I planned to try this place for the first time today, but ended up going to PF Changs for the first time instead. After my family and I had our night ruined with the worst most overpriced subpar tasting food imaginable we decided to go here anyway after the meager amount of food we got at Changs. Our order took a long time, but it was clear this was because the place was swamped with order due to how popular it is and after eating ours it was pretty clear why. Really good chicken, this place effectively saved an otherwise ruined night.
I don’t really understand how this location only has 3.0 stars. I door dashed a 6 piece combo and everything came fresh and great!! One of the best locations I’ve ate from considering I’m from Long Beach, but well done cooks and servers.
Daniel was great. Had a large order on Saturday with limited options from the local restaurants because of the short notice. Called Daniel and 25 minutes later he had food for 20 people ready to go! Reasonably priced and very delicious! Great service and great people.
So we have ordered here before and the food is always good I ordered the same thing everytime lol but this time my mom ordered for me and I asked her to order a side of cheese for the fries I asked she said she bought a couple. I visited the WingStop in Wildomar on January 9th around 11:45 AM, and I have to say, it was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. As a United States Veteran, I’ve been to many places, but I have never been treated with the level of respect and genuine care that I received here. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The Manager and the young man at the counter. It wasn't just about the food—which was hot, fresh, and delicious—it was about the incredible hospitality and the way they honor those who have served. The team working the morning shift deserves a huge shout-out. They are a credit to this community and the WingStop brand. If you want great wings served by people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go. Thank you, Wildomar WingStop, for the world-class treatment. I’ll definitely be back!
Maddie or Maddy was very helpful with our takeout order tonight! We order our chicken plain and usually get sauce on the side when were picking up our food. She was able to help us out and get us all our sides without hesitation, loved her energy, lookout for her great service! I see a lot of people having issues with the wait time but we only waited about 10 mins for the boneless meal deal for 2, so the night crew is on top of it tonight! Overall this location and crew made the order and pickup as easy and efficent as possible :)
I've been coming here for almost 2 years. A lot of complaints are about how long they take. I have always known wingstop is not fast food and it takes a little longer. Yes they take maybe 10 minutes longer then they should but its not a problem for me because I order online and get there a little after the quoted time. I think a lot of people dont realize it's not a fast food place in the sense that its not supposed to take 2 minutes. It's a realy active location and its fun to see all the movement. I give them 5 stars because they have always been super kind and friendly to me at this location . I always feel welcomed and leave feeling taken care of. While I wait the employees are always working hard to finish up my order ASAP and the best part is how kind they are. Sometimes it gets chaotic on holidays and super busy but its understandable. Just have a little patience and enjoy the atmosphere:). The location is super convenient too right off the 15 with lots a shopping centers , bank, mountain views etc. Thank you for the experience Wildomar you are appreciated.
I been coming to this wing stop for 4 years now , and today my wings were so dry , like I mean it was dry . So hard to chew i had to peel the inside of the little meat that was harder than beef Jerky . My family and I was really grateful for the gentlemen who gave me my food ( also a free brownie for our daughter )was super nice great customer service . But the food wasnt good .. cooks do better please next time! Was a 25 minute drive so didnt want to go back to return . Anyways customer service was good , food was mid . Chewed for an hour long lol.. . Better next time ! Thank you 👍 just a little honest , feedback .
Ong i got like 15 wings and fries for me and my brother and that shit was bomb. they had it out really quick too. Theres an slightly older man that works there who im pretty sure the manager and his customer service might be better than mine! Ate it up!! they definitely need a raise, fast food already hard enough.

