The food is always fresh! The customer service is great and wait time is usually low. I'd also encourage everyone who even somewhat like Burger King to download the app, the coupons are amazing, for sure one of the best app for saving when it comes to fast food.
The food was ok. The only issue was the fact that he did not fully wipe the splash of soda off the sides of the drink. That causes a problem due to the liquid getting on your hands,clothing and causing the cup holder in your car becomes sticky.
Got my food very quickly and the worker was nice too.
Usually the food is not the best, but today I came at the right time. My burger was made fresh and off the grill, well worth the wait. Cashier would use a bit more friendliness
Sunday, Feb. 25 around 10:45am the staff at this location were awesome! We wanted breakfast. We were too late for breakfast. After some shameful begging, the staff got the OK to make us Croissant breakfast sandwiches. All with a smile.
Darren Parker and a New employee Artis the cashier was nice polite, friendly he's a keeper, great smile. The food was Hot fresh. Great service. Please I hope BK recognize these two great employees. When I go back to BK if they are not there BK just lost my business. Thanks BK

I've got to say that today the crew that was working at 9:00 p.m. made us the best Whopper jr make it your way meals that me and my son have ate. It was super fresh and our drive thru lady was friendly and polite in a real southern/Texan way, Enough to get me to write review, great job BK on Westheimer near Tanglewild

I placed an order for a steak burger whopper he and chicken sandwich and sides and damn it was good. Hot fresh and damn good. Not just that the girl at the window was really nice smile and a laugh and changed my mood. I just wanted to say thank you it was great.

My food is always fresh the workers from the bottom to top are always nice and welcoming. It will always be clean in the lobby I’m sorry they have to deal with non sense they should get paid more but great staff great food great team work all the workers look to be in good spirits and working together it just looks right .

The cashier Alex is the best and the nicest guy I’ve ever met he has perfect customer service and always puts his customers first Angel is also a very nice guy he makes every costumer feel at home with his funny jokes and his humor Antonio is another employee worth shouting out very nice young man Miguel made sure the food came out right and double checked my order, I asked if they could make my burger fresh and Alex made sure the cooks made me a fresh burger while also giving me fresh fries, food was amazing 10/10 I will be coming back to this restaurant!
Came here yesterday and a lady was giving the workers a hard time in the front. The 2 ladies that were working handled the situation well. They were nice and service was quick and fast. Fast food workers need more recognition. They have to deal with crazy people all day long. Hope they don’t get in trouble for the language they used. That lady deserved every bit of what she got.
Seriously I walked in and was greeted immediately Every time I have been here in the last year! My order was taken quickly and I was eating with 6 minutes, food not only looked great but tasted great, I felt like a kid again eating the King of burgers, Burger King. What a great experience. The restaurant was super clean!! And it is a year later and my experience is even better, I love that this place has only gotten better!!keep it up!! The place is even better than the last time I ate there!! I recommend Eating here if you miss the Burger King from the old days and JIB is terrible..

It's a Burger King. You know what you are getting with Burger King. This location was fast and efficient for the drive through. They are a little hard to locate. They are in a strip mall, and the sign is no where near the actual location. They are on the far left side when entering from Westheimer. Parking is great. Access is great, with entries on Westheimer and a side street. The side street has a traffic light so you can safely get back onto Westheimer and proceed to the Beltway. Overall a good location.
The girl that took my order was in training. Her supervisor continued to coach, making sure she did everything correctly. As We were ready to drive off, she came out running saying I for.got your nuggets. Wow!!! That's service. Credit goes to the trainer!! Kudos!!
