Doesn't everyone just love chick-fil-a! If I have breakfast its usually a grilled chicken biscuit. They are really good. The grilled chicken nuggets with honey bbq is a good choice. All of the food is good and the employees are very nice and respectful.

Placed an order thru the drive thru the person greeted us and took the order, reviewed the order making sure it was correct. When we got to the window to get our order they asked if we wanted a drink tray we advised yes, he then gave us the kids orders and our orders and then gave us time to make sure it was correct. That is what I consider good customer service 🙂🙂

These guys are quick, polite, and deliver the best quality Chik-fil-A food you can get. Everything on the menu's made quick and done right. I've never had a problem here. One of my go to lunch spots weekly.

Chick-fil-A in Willis, is amazing! Friendly, fast service, delicious food.

On our way back to Dallas we stopped by and consistently good food as always. But this one especially stood out for its superb customer service. The guy who took our order outside was friendly. The guy who handed us our order was also cheerful, left us with a warm feeling. Thank you for making our dinner break on a long drive at this friendly neighborhood Chick-fil-a memorable one and keep up the good job!

Today, this Evening I order through the drive-thru. I didn't get my complete order. I had to pull over and wanted to complaint, but this very genuine sweet employee. Her name tag is "Averi" she was very kind to understand my order and got my complete order correct this time and apologized and asked if I needed anything else, sauces. I replied "yes more chic fil a sauce thank you". I appreciate her hard kind work. Really amazed will definitely come back and eat inside when not busy. The environment just completed the day with her amazing service. Thank you again Averi you deserve promotions overall!

First time eating breakfast here. It was delicious and we will be back! Only 3 stars on atmosphere due to 75% of tables were dirty. We had to clean our own with napkins.

They are so fast and always have our order right. We have never had issues. So we continue to go here because it's such a pleasant experience. Also chicken is not so bad for you compared to other fast food.. and waffle fries are delicious. I love the market salad also.

The only downside to this location is the bathroom is tiny and the women’s bathroom small size and changing table location makes it difficult to easily change the baby. Food and service were great!!

I stop at this particular Chick Fil A about once a month for breakfast while I'm in the area conducting business. It is a clean restaurant with welcoming and attentive employees. Its a great place to start my day while I eat breakfast and get my paperwork ready for the day.

Love this place. They never let us down and are always so friendly. Smiles everywhere. Food is amazing. Never had a problem with them or the food. They take your order and actually give you what u ordered. Nothing extra and nothing less. They don't give you mustard when you ask for no mustard unlike other restaurant. I honestly believe out of all the restaurants I've visited, Chick-fil-A is the only chain restaurant that cares about it's customers and how customers thing of them.

Food quality is always excellent, and the food tastes incredible every time. They have some of the best tasting chicken of any restaurant. Better than KFC! They have never screwed up an order. Their barbecue sauce is delicious and pairs very well with the chicken! The new mac & cheese is really good too! I have never gotten bad food from here.

Stopped by Chick-fil-A for lunch today while out running errands. We were greeted at the door by an employee who held the door for us as we entered. The wait time was minimal. When we reached the counter, we met a very knowledgeable and courteous cashier, Blane. He even took the time to ask how our day was going. This is what makes Chick-fil-A stand out above the rest. Way to go, Blane and the Willis Chick-fil-A team. Another outstanding visit! ❤️

Stopped in late in the evening after visiting Huntsville State Park. Welcoming staff, excellent service. Food was consistent and good.