My wings were good - BOTH orders! BUT, they gave me the wrong order the first time around. I only noticed it was incorrect after I started eating. Not only did the staff promptly correct their error, they allowed me to keep BOTH orders! Very kind of them! The staff was friendly, the manager was very appreciative for my understanding and the atmosphere was pleasant all-around (I dined in). The only reason for the 4-stars is simply due to the mix-up in the orders!
I have been to this location over 10 times now and I want to give it 5 stars because when the food does come out right, it's always really good and the staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because consistently at this location stuff is missing from my order. Just got some today and I'm missing 2 Boneless chicken wings. Times before that I would be missing dips or sauces. One time it was a whole batch of fries. I tried to make a complaint online and they don't even have Wildomar as a location to select to file that complaint. I can totally understand people miscounting but when it happens constantly, something needs to change.
I normally don’t review or post thing to hurt a store business. But just ordered 20 minutes for my three coworkers. A majority of all our wings were under cool. My boss notice his first wing was under cook after his first bite and I started to feel weird after my third wing. None of us finished more then 3 wings. But really good fries!!
Walked-in and asked for take out. They didn't give me two orders of fries, a couple ranches, side of hot sauce, side of honey mustard and a side of veggie sticks. I should've checked the bag before I left but I thought it was insulting to do that. Lesson learned.
I am afraid I have had to change my opinion of this location. My latest order from them did not go well and I will not be going back. As I reviewed earlier, they do take awhile to get the order ready, even when ordered online. On Saturday, 01/21-I placed my online order at 9:24 p.m. got a 9:47 p.m. pick-up time and got my order at 10:25! They were not short staffed tonight, and while they did appear to have a lot of orders, they appeared to have forgotten mine. Many other customers waiting had the same problem. I finally had to get up and ask them where my order was. When I finally got home, the order was totally wrong. I am afraid they may have given me somebody else's order. I realized that they probably didn't have my order ready YET and threw something together in the bag. As petty as this is, when I went to get my drink, the ice machine was empty (again) The staff is always very polite, professional and apologizes if there is a problem or I have had to wait longer than expected. The place is also not kept wiped down or as clean as it should be. I think a health/safety inspection may not pass in this place. I won't be back to this location. This is not the first time I have had this kind of experience here. I'll try another location from now on.

Me and the wife ordered carry out tonight (9/2/25) and unfortunately, we didn’t receive our ranch. One of the best parts about Wingstop so it was very disappointing. We live about 15 minutes away from this location, so it was not an option to return to the restaurant after realizing they had forgotten our ranch.

Every time I order from this location, our food is not ready. We go there because it's close. However, this time was the last straw. I ordered two separate boxes. They combined the meat, put the sides together (which was cold), didn't give us any sauce (which I paid for extra), and they didn't have some soda flavors. When we discovered what was missing and called, the manager told a worker to say for us to come back, bring the food and he would replace it. I countered with make a note to give us a brownie on our next visit and we'll call it even. He said you have to come back today with the food. I'm done with them.
Believe the poor reviews of this place. Ordered for takeout, wife showed up at the stated time, waited 20 minutes longer while being ignored the entire time. When she finally got home, we found half our order missing. My wife attempted to call and was put on hold, I drove down there and she was still on hold, not a single person on the phone. When I was finally given what was missing, he tried to hand me soggy fries and sauces just wide open, no bag, just straight up in my hands 😂. Choose another wing franchise.

