Marco's Pizza

The crew working tonight on Maplewood Avenue were simply AMAZING. The restaurant's temperature was hot, the staff were working so HARD, and still made a fantastic pie with a great attitude despite the heat! The pizza not only looked purty but was hot and EXCEPTIONALLY tasty!

The pizza here surprised me. You can tell what all the ingredients are on the pizza. Air pockets in the proper place showing that the dough has been thrown correctly. And the dough is not over sweetened.

Over the last year Marco's has provided several large orders (30+ pizzas) for our group of hungry folks. The orders are hot, fresh and ready when I come to pick them up. They are a wonderful supporter of our community and I hope to continue our relationship moving forward. The only downside is my vehicle will have a pizza odor and that makes me hungry! lol!! A lil low staffed. I only saw 2 people but it was at 8:30pm and they were friendly. It looks like Eddie in the back did most the work. Front girl was playing on her phone and not really helping and complaining when he asked her for help. But pizza was fast and hot. The original crust I would recommend for taste but wouldn't recommend due to it being almost half of the pizza slices.

The pizza is good but had a bit too much sauce for me. Customer service was great from beginning to end.

I love Marcos, ok prices and good pizzas. But this location doesn’t seem to be run well. I called in my order, they told me the total and it would be about fifteen minutes. Get to the store approximately 15 minutes later, they not only don’t have my order ready, but don’t have any record of my order. After scrambling around asking just about everyone in the store about my order, they finally ring me up again. Unfortunately they didn’t offer any apology, discount, nor speedier service. Pretty disappointed.

This the second time I order thick pizza .Only the crust was think I had order there before and it was perfect. I don't know what happened this last 2 times it been like that .I hope the next time it will be better.

Used to be good but seems to have a tough time standing out in the ever expanding pizza options in town. Their menu has not varied much over the years and could benefit from adding pasta dishes and more sandwich options. Delivery is fairly fast. The thin crust is not on par with other offerings in town and needs to more crispy instead of being very soggy

Good is very good but everything else sucks at this place. The dining room is never clean too invite you to sit down and eat there. Orders are not ready when promised.. you all for napkins and they hand you only 3. A lot of room for improvement.

Very disappointed in the pizza I was delivered today. I've been a Marco's customer for many years. The crust was doughy and undercooked. The onions were raw and poorly chopped. Not sure I will order another one any time soon

While we are usually satisfied with Marco. They cut the pizza into squares? and failed to out ingredients we paid for on the pizza. The rating is literally for the things mentioned and their lack of focus on this day. Normally a much better experience.

I requested the mega deal, I individual I talked with had no glue what was talking about, I to explain what it was, after paying, I had to ask for my ask for my change back, once home, they neglected to provide icing for the censa squared, and the food was not hot, it was disappointing because I had guest coming over. I will think twice before ordering from Marco’s again.

I was already out grabbing dog food and passed the location on the way home, so I said why not. Let’s start with pricing: the base pizza starts at $13.49 before any customizations. I went to build a half Hawaiian, half pepperoni and sausage pizza — but due to what I assume was a system error, only the ham and pineapple were saved. So I ended up with what I guess you’d call a half Hawaiian and the other half just plain cheese. Not exactly what I wanted. By the time the order processed, I was at $17.67 before the discount. That’s steep for what I received. I also built a second pizza with white sauce, steak, and mushrooms. Visually, it looked like they piled all the toppings on one side. Zero effort in distributing them evenly. The crust — unless you scroll to the bottom and add a topper — is incredibly dense and flavorless. I skipped eating most of it. As for taste, the sauce was bland. It tasted like someone sprinkled some Italian seasoning straight onto the crust without blending it into the sauce properly. The white sauce pizza didn’t fare much better. The mushrooms seemed like they came out of a can, overly soft and rubbery, with zero char or crispness. The steak didn’t stand out either — chewy and underwhelming. Presentation was also disappointing. From the photos, you can tell the pizzas look rushed, uneven, and honestly not appetizing. It reminded me of something you’d find at Sam’s Club, but even that might be too generous. Even at 50% off, it just wasn’t worth it. Between the flavor, execution, and price — this was a one-and-done for me.

I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and the cheese was lightly burnt. I also ordered an Italian sausage pizza and it also had some other thinly sliced meat on it that was spicy. I only wanted sausage. I always get great pizza there but this time was not so good. Very disappointed.

