Great Vietnamese-style chicken — crispy, flavorful, and dangerously addictive. Definitely a must-come-back spot… my taste buds are already planning their return trip.
It was a 15 minute wait at around 11:30 am on a Saturday. Restaurant is small, you literally sit next to the other party and join their conversation. I had the glass noodles with chopped chicken on the side with picked onions and mints. Chicken was fresh, flavor was good!!
Really tasty chicken salad (goi) with mien (vermicelli glass noodles). Very fresh, authentic Vietnamese food. Staff are very nice & friendly. It was busy on Saturday night and we had to wait 15 minutes for our table which was well worth it. So far the best food place we have tried in Little Saigon OC area. Would come back again on our next trip here.
This Mien Ga Spot? Pure Gold! Okay, so I just hit up this place that specializes in Mien Ga, and seriously, if you're into chicken glass noodles, you gotta check it out. They keep their menu super small and simple, but honestly, that's their superpower. Everything they do, they do right. First off, let's talk about the main event: their Mien Ga. The chicken? So fresh, you can taste it. And the noodles are nice and thick with that perfect amount of chew. We got both the dry and soup Mien Ga, and both were totally on point. They come with this amazing ginger fish sauce that just elevates everything, and a little side of chicken onion salad with herbs that's super refreshing. Oh, and a big shoutout to the service! You know how sometimes Vietnamese spots aren't exactly known for their customer service? Well, this place breaks the mold. Everyone was super friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. It was a really nice change of pace. My kid, who's usually a picky eater, absolutely crushed the sticky rice with fried chicken. That's how you know it's good!
Randomly found this place on google maps and decided to check it out on the way back to LA. Overall very good stuff. The chicken was super flavorful. Both boiled chicken with the pho-like soup, and the fried chicken (which tasted a lot of five spice chicken). We were seated next to a Viet family who spoke highly of the food as well. Would recommend. Parking is a little hard in this strip mall btw.
Fresh chicken & quick service. Super yummy with different options to customize your meal - we got the chicken glass noodle soup with heart & liver and the chicken and sticky rice for food, and salted lemonade and lemon/lychee boba all of which was fantastic.
Awesome steam chicken and super friendly staff. Food also comes right on time. Good food overall
We decided to try Ghien Mien Ga today, expecting it to be another typical noodle shop. But to our surprise, the menu was a bit different—they specialize in glass noodles rather than the usual yellow noodles. This time, we ordered their pho ga along with a side of half chicken. And wow—the chicken was perfectly cooked: tender, juicy, and served with classic Vietnamese dipping sauce. The pho broth was clean, rich, and full of flavor. The service was also excellent—friendly and fast. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great chicken broth dish, whether with glass noodles, pho noodles, or steamed chicken.

I've come here enough that I think I'm considered a regular. I always go for the glass noodles (#1) with a salad + shredded dark meat chicken and it always hits the spot. They are consistent and I have been trying to convert all of my friends by taking them here! Occassionally I've had some waiters mess up my order but they are very quick to fix any issues, and overall the staff is very welcoming and polite. I have only had good experiences here.
Best miếng gà I had in my life! Their cơm gà chiên is also delicious! Portions are great! Owner is super friendly and generous! Must visit if you are in California!! 😋

A clean and decent place to have a few dishes - tapioca vermicelli (miến), rice or pho chicken. The steamed chicken had a nice texture similar to those is free range. The tapioca vermicelli (miến) was well cooked, el dente. The soup was light and complement the meal perfectly but was lukewarm about 120deg F when 1st came out
I was satisfied with the whole dinner. We had 3 different dishes here and all were on point, well balanced of seasoning that included the fish sauce for dipping. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is less soup on the soup menu. They used bigger glass noodle instead of the small noodles. I like it. If you do then it’s your place.
My buddy and I have been searching for a Pho Ga place for a while now, and we believe we've found the place. Legit taste filled with flavor. Their dressing of chicken on the side is much different than the past places we've dined at. Definitely a keeper.
Pretty decent place if you’re in the mood for chicken dishes done Vietnamese style.
I try Chicken soup and Fry Chicken with sticky rice both was good, tables too close together , service ( over friendly, he talk a bit too much :) .
Trying mien ga kho at a new restaurant opening in OC lately. The chicken leg was small, but the meat was tender. The service was okay, and I didn't have to wait too long for the food to be brought out. Their menu is mostly about chicken dishes, and if you're a chicken lover then try it.

This restaurant is very brave to open next to Bún Vịt Thanh Đa. The wait process was very poorly managed. You have to put your name on a waitlist, but because the restaurant is new, the management was chaotic. There was no staff controlling the waiting list, so you basically had to stand there, watch for an open table, and grab it yourself. I waited about 30 minutes and then noticed that people who arrived after me were already seated, so I went in and realized it was more of a first come, first served situation. Overall, the service experience and portion size were disappointing, so I will not be coming back. I ordered xôi with gỏi gà, and both were pretty good. When you order, they ask whether you want bone in or boneless, and I chose boneless. However, I noticed there was not much meat with the boneless option, which made me feel a bit scammed for the price they are charging. It was $32 per person before tip, and when I paid with a credit card they added a fee, bringing it to around $35. I would say it is not worth it. Even though the flavors were unique and good, tasting more like Northern Vietnamese cuisine, which is different from places like Bún Vịt Thanh Đa, I still did not really like this restaurant.

The food is good , service is good, The reason I gave 1 star because the owner has no manner, he raised his voice at us and the servers because we wanted to pay separated billed. It was very simple! Why he made it so complicated! The owner is very rude. We definitely not come back to this restaurant.
Came here 3 times around dinner time. This place opens till 9PM. 1st time, sorry no more chicken at 7 pm. 2nd time, 6pm, the main waiter was obnoxious, telling tasteless jokes, loud and very pushy trying to get customers to order extra items and pricy drinks. The food was so so. 3 months later, just last week, we returned as we were close by and wanted something with chicken around 7:45pm. This time, greeted by the same nasty waiter. Of course very little chicken left, he pressured us to order quickly and of course extra drinks or desserts as well. His loud jokes were now more dirty and low class. I asked him why cooked so little chicken, not having enough for paying customers that come before 9pm, since chicken cost is low when compared to the price of $18 for a bowl of chicken noodle soup, with just a few pieces of meat. He lied by saying they don’t want leftover chicken to sell on the next day. Our orders came with not so fresh chicken actually - the fried chicken was hard and dried (1+ days old) and the a few dark meat pieces were not so fresh. For $18 ea, the quality and amount of food were very stingy. NO, we will not return to and do not recommend this place.

The food is good, the owner is very friendly but the waiters acted like I was a bagger. His cold face and behavior likes he want to kick me out of his restaurant. If the owner did not nice, I would walk out leaving no tip. I gave tip $ just because the owner so nice to customers.
