We go in this place white often. Both sites are very good. The prices aren't near as good as they were, but the food is still great!! They have the best sweet tea in town!!
Love it! Lots of cheese. Always lots of cheese! And they actually have onions for you Allium lovers. You just have to ask! Fast and friendly service. A great place to grab a quick bite of Tex-Mex from the drive thru.
They have good food for a fast food joint but it's pretty expensive! Customer service was above average! I did visit during the lunch hour and the line in the driver threw was exceptionally long and moving slow!
We came in minutes before closing, but they let us in and ordered. The staff did not mind us staying inside and eat. Even the owner came to our table and refilled our drinks. He stayed and talked with us for awhile. Very nice guy.
The food is awesome, made fresh. The employees are helpful and friendly. One young man even took our money and purchased us another item and brought it back to the table. Service with a smile.
It was excellent! The man taking our order gave my Granddaughter an order Casa Delights because it washer birthday! Made our day. It's one of her fave places.
Not a boatload of menu variety, but the customer service and pride in their products was top notch! I would have bought a 20 dollar taco salad ( thankfully it was more like 7, lol) just because of the level of service I experienced. Kudos to the team
Best fast tacos and burritos in town, never disappoint and after years of ordering from here I don't think they have ever really messed up my order. Love this place, always thick tacos for a very good price. ☆☆☆☆☆
I love taco casa. The chili burger with cheese is my favorite and the combo burrito with spicey sauce is good too. The staff are friendly and the wait time is normally pretty short.
I will never have any complaints about taco casa. Food is consistently well made, fairly priced, and quickly received. In my mind taco casa is the epitome of tex mex fast food done right. The new cups kind of suck but that isnt this stores fault by any means.
Delicious for fast food Mexican. And the sweet tea was perfection! Highly recommend the Chilada, super taco and super tostada. Shells were fresh and crispy and they don’t skimp on anything! Taco sauce is a hit too. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Traveling through from Minnesota and went here on a whim. So glad we did!!!
This place has been amazing since the day it opened. Doesn't matter if it's dine in or drive through. The service is fast, friendly, and great prices especially for the amount of food you get. They will never skim you on ingredients ever! Best fast food taco place ever created!
Food is simple, tasty, consistent. Well-managed and clean
They take pride in their store as well as their food preparation. Always look forward to them when I go through Wichita Falls. Love their sweet tea and their menu items. Their good enough to need 2 drive through for traffic flows. Pretty popular and relatively inexpensive.
This is my favorite taco place anywhere in the area. The prices are a little higher than the specialty items on the Taco Bell menu, but the food is consistently of good quality and quantity. Plus, you will NOT leave this place hungry! The Super Nachos are a wonderful choice, but you had better share the order. I also love the chiladas! They are generous with their sauces and cheese!! The Taco Lite is great, if you like a fried flour tortilla shell. I am also super picky about my sweet tea, but they have some of the best in town!
The food is delicious. I love the crispy tacos! The refried beans are yummy with the taco sauce and melted cheese! Mmmm. The staff is constantly keeping the restaurant clean by wiping down tables and sweeping the floor. The staff is friendly. They deliver your food to your table for you. Nice! And the prices are reasonable.
I highly recommend you stop by for a bite if your ever craving Mexican fast food. Their tacos are awesome & my favorite thing on the menu is their Chilada. It's amazing!!! If you've got young children their drinks are free, all day, every day! Every little bit helps when you've got young ones. If you've never eaten there before you don't know what your missing.
I love this place. They actually put EXTRA CHEESE on your order when you ask. The food is great, staff is always super friendly and inside is clean. They are light years ahead of Taco Bell and the rest. Wait isn't long and I have never had my order come out wrong or dissatisfied with the quality. UPDATE!! I spoke too soon, I guess they waited until they had plenty of buisness, THEN the dissapearing cheese Genie came there as they got real cheap wiith everything from the amount of cheese on items to the size of them. Everything is real skimpy, and it's not worth sitting in line forever to pay almost $3 for a soft taco thats nut much bigger than a Jalapeno and has about the same amount of cheese on it! They should be ashamed! They even went way up on a gallon of mediocre tea for $4.50!