No matter when you order, your food will always be late, half hot, half cold. If you order food at 245pm on a Saturday with a pickup time of 315pm, you'll get your food some time after 340pm. No line, no guest rush, just 4 laxidazical employees walking around in circles around 5 deep fryers and a sauce/dry rub station.
This is the worst location I have ever been to. They constantly forget items, never apologize, and the service is really slow. Just drive the extra time to a better location.
I placed an order at 1:57pm and was told to be there after 16-21 minutes for pick up. I get there and there's only 3 people in the waiting area so it wasn't crowded. I tell the guy up front I was picking up and he advised me it would be done in 5 to 8 minutes. Well, an additional 25 minutes pass by and I ask the girl how much longer to where she said they haven't even cooked my fries yet! Seriously! I tell her I've been waiting here for my carryout order and I was told 8 more minutes 25 minutes ago. She then proceeded to shrug her shoulders and say I have to help the person behind me! Excuse me, but no! I placed a carryout before this gentleman as he didn't even place one yet! Take care of the ones who paid and have been waiting!!! Magically as she walked to the back my fries were boxed up...If you want to wait an additional 30 minutes after a specific time they tell you when your food is ready then this is the place to go. The ONLY one that seemed to have a sense of urgency and seemed concerned about anything was the gentleman in the back who was probably obviously the manager. So shout out to the Mangager for doing all 3 jobs without any help!!
Took over 1 hour for a ten piece wings order. Told them well done, wings were almost half cooked. Never going back to this location anymore.
I placed on online order for 20 boneless wings, I get there at the time they say they’re done, but I still wait 15 minutes, which is fine, I don’t mind waiting a little bit, but I still had groceries in the car and an appointment soon after. But then 10 of my wings are missing, only half of my order is there, so I go up to the counter, and all 3 employees look at me, but no one comes over. I waited for 20 minutes on top of the 15, one employee even kept coming up to the counter to give out other orders and when I said “excuse me” he looked over, but then just walked away. Finally, after being at Wingstop for 40 minutes, I had to go, and never got the rest of my order. Oh and one of the flavors I did get was wrong, but I was just going to deal with it and get the missing wings, but now I’m missing half my order and the wings I do have are wrong.
Next time can I get some wings and veggies with my salt. My brother and I had to throw our delivered meals away.
This is the absolute worst location. Pickup or delivery, they mess up our order almost every single time. Management needs an overhaul.
Placed an order for pick up, then drove 15 minutes to the store. Waited in the store for another 40 minutes for my food and ended up with food poisoning. Will never return to this location. Staff and store are not prepared for how many orders they receive and cannot keep up.

Picking up for an Uber eats order. I told the person in the front who I was picking up for and she just walked away without saying anything. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes when the order was supposed to be ready when I got there. Staff member was an African American woman with glasses and blonde highlights in case anyone cares.
DO NOT ORDER HERE if you don’t have time for waiting. I ordered online and the eta was 15-27 min. I arrived at the store 30 min from the time I ordered. When I arrived the cashier made me aware it would be an additional 30 min for my meal… No offer of a refund at that time. The app doesn’t let you know if there are delays and it also does not let you cancel the order. The staff are overwhelmed all the time. This experience has been unreal.

