Everyone provides great customer service. Especially SAID is an amazing host and a happy go lucky man who always makes you feel welcomed which makes you wanna go there again and again. The pizza is very good for the price. My favorite is garlic bread . I can eat it all day every day. They also customize toppings for you to keep the customers happy :) I love the energy and the vibe of this place.
The food is absolutely amazing and worth every cent

Good pizza, somewhat expensive but you're getting what you paid for.
Nice italian food chain offering , pizza to pasta. Very tasty , not a fast food restaurant. Heros to salads and desserts. All foods prepared fresh, staff very friendly. Sbarro has been around for well over 30 years, family owned and now a franchise. Its a great stop for a nice Italian dish , or slice of pizza

Food was good here but the older gentleman is a little rude. They wouldnt give us tap water when i asked which is ok with me but instead of saying we dont serve it for free etc. he just pointed to the water they sold in bottles. I had a chocolate milk as well which was also 2 dollars and a rip off for the 8oz size.

I wanted a whole pie and they just heated a pizza and gave me. The pizza tastes like it's made yesterday and most probably it is from a day ago.
Told there’s a company policy. Can’t give paying customers water in a cup for free
Two days before Christmas, came here with my fiance for some pizza. The displays look like they were hurting. Clearly not fresh. But we wanted pizza quick so we tried She ordered a pepperoni roll. We found hair in it. After asking for a refund an employee insisted on replacing the roll. After asking for a refund again, he took the replacement, threw it back on display for resale after reheating it, and blasted us for making him waste two rolls. After being refunded cash cause it couldnt go back on the card, we left extremely frustrated. On the way home we realized the cashier who didnt care about anyone unless she knew their name, had not returned the credit card to us. Granted, that is our fault for not noticing and leaving upset, but good customer service is making sure the people paying for your service are leaving happy even when things go wrong. There are plenty of other options in the Pallisade Mall for food with quality product and friendlier service so do as we will and skip this place. There's also a Target on the 4th floor for anyone who wants pizza, I think Ellio's is on sale. Also wrote a letter to their customer service website with contact info so I am very curious how they handle this. Will update once it happens. **Update: Contacted customer service on 12/23/2019. Have not heard any response other than the generic one posted on this review.
Wouldn't give me a tray so made it a pain carrying everything to a table. Also pizza wasn't hot. Very expensive
Said is the person to avoid. Rude
The food is always decent at best and when you ask for honey after you've already swiped your card and the guy puts a big nasty face on and says next time it's 25 cents it kind of ruins the entire experience not that I was expecting much any of anything anyways
This is my first review ever. Food was TRASH. I think I got food poisoning from it cuz my stomach been killing me ever since I ate their pizza and garlic bread. Don’t go in 30 to an hour before they close , they gon serve you pizza that been sitting there all day fr.
Visited the spot on a Sunday afternoon to grab a quick meal. Saw that the pizza wasn’t looking too fresh, but since I was rushing I didn’t think twice about it. Once I took a bit of the pizza and spaghetti, it was so nasty. I ended up getting food poisoning from this place and am still recovering from it.
Way too expensive charging me $3.50 more an extra meatball crazy prices in the mall food court unbelievable