Today's visit I ordered carry-out to eat in so that my food would be ready when I arrived and I could avoid any line to hang with friends and small children. I was two minutes out (didn't have location on) but said I was at restaurant. By the time I arrived, found parking (lot was full, pouring rain) and got inside, it was well over 5 minutes. When I went inside, order wasn't ready, but they got my coffee (lukewarm) and creamer while I waited. My friends got in line and ordered while I was waiting for mine. Their table service came to them while I was still waiting for my carryout ( a breakfast sandwich, fruit). I asked about it and they said they would check. It was sitting there waiting, along with other orders, and also lukewarm. I rarely eat in a CFA anymore, but this is not my normal experience for any CFA, so I'm hoping this was an exception. My coffee refill was hot and fresh, better than the first! 🎉 Staff was courteous, as always, and regularly checked on our table to see if we needed anything.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful breakfast/ lunch visit to Chick-fil-A. We came in and ate breakfast while the kids played then they had a nice lunch. Big shout out to Bri! She was on top of everything behind the counter, helping everyone in a very quick and efficient manner even helping her coworkers during the rush, and she definitely gave us the best Chick-fil-A experience with a smile! Also very impressed by the rest of the staff a bus load of boys came in and all ordered separately, but the line was not slowed, and everything ran business as usual! ❤️❤️❤️- Your Willis Chilis Bartender!

I love some chick-fil-a. I love the food and how are so helpful. But every now and then when I go their in the morning. Manager is working drive through and I order my food and I pay and I go to the window to receive my fand I get my drink and every time I ask the manager who is working with the window, may I have a straw? He replies ( The straw is in the bag sir) guess what 80% of the time it is not. And it only happens if they are backed up on drive throw. So my Guy my manager or shift lead working window take your time money is not everything.

One side of my spicy chicken was very thin and overcooked. Ordered extra pickles and got 2 slices... I guess regular pickles at this location are a single slice? Otherwise, the fries were piping hot and the service was very fast and courteous.

I would really love it if Chick-fil-A would carry spicy nuggets. They have a spicy sandwich... The spicy sandwich filet is good, but very inconsistent in size. Half of my filet was flat, the other half was really thick. The nuggets however, are uniform all around. The tea is excellent, as are the sides. This location has an excellent parking lot. Easy to get in and out compared to other locations I've visited in the past. The play area for the kids was open and looked very clean.

Huge fan of CFA! However, I’ve tried to order DD from here 4x in a row & the bag has been completely sealed with missing whole items on my tickets. I’ve had either no side or no dressing all 4 times.. even when I’ve requested extra (of the dressing). 80% of the time when I do drive-thru my order is also missing something. I really hope the standards/training from this location improve because it’s the only CFA close to my house, but I might have to start going to the one in Conroe. :(

We visited the Willis Chik fil a for the first time yesterday as we’re new to the area. I was impressed by how quickly the drive thru line moved both lanes were full and backed into the parking lot but we kept moving - faster than any Chik fil a line I’ve ever been in! The assistant manager was out working the line taking the orders with other employees - also impressive! I love the team work! We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and 30 ct nugget meal. They are generous with their sauces which was also impressive! Unfortunately, the sandwich was a bit rubbery and undercooked which was disappointing. The fries and nuggets were perfect though!! Overall we were impressed with the visit - will probably just stick with nuggets and fries from now on though.

I love bringing Chick-fil-A home to my family :) the food is always good and most of the staff is super sweet. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because, every single time I order a brownie…I never..get..my brownie. It’s such a let down bc the brownies are so good! The one time I mentioned it, I asked a staff member if they could make sure my brownie was in the bag, because I never seem to get it. She responded, “well maybe you could look in your bag before you leave and check” ok that’s great I can do that…but also it’s your job to make sure I have all my food :/ I really don’t want to look through my huge bag of 6 meals to check if you forgot my brownie again. So I wanna start off by saying we love this place or should I say we love chick-fil-a but we had made our stop here today place my order we ordered 3 items all large we go to pick up our order at the drive tru and the young lady tried handing me 3 small drinks I was like I asked for the drinks and fries to be large and she changed me extra too get all 3 items a large so I ask why should I pay extra for y’all’s mistake well I did paid and told that young lady that I will never return to this location

Food was fine, which is typical of Chick-fil-A. No complaints there. Only leaving this review for this location. Seriously need a sound retention wall near the drive through speaker. Literally yelling into the speaker and the person can’t hear anything because of the highway and access road noise 10ft away.