Good food, great value, immaculately clean store and helpful friendly staff. If this is your thing, this might be the best location I've ever been too! Certainly, the nicest.
Who doesn't love Taco Casa? I'll eat a PB&J sandwich, yuck, before I pay for anything from Taco Bell. Judging by the length of BOTH drive thru lanes I am not alone in those beliefs. When you are pulling in and see how many people are already in line you might think about going elsewhere. No worries! Taco Casa and the entire team are on the ball. Before you know it the line has been carried their orders and your next. I honestly have not had one order that wasn't made exactly how I ordered it. That's 3 different adults with obnoxious changes to the menu description! Impressive. Thank you all for the best Tex Mex fast food in Wichita Falls Texas.
As always had a great experience without emptying my wallet, service was fast and friendly and the portions were a great size, keep up the good work guys
Always clean, personnel always friendly, food us consistently good. What more can you ask for in a fast food restaurant?
Wow wow wow. Tonight, after work I decided to grab something to eat, "late I know." Taco Casa called my name, so I answered. The drive through was not bad as it was 10:25 PM when I got there, the young lady on the other end of the speaker greeted me with a "Yes, Sir" when ordering and followed up with a "My, pleasure" when I thanked her. As I arrived at the window, I paid and she repeated the same type words several times, so I asked if she was the one on the headset, her response... Yes, sir. "No, surprise :)" This is the point when I said I'd love to meet your parents, they raised an awesome young lady. As much as I love Taco Casa these are things we can't pay for as employers. As an employer we can hope, we can pray, but we can't pay for them ... they are learned by example and this young lady learned from the best, I hope her parents sees this, and I hope Taco Casa sees this. Her parents, and Taco Casa should be extremely proud of this young lady. One more reason I love WF Taco Casa Maplewood, Great food, and awesome people.
Very good for a fast food restaurant. They need these in Georgia.
Taco Casa is always a great place to go for a good fast meal. Tacos are always great, nachos are delicious & the staff is always courteous every time. I never leave disappointed!
It was great but it's a lot to eat well worth the money. It sure beats Taco Bell and they're half a teaspoon of meat per taco this place piles it on with all the fixings it's great and just to test them out we've made it a point to eat at several of them in different places and towns and they all pile it on. It's our favorite place to eat now. Under 12 dollars and 2 people get full, it's so so good. I'll add photos soon.
Always a top notch job here! Never can get enough of their sweet tea. One thing I don’t understand is how they don’t blow payroll. There’s always a dozen or more employees on staff at any given time that I’ve been there. However I guess that’s what helps them be in point. Also the place is also always so clean, a big kudos to everyone there!
This location is much better than the one down Southwest Parkway. Today was exceptional! Freshest taco ever, so I had to get another one lol. Oh, and they now sell their hot sauce in a bottle, so I had to get that, too. So good!
This place was amazing! We were in Wichita Falls Texas and decided to eat here after a long day of searching for things. My husband spotted your store and we decided to stop. We had 7 people . Our bill was under 50. 00 and we all ate to our hearts content. The good was great! Good size portions...and the food was so good. You wont be dissapointed. Our service cashiers name was Michelle. She got everything right. And we all are really picky. She was perfect and very friendly. I would definitely eat here again! With the whole family!
I don't eat pork (personal choice) I asked the young man if the beans had lard in them. He said he thought so but still took the time to go ask someone else back in the kitchen toake sure. He was right the beans do have lard (pork fat) in the broth. Such a nice respectful young man. Found my receipt his name is Brandon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely love eating at Taco Casa! It's one of my favorite fast food places to eat in town. My favorite thing to eat is the chilada as well as the crunchy tacos. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. They've got the best tasting ingredients which makes their food even better. I've never had a bad meal here. They always keep the dining area very clean. Keep up the good work
We always get really good fast food at a really good price with excellent service when we visit this Taco Casa. It is one of our regular go to places. Not only is their restaurant always clean but their bathrooms are as well. Their drive-thru service is as close to Chick-fil-A's as anyones.
This was our first time at Taco Casa and we really liked it! The first thing that struck us was how clean the restaurant is. The staff is very friendly and they were Johnny on the spot making our order. We both had the Super Burrito and thought it was quite good. I even like their hot sauce! The prices are good and the food is plentiful. We will definitely go back!
