Love the food . Hot dogs are always fresh and the fries are just right. The employees are kind and it doesn't take long to receive your order. Overall good and quick , thank you!!

We went to spirit Halloween and saw that wiener was on the way so we made a stop and couldn’t decide what to choose. Andrew was patient and very kind and honestly we felt honored to be helped by him! His cheery attitude would have made us buy more! I have been sick for a while so it’s difficult for me to go out and sometimes even at stores people are unkind. But Andrew truly made it such a pleasure to stop by! Andrew you are an angel and also you touched us all ( my kids husband and I) with your “take care okay guys?”. You never know when you will make someone’s day just by being yourself! Special shout to Julian as well who was holding it down with Andrew! ❤️❤️❤️

So delicious i frequent this location and have minimal complaints they're always banging out the orders!

Just took a friend to get something for himself and his brother. I didn't want anything. I had given him a lot of coupons for various fast food places Wienerschnitzel's great, because with their coupons they allow you to have more than one order on one coupon. Well, he ordered 2, we drove off and he saw there was only one order in the bag. So we turn around go back and get the other order, that's okay because wienerschnitzel is great if you like dogs

Always fast and friendly staff

I love this place. Been going here since I was a kid. Not just this spot. All spots they have them. There isn't that many left but this is a great place to get your hot dogs and chilli. Wouldn't stop eating here for unity in the United States. Der Weinersnitzal is the best.

I maintain that their hot dogs are surprisingly medeocre and 711 has better hotdogs at a far better price. The is redeamable only because they have a fruity pebble shake thing and a fanta shake that could change your whole perspective on life.

The counter guy was superb 👌 Dogs are always good, this season's bratwurst special is not like I expected; it's more like a traditional smooth frank instead of the rougher sausage texture of a real brat. Sea dog special is awesome 👌

Great for two under 20 dollar meal. Most consistent and reliable wienerschnitzel in the OC. I will always go out of my way for this location.

Service is not particularly friendly but good. They definitely make up for it by cooking perfectly crispy and not greasy corn dogs

The dogs were okay, but they were pretty skimpy with the topping on the chili cheese fries. I ran out about a third of the way through. It's a little pricey to be running out of chili! Still good, though. After five years living outside of California, I missed it.

It's okay but I haven't been there in a while and it's very expensive for what it is. $ 7.75 for 2 chilli dogs and a tamale? No drink!! I can get a much better hot dog at Costco and a drink for a dollar fifty

My meal was great with the all beef pastrami and my chili cheese burger made fresh... but my girlfriend got food poisoning from the chili cheese dog. She said that her dog tasted old and leathery and she didn't even eat it all

"Under New Management" generally implies a place is trying to do better... Right? Well the new management apparently sucks. Food was fine, I'm not expecting much from a wienerschnitzel other than salty, fatty goodness, and the wait time was reasonable. However, they got my order wrong and the attendant at the drive-thru (Gerardo, per the receipt) never said a word. I had a large order and any time I turned from putting my food down back to the window, he had my food/drink resting on my windowsill with an impertinent look on his face, like he'd rather not be dealing with me. Never told me what was in each bag or that my order was completed, I just turned back one final time and saw that he had walked away to the other window. I didn't receive any of the sauces I had asked for, nor did he ask if I needed any condiments, and no napkins. Maybe it was an off day, but that was a lot of strikes for one person.

Ordered 4 all beef hot dogs, different toppings on each other and they all were luke warm almost cold. I guess they don't want to have any on hand that are hot. Not happy with this issue.

I ordered chili cheese dogs. The buns were stale and hard and the chili was still cold. I'm usually very happy with there food. This time highly disappointed.

Awful customer service, just to get 6 mini corn dogs it took over 20 mins to wait, plus 15 mins wait to get order taken, I will never go to this place again, the one on brook hurst & Garden Grove blvd is better and friendly customer service or the one on beach & talbert the customer service is quick and great, The manager Not Friendly At All, if it was for me I would give 0 star Review.

My chili dogs were full of charred and burned chilli! Black, crispy chunks all over my food. It was as if they left the chili on all night and gave me the scraps from yesterday. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I went to this place and and my wife and my daughter and they messed up on my order I wanted to reorder it but the owner got mad being disrespectful close the door window on me and I was trying to ask for my money back and the owner had a Knife in the back of his pocket came out with it And said I don’t care call me names When I had my child with me

Very disappointing to pull up the drive thru and two employees, one manning the window and the other in the background were not wearing gloves. I was so discussed! Not a good job Weinerschnizel in protecting employees and customers!

OMG! So its posted in the front window and on the speaker MASKS REQUIRED only they are not! The lady taking orders said they don't require masks because some people get upset when asked to put one on. REALLY? After watching her wait on a man with no mask, serve him soda into a personal cup from a personal cup and then go outside and hang out the side door where an employee was sitting with this man and no one was wearing a mask including the employee who just took her mask off to hang out. Needless to say, we walked away without ordering food. Numbers of sick people going up and here's an example why.

Come here at 1pm...ice cream machine is broken. Come here at 7pm...ice cream machine is broken. Come here at 11pm...ice cream machine is broken. No matter what day or what time you come here they're always out of something aka they don't want to make it for you. Place is a joke. Containing corporate. This place is the new McDonald's.

The thing these workers are worst at is servicing customers. They really act like it’s a bother to them, or beneath them! I can’t wait to vote no for the rest of the time democracy lasts whenever fast food worker wages comes up on the ballots. Clearly, unscrupulous workers were flooded in from elsewhere any old kind of way to disenfranchise workers who’ve been sacrificing their all for little in return. Now you’ve got these stone-faced robot workers everywhere spending most their time with their back turned to who they’re serving- and we’re supposed to fight for laws to give them wages that we never gave to the hard workers who were here before? Yeah, right.

Arrived at about 9am. I had been waiting for 5 minutes to order, there were no other orders, no other vehicles. The person on duty was texting on her phone. When she saw me, she immediately walked out the back door instead of taking my order. The food here isn't even that great. Prices aren't very impressive either. I will not be returning.

Very disgusting, i watched her prepare my food with bare hands. When i asked if there supposed to wear gloves she gave me an attitude and said we dont have to if we dont want to and then said but i washed my hands… my wife ate the chili cheese fries we ordered and she got sick.

Literally takes forever for some cheap food, the girl taking the orders was also very hard to understand. I never liked this fast food chain to begin with, sadly my family doesn’t know when to stop going here. Just avoid it.

I got almost warm chili cheese fries with no fork or napkins and my chicken burger wasnt even assembled right. Not wrapped up right. And i saw the lady handling the register touch the nuggets with her hands after touching cash. Grossed me out. Will not be eating here anymore. Total turn off from eating at any wienerschnitzel.

Very slow drive up. Faster walking up. They keep messing my order up like forgetting to put onions on my hotdog and receipt shows onions. Drove by the other day and all fenced up. Not sure if they closed down because of new store.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised with such a low rating they can't make food correctly they can't put napkins in a bag they can't give you mustard and they can't give you forks for your chili cheese fries when you ordered bacon ranch fries instead so your kids have to eat with their hands. Thanks for saying sorry you wouldn't do anything to fix it though.