I've been coming here for years but I think they need a good manager and more staff. I understand everyone is hiring and hard for employers to hire people. It's gone down a little bit but I will still support them. Hope things pick up
I arrived at the drive-through and found the ordering device was not working. Drove up to the window no one‘s there knocked on the window no response. As I was driving off I noticed a man with a mop I gave him that what’s going on to look and he put down the mop and came to the door. He said that he and the cook were the only two there and they had no cashier. I told him that I had ordered using my iPhone and it had already been paid for he said just a minute I’ll see what we can do. Came back and said if you’ll drive around will get your order taken care of. This man has been an employee of Burger King for two days. He was the friendliest kindest person I’ve ever met at a Burger King. He made sure my order was done correctly came to the window twice to reassure me things were going to be OK handed me my order and told me thank you and please come back. Remember, he’s the janitor but he needs to be promoted he’s the only reason that I will come back to the store. On the window it says that they will serve inside from seven in the morning until closing but that the drive-through will be open at six. I was there at 6:30. Someone should be promoted and someone should be fired.
Typical fast food. Another chain is improving but not consistent. This location is better than most despite the large presence of homeless population in the area. The management is doing a good job

I love Burger King, but there's nothing fast about their food. 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru every time I've been. Gave up and went to Taco Bell after waiting 5 minutes today; I was the only car in line! If you're endlessly patient, though, it seems like the food has gotten fresher lately, but sometimes you want FAST food.
They did NOT get order correct TWICE! Ordered the mix and match 2 for $6. A spicy crispy chicken & a Whopper requesting the vegetables on side. Got order AND no meat between buns! Went back to get it correct, requested vegetables and meat on side AND received meat, BUT NO vegetables!
Bought two $5 specials but employees not well informed about special. Even after I told them and the order taker said oh. They gave me two single patty burgers instead of double patty. Next time I will just set at window until I verify my order. Regardless if cars are behind me or not.
I don't know if they are short-handed or what? But the drive-thru was 5 cars back and when it got to me to place my order, I was placed on hold never said anything for like 10 mins and so I just placed it at the window. If it is understaffed they should say so, so us the customers can be understanding.
This was the worst service I have ever experienced at this location, in the past it was somewhat bearable with missing items on the order only to notice after getting home. I visited recently on 3/28, after repeating the order over 8 times to the clerk at the drive thru, waited almost an hr. to finally get to the window, only to check my order when receiving it was charged twice for fries and could hear employee battling it out wit a inside customer......took them another 3 min. to verify they over charged me then when I asked what the heck was going on the clerk said "oh short staffed"??? No apology or sorry or thank you, just slammed the window and walked away! Never stopping in this location again! WARNING**** Staff is rude, take forever for service and missing or overcharging for orders****
Restaurant is clean and nice. During the day, service is good. In the morning try coming before work……you will be late…they open at 6am and most mornings aren’t ready until 6:30..and you have to wait 10 min for food to cook, after already waiting waiting at a silent order screen for 10 min for someone to greet you. It should be convenient for me to come here in the early mornings, but I always end up being late because SOME of the morning staff is never on time for work. The McDonald’s across the street is always open on time and ready to go….the taco place up the road the same. Unfortunately I may have to remove this Burger King from my morning route.
Mass confusion at the location. The drive thru was very concerning today. Multiple people in line having to pull around and wait on their food. Several employees coming out to cars with bags of food and asking drivers what they ordered. I had to ask the girl helping g me what she said 4 times. Extremely unprofessional! I’m not knocking people who have speech impediments, but this girl seriously couldn’t talk. It was a jumbled mess whatever was coming out of her mouth. Put her in a different spot! She added more confusion than necessary. The lady behind me got her food first, so unfortunately, I was blocking her from leaving the drive-thru. The entire thing was poorly run. There was very little ice in my drink. No one likes a hot lemonade. The food was not as bad as the service, but who puts this much mayonnaise on a burger? I had to take it off with a napkin. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but it’s not good!
Horrible horrible horrible service. Took 20 minutes to receive food after Mobile order was placed and Acknowledged by drive thru service worker. And when I got back to work, I discovered it was wrong. I made a formal complaint on the app.
