I like my burger plain,no cheese or other distractions. About a third of the time they screw it up so I'm always plesently surprised when it comes the way I ordered it. Wendy's is about the best at getting it right.

Our family loves the 4 for fours. Taking a family out to eat with 5 children can be expensive but this is our best deal and we LOVE it, the food is always fresh hot and delicious and the 50 cent frostees are an added bonus.

I can here at 6:50 p.m. on April 13th and the woman that was taking orders through drive-thru was extremely polite and sweet. You don't get that a lot of other places. The food was hot and fresh and the Spanish lady at the window was extremely nice as well and the gentleman that was behind. Best Wendy's I've ever been to!!! Thank you guys!!! Keep it up!! I'm not sure what their names were but they deserve a raise Lol!!

The service and food are always great. I take my young sons there and the staff is always engaging. One of the employees, Pedro, makes the experience even better. He's patient, very interested in his customers, and always has a smile on his face. He's the kind of person that would brighten anyone's day. Keep up the good work!!!!

9:10am on a Tuesday, I'm exhausted , been up since 6. Have am 8 hour to work starting at 10. BUT LET ME TELL YOU....my receipt says her name is Sahara but I'm not positive. I pulled up through the drive through and this women was such a sweetheart, good small talk as a waited for my food, super kind even though I was clearly miserable and tired. I cannot believe how nice she was for how early in the morning it was. This women is a Saint and I hope to have her service again. Made getting fast food more pleasant.

Good food and fast service. Great $5 baggie meal. Perfect size. Still good but to bad all the construction workers building Burger King next door had their cars where in Wendy's parking lot along with mud and rocks.

Amazing! Best Wendy's in town! Can't find a bad thing to say. Never have they ever gotten one of my orders wrong. Amazing customer service. I remember an associate here griping at me about ordering a soda for breakfast and I love them for it! I could tell you stories about this place!

I come here somewhat regularly for lunch (probably about a dozen times in the last few months), and I have only ever received slow service once, on a busy lunchtime weekday which is understandable. Every other time, my food has been prepared impressively fast, and my food is always very hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and works hard to get orders out efficiently.

This is my favorite Wendy’s to go to in the area but only before 5pm. The lady that always takes my order is kind, always gets my order right. My food is always prepared right, and it’s always hot and fresh. However if I pull up and she’s not there I straight up leave. I have had bad experiences with this Wendy’s in the past but it seems like when she takes my order everything turns out perfect.

Service is excellent, food was delicious, my cashier Amariya was very pleasant! I love hot fresh fries and both Dave's singles were made to perfection. We also got a baked potato with cheese and a side of cheese. It seemed as if there was a great team atmosphere between the crew. This is definitely my favorite location, I have never had a problem with food or any unpleasant staff.

I can legitimately say that I have had a consistent good experience. Well about any other fast food restaurant that I've ever visited. I am referring specifically to this location. I am always greeted warmly. Asked how I'm doing. The food is always correct and good. Great staff!

Good food on today's visit. Drive thru line was long so I ordered in the restaurant. Restroom definitely needed attention but they were very busy.

Freshly remodeled inside and out (June 2017). Modern, well lit interior with lots of indoor seating. Big, bright windows and new landscaping. Efficient crew. Orders were exactly done with hot food made to order. If Wendy's works for your burger fix, this is a pretty fine example.

Fastest fast food restaurant ever. I was never a huge fan of Wendys food but I have to say this particular location is the best run fast food restaurant I've ever been in. I thought maybe all Wendy's were like that but I've been to others and they were slow. This one is super fast and your order is always right. Plus they play good music in the dining room.

The fries were PERFECT. The girl on the drive thru sounded very sad at first, but when I drove up she was very polite and even smiled. I've been here a few times and they're friendly and get the order right, so that's half the battle with fast food.

The new breakfast offerings are flippin amazing! I'm very disappointed with the fact that they are having issues with the beef, but I have to admit that I admire them for sticking to quality over quantity and such. The service was very fast and friendly, so overall, it was a great experience.

Food came out at a very reasonable time from placing order. The issue I had was with placing the order, somehow I feel like the problem when placing order. I understand things happen and I don't know who/what they're dealing with while I place my order so I try to give the benefit of doubt but 2 days in a row? Food was good though.

Anytime I go to this location, it's always around 9ish PM. There is always a crazy drive thru line. Employees are not friendly. Often my order is wrong when I pick it up or everything is not freshly made. Just upsetting because I like Wendy's a lot.

