Everyone there is always smiling and so helpful. They never make you feel rushed when you’re asking questions or trying to decide what you want with a growing line behind you. The food is always AMAZING and fresh. They also have the BEST cookies that are always fresh! The food always comes out super quick so you can easily get in and out in a rush! Jason, the manager is always helping his employees where ever he can. I have seen him take orders, to buss tables, to deliver food and everything in between. He does an amazing job keeping the moral up at the store and it shows.

They have the best iced tea! The food is always great. I usually get the pick two, the McAllister club, and the pecanberry salad. The kiddo gets a baked potato with steamed broccoli or the cucumber tomato salad.

It was easy to place an online order for pickup. Staff were friendly in the restaurant and told me where to find my online order. The order was ready at the time it said it'd be. The food was tasty. The sweet and smokey chicken was a little low on meat and the nachos were low on toppings for our liking, but it was a huge plus that they put the moist toppings on the side of the nachos.

Fantastic service. Food was fresh and delicious as always. Customer service was superb with the staff greeting me when I arrived, made sure I was taken care of, and made sure to thank me for my visit and had me off on my way quicker than I anticipated. Good location.

I normally go to McAlister's Deli once a week with my coworkers for one vital reason. They offer an assortment of delicately crafted and affordable salads, sandwiches, and soups. The staff is always and willing offer a plethora of refills to their guests. The seating area is quite large for all the various party sizes and can be easily moved to accommodate large parties of six or more. I just adore how the color schemes match perfectly with their company logo. I will admit that their recent trend towards avocado filled sandwiches keeps me coming, especially their Southwest Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

They have very good sandwiches, just don't go at the end of the day! The bread is stale. Its good during lunch. Service is good too

First time eating at one of these chain stores and was surprised at the many choices including vegetarian fare. It reminded us of Panera Bread but with more options such as huge baked potatoes. The parking lot was packed around 12:45 on a Monday but there were still plenty of tables inside. They have a to-go pickup counter so I'm guessing that's why the parking lot was full. My husband got the Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich with the vegetarian chili (the regular soup has pork and beef). He said it was quite good. I got the half spud (small baked potato) with broccoli and four-cheese sauce, and it was delicious. I also got the Chicken Tortilla soup and was disappointed. It barely had any chicken in it and no tortillas. It was more broth than anything else and a bit spicy.

food is great, no complaints there. but the staff is absolutely not nice. they left me sitting waiting for my pickup order, i had processed 2 hours before!! and when i finally came in there, no one was around.

Got a club sandwich, the lettuce was rotten and slime on it. The manager came by and asked if everything was ok. I told her about the lettuce and she rolled her eyes and walked away. No, oh I'm sorry. Wow

Got extremely violent food poisoning that hit about an hour after eating a baked pork potato from here. Was up all night vomiting and in pain. Will never eat here again.

Ordered two of the black angus spuds and a cheddar and turkey spud, the meat on the angus was old tasting , dry spuds gave us a nauseous stomach. The turkey spuds was cold and dry. Very disappointing.

After giving McAlister's a 3rd chance, I will no longer order food from them. Ordered a salad for lunch and found a very long, matted hair in it. The manager told me that all of the employees wore a hair net but I know that I was a lie since I have seen them working in the kitchen with nothing on their hair.