I wish I could have given them -0 star- they are beyond unprofessional. They messed up my order 3 times and very impolite and rude at a same time when asked To correct it. I will report this to BK Corporate and make sure they know how unprofessional and rude their staff are (Mainly the Manager). Worst service and complete incompetent! I sat behind 3 other cars waiting for 15 mins on my lunch break. I can not even order at the menu because a home made sign read that the intercom was not working and to order at the window or go inside to order. When I get to the window the employee tells me that I need to go back around to order?? I told her maybe she needs to read the sign they put up using paper and marker and let me order with her. She said it would make the other people angry who are waiting . What other people ordered? I only have 30 mins for lunch and you can’t help? This location has horrible customer service! Good luck getting corporate to respond. My complaint to this location through the app was closed and unanswered. I left without being able to purchase anything and no lunch to eat for the day.
Every time I order on the mobil app in the morning I have to wait, so I ordered my food and waited 30 minutes to go get it and it still wasn't ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food and it's every single time. Horrible service and it all reflects management.
Don't stop here just go to another location. Unprofessional staff with no sense of common or customer courtesy... Wait forever to be helped in drive thru, then get asked to wait upfront when no other customers are in line. After 12 minutes of waiting received old french fries that should of been disposed of at least 20 minutes before a flat dr pepper and a decent burger.
I’m not expecting 5 start service or even 3 stars at that bc let’s be real this is Burger King. But if someone tells you not to put a condiment or food on their sandwich it means DO NOT PUT IT ON THE SANDWICH! I am VERY allergic and specifically stated for a condiment to be left off and they put it on it anyways. Thank god I make it a habit to check before eating every time. I went back and told them what they did and they remade it and said nothing else. This is the reason why I RARELY eat fast food and now after this I will no longer be eating BK!
Waited for about 8 min even tho I was the only one there at first when someone finally did come take my order took another 27 min waiting for 2 large fries I would have asked for my money back but by break was over and I was already going to be late. Also the fries were cold how does that even happen?!
Worst dirty burger King I ever went to. OMG!!! Those girls were rude, nasty and unhappy. They served me a vanilla shakes with the milk dripping all over my hand. They gave me a baby cup of water. I asked to pay for a larger cup, both they literally and rudely ignored me. I will never go there again.
I don't like to complain, but this was the worst hamburger I think I've ever had. I am not speaking of Burger King in general, just this specific whopper was awful. The burger was completely cold and every bite was like a mouthful of onions. I've got nothing against onions, but there is a limit.
I made a quick visit here today and Manuel was great in the drive thru line. He was accurate and wore his mask and gloves proudly with excellent customer service. Now for why they get 1 star is because Manuel’s co-worker, who was directly handling the food did not have on gloves and when I asked him about their glove policy he went to his coworker and she frowned at him and shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t care. I will never go there again. Every restaurant is strict on the gloves and masks and employees like her is why the spread of Covid-19 will persist because they are careless and not concerned about the safety of others. Teach them better and if they refuse to do it let them find another job that will. Don’t allow your employees to be too carefree and lazy to put on a simple pair of gloves. I won’t be going back. I’ll also let my friends and family member know to choose another place to dine. DO BETTER!!
If I could give zero stars I would . This is like the 3rd time I come to this location and the order isn’t complicated at all . A whopper with cheese and they always rush me out with a response saying that’s all ? Me thinking they got my order correct I respond yes and there’s no cheese! Like come on! It isn’t rocket science do your job! Tired of this place you guys might as well have a suprise package on the menu because it’s always a surprise when I get home! This location is trash!
Employees arguing and fighting about hours. The whole restaurant was eerie honestly my food was trash as u see. I stopped here before a task I had to kill some time. Worst mistake ever. Every one was angry. Took 15 min to get this garbage. And I was the only one there. 🏃🏃
drove up and ordered a whopper and drink, the girl on the speaker said it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. I stated OK, let's get it cooking. She then ignored me trying to confirm the order so I drove around, she said What yo need! I repeated my order and explain I told her I was willing to wait. She replied, you are rude! I then got rude and told her I wasn't spending a dime of my money there and to go **** herself! Clearly didn't want to cook the whopper and at Burger Kings expense!