The food was good, but they messed up mine and my dad's order. I asked for no mayo, and lettuce, and my dad asked for lettuce, tomato and onion, but both orders had no vegetables on it. Otherwise, quick service and good food.

Drove my mom to get the "Biggie Bag." They were pretty busy. Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru only to get cold chicken things, wrong sauce, a dried out burger with one piece of old bacon, cheese half on burger and one little ring of onion. It was a disaster. Pop was even right. It was an all around bad experience. Enough to not make us return. 3 stars due to location and convience from house. Should probably be 2 stars, but I'm feeling generous.

This is normally very good , however when I was there I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Sandwich with baked potato, and medium drink, large chilli with baked potato and medium coffee! Everything was fine! I didn't look at the receipt until I got home, then I found they had also charged me for a medium fries! ( We didn't get fries!!!!!) They normally ask what kind of potato I want but she didn't!! I called they told me to bring in the receipt and they refunded me the money for the fries! I think the they need to make sure they ask the customer what they prefer!

We decided to walk into west Seneca NY Wendy's hearing yelling from an employee the other employees did a great job doing their jobs. While a accident was going on. I thank the cashier for taking my order and other employees keep working hard getting orders done at drive thru and at front lobby

Decent for fast food, good price but nuggets and burger was cold, so quality was not great. The fries were hot so that’s good. Got through the drive thru line very fast so that’s a huge plus. Wendy’s has a very diverse menu. Unlike McDonald’s.

They always mess up my order and never get the triple burger they put a double in there for the second time now, and the garlic fries weren't worth the price they charge. Soggy and small portion for costing over $4.

I bought the $1.50ish priced spicy chicken sandwich and a $3.99 bacon double stack. The chicken was good but the bacon double stack had no bacon and the whole burger itself was tiny! Nearly half the size of the chicken sandwich, if I had bought 2 chicken sandwiches and stacked them I would have had a lot more food for way less then what I paid for the bacon(less) double stack. I would have taken pictures but was in a hurry and in the go. Think I'll make that order again just to show what I mean.

01/23/24 The guy at the window greeted me with his backside pressed against drive thru window. He didn't turn around right away and I waited for his attention. He forgot what drink I ordered and asked me "what drink?" Then when he handed it to me, he said nothing, just stuck it out the window. He was much more interested in his conversation with other workers. Won't go back...

Food was cold and tasted stale. Ketchup was awful. Drink machine wasn't responding to touch. Tables were dirty. They raised prices and it seems like they shrunk the portion sizes as well. Definitely not coming back.

This place is typically busy, i usually wait about 2 minutes for my food which is about average for fast food businesses. The food is not always hot so just as them for a new batch to be made. The interior cleanliness is not good at all! Almost all of the tables are sticky, and absolutely disgusting the exterior is disgusting as well because of the paper cups and bags of take home food that they never clean up!

I placed a carryout (not drivethru) order via the mobile app. I went to walk into the restaurant at 5pm and all the doors were locked. The drivethru line was extremely long, so I went to cancel my order. It turns out that drivethru can be canceled but takeout orders cannot. So I had to sit in the dricethru line for 15 min or lose my money.

I go once a week and always get the same thing. Breakfast the breakfast fries are never hot. It's like they make them once and just give you cold fries. It's disappointing. The chocolate iced coffee is delicious!

This location is a little bit higher priced than some locations I have been to. The food tasted good and the service was friendly. My problem is that the staff is very sanitary. The cashier was taking orders and touching money with her gloves on and then going over to make food with the same gloves. I saw her pull a glove out of her shirt and put it on and start preparing food. She was also touching her hair with her gloves on. The manager was doing the same thing, handle by the register with her gloves on. I asked for them to change their gloves before preparing our food and they did, but this is not something the customer should have to mention to the staff. I’ll still eat at Wendy’s....just not this one.

When I asked for a Dave's single, I didn't think I would legitimately get one slice of lettuce, one gaping tomato, and one sad pickle. Sorry. Two off-center pickles. Not to mention, the cashier snapped my husband's credit card in the machine. Nice. It was an accident, but nothing more was said or done about it.

Received my meal yesterday. Slogan for Wendy’s is supposedly “fresh, never frozen” however our meal was far from fresh. Stale buns with a cold burger that I felt was sitting out for at least a couple hours. Highly dissatisfied with my meal.

It deserves less than 1/2 star. My worst drive thru experience in my 49 yrs on this earth. It started with the girl saying, "Um is not on the menu." I said "4 small Frostys" multiple times, only to end up with 6 that I paid for. She gave me 4 sauces for 3 orders of chicken nuggets. I requested 2 more, and the other girls said, "he needs to pay for extra, he only gets 2 per order." I had 3 orders, do the math. She said, "I'm not poor, and I still pay for extra." Huh? Doesn't make sense, especially considering her choice in jobs.

