I took my wife to BNapoli tonight for the first time, and I can say for certain it will not be our last. Before we even came through the door, we could smell the wonderful food. We were then greeted by our waiter and proceeded to have an amazing experience. First came the Ripiene Artichoke Hearts which were excellent. We then ordered a wonderful bottle of Zinfandel. I ordered the Paccheri and my wife got the Porcini Ravioli. Both meals were delicious with flavors and food combinations we have not had. It ended with a crazy dessert for two. This was such a great meal and experience. All the servers were friendly and professional. This was a great night.
bNapoli was a great stop for a quick bite during my business trip (Dec 2025). The carbonara was tasteful, the wine was fantastic, but the best of all was the chocolate mousse! I would say it’s one of the better desserts I’ve had in a while. Additionally, I happened to be sitting next to the Owner Jerry and he casually introduced himself to me, asked how my experience was and if it was my first time at the restaurant. Very impressionable and kind. I would recommend stopping by to support this business for good food, solid service, and even better dessert! Went a second time Feb 2026 while in town for business and the meal and service were still fantastic. The Veal Bolognese was superb. The chicken dish was a little salty though. Still great overall!
Excellent in every way. Perfect place to dine before our Saturday evening show at the Majestic. Glad we booked reservations. Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious. Our server, Brian, was knowledgable, welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed the Salumeria Board to start. For entrees, my wife loved the Riccotta Gnocci and I devoured the Paccheri, which is hands down the favorite dish calamari I have ever eaten. It was so flavorful I could write 1000 words about it. For dessert, my wife was pleased to find Affogato on the menu, while I finished with the special Pistachio Tiramisu, lucky to get the l last one. We can't wait to go back again soon.
Omg 😲 i was left speechless again. This spot is cute and beautiful ambience. Fresh ingredients and drinks you just can't have one. First time here and definitely coming back . As you can see we ate it all.
Arguable the best restaurant in the Springfield area. The ambience is elegant but relaxed. The service is truly top notch. And the food is exquisite. The grilled octopus is probably my favorite thing on the menu. The dessert and drinks are also divine. Go, order a handful of different items and enjoy this little gem.
Excellent meal with superb service by Ella. Sit outside. The patio is delightful. The Paloma was the best I’ve had. Meal , service and atmosphere 5 star experience.
I am from the Washington DC area. I live in Maryland. My wife and I dined not once but twice. We were there on 5/31 and 6/1/24. We came up for our godsons dance performance. We had two different waiters. Pablo on 5/31/24 and Annabelle on 6/1/24. They made us feel right at home. Pablo was very knowledgeable about the food options and Annabelle brought a very heartwarming presence as she brought our food to the table. Both waiters are amazing. The owner as in pristine fashion was very gracious as he came around to our table to check on our experience as well as the other patrons in the resturant. Our experience is a definite 10. They need to bring bnapoli to Maryland. Sincerely Yours Lawrence.
Absolutely Amazing! We started with a Bergmot & Blueberry and a Pineapple Negroni. I don't know which was better the presentation of the cocktails or how they tasted! For appetizers we had the Crostini with Chicken Liver Mousse, A MUST TRY it was out of this world. We also had the Eggplant Parmigiana "Scarpetta". For Dinner we had the Branzino and the Veal Tenderloin. We couldn't of asked for anything better. The use of Pickled Fennel with the fish and Braised & Puree' Fennel with the Veal was fantastic. Every dish is absolutely beautiful and the portions are right on target so you can enjoy both appetizers and a meal without being stuffed. Truly the best restaurant in Western Mass! Thank you BNapoli!
The food here is truly high quality! The atmosphere is wonderful and the drinks are bombbbb! Their desserts and coffee are also excellent. Not many restaurant that one goes to where every thing you try really tastes good but here everything really was phenomenons. One of few truly nice restaurants in Springfield area. I only wish they had more veggie options.
The service was exceptional! Everything we ordered was absolute delicious. The drinks were 10/10!
Started off with dinner with a bottle of Chianti reserve and my wife had a glass of Chardonnay, proceeded to have appetizers of stuffed prosciutto dates with balsamic glaze and an appetizer of artichoke hearts stuffed with veggies and balsamic glaze. My wife had a veal prosciutto wrapped tenderloin along with asparagus, which was delicious and tender and I had the 10 ounce fillet mignon with broccoli rub and a reduced red wine Chanti sauce the meals were fantastic. We ended with dessert. My wife had the chocolate mousse cheesecake and I had the lemon cello crème brûlée with blueberries everything was top-notch and delicious, we’re definitely come back again. We finished dinner with an espresso and Sambuca and my wife had an Chardonnay wine with dessert.