Rude staff on the weekend morning shift! Waited 20+ minutes for food to still not be ready. Its precooked like seriously a bacon croissant meal shouldn't take 30 minutes to cook! The staff had no sense of urgency nor customer service. Myself and other customers were asking questions because we all had been waiting for a while, the staffed just walked by us like we were not there. When I asked for my money back if my food was not really I was told "it's all good"...last I checked I was a customer not his homeboy therefore address me as a customer! Left without food! Get it together weekend morning staff because the lady during the week is always on point! Take some notes from her or perhaps she should train y'all to work smarter not harder like she does!

Horrible service, they charge me for something I didn't ask I know everyone makes mistakes and that's ok but to not even apologize and give me my money back. I told them when I saw my receipt but the lady said there was nothing to do because they place it already and was rude about it.

The shake machine is always cleaned 2 hours before closing the drive thru and they refuse to touch the machine. I would be happy to give extra for the shakes, but guess they don't want to make more sales
They are VERY slow. They take their sweet time acknowledging you at the drive thru order stand. When they finally do they're rude in taking the order and they're ALWAYS out of something. "We"re out of mozzarella sticks....jalapeno poppers....icees....onion rings." All I want to know is which crew member(s) is/are taking the food home and why are y'all still open?!?
Restaurant is often in bad need of maintenance with failing equipment at large. The idiot who's the manager doesn't know how to keep the unit stocked so doesn't order enough for deliveries cause if they are not out of menu items like ketchup or other condiments then they can't serve soda because the dispenser is yet another disappointing malfunction. I hate I ever stepped foot inside this dump. I asked the so called m.o.d duty to please unlock the lobby door so as I could access the public restroom after I purchased a chicken sandwich and a milkshake. Needless to say this moron comes all the way out to say here's the key. The door doesn't open easily so she stands there in the lobby with me and says rudely don't break the door with the key. I pointed to to the sign on the door which states in perfectly understandable English.( Please ask staff to open door) I asked her to open it for me since she was familiar with how difficult and fragile this locked door was. She through a tantrum and stormed off with the key saying " you must don't need to use the restroom then". So I said politely. You know what you can just refund my purchase I haven't opened the bag. She refused and said I won't give you a refund ,somebody else can but I'm not. So finally after minutes goes by I convinced her drive thru associate to give me a full refund for the UN touched chicken sandwich I purchased. I left. In closing I've been a burger king fan for years. This location here has the worst management I've seen. Rude, unprofessional and abrasive towards paying customers. I hate this is the closest one to my place. However for the right bk experience I'll travel next time. And to whoever reads this on a corporate level. I tried 3:times while still there to email you photos of an empty restaurant no one in drive -thru. Everyone standing around. This definitely unworking door lock on a fire exit door for the staff working beyond it. A n absolutely rude and obnoxious manager yelling at a cook they are slow so don't do anything. Place is a hot mess. Oh get her to put a hair restraint on the five pounds of synthetic wig she wears so proudly serving customers.
Worst Experience Ever!!! I checked on Google and it said that store is opened so have placed a pickup order and paid it online as well. When I went to store for pick up , I came to understand they have closed down the store and only Drive Through were allowed. There was a lady who directed me to Drive Through Window. When I went that side same lady told me that I need to have a car for this type of order and closed the window abruptly without giving any sort of reason.I requested her that I have already placed my order, paid well in advanced and just came for picking up but she didn’t even bothered to let me know the exact issue and why I am denied my order. Lastly, I didn’t had any other option and came back but this was such a rude behaviour of the store manager ( Guess she is the one). When you don’t have anything just close down the store as per your wish is this justified???
Do to management we could not place order properly because her intercom system interact with the order-taker during her training process of her entire crew, from what I understand with that being said she was extremely hostile. I do admit that my sister was out of line with her language with that being said I think that my proper communication would have been sufficient but this management locked doors before I can enter the building and when I asked if she was management she denied and sent me into the building to which I was referring to retrieve my refund because I decided that the service did not render what was paid due to the fact my order was tremendously delayed and when I came to get my order she was confused so my order went to the next people instead of us with that being said this is the most poor example of management leadership training abilities and proper supervision because everybody was confused if it had not been for the employees that was training I would not know what I know now we get paid to do a job but for some reason we don't want to do our job that we get paid for come on now
Mobile order at 1:40pm. It said it would be ready for pickup at 1:50pm. I made it at 2:25pm because I knew it would take some time for them to get it together. I still had to pull around to the front because it wasn't ready. There's no purpose in having a mobile app if u still have to wait for the food to be made. Mind u, I ordered burgers and fries in the middle of the day, arrived 45 minutes later and my food still wasn't ready.