This location does not allow you to order water from the mobile app. I ordered at the table and asked for water when they brought the food. She seemed annoyed. Not the chick fil an experience I’m used to. I now drive into Conroe to a location that allows you to order water in the mobile app, has better food quality and provides better service.

Normally a huge chic fil a fan but thos one always seems to skimp on portions, misses items and gets orders incorrect.

We arrived, placed our order and were sternly told by police the restaurant was closed and everyone needed to leave. The employees had emptied the tea ..so no refills... :(. Kids didn't have any play time. We are our food in a vehicle on the way home. There is no reason the restaurant closed early to start a remodel... It could have waited til normal business hours were over. So many disappointed customers were still arriving as we were leaving. A small sign says the store was closing early and was posted outside of the door my kids were holding open for me (so I didn't see it until after leaving). :( oh well... Won't return to see the remodel!

We received our food fast. Although the food was not hot. The sausage biscuit tasted under cooked as well as the hash browns. The hash browns were not even lightly crispy they were soggy. And tasted under cooked as well.

This is just a small portion of the awful salad I got tonight from the Willis location. This one could learn so much from the Conroe 105 location. I’ve never gotten anything but great food from there. Here in Willis it’s hit or miss. I figured on a Monday the salad would be fresh but I think it must have been made Friday or Saturday. It was wilted and some was brown. For what you pay I should be able to eat more than the chicken off the top. Tried to call to mention it to the manager but the phone isn’t working. 😩 sad experience.

The food was just “OK“. I had the four chicken strips and they were more like “chicken dots“. They were much smaller than I had expected. The flavor was OK except that they were incredibly salty. The fried potatoes were good as I remember last time I went to a Chick-fil-A and the diet lemonade was exceptional. All in all, I thought the products were a bit overpriced by about 15–20%. I will however, return for the Diet lemonade to be sure.

Unfortunately, the shredded chicken on top of my southwest salad was too salty. It tasted like only Season All was used. The greens didn't taste fresh. They tasted like they were poured into the serving bowl from a pre-cut bag of lettuce. The entire experience was a difficult pill to swallow.

Out of the dozens of Chick-fil-A restaurants I've been to this is the only one that won't make fries extra crispy. You literally just have to throw them in for another 30 seconds. Weird hill to die on. P.S. the most beautiful girl in the world that's sitting next to me say, "the chicken strips taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours"

I returned today. First time in many months. The people are certainly friendly and respectful. The food is so-so. My first visit in over a year. Would someone please explain to me what the fascination is with any of these places? The food is dry and cold and quality just sucks. I see people lined up at the drive thru and all I can assume now is that they have low expectations of food or themselves. Raising Canes is a 1000 times better and cost the same.

I love Chic Filet, what I love about it is that is always the same no matter which location you go to… The Willis location handled my bad experiences with enough disinterest that I regretfully will have to make better choices when I am looking for a fast meal after work. I'm sorry but I have to say something. I love Chick-fil-A but I'm fed up with the service at this location. My wife is headed back to Chik-fil-A now to get what was left out of our order. We have been shorted items from our order every other time while going through the drive through at this location. I' never reviewed this establishment before and really shouldn't have to. I just called the number here but of course it's busy. DO we really have to check our bag every single time we go through the drive thru? This is ridiculous. We lived in Willis for 6 months and be going to this location about 4 times a week. Unfortunately we are missing items all the times and we useful don't realize it to we are home. It's not the greatest having to tell your daughters that their meal is missing. Everything is expensive nowadays and everyone works hard for their money. We are tired of the same results. This isn't acceptable! Chick-fil-A please do better!

