- Staff is friendly and accomodating. - Protein scoops are a little smaller than I'm used to but you will NOT leave hungry. Food was delicious

For a fresh healthy lunch, at a reasonable price, this is the place to try! The toppings are always fresh and you get to customize your bowl however you want! They really pack on the toppings so take it slow at first so you don't make a mess. The line moves quickly, but seating is limited. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

My absolute favorite poke place in the greater- Sacramento area, and I've been to a lot of poke places in the area. The quality and freshness of the food is always exceptional, great sauce options. Staff are well-trained and generous. Value you get is excellent when you take into account the amount of food you receive for the price. Only slight downside is that they no longer have sliced avocado, the have as mashed avocado option which includes other ingredients, making it into more of a guacamole. The avocado mash does taste good, I'd just prefer pure and simple avocado slices.

I’ve had a ton of poke in my day and this place is legit! Definitely worth the money for quality. So many sauce choices and toppings that not usual places have. They even mix the proteins in with the sauce in front of you. 100 percent will come back.

We love this place. It is a good concept well executed. The ingredients have always been fresh and high quality. And it is very easy to eat healthy here. So, fast, healthy, and tasty. We have also had good service at this restaurant.

I took it to go and sat outside on a nice strip of grass. Was really good. Need to buy these more often.

Great place, the food was fresh and the staff was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised; you won't leave hungry even with the small bowl. Thought it was a good value for the price, and will return to enjoy again.

I ordered pokerito with tempura shrimp and it was delicious!

This place is brand new so I had to try it since I’m always in the area. I was quite impressed, especially for the price ($12 for 5 scoops of protein). Avocado and imitation crab were free for the first scoop, and $1 extra for additional scoops. The staff were friendly. Will definitely be back to try it out more! Good addition to West Sac.

Just made a stop here as usual and had 1 medium bowl and 2 large bowls, the owner greeted us as we walked in while helping a customer, he was very professional and treated us very well. I won’t go to any other Poki bowl place and I come all the way from Elk Grove just for the best service and best poki bowl. I recommend the place all the time, I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and have always been pleased.

They have good and fresh food but what's wrong with people who did the logo 😂 it's horrible, sorry guys. You need to change it asap.

Very surprised from there ramen, decent noodles,a good pork broth with a lot of extras in it (corn, green onions, tofu, fishcakes, chashu pork.)

Although the name is very generic this place is actually pretty good! I read someone mentioned the staff lack of knowledge on ingredients and imitation krab, this was certainly not the case today. The sign clearly says imitation krab, and the staff knew the ingredients and were incredibly helpful and patient. The place was very clean and from what I observed the staff were actively keeping it that way. I will be going back.

Price and food were pretty good and staff was super helpful. They had washed the floors and dried the inside but left a mess right outside the main door. So customers were slipping all over. Also, they need to get high chairs.

The food and customer service were great. I ordered the Sashimi burrito, it was so good, but I would never order it again. The bowl satisfied me the same, but was a couple of dollars cheaper and you can also add more toppings. The only downside was that the tables were dirty and there was only one customer when I walked in. I ended up cleaning my own table. Overall, I would go again.

Always tasty. I take it to go, but the restaurant is pleasant inside. It's a little pricey, but decent portions. The employees are usually nice.

Ono has the best teriyaki! Chicken & fish is moist & cooked to perfection. And they make the BEST mac salad! The interior is cold and the service is not much to have about. But they do get my order right.

No poke place is created equal.. This place makes good sauce. They only have toppings that combine well, so you can mix and match pretty much however. Not 5 stars because the price is as much as other poke places that offer bigger bowls and more toppings.

First off, they have the imitation crab listed as "crab meat." When I asked if it was "actual" crab meat, I was told it wasn't (if it's imitation crab meat, you need to label it as such!) When I asked what type of meat it was, I was told "imitation crab." I laughed and said that I understood it wasn't real crab, but wanted to know what type of fish it was. Of course, not one of the employees could answer that question. So, I guess I wasn't surprised when none of them could tell me if the salmon, tuna or yellowtail was farm raised or wild caught. Overall, it made me question if the salmon was actually salmon, the tuna actually tuna, etc. This place is nothing more than the Subway Sandwiches of seafood. It's simply a fast food joint dressed up to be a healthier alternative to McDonald's. It is a great concept, but unfortunately executed with very cheap and low-quality ingredients. Giving two stars because although the staff was clueless about the food, they were nice, the place was clean, and the food wasn't horrible. And yes, it's probably a healthier alternative to McDonald's.

The staff didn’t understand anything and I asked them to mix the wasabi with the soy sauce and they didn’t even mix throughly.

I am so sorry but this is the most pathetic "ramen" I have ever had... it's a disgrace and a total ripoff.

When I first started going here I thought it was a great value! They always gave some extra scoops and I would leave with my bowl over flowing. Now my bowl is hardly halfway full and they fill the space with cucumbers. Disappointed. Edit to add: they increased their priced and made their portions smaller! They added extra cost to many of their toppings. Even the staff is complaining. Honestly this place was great until recently. Management needs a change.