What a horrible Burger King! This place closes the drive thru whenever they feel like it. I went inside to order....not much better. We waited to have our order taken for at least 10 min. Mind you I saw several workers in the kitchen doing nothing especially the girl with green hair! I also noticed one of the workers had her pants unbuttoned. Wth! I ordered fries and a water and left. So much potential because this shopping strip is pretty busy! But....ick. never again.
Terrible service. As soon as I got to order Ms. Amber, who I assume was some form of manager as she was the only one who had a different shirt, had a very nasty attitude and had no customer service skills at all. She was very argumentative and continued to escalate to yelling and name calling and after I had already paid for the food she told me I could not have it anymore. This is the single worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my life.
Just went here and the young lady at front counter is inexperienced and kept me and four customers waiting. and when I told the black manager with braids I was waiting 5 minutes she said I was lying I was about to spend $15 worth of food but her nasty attitude made me walk out. It was lunch time and drive thru was busy but to ignore customer in the restaurant is unprofessional. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again they stay changing employees the other ones were nice. Plus the night after we saw a big rat lurking outside the back door close to the dumpster. Good luck on eating here ..
The Man with glasses was acting out pretending not to understand English when I said I want to cancel my order. I had a 20 minutes wait for one car in front of me at the drive through. Poor customer service he was willing to wait 20 minutes at least or forever till I give up on him pretending he can’t understand what I’m saying. All he says is I don’t know. When I told him to ask his team lead he said I don’t know. Like I’m asking a four years old a question.
How about next time one orders Pickup from this place, they’ll actually have a BK joint where: 1. An employee doesn’t have a hearing impediment or a broken mic or something (I had to literally YELL just to tell them I was picking up an order). 2. An employee who’ll actually PAY ATTENTION and NOT give me the wrong order (I ordered a Bacon King, but an employee thought I ordered a Big Fish Meal). Seriously!
Our food came out in in less than 30 seconds nothing was fresh cheese sticks looked microwaved literally every surface had trash on it we had to clean our own table and apparently there was no restroom check done all day this was in the later afternoon so no excuse of lunch rush the only Rush was them trying to get us on what to decide to eat
I have been to this location so many times. And I have always had a good experience. But this last time was awful. He forgot to give me a cup, he got my food wrong, I'm missing an order of fries, and he had to ask me again if it was for to go or for dine in. The guy at the cashier needs more training to be relieved of his duties. It's going to be hard to come back to this location.
Extremely inept. They don’t seem to understand how their own online ordering works. I placed a drive thru pickup, got in the drive thru like and told them on the mic I was there. I then sat waiting in line for 20 minutes (even though there were only 3 cars in front of me). When I finally got to the window they said my order wasn’t ready because I didn’t tell them I was here (I did order the drive thru mic, and they confirmed that). I was then told to pull around, where I waited another 15 minutes. I finally got out and went inside, my order had been sitting there for god knows how long. They make Burger King look bad and customers were actively leaving the drive thru line because it took so long
Ordered through BK app. Maria, the manager, rudely told me she didnt see my order and to get off the drive-through line because her timer would take too long. As for a refund, "get back with the people on the app, they have your money!" Cannot blame this location for the issues on the app order. You should just improve customer service.