For some strange reason, the food wasn't very good when I tried them 4 years ago when I first moved to Wichita Falls Texas. But a few weeks ago I was across the street and needed to kill some time, and they were very busy so I thought I would give them another try. I got a large taco and a burrito, and they have officially changed my opinion! The food was great, the service was great, and staff actually brought my food to the table and checked on me to see if I needed anything. Will definitely do business again!
It's fast food but so yummy when your in a hurry and dont want a burger.
I ordered a bean burrito with extra onion, and was charged for it, but there wasn't even one piece of onion in my burrito! Maybe they were out at the time, but if that was the case, I should have been told and not charged for them! My trips to Taco Casa is always a great experience with great service, other than this last one! I will continue to eat there!
Super burritos, crunchy and soft tacos, bean burritos and nachos are fresh and delicious. The sweet tea is habit forming especially when you add 5 lemon packets!
Drive thru is exceptionally speedy. They have gone up in prices but they have not changed portions unlike a rival chain. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I would always recommend this over rivals. Food is delicious.
Brandon at the register had such an amazing attitude. 2 years later, it's still AMAZING. Originaal review: (Enough food to feed 3-4 people for $20 and some change. Solid meat and cheese in whatever form you want it.)
We love Taco Casa. It's very simple but good. They only have beef and no chicken options, but our kids love the bean and cheese burritos and we love to get their Guacamole, which is a great size for the whole family to share.
We drove through and encountered Allison. What a great person after a long day. She was kind, smiled, and genuinely you could tell she enjoyed her job and people. In this day and age it’s so nice to meet someone who has great customer service. Thank you so much Allison, you are a blessing.
These folks are so very polite and professional every time we go it. More restaurants could learn from them on customer service. GREAT food as well.
Taco Casa is hands-down my favorite fast food taco place. The prices are fair and the portions are huge. I've learned by now not to order too much, because everything is massive! The employees here are very friendly, and the place is spotless. This place is well-managed and the employees seem happy to be working here.
This Taco Casa location at Maplewood, just off Lawrence, is a full size, stand alone, restaurant; nice and clean. The staff are polite and friendly. I like that they bring the food out to the table. I had a super burrito and the dessert chips, Casa Delights. Everything was delicious, hot and made fresh. I also appreciate they stopped by the table and asked if I wanted a drink refill and to take away the discarded wrappers and the trays. It was a pleasant dining experience. Oh, and let me say that the crushed ice is the best! I always ask for extra. The food was made, exactly as ordered, and delivered, tableside, quickly. The dining-in area is clean and organized. The female bathroom was well stocked and clean, as well.
It was 104 outside on this visit. The Drive-thru was pretty backed up, so I went inside to place my order. The cashier was very friendly, but it was his first day so he was having a little trouble working the cash register. But I was patient with him. My order was hot, fresh and correct. Only issue I had on this visit was they didn't put any napkins in the bag.
I wish I could give it six stars. Fast food Mexican is my favorite. Unfortunately I live on the east coast and forced to spend my money at Taco Bell, which I used to love before they started getting so expensive, and cheap with the ingredients. As you can see from my posted pictures, more ingredients fell off my tacos, then Taco Bell puts on their tacos. Please expand to the East Coast. Taco Bell has become way too complacent. They need some competition. I love Taco Casa. Let me say that again. I love Taco Casa.
This is the super nachos, these are in the to-go container, you get more for the same price. I get this nearly every time I come here.
Great food, pretty much served the way you want it. You actually get what you pay for, there's actually filling in the tacos and burritos.( Not lettuce filler like most places.) I would have given 5 stars but wait is pretty lengthy.
Great customer service and a super quick and delicious meal! My only complaint.... they never give me any taco sauce... By the time they hand you your food at the drive through window there isn't any sauce in the bag... I usually have to ask them for it at the window. A few times I've been asked if I wanted taco sauce while I was ordering and by the time I get home there still wasn't any in the bag. Other than that great job👍
This is my favorite taco place. Unfortunately prices have went up so much I don't go very often now. $2+ for ONE crunchy taco? 😳 Little too pricy. They do load them up & are cheaper if you buy a dozen. As always the sweet tea is awesome 👌
The sweet tea is basically the best thing I've ever tasted. And the bean-and-cheese burritos taste good too. Though, the texture of the beans isn't pleasant when it's on your tongue for too long. The nachos and cheese taste good as well. And it's not usually very busy either.