I have had several bad experiences at this location. The wait time on line whether drive through or inside is at least 10 minutes. I have watched cashier drop food on floor and then we have to start order over again. Meanwhile in back lot of "personal" chatter of staff. Not very professional

First of all; LET ME SAY; I have been going to this Wendy's for years. I eneded up moving and it had been a bit since returning. Anyway, i go. And out of my way! The menu said as clear as day; large ff is 2.89. I get my ff and they are soggy and cold! And, i was charged $3.19!!!!! So; for a small frosty, large ff, & a small chili it was ALMOST 10$!!! My chili was terrible too. It was thick, & tasted NOTHING like it used to. It's not the extra 30 cents for the ff! It's the principal. If u want to charge more than what THE MENU SAYS; THEN AT LEAST SELL A LARGE FF THAT IS EDIBLE. YUCK!!!!

Every time I go, theres an issue. Management and employees stand around on their phones, pop machine is empty, food takes forever, and when it finally does come out, the buns are ALWAYS cold for some reason, like they had been in a freezer. The only reason i gave one star is the one employee cashier that was there last time was awesome. They didnt have a name tag on So I dont know their name but they took orders, got pop from the drive thru machine, filled up the fries and nuggets for customers and was all around pleasant.

Went through the drive-through today around 140pm the man who took my order, was very rude, was saying comments at the window, making me feel very uncomfortable. Your job isn’t that hard if you don’t like being nice to people don’t work in customer service.

We don't eat any fast food, but my husband has learned from door dashing that their night customer service crew, has no idea what customer service actually is. I believe the words "sorry not sorry" were used, and "looks like the customer is SOL"

Lobby was empty. Only 3 cars in drive thru. Man ahead of us was waiting 15+ minutes to get his order taken. No one was available, as they were moving slowly to put orders together. The manager, who walked slower than a dead person, told him he would have to wait. It was the weekend. They refused to give the corporate 1-800 number. We left and went to Denny's down the street. I bet we were fed before this man.

If you are in a hurry and want food fast, this is NOT, the place to come. I waited 23 minutes with only 4 people in front of me for a frosty. The staff was eating behind the line and seemed to have zero motivation to get food out.

After a long day working and then class I just wanted a quick bite to eat at 10:30pm today and I should’ve stopped somewhere else. Took forever to get my food and the staff was cussing up a storm in the kitchen yelling back and forth about “smack that a**” and “f*** this” and “f*** that”. Probably wouldn’t have been so irritating if I would’ve gotten my food quicker. Management needs to get control of their late night shift, maybe clean house. Restaurant looks nice, they just renovated and the food was decent, but the experience will deter me from ever going to that location again.

This is by far the worst Wendy's around. The staff is inattentive and uninterested in their duties and customers. I've been back time and time again hoping it's better. It's not. I waited a ridiculous of time to order, and get my food. There was one car in front of me and we were the only two customers there. The person in front of me even LEFT their vehicle to go next door to the gas station to get snacks. And their food still wasn't ready when they got back. I even saw two of the staff standing there on their cell phones instead of doing anything. It's truly unbelievable that this place is allowed to operate like this. It tarnishes Wendy's name and they should be ashamed.

I sat in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes with only living one car length. I decided to go inside to place my order. I waited inside (with only 2 people in front of me) for another 10 minutes before I could order. There were plenty of workers in the kitchen, no idea what took so long. Would never recommend this location as "fast" food.

The management at this establishment is embarrassing. The managers by the names of Sara and Nicole are especially embarrassing. They degrade and disrespect their female coworkers unlike any other establishment I’ve ever seen. They have no regards for respect or decency towards for their female coworkers at any time. Cannot even enjoy a meal because of these managers being loudly and embarrassingly petty to their female coworkers to degrade and disrespect them by any means. As an establishment based off customer service, if they can’t even treat their coworkers correctly, then how do they expect to provide customer service to valued customers.

Worst ever!! I am currently trying to call a manager but they aren't answering the phone. My food was terrible, I ordered online my order was about $48.00. My kids meal was missing its toy, we were missing an order of fries, and my baked potato didn't come with the sour cream and there was no sauce for the kids nuggets. The people in the window were rude and my food wasn't ready, still waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my food. I even had to ask them for the drinks that were supposed to come with my meals...absolutely horrible service! I will continue calling to speak with a manger. Very disappointed!! UPDATE: after messaging corporate and trying to call them several times i still have not heard from any type of manager 12/12...10 days and still waiting!