Hey Isiah was a really great guy here but unfortunately there isn't anything at this store location to sell no stock and I kindly ask for the manager name which was Jany and she doesn't have any product on hand and keeping up with the store
One they slow and unorganized. For one at least two people should have a head set on one for English and one for Spanish. Then you can tell they need people. So I asked the rude manager was they hiring. She couldn’t give me a answer other than they told her not to hire anybody else. When you go up there at night the computer always updating for an hour. They need to fix this bk. I worked for Burger King and it never looked like that. Then they don’t have a light on the fries so they serving cold fries. Wow
Horrible! There were two cars at the drive thru when I pulled in and saw a woman with a headset screaming at a customer outside. She went back inside and I took my spot behind the second car. We all eventually pulled up to the speaker, but left because no one would take our order. No service at the drive thru has happened several times at this location. I went to the on on S. Gessner and had a very fast and pleasant experience. Just shut this one down!
I went in for my lunch for my 12 hour shift for the city and I ordered 12 chicken fries with a extra sauce a Texas whopper and a oreo shake I was giving one sauce and looked at like I was crazy when I asked for the second one that come with the 8piece and my extra sauce my burger didn't have ketchup on it alot of mayo and mustard I guess to cover the fact and my chicken fries were cold and a little stale all while when I got there it was no one there but one truck that was waiting at least 5 mins before I got to the window I'm good on ever going back to this location

I m sick and tired of dealing with people that do NOT speak good English and constantly getting my order wrong because of their lack of Knowing English ! Last time I checked this is America ! Learn English ! The girl at the window was Rude and argumentative because I told her what I said didn’t match what I told her ! This isn’t the first time !! I will be back for my credit !
Staff was very rude, and when I asked if the employee was the manager based on her uniform, she said no. When I asked her for her name so I could call, she shut the window and walked away. This whole interaction stemmed from me saying I could wait at the window for my one item she said would only take a minute instead of pulling to the front so it didn’t affect their timer. There was no one behind me at the time either, so I didn’t understand the issue or the fact she encouraged the other staff members to treat me with hostility.
Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 12:10pm The man at the drive-thru window is hindering business. The two cars in front of us drove off without food, so I’m thinking this is NOT an isolated event. The drive-thru man asked what we wanted, and then there was silence - he never confirmed through the drive thru speaker. We thought something was wrong with the speaker, so we drove to the window. Once we asked if there was something wrong with the speaker, the man (maybe early thirties with dark colored skin and black hair) pulled his microphone to the side and asked, “what do you want?” We were so taken aback by his demeanor and tone of voice that we decided to drive off. You may want to speak with your employees about customer service.
I decided to come to Burger King a few days ago. It seemed as if the workers were hiding. Once we pulled up to the intercom we had to drive around to get their attention. One of the guys was trying to run into the lobby, which he didn’t see that we saw .They decided to close a whole hour and 30 minutes early and told us that they were closed for whatever apparent reason, I truly don’t appreciate that . FYI if you don’t want to work the job, then leave!!! it’s just that simple & last time I checked sitting on the clock and not doing your job is STEALING time . We never ordered due to this of course because of the lies about being closed .
Food is garbage for the most part. Every time they get my, order wrong. This last time they got my order correct but my fries, onion rings and burgers were raw hardly even cooked. Was disgusting. My husband got grossed out bad over the burger being raw. Seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. Sucks cause they are right in front of my neighborhood and I'll never go back again. I should have taken the food back and demanded my money back. The manager should be fired for putting out food like this.
Services slow but it's not worth it when the burgers are just so super salty. What's going on with the Patty's these days is it all burger kings or just this one. The store is basic and the people are ok.
Wow What a shock! the worst behavior I have ever seen, when I needed to take my order from the drive-through , she couldn't understand my order, so I went to the first window to order food, her attitude was very bad and disrespectful to customers, she rudely said why are you on the phone! She judged me, then told me to get back in line! Her attitude was very rude This happened at 2:00 PM in 08/24/2024
I put a mobile order in at 2:50pm. I arrived at the store at 3:05pm. I waited at the drive thru menu for 5 minutes, said hello 4 times and never get a response. I then pulled up to the window and stated that I had a pickup order. The guy at the window asked me to come into the store. I did and told the lady at the desk (miss Amber)I had the pickup order and got my receipt. It is currently 3:55pm and I have not received my food or even been spoken to again. Multiple people have walked in and got their food after ordering.