Love to run through the drive up and get a raco Supreme once or twice a month...occasionally the taco shells aren't fresh but for the most part they are deellious!!
Food is excellent, however be sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru as this location rarely gets custom orders correct.
Good food, fair prices!
A bit sloppy/messy on food build but taste was good. Good mix of Coke.
Good… when they can get your order correct. Maybe it’s just the late night crew lacking in this area. Overall good for cheap Tex-mex.
I find that the quality of the food is best when consumed at the restaurant or soon after. In my experience, the experience may not be as enjoyable if one has to travel for more than fifteen minutes to reach their home, but this is simply my personal perspective.
Fast service through the drive thru. We had never tried this place and it was pretty good. Tacos are definitely bigger than Taco Bell and don’t look like someone punched them before putting them into the bag. I also like that they fry their shells. Service was friendly, too.
This was their busiest Taco Casa I have ever been to- and now I know why! They have the best staff here in Wichita Falls! Yes, of course, Taco Casa is AMAZING. But HUGE shout out to their lunch rush employees during the week! They are over the top kind, helpful and they do their job with a smile. Refreshing! You guys rock!
Order was wrong, cashier misunderstood me and I didn't catch it till we got home with the order sadly. This Taco casa always seems to take forever. Their drive thru will leave you waiting at the menu for 5 minutes or more before taking your order. Learned to go to the southwest pkwy location. They always get it right and are fast.
I could be bias because this place was raved to me for hours on this trip but honestly I think of it as an upgraded taco Bell. The menu sticks to the basics: hard shell tacos, soft shell tacos…
Dependable, fresh and tasty. staff are always friendly and courteous. The dining area is always clean.

Most of the time, they are excellent. They normally cook and serve the food pretty quickly. Tonight on the other hand, I waited for 10 minutes for them to even take my order as the second line flew by me.
The customer service here was probably a sold 4 stars & I would had given a four or a five but, the price of most of their items on the menu are entirely too over priced. I try and make it a rule of mine not visit Taco Bell to frequently because of this fact.
I didn't like the fact that the young man fixing my food didn't change his gloves. When I got home there was food all over the outside of my container.
It might be fine, but they had no way to provide a meatless experience for two of my party, so we moved the car 100 ft and ate elsewhere. Won't be back!
Very fast service. Nice employees. Clean establishment. Honestly though, food is not that great. The nachos alone are OK, but the beans, meat, vegetables and cheese/nacho cheese taste like it came straight out of a can or freezer. If you need a quick bite, it's alright, and better than Taco Bell.
Great food, but they really need to figure out how to balance having a second drive thru line. Food always takes much longer when you go into the right lane. Maybe have a register outside or something. I have seen multiple cars come and go before I get my food.
Just moved back after 12 years from California to Texas. Disappointed that the tacos we're half the size of the original product. Satisfied the recipe didn't change. No Jo Good award this time. Hopefully in the future.
Went there at approx 1130. Entered the right side order lane. Things came to a hard stand still. Eventually, the young person working that lane informed me the debit/credit system was down (I had cash)!!! I was held prisoner in that lane for approx 30 min!!! It appeared management could care less!!! With the price of a gallon of gas, and waiting in the heat of mid-day, it would have been Great to have been offered a cool drink while waiting!!! Customer Service is the name of the game. That incident represented the pinnacle of "Poor Customer Service." I made the decision to drive across town to enjoy my Favorite tacos. I will seriously reconsider my plans for another visit based on the Poor response from Taco Casa management. Not only was I treated with discontent, but also the 3 -4 other vehicles ahead of me who were trapped in the right lane.

Food is great. Every single person in the front was rude. Eye roll because they gave me the wrong drink. Handed our food off at our table like we where a nuisance. This is actually our favorite stop on our trips this way. Really surprised at the service we where provided at this location.
