The food is usually good here. We ordered Caesar salads with chicken but it was kind of plain.

Our food came out on time, but a sandwich was missing (luckily I checked the bag before we left). Then, the sandwich they forgot (roasted turkey and avacado BLT) had so much pepper that it was actually spicy; it was difficult to taste anything else. Additionally, the two half salads only came with half-filled containers of dressing which were not enough. I'm pretty disappointed with this experience.

My wife and 3 kids cost $90 to eat here, The 5 drinks was 12 alone My son’s ham and cheese sandwich came out with two hairs on it.. the place was not very clean very disappointed

I wouldn't write a review for one thing but at this point it's the second time the place has let me down. The other day it was early in the morning and apparently getting one drink ready took them 20+ minutes. They made me extremely late to a very important appointment and I had to drive off without my order because they didn't even bother to come to the window. 1 drink 20 minutes. What happened today wasn't as bad but it still bothers me when people do pointless things for a false sense of control. I get it, sometimes being corrected when getting something wrong hurts the ego, but not only am I not a rude person (and I can be if I wanted to) but I don't give people trouble. the girl at the window is usually very nice and attentive. Today though she seemed to not want to correctly give me a large drink she gave me a small drink and when I told her I ordered a large she put in the same amount of effort that it would have taken to just pour more drink in to large cup and very clearly just poured alot of ice in a large cup and emptied the contents of the small drink in it. Yeah, I noticed immediately. She doesn't seem like that type of person to be purposely malicious so I just smiled and left then again I've been very wrong about people before. Either way I drank my drink and it is what it is, just going to avoid the place from now on judging by the other reviews the good service I received in the past was probably a set of flukes.

I want to start off by saying the staff were very attentive after I ordered my food wrong. They remade the sandwich with no issues. I wish this could have stayed the same as I waited patiently for them to remake my food (I had already asked if this was my fault and they said yes so we all understood) they were 100% talking about how it was my fault and not the employee making the food referring to me as "picky". The baked potato soup came out Luke warm, I believe that Panera changed their recipe as it is much thinner than what it used to be. The sandwich was the saving grace of my meal. The only thing I would say is it has a slight burnt taste to it. Either the spicy sauce on it doesn't do well in a turbo chef or the chicken is being cooked too long. The bread is amazing and I truly believe this is the item that makes the sandwich. The restaurant is pretty dirty most tables have crumbs on them. The kiosk is completely sticky and had no buzzers if I wasn't a rewards member I wouldn't of had one to grab. The front counter employee was helpful with getting me togo boxes that are not out for people to grab even though it seemed as they don't do table service here.

Normally I love Panera, today’s experience was difficult. We placed our order at 12:33pm, I was handed a pager, and instructed that the pager would buzz once our order was ready. I settled down into our both awaiting previous stated buzzer alert. Having lost track of time but noticing others who’d come after us now enjoying their food I decided to proceed to the food pick up area. Upon arriving I noticed at least five or more people behind the counter slowly gathering menu items. I enquired about my order as I had now witnesses names being called out rather than buzzers buzzing. I was buzzer number 42, I asked if buzzer 42’s order was ready two salads and a bowl of soup; the response was immediate “working on it!”, okay. Thought I’d stand back and wait - meanwhile on the counter is a bowl of steaming soup and a salad; you see where this is going…. Another five minutes and out pops another salad. I’m still standing back from the counter, but in sight of the girl behind the counter. Buzzer still in hand, a few more minutes pass when I hear “Tracy, orders ready”. I walk up look at the same girl; is this mine? Yes, ma’am… Buzzer still not buzzing goes into the basket and I let the girl know I’ll be back for the other salad as I now take possession of the previously mentioned, no longer steaming bowl of soup and salad. Back at the table ready to start eating my lunch I glance at my phone - time now 13:05.

All I have to say is I was picking up an order for DD and I had been waiting for almost 5 min before they let me know they were out of croissants.(place was empty-wonder why) the order board was showing ORDER READY… umm NO ! Meanwhile the cooks were helping themselves to drinks acting like they owned the place- who knows maybe they do huh. how does this happen in WESTWORTH FT WORTH PANERA? Yall need to do better. Attitudes need work.

I ordered ahead on the app and arrived 2 minutes after pick up time. I don’t understand why my bottom piece of bread is completely wet and the contents of my sandwich was so sloppily put together. This was honestly disgusting. Do not recommend.

20 minutes late with my online order which was a simple cob salad. They forgot the bacon in the salad, but I guess they thought the dead fly was enough protein. Panera is too expensive for such lackluster, disgusting service. Go elsewhere!

It's insane how management is cutting corners here while prices are going up. They used to give good sized bread and now they serve this tiny piece of bread for the side. We are paying more for less food, shrinkflation is idiotic and so are those who implement it.

I have NEVER had nasty Panera in my life until today a entire $35 something spent only to get a very burnt pepperoni melt and a long dark brown hair in my sandwich this location needs to be inspected and shut down or new employees!! Will not be going back to this location ever again

I don’t think I could be more dissatisfied with this location. I’m a big fan of Paneras and was looking for a meal after traveling for work. The location was out of everything so I ordered the Asian chicken salad and Mac and cheese (pick 2). There were no other people waiting to order and must have been 7 people in the kitchen. When I got back to my hotel room there was 3 pieces of chicken on a bed of lettuce and no dressing. The bread was hard as a rock and inedible the Mac and cheese was fine. Really disappointed that these folks couldn’t just complete a simple order. I will not be back again nor suggest anyone else go. I get the whole can find good help thing but there were so many employees in there that you would think they could manage a simple salad. Wish I could get my money back.
