Have been here a number of times, pizza is amazing garlic knots are perfect. Also the cheese cake they have is always delicious. The Owners are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. Needless to say if you haven't tried this delicious pizza haven yet, I wouldn't keep waiting and go grab a pie for yourselves.

Chicken bacon ranch pie was great. Garlic knots were 10/10. Workers were very friendly and pizza place had a cool ambience to it. Only negative we had was pizza was heavy on the oil but taste more than made up for it.

Nice Italian food in Oneonta. I had a sausage, pepper and onion roll with marinara sauce. Loved the marinara and the combination roll. Seating is closed temporarily for COVID-19 but takeout/pickup is available.

Property is plain Jane. Good for casual dining in or to go. Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Review is for slices of pizza. Slices are regular sized and with a topping are a bit pricey. That said, pizza is fantastic. Dough is among the best we've had. Buffalo chicken slices are perfect. Going back.

Pretty good, but we were given the expectation that it was phenomenal. Pretty standard NY pizza and wings, yet more expensive than most and they are CASH ONLY.

Owners are impossible. I called to order an antipasto salad. I asked for no seafood or fish on the salad. I was told they offer no seafood in the restaurant at all. Then I stated that they offer calamari and that this was seafood. I was told "no it's octopus". I giggled and left it at that thinking the gentleman was just busy , rushed or ignorant. The salad was good. Just iceberg , but. I had a regional director up from the city, we decided to to go to w.23. We called before we went to inquire if they made cappuccino and or fresh brewed coffee. They said yes. My director only has regular milk with his coffee. Just to be sure, I ask do they have whole milk? Explaining that my "friend" only likes milk in his coffee. I was abruptly put on hold as if my questions were bothersome. Penny the "manager" picked up and said "what's the problem- how can I help you?".I said " there is no problem just wanted to know if you serve regular milk with coffee?" Penny said "yes" and said "okay ?!" So we went to the restaurant anyways as we wanted to see. We ordered two coffee, milk and asked for menus. We were told they don't have coffee, they do, but it's not "cost effective to make a whole pot for just two cups". My friend offered to buy the entire pot of 12 cups. To which they agreed to. We were advised we would have to wait for fresh. Our two cups came out immediately and was extremely hot as if microwaved and tasted old. We giggled at it, as we come to accept upstate quality is much different from NYC. But we only got two boiling hot cups, no silverware, no sugar, no napkins or guess what...no....milk. We asked for some milk and were given coffees mate. But not sugar , napkins or a spoon. I borrowed the waiters pen ,I stirred my coffee with his pen and handed his pen back wet. He never got the hint. We threw cash down and ran out laughing. Two years later it was decided that the "bring a child to work event"The employees wanted pizza , Italian food and salads. My financial team choose 23 pizza. As we are a supplier to restaurants, a distributer of kitchen supplies and to west 23 and wanted to help out due to the pandemic. I was against the choice but was hopeful. We placed a small order. One of dishes of pasta had a metal shaving in it from one of the scouring pads which we distribute to them. When our financial team called to tell Penny she denied using scouring pads. At all! Which is a lie. Penny didn't realize who she was talking to. Metal shavings are dangerous and Penny and and her husband became belligerent. They denied everything took no responsibility and lied. Be warned about this place. They are ignorant liars. Their response will definitely rebuke and claim we are liars. Be warned.

I am late writing this review, but a couple of months ago my family ordered the grandma pie from here and we all got extremely sick from it, my 6 year old niece and my 80 year old grandma included...even our dog ended up throwing up and having diarrhea. I have never gotten so sick from food before, it was a total nightmare. To make things worse when I called and spoke to the manager/owner, he did not believe me-told me he would call me back in 30 minutes and I never heard from him again. I have ordered from here many times before and always enjoyed it, but after this I will never order from here again.

Owner is very rude to his staff and customers. Not to mention the prices are outlandish, especially for locals who are over half your business the rest of the year you’re not catering to baseball people. Spent well over $80 on pizzas, wings and fried ravioli, to never receive $14 fried ravioli and when I called it in they called me a liar and accused me of trying to scam them out of money. Go to Nina’s on Main Street Oneonta. They are much nicer, cheaper, and their food is much more delicious. 23 thinks he makes Michelin star food when it’s the same taste as generic Pizza Hut or dominos.

Very disappointed, first time going their and will be last time. The pizza was so greasy and the dressing for the salad had to much vinegar in it. Good thing I had a towel on the seat in my car or it would have been stained. 😐 They have to update their website as we looked on there to see what they had and when we came to the place, the prices were 8 dollars more than what they had put down. Maybe lower your prices down as us local people aren't rich dreams park city people. It's says #5 pizzeria in Upstate New York on their website but that was from 2018 and boy have times have changed since they got that reward as you can see. 🤦‍♂️