Amazing quality food and drinks, service was a bit slow, but it was a busy night and we had a large party, not slow enough to warrant a lower rating. Food was amazing, servers were friendly and helped take pictures of our multi table group. Will definitely be back here.
I got delivery last night, chicken francaise was delicious and a large portion. I reheated the leftovers for lunch today.
My family and I love this place. Our first visit was for Easter brunch. Today was our second visit for Mother's Day. The meal again was amazing and the owner and his staff put on a great show on both occasions. The atmosphere and presentation are 6 stars. They even gave the moms and moms to be at the table a rose.
Without a doubt one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The restaurant is beautiful. The service is amazing. The staff work as a flawless team. My boyfriend and I went last weekend for an early Valentine's Day dinner. There was plenty of street parking and also a valet. We made reservations for Saturday night as 645. It was steady but there was never a line at the door. We were seated right away. My boyfriend had a double IPA on draft that he enjoyed (he had 2). We started with the Grilled Cyprus Octopus appetizer. We love octopus and this was the best we ever had. It was soft, not chewy. The flavor was perfect. For our entrees, my boyfriend got the fruitti de mare with the red sauce (special that night) and from what we could see, so many others also got this meal. The sauce had just a hint of spice. There was so much seafood. I had the Pan Roasted Veal ‘Filetto'. The veal was so tender and delicious. The sauce was so sweet and the polenta was just cooked perfectly. Everything worked so well together. For dessert, my boyfriend had the affigato which had 3 scoops of gelato. I had the pistachio mousse in the chocolate shell and it looked small but was the perfect size. The inside was so light. Our total was $172 before tip but including tax. Well worth it. We are only sad we don't live closer.
Place is a dream. Candlelight and good music. I ordered the Prosciutto Dates. They showed up like little jewels. Sweet, salty, savory. Just phenomenal. She’s laughing about something and the bartender slides me a glass that tastes like a campfire wrapped in silk. This bartender is an artist. Then the Skillet Rigatoni Alfredo lands, and it’s a statement. Black truffle, ricotta, crispy sage. She’s doing that thing where she closes her eyes after the first bite like she’s just seen God. The world feels small and good here. This is the place, guys.
My husband and I went for our 3year wedding anniversary and we loved it. Our server Laura elevated our experience and we were grateful for her. We plan on going back.
First of all, not a big Italian did fan. Only because if you throw a stone you'd hit four mediocre restaurants. I didn't expect much but was very impressed. I had the veal meatball and my husband had the salt chicken. Our food was super hot (temperature wise) which is challenging for any restaurant. Great taste, portions are good, staff (especially Kelsey, our server) were all very friendly. Will come again!
It was a spontaneous decision after a water park and I was worried they won’t let us in since we were dressed up very casual. My boyfriend made a reservation but we came in early to see if there were any availability. The hostess was so kind and professional and told us there will be a little wait but we would still be able to get a table earlier. Thank you so much! We got a high top table right next to a bartender station and wow, he probably could make cocktails with his eyes closed 🤩 Food and drinks were incredible. And special thanks to our server Marsel ! It was the best birthday dinner I’ve ever had 😍😍
Absolutely wonderful experience!!!! It was my wife and I anniversary and they made us feel so special. Offered a glass of Prosecco to us!!! Food was delicious. The grilled octopus appetizer was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We will be making this a place to return to. The wine selection was nice as well.
We came here on a whim based off of a Google Search while we were in the area. I noted the reservation recommended part of the website and called ahead. They Are Not Wrong...Make a reservation. We were there early and sat down immediately, but the place filled up right behind us before I could blink! The entire staff is very welcoming, friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in the door. And you can’t help but notice The decor is elegantly done from every angle. The food came out at a decent time and everything we ordered was incredible! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice date night! It was not what we were looking for but Pleasantly surprised to find!!
I've heard great things about bNapoli italian and wanted to try it for date night. On-street parking is available and there’s an optional Valet Service. The outside is very modern and attractive. Inside you'll find a casual but chic atmosphere. Each detail gives it a well executed white glove feel with welcoming touches. Tucked away in the back of the restaurant is a beautiful glass wine cellar. My husband ordered the Pork Loin Special. It was a center-cut pork loin, truffle mashed potatoes, green beans and a mushroom Marsala sauce. The pork was cooked to a perfect medium with a nice char and crispy fat. I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Gnocchi which was served with asparagus, corn, fried basil and a smooth lemon crema. The corn brought a subtle sweetness to the dish and tied the flavors together beautifully. For dessert, we tried the Ricotta Cheesecake and the Budino di Cafe. The Cheesecake had a carrot cake crust topped with a burnt orange brûlée, and zuppa englese. We've never had a ricotta cheesecake, it has more of a coarse texture. The flavors were good and the presentation was pretty. The Budino di Cafe was a unique treat; coffee pudding stacked with smooth salted caramel and hazelnut brittle. It was deliciously rich and creamy. As we were leaving the owner introduced himself and asked about our experience. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes great care into the presentation and experience they have.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent. The waitress, bartenders, and greeters were excellent and friendly. The food there was amazing especially the bread that was served was very fresh along with the olive oil. Best Italian restaurant in Springfield.
Wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. Delicious homemade focaccia bread with olive oil for dipping as a starter. Hard not to fill up on it as it was delicious. Had the shrimp pappardelle pasta with Calabrian chili peppers asked for extra because I like it spicy spicy. Spot on delicious! Items also ordered in my party was the halibut with a bur blanc sauce and a ribeye steak. Both of those were just as delicious as my pasta dish as I got to have a bite of each. Service was excellent with Kelsey. Not too often do we hit a trifecta where are our expectations were exceeded with the food and service. Kelsey was a great server!
We went for Father’s Day dinner and absolutely loved the food. From appetizers to desserts, wine to coffee everything was impeccable. What made it even more enjoyable was the service. We will definitely be back.
Amazing dinner and experience! The service was outstanding, especially our server Amanda. The homemade pasta is so light and fluffy. We had four courses and each were fabulous.
It’s always an overall beautiful dining out experience whether with my husband or daughter. We always have great service and the food is incredibly delicious. Not to mention our waitress is great! Thank you for always making our evenings at bNapoli so special.
Stopped in by mistake, decided to grab a drink and IT WAS GREAT! We will definitely be stopping in again!
The restaurant interior is modern and intimate, with an ambiance reminiscent of dining in a larger city. Our service was good, our server attentive, and the owner was very kind in greeting us and making sure our experience was what we wanted. This restaurant is the kind of place you will want to stay and enjoy with your friends and family long after you've finished your meal. The two pasta dishes we ordered had great flavor and amazing texture, I'm still thinking about how soft the gnocchi was and how crisp the corn and asperagus was. The portions were just the right size, I was able to finish my meal and be completely full. This was my first time dining, and I can see why it's so highly rated. The food was great and I absolutely loved it. I will defenitely be coming back to try their other dishes
Best service and food in West Springfield. This meal took off my pressure and it's deeply refreshing. The seafood is juicy and the size is just right!
It's was an awesome experience and the food is superior. I am honor to say my son is a chef there. Had the privilege of meeting the owner Jerry. Moly was our waitress and she was awesome. Thanks all for making my Mother’s Day special
This is one of my favorite places to eat in the Springfield area. The menu changes somewhat regularly and there are always a few authentic Italian dishes and specials. The owner is very friendly and has made an appearance every time I've been there. They also have an excellent wine selection and the decor is high end.
This place rocks and is perfect for a celebration dinner. Our server Starr was so sweet, and the food was amazing! Will definitely be back
They have truly done what they set out to. After years of getting pizza from Bella Napoli we've been saying we would try this since it opened, today was the day. A step above ... Elegant, top notch service with everything you would expect from a true 5 star restaurant. Food is incredible, drinks are indulgent, but the service!!
There are very few Italian restaurants that serve fresh, flavorful food and this was one of them. Everything was fresh with unique flavor profiles and the drinks were phenomenal. They paid attention to every detail, design, atmosphere, food and drinks. Our sever was also very knowledgeable, she was well versed in the menu and answered all of our questions. She was incredibly friendly and even surprised my little nephew with a birthday treat towards the end of our dinner!
We had a group of 8 people in our party for a birthday dinner. The group had a lot of dietary restrictions. Our server, Wes, was attentive, exceptional, and kind. We are so grateful we had him!
Can not possibly say enough good things about this restaurant especially the chef and staff!! I am a new business owner in town, went out to eat after our grand opening with a group of 11. We walked into one area restaurant and were turned away by unfriendly staff 10 minutes before the kitchen was set to close. When we entered B'Napoli asking if we could possibly just get a few quick apps not only did they great us with kindness, the chef said yes and then as they sat us said the chef reopened the kitchen for us! Now that is good business!! Even though it was the end of the night and most staff were probably tired they were ALL friendly, engaged with us, celebrated our occasion and did not rush us. The food and drinks were delicious!! Many thanks and looking forward to many happy returns!!
We have had several excellant meals here but tonight's was the best ever. Great taste, presentation and timing. Our server, Nick, was very good. Great recommendations and energy. Best resturant in Western Mass.