This place is usually great. Fast service no skimping on toppings. But today both me and my husband got extremely sick shortly after eating here. I can assure you it was your food as we were fine prior to eating here and this was the first thing we ate all day. The cheese on the super nachos me and my husband shared didn't look or taste right. We got sick within a hour of eating here.
Nice workers and clean restaurant, but I wouldn't even give my dog this food. This isnt anything to do with this location, it's the entire chain. The only reason you come here is because your white in-laws try to get you Mexican food. Taco bell seem like luxury compared to this. 2 stars because staff was good.
Service was slower than other Taco Casa locations through the drive through. Noticed they charged $0.79 to substitute Spicy sauce in place of Mild sauce on my already over priced Super Burrito. This location serves a smaller portion size than other locations as well. It was hot and tasted good, but I left feeling a bit cheated compared to other locations. I have never seen another location up charge to substitute a sauce. If I had ordered a combination burrito they ask which sauce I want. Taco Casa has really fallen off lately, especially since they did away with Super Fridays. If all Taco Casa locations have implemented this policy it might be my last visit.
Been coming here since they split the gas station on Southwest parkway with the actual gas station… been getting the super burrito with spicy instead of mild and on the side probably since then. I got charged 79¢ for like a tablespoon of sauce today and I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. I understand charging for a cup of it (like I used to be given) or something like that or even if I added it instead of subbing it out. But nearly a dollar for a small splash of it? In talking with others they have within the last week gotten the same thing we’ve always done so I don’t feel like I’m crazy to think I was ripped off for an extra buck. That and we had things missing and I just feel like it’s not the same experience I used to get when I’d come here. I will say Caesar (maybe spelt differently?) was very helpful in fixing all of the issues we had and recognition of him is necessary! The girl at the register that couldn’t comprehend why I had an issue on the other hand….
Don't recommend. Drive 3.5 hours for this and was really looking forward to it. Even got enough for the cooler to bring home. Got them and they were 4 short of the 10 I ordered. Grease was leaking out of the bags. It tasted awful. Overall, loved the landscape and tea past that I don't recommend. There was 3 of us so we spent a lot. I drive to the Lubbock locations all the time and they are so much better!!
Went to the men's restroom pee all over the floor I slipped I had to catch myself on the sink not recommend 1 star

just ordered almost 50$ worth of food that i asked for no tomatoes, got tomatoes … what if someone was allergic ?? then asked for 2 sides of sour cream that they want to charge you almost 2$ a piece for and not give you…. considering this is the i don’t even know how many-ith time idk why i even still try but i’m probably up to close to 20-30$ they have made off me for goods i’ve never received
This was the worst taco salad I have ever had, my mother and I 74 yrs old) asked to speak with manager to let him know that the lettuce was sour and stunk. Ruin whole salad. He told us there was absolutely nothing wrong with lettuce that they use top of the line foods, pretty much called me and my 74 year old mother a liar in a restaurant full of ppl. We left left barely eating a fourth of our 22.$ meal. On our way out the manager handed us $10 worth taco bucks, how disrespectful and humiliated we were. We will not be going back ever.
The workers here have absolutely no idea how to make a simple order, I ordered 3 tacos no lettuce and a large sweet tea, with some hot sauce packets. This is not anywhere near the first time they have mess up my order. I got a large unsweet tea, 3 tacos with lettuce and no hot sauce packets, literally everything I ordered was wrong, I’ve worked in the food industry and I know that it is not that hard to get a order right, I would give them 0 stars but I can’t. Step it up taco casa cause this is pitiful.
Horrible its Sunday August 25 and pulled into drive thru at 426 sat there for about 15 mins before I got to place my order. Then finally got to the window about 10 mins later was given a Sprite took a drink and it was all carbonation. So girl gave me a tea, then I sat there 8 more mins waiting on 2 soft tacos, I could see employees running around and the place was NOT busy when I got my food went home rea was sour and food was not what it use to be. Sorry but I'm not coming back
Specifically asked for certain ingredients and they still got it wrong, we paid 2$ extra for something we didn’t get not only that but the bathrooms smelt bad as we were sitting around the table, We had to get up and leave .
Absolutely worst experience ever here. Snotty cook wanted to argue with me about putting sour cream on my tacos. Literally had to bring the taco to her and show her, where it was than ripped out of my hand and into the trash. DO BETTER WITH YOUR ATTITUDE. You deserved to be proved wrong.