I frequent this location and usually have great service. However, tonight I ordered three meals and one meal was not in the bag but I did not notice until I got home. I drove back and asked for it and the person at the window looked at me like I was lying. She even asked if the sauce I asked for was in the bag and I said know and reiterated what it was, only to find out they forgot the sauce AGAIN when I got home. I'm not sure what is going on because they are usually great.

We all love Chick-fil-A a lot of us go every day. But lately, the customer service hasn't been up to par. Every time in the evenings, the workers seem miserable, like they don't want to be there. I even get looks like "oh, it's you again." That's not what expect from Chick-fil-A. I'm just trying to get some food, not feel unwelcome it's one of the reasons I've stopped going in the evenings.

This continues to be the worst chick-fil-a location we’ve been to, which is unfortunate since chick-fil-a is the only fast food we eat and it’s close by. The issues: 1) kale salad was unwashed, undressed bowl of raw kale. 2) forgot Mac and cheese in kids meal and had to drive back. They didn’t seem to care either. They also forget the straw all the time, which is frustrating for my toddler 3) Mac and cheese is either great or a ball of cheese and dry noodles 4) one time had great chicken noodle soup. Tonight, there was not a single morsel of chicken in it. Not one. 5) went to order a kids meal and I was cut off before I could even say what I wanted included. She said what else. I hadn’t even told her chicken nuggets or strips, the side, or the drink and she was rude when I tried finishing the order. 6) we had a chicken nugget that was pretty red in the middle. Always a confusing or unpleasant experience here and it’s unfortunate since it’s our go to when eating out.

I had never been to a chick fil a with bad service until I came to this one. The drive thru line was very long. The (guy in charge? Wearing a blue shirt) was very rude. Never coming back

This is one of my least favorite Chick-fil-A locations. Their chicken is too chewy or tough and has parts that can’t be chewed, the fries are rarely filled correctly when ordering a large it’s more like a medium, plus they are dry and stale, and certain drinks taste soapy.

The only reason why I come to Chick-fil-A is for the sauce. Now they're limiting the number of sauces you can get at this location, or at least, they did when I came through the line. If I can't get the sauce I want to make your food less dry, then I won't be coming back. Great service can't make up for dry food.

Waited in line for 15 minutes by the time I got up to the window they refused to serve me my order. Yes, technically breakfast service was over but I had been in line before it ended Horrible customer service. I will not be ordering alt any chickfila ever again. Editing to add I was in the McDonald's drive before chickfila, they forgot my hashbrowns. I came back over here now at 10:50 and they are cooking my hashbrowns to complete my order. Their breakfast also ends at 10:30. It is a sad day when McDonalds has better customer service than Chockfila

I went to chick-fil-a this morning and was extremely disappointed in the size of the filet of chicken that I was given on my spicy chicken biscuit , look how thin it is . I expect higher quality chicken from this establishment. The prices keep going up and the filet just gets smaller . I remember when I first got a spicy chicken biscuit and the filet was about 3 times as thick .

WARNING ! ! I pull up to the drive thru and there stands two kids ready to take my order ... in front of the menu sign. I had to ask the girl to move twice so I can see what's behind her. Most recently I ordered the chicken strips and what you see in the photos was what I got. Over cooked strings tough nasty breading mostly. My previous trip they messed up my order in the drive thru and instead of fixing the order which was for mac and cheese for my side, they lied and said they had no more. So I went inside and asked for mac and cheese and viola...... magically there it was. They just didnt want to fix the order for me. I am very disappointed and this is quite unusual for chick-fil-a.

Went back through the drive-through because my medium fry seemed to not be included in the order so I let them know, they gave me a medium fry. That was the bottom of the fryer. Every time we go to the Willis location they mess up our order. Today they clearly messed up our order again. You can clearly see on our receipt that we asked for no pickles and mayo…we received chil fil a sauce and pickles instead. Also the fries from Willis are always soggy. The Willis location needs to do better!

Not only do you have to make them give you the sauce that you pay for EVERY TIME you pick up, this is the “large” fry. Chick-fil-a is a joke with good marketing.
