of my way to come to this location!! ( the one on Hwy 59 is awful). Don’t know why anyone would say they had a bad experience here. I eat here weekly, food is always fresh, delicious and my order is accurate 100% of the time. The employees are so wonderful, my family and I always look forward to seeing them. Humberto and Estella go out of their way to be friendly, courteous and professional. Anyone who thinks otherwise is probably reflecting their own misery. Honestly, I see people walk around being rude to others and then get angry over nothing. Don’t believe the negative reviews. I eat here couple of times a week, and truly enjoy the food and the friendly employees. :-) Thanks for doing a great job!!

I don’t know why these reviews are so low. The quality of how they made my food can be compared to that of local Mexican restaurants in the area. I got a quesadilla and they actually grilled it with perfection. The food tasted like it was made with love instead of average typical Taco Bell food. It didn’t even feel like I was eating at a Taco Bell, it was just a chef’s kiss.

Dude, it's Taco Bell in a mall. How can you even rate it; *why* would you even rate it?? The cashier was polite and friendly, my order came within a minute, and my Shredded Chicken Quesarito was baller. 5 stars all the way!

Ordered door dash I got all my food and sauces. My dorito locos taco was so full of topping and still crunchy not soggy at all like other taco bells. Crunchwrap Supreme® Combo add jalapeñosauce was so delicious. Thank you.

Got our order pretty quick. Tried the Doritos locos tacos with strawberry agua frescas, it was all good.

I don’t think that TB try to be better than OK. And for being OK they are very good (On most locations) and this is one of the most. Good tacos. Had the ground beef tacos on hard shell. Not a bad deal at all.

This taco bell is as bad as the one in Nanuet! Do they have same owners 😒 Please i will not go again, dirty and they do not get order right. Go to Montvale if you want best taco bell is right!

Worst taco Bell ever. You do not get free refills on drinks.a nd happy hour drinks are NOT 1$ they are 2.19.

This Taco Bell is the only remaining location in the entire metropolitan New York & surrounding Hudson Valley-adjacent region that has relatively lower prices on their sides. Unfortunately it is also the only location that closes disproportionately earlier than any other Taco Bell location, and even closing earlier than any other business in the food court. Kinda unfair to anyone who can't get here early enough to make it, don't you think?

The coke machine hasn't worked in days and the people here are rude and disrespectful. And I've watched them wipe their nose with the back of their hand while making people's food.

Up until now I’ve only had good experiences at this Taco Bell. However today I went there and ordered 3 spicy potato soft tacos. I said THREE TIMES to the cashier I didn’t want ANY lettuce in my tacos. THREE TIMES I said this and the moron working couldn’t comprehend that I said NO LETTUCE! How hard is that? I was disgusted to find that my tacos all had a MOUNTAIN of lettuce! Exactly what I didn’t ask for. Everything else was fine but this was my birthday dinner and it was ruined because of the lettuce. This Taco Bell needs to hire people that are competent and can handle listening to customers and accommodate special requests properly. Terrible experience! You’re better off going to the Taco Bell in montvale! It’s worth the trip because they aren’t stupid and get orders right no matter what.

The man at the counter didn’t even listen to us or our order, he just kept saying one thing - we are closing - and he was still open when we finished our meal at the subway next door. About 20-30 mins later. Why would u send away a paying customer ? Discrimination? Because I looked a certain way ? Or because you are just paid a certain salary and have no interest in doing what u r paid to do in the first place ? Owners - beware of such employees. Good luck.