Nick was our server at bNapoli. We had octopus, veal and scallop/pasta meals. All were excellent. Nick was personable, friendly, professional, informative and attentive. We were seated, served and out the door in less than an hour and never felt rushed or were waiting. Will definitely be back.
Best filet mignon I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Perfectly spiced and cooked. We will return as cocktails and apps seemed a bit rushed as it was so busy. Signature octopus beautifully presented. Definitely make a reservation. Valet parking a plus on a cold winter night.
The menu offers a variety of flavorful and absolutely scrumptious dishes, while the staff provided pleasant service. Small cozy setting be sure to make a reservation.
Our visit to bNapoli Italian was a mix of high points and a few dishes that didn’t quite meet expectations—but overall, it was an enjoyable evening with great service and atmosphere. We kicked things off with the grilled octopus, which was fantastic—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A definite highlight that set the bar high. The deconstructed Caesar salad, unfortunately, was underwhelming. It had visual appeal but lacked flavor, with not enough dressing to balance out the greens. My girlfriend ordered the Skillet Rigatoni ‘Alfredo’ with Black Truffle, Fontina, Ricotta, Sage, Balsamic Mushrooms, and Pine Nuts (with added meat). While rich and hearty, the truffle flavor overpowered everything else, making it hard to taste the other ingredients. I had the special of the night—it was good, but a bit underwhelming in comparison to the other dishes. It felt like it needed something extra to really stand out. On a brighter note, the drinks were excellent—creative, well-balanced, and a definite strong point of the evening. And a special shoutout to our server, Chris, who was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the night better. His service was top-notch and added a personal, welcoming touch to the experience. All in all, bNapoli has a lot going for it—especially in presentation, cocktails, and service. With a few refinements to flavor balance, it has the potential to be truly outstanding.
bNapoli has consistently provided lovely service and is located in West Springfield, where Western Massachusetts is experiencing a drought of excellent Italian food. While the food here has been great, I hesitate to rate bNapoli as a 5 star restaurant simply given the price tag. There are very few dining experiences that justify a ~$40-60+ price tag in this area, and the prices at bNapoli always cause my parties to hesitate returning. There are equivalent services elsewhere that are offering excellent Italian food at a fraction of a cost, though none are within the immediate vicinity. This gives bNapoli a unique status in Western Massachusetts, as I'd identify it as some of the best Italian cuisine in the region but not someone appropriate on a regular basis. If you're in Western Massachusetts and are looking for great Italian food, this is the place to go. Just make sure you're ready for the check! I've been here on multiple instances now and have had various dishes; photos will be attached. Antipasti: -Salumeria Board (pictured): great selection of cheeses, though the meats were nothing to take note of, and the dish was $29. -Roasted Olives: a fine dish, and the $12 tag was acceptable. Consider this if you enjoy olives! Pasta: Skillet Rigatoni ‘Alfredo’ (pictured): enormous portion, and the dish was relatively enjoyable. I do enjoy diversity in dining and my party chose to order more than one dish, but the size of this is truly equivalent to a full-size skillet and could be shared between 2-4 people (depending on what else was ordered). This was not a light dish by any means like how many thing of Americanized Alfredo; this had a much thicker base and was extremely filling. Entrée: Dry-Aged Angus Rib Eye (pictured) @MP (I believe it was ~$45 at the time): the steak was honestly delicious, though I felt the sides were not too remarkable. This is not at all a bad option! Branzino: well prepared dish, and the fish stood out as one of the best parts of our experience. Server offered to de-bone the fish! $42 at the time we had ordered this-do consider this or any of the other seafood dishes if you enjoy fish! Dessert: Mousse (pictured-the Chocolate and Passion, I believe): presentation was lovely and dish was solid! All the dessert prices were reasonably placed, at around $12-13. Typically, bNapoli should have street parking available, though during our last outing the street was completely torn up due to construction and there was nowhere immediately available to park. We ended up parking at the West Springfield Town Hall just half a block away, which has a free municipal lot. Under normal circumstances, street parking should be fine. Many vegetarian options; your experience would not be greatly hindered by coming here and not consuming meat. Clearly labeled and well-thought out vegetarian dishes, and diversity in options (appetizers with primarily eggplant or olive, salads, pasta, desserts). To reiterate; some of the best Italian food in the area, but this being a sustainable option as a consumer isn't viable due to the price tag. My party and I have the option to either seldom dine at bNapoli or instead travel further for a less expensive but similar experience! Excellent service, and would recommend with a few minor stipulations.
Authentic Italian cuisine. Modern vibe with great esthetic style. The drinks were out of this world. So yummy and unique.