My boyfriend and I were told it would be 5 more minutes when we arrived at the Wichita Falls, Texas location. We waited an hour and Both Pizzas were incorrectly made. I called the location and they said they would remake the pizza but that we would have to wait another hour. This was the 3rd separate occasion that the food was incorrect and the wait time was excessive. The manager had an attitude with both, my boyfriend and I We Already went to the Marco's website and provided our feedback last evening before Marcos automatic response to this review.

Well, I wish I could have a good review. I really liked the food when I first started ordering. But, they almost always get my orders wrong!!! I'm so sick of opening up my order and having it be wrong!!! Most recently, I had a Philly cheese steak pizza bowl. I requested well done. It was so well done the cheese was all burnt. Not to mention the Philly cheese pizza bowl is supposed to have white sauce and only American cheese. I got marinara sauce and it was flooded with it. I asked for light onions and there were too many!! I won't be ordering from here again. I've learned my lesson. I'm done.

I feel like I walked into the actual pizza oven as I walked in the door. The guys working were literally sweating, and I left because I was afraid they would get sweat in my food. Fix your air conditioning or close until you do. Will report to the Department of health too cause I believe this is serious if they are getting sweat into people's pizza

Ordered a pizza last night and it was terrible. Definitely not what Marco's use to be. There were hardly any toppings on what was suppose to be an All Meats pizza and the crust was burnt. It was absolutely terrible. For what they charge for their pizzas you would expect a whole lot better quality. I've gotten twice as good a pizza at Little Caesar's for alot less. Really disappointed.

Just horrible experience today. Whoever runs that place should be ashamed of themselves. No quality contro at alll. Employees just do whatever. My pizza was horrible today. I got a Pepperoni magnifico and it barely had any Pepperoni. Literally 3 Pepperoni's per slice. So I guess it wasn't a magnifico. They should be ashamed of serving a pizza like that. I definitely didn't get what I paid for. This is only my second visit to this Marco's, and both times were underwhelming. I usually go to the one off the highway, and they are usually good. But this one on Maplewood is just horrible. I will never go back to this one. 2 chances and 2 bad experiences.

I knew something was up when I saw the ramp going to the door had, what looked like, grease coming from the door almost to the parking lot, which, by the way, was empty. I think mine was the only order the 3 people were working on. The one at the register had to really think about what he was doing. The people were nice. THEN I got my pizza, which was hot, got I. The car and EVERYTHING was O I L Y! You expect some with a pepperoni, but this one was SWIMMING in oil. The pizza was good tasting, but the oil soaked bottom of it, and the cardboard cover was TOOO MUCH!

Our last three orders from Marco’s was so disappointing. They are skimping on their toppings. We loved Marco’s when they first opened here. Go back to your former ways. Make Marco’s great again. But for now we are done wasting our money.

HORRIBLE manager response!!! We ordered pizza as a group to be delivered later due to traveling from out of town. The pizza instead was delivered 30+ minutes early and the driver asked to just set it outside even though we ordered correctly and were still traveling. Meaning we would now be wasting $90 on cold pizza. The manager responded saying it was the customers fault, even though the deferred ticket was attached to the pizza boxes and showed we did everything correctly. Clearly their inability to read and follow directions are the customers fault. I would suggest finding any pizza place ever over Marco's after this experience.

I placed my order online requesting no bacon. I went to pick up my pizza and didn't look at until I got home and I noticed there was bacon on the pizza. I called and spoke with Jonathan and he said we're really busy can I give you a voucher for another day. I informed him I would like another pizza tonight and I asked could I come pick it up and return the old pizza. He said yes, but Marco's policy is we have to see the pizza before making another one. I returned the pizza and Jonathan asked me where's the bacon with sarcasm and I said look at the pizza and you'll see it. After he made that comment, I asked for a full refund and it's been over a week and I still haven't received my refund. Marco's Pizza you guys lost my business after this incident. Poor customer service and I recommend training your team to take care of your paying customers.

Straight out the box. Cookie cutter pizza. Not horrible, but $17 for a medium Pepperoni Magnifico, that was nothing more than a small pepperoni pizza. Pass it up folks, cheaper and better pizza out there.

Today once again made a delivery order for over $45 and was paying with cash. When the driver arrived I paid with $100 bill which driver stated manager at store would not accept. Manager on the telephone was rude and only wanted his food back but would not take the $100 bill acting as though he was above cash. I will be sure to make sure that all of my relatives that visit this location stop buying their product.

Ordered online. Got there to pick up and it wasn’t even started. Guy at pickup window. His food wasn’t ready either. Only one employee. Waited another 20 minutes. Food was good, but service leaves a lot to be desired! Another lady came in and screamed “excuse me” is my order ready. It hadn’t even been started yet either. Said the other day she came in and waited forever just to be acknowledged.