Never had a fast or nice experience other than with kaitlyn W. about twice I came through. Currently been waiting exactly 32 minutes. It’s obvious they don’t know how to run a drive thru, especially while having 4 people on staff. I’ve ran a shift at McDonald’s with 2 people in a closing shift and I get through a line faster than anytime I’ve gone through this Wendy’s. It took 36 minutes total. Not only that, my food was made incorrectly

It was around 3:45 pm 11/24/23 there was my hubby granddaughter 4 years old and myself we ordered he gave us our cups we tried to get drinks machine not working ok manager on duty says we can get your drinks back here after watching me try to pour drinks we get our meals fries are fine burgers cold granddaughters burger had a piece of cheese on it straight from fridge to sandwich to wrapper no melting it worse meals I ever had there

Ordered a bacon actor. It was dry and tasteless. No was there were 6 pieces of bacon. It was 9.56 with tax. So not worth it. Last trip to Wendy's for me.

Employees more concerned with talking to each other than actually working. They made no effort to actually try and compete with the lunch rush like any of their other locations. Had an arguement with the customer in front of me who wanted his money back because he'd been sitting there for almost 30 minutes and they STILL hadn't given him his food. When I finally got my food it wasn't even hot, it was ice cold and the burger tasted like they sprayed it with cleaning fluid or something. Quality is our recipe my a**.

I used to be a regular here but over the past year no matter when I stop in the evening after work, whether I go in or drive through, it is at least a 20 minute wait. The employees are nice enough but the wait time is horrendous. I usually give them 10 minutes and then go to mighty taco across the street.

Ordered on the app around 10:45pm. It was a larger or so we did expect to wait a while, which we did. Seeing we waited, we figured all the food would be fresh so, we didn't bother to check it and headed home. I so regret not checking it. Of the 4 meals we ordered, NONE of them were edible! The fries were cold and soggy and the burgers has old dried up rubbery patties. They even had old dried up cheese under an unmelted, cold slice of cheese. They were so bad my dog wouldn't even eat them! The only consumable part of the meals were the drinks! Now, I know it was late and it was a large order but that is no excuse for such poor quality of the food. I was willing to wait and advised this when I pulled up to the window.

Can we just bulldoze this entire location and make room for a small business that works hard for their customers? I was the only person ordering food yet despite it being completely empty, it took like 10 mins to get my food. The workers look miserable and the food is awful.

Went through the drive through around 2:30 PM today. Ordered a cheeseburger ($6.79) and small French Fries. The burger on the sandwich was terrible. The edge was crusty, the meat was dry and overall it looked like it was cooked hours ago. The Fries were OK.

Messed up order. Didn’t give me what I ordered. When I told them I’m missing an item they got rude saying they gave me everything. After I insisted it’s not their and showed them the bag the older women seen it and said here it is and threw it in the bag all rude. They Never apologised I will never go back to this location.

Around noon today I went through the drive thru and came across the worst person I have ever came across in a drive thru. He was very loud. I didn't hear him while ordering and he yelled at me. When I went to pay he said 20.21 in a nasty voice. I handed him a $20.00 bill and he yelled a little louder I need .21 more. I said I'm getting it. I only had to pick it up from my cup holder so it only took about 2 seconds. He yelled at me again.that man should not be working with people. I was so upset I couldn't eat and ended up throwing my lunch away.

If I could rate a zero I would. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order they all just look at you. Unless drive thru they ignore you

We frequent this location and honestly I don’t know why. It’s like they peel and cut eat potato when an order comes through one by one. It’s THE SLOWEST service I’ve literally ever experienced. If I started streaming Titanic when I first pulled up, I’m certain I’d be at the part where that ship is belly up. The wait time here is as tragic as that ship’s demise. Is this a training location? Why must paying customers wait 20 minutes + when only 3 cars are in front of you? Don’t come here hungry because you’ll most likely be deceased by the time you reach the intercom let alone the pick up window. RIP.

I ordered food from here and never received my baconator that I paid for, and didn’t realize until I got home. I filled out the guest survey and requested to be contacted about the issue, but I was never contacted. Extremely disappointed

I have never been to a Wendy's that has forgotten something every time I go except this one. It's always around 8 or 9 at night. Whether it's an order of fries or an entire sandwich these guys will find a way to screw it up. Tonight when I went it was some young kid watching the game on his device and made me pull up. Bro if you want to watch the game stay home.