I really enjoyed this resturant. I went specifically for the caprese salad while visiting town. There are not many healthy/farm to table restaurants in the area and I am happy that I chose to go here. The atmosphere was lovely - its clean and fresh. The man who brought my food to me was very detail oriented as he noticed I didn't have any bread and brought me some right away. The food at others tables looked amazing! The reason I deducted a star was that my waiter forgot about me at the end of the meal. After delivering my check he never returned. 15 minutes later, I ended up paying at the front. The host was very apologetic and nice about it. I would recommend, and go again, just probably not alone! 😊
We had a lovely anniversary dinner. The linguini was good. The special was a bit overpriced but was also good. I'm sure we'll be back, I'll just order of the menu next time.
I went there on Tuesday night before I hit the Majestic and I went with another girlfriend. This would be the second time that I had gone to your restaurant and I ordered the same meal. I had the first time because it was so wonderful and I have to tell you that the meal came out. It was dry. The noodles were stuck together. It was such a great disappointment. I hope it was just that one time because I will definitely try it again, but it brought me great sadness because I really look forward to a dinner there. But I would have to say that the beef salad was out of this world as it was the first time, but the Pappardelle was actually terrible. We did not wanna make a fuss, but we both have the same meal and it was not enjoyable. Hope you can do better.
We came in for dinner and ate at the bar. The bartender Amelia was very nice and attentive. I ordered the salmon, which came out completely burnt the first time and I sent it back. The second time around it was much better. My concern is that my husband finished his meal before I even got the second salmon out and not once did a manager come over and apologize for the issue or check in. There was no compensation on the bill, which I didn’t expect but acknowledgment of the issue would have been the appropriate thing to do. Somewhat disappointing on that aspect.
My husband and I visited on a Friday night for a date night — our first evening out without the baby in quite a while! We aren’t Italian cuisine experts, so the menu was a bit confusing at first since many items were listed in Italian without clear descriptions. It took us a bit to figure things out. The waiting area was quite small, and many guests were crowded into the entryway by the doors, which wasn’t ideal on a cold night. The restaurant itself is cozy but very compact, and the acoustics made it quite loud. We expected a crowd for a Friday night, but for a fine dining atmosphere, it was disappointing to have to raise our voices just to hear each other. Our table was sticky, which was especially noticeable because we both appreciate wine. It made it difficult to swirl and evaluate my glass properly. We also noticed the table was uneven — it seemed like two smaller tables were pushed together, and one leg was slightly off, which caused it to tilt throughout dinner. A tablecloth would have gone a long way in improving the overall feel. The prices were what you’d expect for fine dining, though we did feel the experience didn’t quite match the cost. We ordered the truffle fries appetizer, one glass of wine each, and two pasta dishes, and our total came to about $105 before tip. There were other dishes we would’ve loved to try, but given the pricing, a full dining experience here could easily reach $200–$300. Just something to note for anyone planning a visit. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive without hovering and answered all of my questions patiently. When my husband ordered a clam dish he didn’t enjoy, the manager was very kind and comped the meal without hesitation, which we greatly appreciated. That gesture really helped salvage the evening for us. The staff overall was wonderful — friendly greetings, polite service, and even the valet was excellent. We weren’t sure whether to tip the valet, but he did a great job and made parking stress-free. The restaurant is located conveniently in the heart of downtown, which added to the atmosphere. We had a reservation and only waited about ten minutes even though we arrived early, and they were still accommodating walk-ins at the same time. Overall, it was a unique experience, and we can see why others enjoy it — the place was full all night! But for us personally, we probably won’t return. The food options weren’t quite what we were hoping for, and while we understand fine dining aims to elevate traditional dishes, we missed having more classic Italian staples on the menu. Still, it was a memorable evening, and we’re glad we gave it a try.
Let me start by saying this place has high ratings. With that said, this was my first time here and I was not impressed. We were a table of six, ordered wine first and it took so long for our server to deliver to our table we were beginning to think the grapes were being imported from Italy as we waited! Notably other tables were being served and our server stopped at our table twice to apologize. Our meals took as long and when mine arrived it was lukewarm and a sad little piece of cod it was. The portions were very small and the seasonings were bland. I’m not opposed to small portions, but I’d like a little flavor. We passed on dessert. The noise level was high and we had some trouble hearing each other, as life long friends we always have lots to talk about but it was difficult to hear each other across the table. The service was ok, however our server seemed at times to be overwhelmed. It was quite busy that evening, it was a Thursday, and maybe it was an “off” night, but for a restaurant with high standards, I was disappointed, sadly I won’t be returning.