Messed up my order every time I’ve gone there
The food was cold and tortillas were hard. I called and spoke to a manager and he told me i had to take the food back. I threw it away! No Bueno thumbs down
You order. They ask your name. My name is Alecia. Counter guy spells it Alsh. ? Guy bringing my food says Ashley. The taco break up quickly. Definitely worst taco place in Wichita. If you don’t care about the name, don’t ask for it . Just common courtesy
the older lady who took my order was completely rude. I’ve been treated so poorly here. As someone who works in customer service that is not how you treat customers. She unfortunately wasn’t wearing a name tag but was working registering at 2:30 pm 7/12. I really hope she can be taught some basic manners 😘
Paid 7.29 for a taco salad that was only half of the food that it usually is. Managers would not replace it without driving back across town and give them the food back. The health department should be called. You are not supposed to bring food back into a restaurant after it has left the store. Very disappointed in the management. Have never asked to bring food back. I have only been there customer for 10 years every month. Do your job. It should be consistent.
I get my taco salad and nachos dry( ingredients separately) so that I can make it back to my side of town without my foo being soggy bc I do love taco casa, but this last two experiences have not been satisfying at all, yesterday I was missing tomatoes and taco sauce which i specifically asked for with my order, not a big deal, I have some at home, now tonight I experience hardly any taco meat but plenty of cheese and lettuce in my bag for my salad no fork, no sour cream, so I called up there and the supervisor/manager tells me to bring the food back up there and he will fix it, now mind you I live about 2 mins from the base, that is a real inconvenience for me to drive all the way back over there and waist my gas when the restaurant should have gotten it right in the first place, I spend lots a money at taco casa but the way i was disregarded I won’t be back to this location, I had to use the taco meat from my other taco so I could fill this bowl and make it some what enjoyable, I feel like I waisted my money at this point.
Went to Taco casa on Saturday the food was gross and made very sloppy. The wasn't busy the tables were dirty never going back.
The quality of food here is truly terrible. My girlfriend woke up really sick, and I feel awful for bringing this home to her. Avoid.
I love taco casa, today when i was waiting in lane to order our food. I noticed the employee making the food he was touching his face, cap, cleaned the surface with spary. Didn't even put new gloves on. Please teach your employees to put on new gloves on every time they touch certain things before making food.
I ordered through the drive-thru. I got a large sweet tea (for myself) and full cup of meat (for my son) and a kids courtesy sweet tea (for my son). The lady who took my order was really rude about me getting my kid a courtesy drink. It wasn’t what she said, it was how she said it. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by the young lady who was working the window (she was nice) but she did step to the side to get us paid out, but when she did step to the side another woman came up to the window, I’m sure it was the lady who took the order because she had to “check my car to make sure I had a kid” her name tag read Daphene. I come to this location all the time and I have never had to have my “car checked” . Daphene definitely needs to worry less about a child having a courtesy drink and focus more on being a kind person because that’s also FREE!
So I'm usually a Taco Casa fan, but this afternoon, they definitely FAILED! Hit the drive-thru, ordered a Super Tostada. Usually a decent meal. The first one that I got was definitely NOT super, and barely a Tostada. Besides being 25% the size it usually is, it sat in the box looking like my horse stepped on it. So I turned around and came back. Went inside and asked for a replacement. The manager was nice enough, and the replacement is in the photo. I don't know if they're trying to save cash, but this is about 1/2 the size of the one I had for lunch 4 days ago, give or take. I get that everything is getting more expensive, but if this is the new Taco Casa, I'll definitely be finding a new quick Mexican food option. Check your food y'all. Quality does not seemnto be the focus it was, and portion sizes are apparently on the chopping block. Definitely disappointed!!! Maybe I'll try again in a week and see if this was a fluke, or if the Super Tostada is no longer super.
Waited 10 mins for 3 tacos and a combo burrito... had 3 people that ordered after us get their food 1st.iasked the girl bringing it out where our food was she rolled her eyes and said it's coming.. and then to get tacos that taco bell would have done better. Very pissed. Hopefully Craig will contact me.. I'll post a pic of the good runner that lso made our food since ahe didn't have a name tag..