My ETA on my order for PICKUP was 20-38 minutes. Got there 10 minutes after that time to wait another 45 minutes for my food. When I got my food, they put a small handful of fries for my side. When I say handful, I mean 5-8 fries total. I have spent another 20 minutes just trying to get my fries. On top of that, everyone who ordered inside got their food WAY before I did. My food was cold, they had no fountain drinks, and staff was simply just not helpful in any shape or form. Do not recommend at all.
This place is out of control! I’ve been here 4 times now and only ordered 1 time because the wait was so bad. Every time I walk in the door they tell me it’s over an hour wait. I don’t order and just leave. Mind you there was one less than 2 customers in the dinning area. I asked why the wait was so long and they said Uber and door dash have priority. I’m writing this as I wait for my first order and half the Uber and door dash drivers were told they couldn’t find the order and would have to wait 30 minutes. Management seriously needs to step up. The girls in the back are in no hurry and constantly talking and having a great time. This place could be so successful ……..
Soooo, Yeah I just ordered today, the order was on time but wrong! I feel bad for Gaby the only one in the Restaurant, it seemed, no Manager and no help on a March Madness Saturday afternoon! The current promo they are running, bye the way! I have ordered from this place before and it was OK and when I did p/u the Manager said she would offer me 5 free boneless if I gave her a full star review! Now I know why she is trying to bribe the customers for a better star rating, she is never there and overworks her 1 or 2 employees! Hey Gaby, wanna be the manager?
This location lacks in a few areas, especially the quality of their food. Not expecting much since it's just fast food but the location in Temecula seems to always have superior quality and are always on top of things. If you do go here, make sure you check your order before you head out.
We ordered for dine in and the staff were just chatting inside, after 1 hour and 15 mins my kids were already starving, we asked them about our order and our food was just sitting on the shelf and it looks like it has been there for a long time and these staff didnt call our attention. We asked them why they didnt call us and noone couldnt give an answer. We grabbed the food and left. This was like 2 years ago, and we never came back.
The staff was unwelcoming and lacked helpfulness. I placed my order in person, specifically requesting chicken only, but later realized it had been processed as a combo. Within seconds of noticing the mistake, I asked to cancel or modify the order, but was told it was too late and nothing could be done. That gentleman’s response was dismissive and came with attitude. I also clearly asked for no Cajun or spices on the corn, yet it was served heavily seasoned. Additionally, the dining area was extremely unsanitary. I would not recommend dining in or ordering from this location.
I ordered 4 separate orders from this restaurant through Door Dash while at work. The Orders were for four separate people, in different departments. The wings arrived combined into 2 containers and side orders were missing. We didn’t know which wings belonged to what order, nor what flavor they were! I had to drive back the food we paid to have delivered and the manager was annoyed. He opened up the boxes and tried to tell me which flavors belonged in what order… It is not my responsibility to cypher through food and determine which items are which, I don’t work there and I’m not familiar with rubs/glazes/sauces! The delivery orders are poorly handled and then the delivery driver is thrown under the bus d/t the restaurants complete lack!
Ordered a 100 wing combo which comes with 8 ranches and they didn’t put the ranches in the order when I called to complain they left me waiting on the phone not once but 3 times. Poor service. They could even tell me they screwed up the order.
While Wingstop itself is great, this is absolutely the worst location. Every time we order for pick up and arrive at the designated time, we continue to have to wait another 20+ minutes. The staff have no urgency and often get orders wrong. I don’t know why I continue to give them a chance. You might as well drive the extra distance and go to another location because you will get your food faster.
I always keep getting my order wrong. i ordered a 10 piece with two flavors and then i ended up getting 15 No flavor no seasoned wings. Gonna stop getting from here
My last time going to this place. Many times they have got my order wrong, this last time ,wings with no seasoning nor sauce the worst I've had ,save your money or go to a different wing stop.
I placed an order online and the estimated wait time given was 20-25 minutes. I showed up about 20 minutes later and was told it'd be 45 minutes more. I asked if they can just cancel my order and refund me. The worker went and asked the manager then reported back that they'd cancel the order and I'd see a refund in 7-10 days. 15 days later and no refund. Ended up having to call my bank and dispute the charge. What a nightmare!
If you order takeout, the sticker labels they use just gets tossed randomly onto the packages so not even the workers themselves know if they have packaged the order correctly. So when an item is missing because of their lack of care, we called and was told that they KNEW they intentionally did not add that side and gave extra ranch (how does that make sense), to make up for a missing side instead of telling the customer when we picked up. If you are going to give a free side anyways, why weren't we told at the store? I doubt corporate even cares for their lack of standards or even lack of training on basic customer care.
Came in greeted with attitude ordered boneless and got bone in cashier also asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese I asked for ranch and when I got my order no ranch to be found went back in and they charged me for ranch. Best way to effect this place is not to spend a dime so these employees get less hours because of how poorly they do.
The team members BRITTNEY was very rude to me over the phone when I wanted to make a modification for my food. She had an aggressive and irritated tone. When I asked for her name she ignored me And asked if I still wanted my food instead. She gave me attitude when I was trying to tell her which order I need it corrected, and when I asked for her name again, she hung up the phone. When my husband went to pick up the food, he asked to to know who I talked to on the phone, and she then came and stated that she talked to a female on the phone, not a man and asked where I was. She proceeded to get into an argument with him and started to take her time making our order ( that we had already placed 40 mins ago) she complained the entire time making small comments to him. Furthermore she told the staff to not use their real names and begun to call everyone coworker. She begun to call her manager and district manager to state that they will receive a call or review that is false. And still out our was wrong and we were missing items. The only good part of the experience was the customer service from Maddy she was extremely helpful and nice to my husband resolving the issue She was very friendly and help de-escalate the situation while brittney was still in the back making smarrt remarks at my husband. I am very upset and wanta formal complaint against the worker.

The owners of this store seriously need to have a talk with their employees about quality control. No exaggeration, our last 19 of 20 orders were missing items and we had to contact the store for credits. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!!