Employees were rude. They kept getting my order wrong. I said no condiments on 1 whopper. They didn't put the lettuce tomatoes and onions. I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes. The employee was an eye shot away, but she had to finish her conversation with the other employee. Then, finally, she thought I deserved her attention. I love whoppers, so if I need one, since I don't have a car, I have to go back, but if you have a car find a different Burger King.
Denying someone water is the lowest you could go. It's HOT outside. I'm sure you think giving a cup of water to a homeless person would come out of your paycheck. It costs nothing to be kind and show some compassion. The owner of this location should be ASHAMED of the employee, and reevaluate the staff & hire people who care about customer service and customers who enter BK.I should be a great service for anyone to enter any fast food establishment. It should also be Illegal to deny water in the state of Texas, if its not a change should be made asap! I'll make sure to not take my business to this location. Saw the incident from facebook. -Voice for people.
I just watched MISS AMBER the manager tell a young man he couldn’t have his food because he complained about waiting an hour for a mobile order. I had to turn around and walk out immediately rather than have her ruin my day as well. I would fire her if I was the owner of that store.
The food was a joke. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap and a honey mustard wrap both look like they just put a chicken nugget in it instead of a full size strip. it wasn't even the full length of the wrap. The people were very nice but told me thats how it's made, chicken nugget in a wrap. really? Never coming back here again. Whats next, are they going to tell me they make the whoppers with a kids patty? Come on they need to look like the pictures they advertise on the menu!!
Trying to use a coupon that comes with your receipt at this location is like asking the manager to fight you — I just wanted a discount, not a humiliation ritual
The need to take the person that’s working the dang drive thru off!!…she’s parking everybody…then it’s taking forever to bring the food out!!…I won’t be coming back!
Just had the whopper meal....8 haven't had it in awhile because I usually just get the wraps....today I decided on the whopper and it was not fresh 😱😠😤 meat was lukewarm and bread seemed brittle 😭 disappointed.... thinking about what to eat next because I'm definitely not satisfied
Alex at the drive through window needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! I have already made a corporate complaint and am expecting to hear back soon.
The employee that was there at call for the manager Blanca who came and told me that I was not allowed to have my support animal in her store. I showed her my card and she say I still had to leave. I feel like that wasn’t right and other employee was just talking to her in Spanish. I don’t even know exactly what they were saying, but it was very rude and I was upset With this situation. Blanca is a very unprofessional manager.
I would give zero stars if I could. The manager (Carol) moves around different burger kings and likes to boss her employees around. She has very bad attitude and mean towards my mother and I. I left disappointed and didn’t talk to Carol until she followed me outside, and threatened me. She THREATENED to sue me at the parking lot , so I told her to call the police if I did anything wrong. My mom was still trying to be nice, bought food as a regular customer but they didn’t let her use the restroom even though my mom was nice to them always. They put all this gross bloody Halloween stuff all over their restaurant and now I believe that it is attracting negative energy and evil stuff. No wonder why everyone working there are being so rude and hateful.
Place was fairly clean, placed a mobile order, my order was made and never called out. Gave me the wrong sized drink I ordered and didn't make my burger the way I paid for it to be made. Well you just cost burger king my business. This in top of having to wait 20+ minutes to get my food that was not even hot when I finally got it. Only to find how badly they screwed up. Truly terrible service.
The employee at the drive thru window had a bad attitude. She didn't tell me the price, just stuck out the crad machine and I had to ask how much it was because she didn’t put the total on the speaker screen either. Then i couldn't understand the amount she said because of her thick accent and so I had to ask twice and still misheard her. I wasn't offered jelly or ketchup with my breakfast AND she didn't give me a receipt until I checked my bag and had to knock on the window to ask for one. Lastly, I was giving an old dried up egg that was un-chewable in the thin area i circled. Overall a horrible experience and that lady isn't best used in front of customers. She probably also needs retraining.
Definitely will never again be eating at this location found hair and my French fries wrong drink when I contacted the store to talk to a manager manager caught an attitude with me as well have been eating at this location for the past 3 months eat here almost every other day and has progressively beginning worse I am now absolutely Fed up