Put in an Online order at 5 pm on a Friday. Got there at 5:05 and waited 20 mins in line with 2 other cars in front of me. I get to the speaker and the lady tells me to wait one moment please. I waited another 15 mins. I pull up to the drive thru window and she tells me I’m sorry but you have to come inside to pick up your online order. Dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. I go inside there’s 6 people working, nobody knows what they are doing. Frosty’s were melted and food was all cold. Never gave me a straw for my drink or spoons for my kids frosty’s. Terrible management at this location. I worked in food service for 15 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food place.

Update: Gave it another try a year later. Same crap. Place a mobile order for pickup now. App even says “we will begin making this immediately. Are you sure?” Stand inside for 15 minutes at the left side of the counter before I’m finally acknowledged. Let him know I’m waiting for my mobile order. “Next time stand over there so we know you need your mobile order” he says, gesturing five feet to my right. I’m sorry, but is that not what clicking “yes, I’d like my food now” means? Why does it take 15 minutes to get acknowledged, and why, when I finally am, am I told that it’s my fault for not standing a few feet to my right? Be prepared to wait.This is one of the slowest Wendy’s, or really any fast food restaurant I have been to. We are talking frequently taking 4-5 minutes per car. My most recent visit, I ordered for drive through pickup, took 12 minutes to get past the two cars in front of me, only for the employee to say that they have my food ready inside because I scheduled for dine-in and to come inside and grab my food. Even though I’m literally looking at the screen that says “please drive up to the speaker and let them know you’re picking up a mobile order”. They sent the person behind me inside the restaurant too. It seems as though they are so slow that they are directing people to come inside to get cars out of their drive through line. I park and go inside and guess what? They haven’t even started making my order yet. Saying it was ready inside was a lie, as I had to wait a further five minutes. This was ridiculous.

Stopped for lunch, went into the drive through, after waiting 20 minutes to order, was told they aren’t taking orders because they are busy with online orders.. they are SUPPOSED to serve in restaurant and drive through customers first per their own policy, I have known many people who left Wendy’s because management doesn’t acknowledge their own rules and policies about this, and they wonder why people stop coming..

This location is by far the absolute worst fast food experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! Even on Door dash Recently ordered a quick meal after a long day of running around on DoorDash .. ordered three meals LARGE and three frostys at 9pm. All orders were canceled 27 min later and the order I tried to cancel but couldn’t was cold and missing sauces. Mind you the dasher was there for 45 min waiting for one meal.

On Sunday March 2nd around 3:55-4 PM I went thru the drive thru and ordered a biggie bag with a frosty as a drink. Upon receiving my food the fries weren't hot and I didn't have a straw for my frosty. "No problem!" I got back in line to ask for a straw and some hot fresh fries. The women at the drive thru window asked what size fries did I have, I advised "I think a small" since they were little. She then said "ITS A JUNIOR", I said "okay, I don't know what size comes with the Biggie meal." She said "it would be a minute or so for the fresh fries", I said no problem and proceeded to drive forward. I waited at the window for her to either acknowledge or provide that extra customer service that you typically get but she opened the window after some time, and gave me the bag, I was trying to ask her a question when she cut me off and said "your straw is in the bag." Then closed the drive thru window. I couldn't even get my question out but further more the rudeness was unnecessary. We all have a choice in how we want to show up and that exchange was unpleasant and says a lot about this employee and perhaps the lack of training she has. I pulled over to write this because we need to start holding our staff accountable and acknowledge when it's not okay to disrespect a customer, unprovoked and unwarranted. There was a simple solution here and I was completely kind in my exchange and tone. So ma'am whoever you are, just know that not every customer is as patient as I am and next time choose empathy and understanding in all that you do.

I waited 20 min in drive thru for my food. They did inform me that they were in the middle of a shift change and there was a few big orders in front of me. However when I finally got back home I realized either they messed my food up or didn't care. I ordered a Dave's single combo. I'll share pictures below. I did not feel like driving back and waiting another 20 min as the line wrapped around the building. Fries were cold and burger looked awful Super thin and burnt not edible. I tried to reach out to support and Noone responded.

The only employee that is working in this store that seems to care about her customers is A young lady named Aleasha I eat here all the time and she really try’s to make my night better I have personally witnessed another employee bullying her and I am going to call the corporate office.

Placed DoorDash order 20mins before close and when my dasher got there they said they didn’t have it, called and said it “didn’t go through” which is 100% a lie I had to get a refund from DoorDash and I was looking forward to the food but this is just insane they almost did this last time too and told the dasher to come in earlier even tho the dasher was already there before close. Absolutely ridiculously rude staff over the phone and to the dasher
